本網泰(tai)安訊 近日,山能重裝(zhuang)泰(tai)安煤機(ji)公(gong)司離(li)退休職工均接(jie)到了(le)補(bu)發的(de)住房補(bu)貼,這是在(zai)當前資金(jin)緊張的(de)情況下,重裝(zhuang)集團千方百計籌措(cuo)資金(jin)為職工補(bu)發的(de)“民生欠款”。

關(guan)注(zhu)民生(sheng)是一項(xiang)長期的(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)程,只有(you)起(qi)點(dian)沒(mei)有(you)終(zhong)點(dian),該公司(si)根據重(zhong)裝(zhuang)集團(tuan)的(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)要求,在關(guan)心職工(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)生(sheng)活方面始終(zhong)沒(mei)有(you)放松,通過職代會征求意見(jian)的(de)(de)形(xing)式,廣開(kai)言路,針對職工(gong)(gong)群(qun)眾反映(ying)的(de)(de)突出(chu)問題,立說立行抓整(zheng)改,在服務(wu)職工(gong)(gong)上做文(wen)章,在惠及民生(sheng)上下功夫,一件件看得見(jian)、摸得著(zhu)的(de)(de)好事(shi)實(shi)事(shi),讓職工(gong)(gong)群(qun)眾真實(shi)地感(gan)受到了承諾踐諾帶來(lai)的(de)(de)新氣(qi)象。

積極搭建溝通平(ping)臺,傾聽職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)心聲。通過每(mei)月召開一(yi)次政(zheng)工(gong)例(li)會(hui)(hui)制度,定期召開工(gong)會(hui)(hui)主(zhu)(zhu)席會(hui)(hui),在對各項工(gong)作(zuo)進(jin)行(xing)(xing)總結、安排和(he)(he)部(bu)署的(de)(de)同(tong)時(shi),摸清職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)思想狀況及當(dang)前關心的(de)(de)熱點焦點問(wen)題(ti),對問(wen)題(ti)進(jin)行(xing)(xing)深入分析,并提出(chu)相應的(de)(de)解決(jue)思路、辦法和(he)(he)措施,把問(wen)題(ti)和(he)(he)矛(mao)盾解決(jue)在基層,解決(jue)在萌芽狀態。同(tong)時(shi),不斷豐(feng)富(fu)廠務公開的(de)(de)內(nei)容和(he)(he)形式,以(yi)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)代表(biao)大會(hui)(hui)為載體(ti),以(yi)宣傳(chuan)專欄、網(wang)站、公開欄等(deng)(deng)多種平(ping)臺對企業年度生產經營目標、降低成本目標、工(gong)資福利調整、重(zhong)大會(hui)(hui)議(yi)內(nei)容及決(jue)議(yi)等(deng)(deng)進(jin)行(xing)(xing)全(quan)(quan)面的(de)(de)公開宣傳(chuan),自覺(jue)接受全(quan)(quan)體(ti)會(hui)(hui)員的(de)(de)監(jian)督,進(jin)一(yi)步增強了全(quan)(quan)體(ti)會(hui)(hui)員民主(zhu)(zhu)參(can)與、民主(zhu)(zhu)管(guan)理(li)意識(shi)。每(mei)年對涌現出(chu)的(de)(de)各類先進(jin)集體(ti)、先模人物、技術能手等(deng)(deng),及時(shi)進(jin)行(xing)(xing)表(biao)彰(zhang)獎(jiang)勵,鼓舞員工(gong)士氣,激(ji)發了職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)干(gan)事創業的(de)(de)熱情。

整(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)修(xiu)社(she)區道(dao)路(lu)(lu)(lu),改善(shan)居住(zhu)環境。“泰(tai)煤家屬(shu)(shu)院是上世紀伴(ban)隨著老廠發(fa)展建(jian)設(she)起來的,由于長(chang)期重(zhong)載車輛碾壓、年(nian)久(jiu)失修(xiu)等(deng)原(yuan)因,社(she)區道(dao)路(lu)(lu)(lu)雨天坑洼,積水難行,晴天塵土飛揚,灰頭土臉。”老廠區一(yi)位職(zhi)工(gong)家屬(shu)(shu)這樣介(jie)紹道(dao)。結合(he)老廠區生活(huo)設(she)施現狀,該公司(si)從(cong)改善(shan)居住(zhu)環境入手,對部(bu)分道(dao)路(lu)(lu)(lu)進行了修(xiu)繕。對北宿舍(she)到靈山街的道(dao)路(lu)(lu)(lu)、梳洗河(he)橋(qiao)兩側、北宿舍(she)小廣(guang)場、原(yuan)支護大門外(wai)道(dao)路(lu)(lu)(lu)、垃圾(ji)桶停(ting)放處、迎門墻前道(dao)路(lu)(lu)(lu)等(deng)多個地(di)段進行了道(dao)路(lu)(lu)(lu)修(xiu)整(zheng)(zheng)(zheng),并對8、9號(hao)樓(lou)前清(qing)理(li)后鋪設(she)石(shi)屑,硬化(hua)路(lu)(lu)(lu)面、鋪設(she)石(shi)屑共計5000余平,修(xiu)復(fu)照(zhao)明設(she)施50余處,對下水管道(dao)進行了疏通(tong),增(zeng)加了停(ting)車車位,安(an)裝了各種(zhong)健身器材12套,為(wei)職(zhi)工(gong)家屬(shu)(shu)提供了休閑(xian)娛(yu)樂場所。從(cong)美化(hua)環境角(jiao)度,通(tong)過改造管道(dao)、增(zeng)設(she)閥門,根治了綜(zong)合(he)樓(lou)用水問題,對職(zhi)工(gong)宿舍(she)一(yi)樓(lou)停(ting)放的自行車、各類兩輪機(ji)動車進行了集中清(qing)理(li),使(shi)綜(zong)合(he)樓(lou)的環境面貌煥(huan)然一(yi)新,新廠區餐(can)廳和綜(zong)合(he)樓(lou)附(fu)近路(lu)(lu)(lu)面修(xiu)整(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)鋪設(she)面積達(da)2600平米(mi),系列措施較大地(di)改善(shan)了以往“臟、亂、差”現象(xiang),極大提升了職(zhi)工(gong)家屬(shu)(shu)的幸(xing)福指數。
