本網泰安訊(xun) 近日,山(shan)能重(zhong)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)泰安煤機公司離(li)退休職工均接到了補發的(de)住房補貼(tie),這是(shi)在當前資金緊張的(de)情況下(xia),重(zhong)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)集團千方百計籌措資金為職工補發的(de)“民(min)生欠款”。

關注民(min)生(sheng)是一項長(chang)期的(de)(de)(de)工(gong)程,只有(you)起點(dian)沒有(you)終(zhong)點(dian),該公司根據重裝集團的(de)(de)(de)工(gong)作(zuo)要求,在關心(xin)職(zhi)工(gong)工(gong)作(zuo)生(sheng)活方面始終(zhong)沒有(you)放松,通(tong)過職(zhi)代會(hui)征求意見(jian)的(de)(de)(de)形式,廣開言路,針對職(zhi)工(gong)群眾(zhong)反映的(de)(de)(de)突出問(wen)題,立說立行抓整改,在服務職(zhi)工(gong)上(shang)做文章,在惠及民(min)生(sheng)上(shang)下功(gong)夫,一件件看得見(jian)、摸得著的(de)(de)(de)好事(shi)實事(shi),讓職(zhi)工(gong)群眾(zhong)真(zhen)實地感受到了承(cheng)諾(nuo)踐諾(nuo)帶來的(de)(de)(de)新(xin)氣象。

積極搭建溝通平臺,傾聽職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)心聲(sheng)。通過每(mei)月召(zhao)開一次(ci)政工(gong)(gong)例(li)會(hui)制度,定期召(zhao)開工(gong)(gong)會(hui)主(zhu)席會(hui),在(zai)對各項(xiang)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)進行(xing)總結(jie)、安排和(he)部(bu)署(shu)的(de)同時,摸清職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)思想狀況及(ji)(ji)當(dang)前(qian)關心的(de)熱(re)點(dian)焦點(dian)問題,對問題進行(xing)深入分析,并提(ti)出相應的(de)解(jie)(jie)決(jue)思路、辦法和(he)措(cuo)施,把問題和(he)矛盾解(jie)(jie)決(jue)在(zai)基層,解(jie)(jie)決(jue)在(zai)萌芽狀態。同時,不斷豐富廠務(wu)公開的(de)內(nei)(nei)容(rong)和(he)形式(shi),以(yi)職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)代表大會(hui)為(wei)載體,以(yi)宣(xuan)傳(chuan)(chuan)專欄(lan)、網(wang)站、公開欄(lan)等(deng)多種(zhong)平臺對企業(ye)(ye)年度生產經(jing)營目標(biao)、降低成本目標(biao)、工(gong)(gong)資(zi)福利調(diao)整、重大會(hui)議(yi)內(nei)(nei)容(rong)及(ji)(ji)決(jue)議(yi)等(deng)進行(xing)全(quan)(quan)面(mian)的(de)公開宣(xuan)傳(chuan)(chuan),自覺接受全(quan)(quan)體會(hui)員(yuan)的(de)監(jian)督(du),進一步增強了全(quan)(quan)體會(hui)員(yuan)民主(zhu)參(can)與(yu)、民主(zhu)管理(li)意識。每(mei)年對涌現出的(de)各類先(xian)進集(ji)體、先(xian)模(mo)人物、技術(shu)能手等(deng),及(ji)(ji)時進行(xing)表彰(zhang)獎(jiang)勵(li),鼓(gu)舞員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)士氣(qi),激發了職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)干事(shi)創業(ye)(ye)的(de)熱(re)情(qing)。

整(zheng)(zheng)修(xiu)社(she)區(qu)(qu)道(dao)(dao)(dao)路(lu)(lu),改善居住環境(jing)。“泰(tai)煤家屬院是上世紀伴隨著(zhu)老廠發展建設(she)起(qi)來(lai)的(de),由于長期重載車輛碾(nian)壓、年久失修(xiu)等原(yuan)因,社(she)區(qu)(qu)道(dao)(dao)(dao)路(lu)(lu)雨天坑(keng)洼,積(ji)(ji)水難行,晴天塵土(tu)飛揚,灰(hui)頭(tou)土(tu)臉。”老廠區(qu)(qu)一(yi)位(wei)職(zhi)工家屬這(zhe)樣介紹道(dao)(dao)(dao)。結合(he)(he)老廠區(qu)(qu)生活設(she)施現(xian)狀,該公司從改善居住環境(jing)入手,對(dui)部分道(dao)(dao)(dao)路(lu)(lu)進(jin)行了(le)(le)(le)(le)(le)(le)修(xiu)繕(shan)。對(dui)北(bei)宿(su)舍(she)到靈山街的(de)道(dao)(dao)(dao)路(lu)(lu)、梳洗河橋兩(liang)側、北(bei)宿(su)舍(she)小(xiao)廣場(chang)、原(yuan)支護大(da)門(men)(men)外(wai)道(dao)(dao)(dao)路(lu)(lu)、垃圾桶停放處(chu)、迎門(men)(men)墻(qiang)前(qian)道(dao)(dao)(dao)路(lu)(lu)等多個(ge)地段進(jin)行了(le)(le)(le)(le)(le)(le)道(dao)(dao)(dao)路(lu)(lu)修(xiu)整(zheng)(zheng),并對(dui)8、9號樓(lou)前(qian)清理后(hou)鋪設(she)石屑,硬化路(lu)(lu)面(mian)、鋪設(she)石屑共計5000余(yu)平(ping),修(xiu)復照明設(she)施50余(yu)處(chu),對(dui)下水管道(dao)(dao)(dao)進(jin)行了(le)(le)(le)(le)(le)(le)疏(shu)通(tong)(tong),增加了(le)(le)(le)(le)(le)(le)停車車位(wei),安裝了(le)(le)(le)(le)(le)(le)各種(zhong)健身器材(cai)12套,為職(zhi)工家屬提供了(le)(le)(le)(le)(le)(le)休(xiu)閑(xian)娛樂場(chang)所。從美化環境(jing)角(jiao)度,通(tong)(tong)過改造管道(dao)(dao)(dao)、增設(she)閥門(men)(men),根治了(le)(le)(le)(le)(le)(le)綜合(he)(he)樓(lou)用水問題,對(dui)職(zhi)工宿(su)舍(she)一(yi)樓(lou)停放的(de)自行車、各類兩(liang)輪機動車進(jin)行了(le)(le)(le)(le)(le)(le)集中清理,使綜合(he)(he)樓(lou)的(de)環境(jing)面(mian)貌煥(huan)然一(yi)新(xin),新(xin)廠區(qu)(qu)餐廳和綜合(he)(he)樓(lou)附近(jin)路(lu)(lu)面(mian)修(xiu)整(zheng)(zheng)鋪設(she)面(mian)積(ji)(ji)達2600平(ping)米(mi),系列措施較大(da)地改善了(le)(le)(le)(le)(le)(le)以往“臟、亂、差”現(xian)象,極大(da)提升了(le)(le)(le)(le)(le)(le)職(zhi)工家屬的(de)幸福(fu)指數。
