“現在(zai)我們(men)采(cai)用普通職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)張慶(qing)海研制選(xuan)用的低壓電纜接(jie)(jie)線(xian)(xian)盒,不僅解(jie)決了以(yi)往(wang)廠(chang)家(jia)(jia)按裝主提(ti)閘傳感器接(jie)(jie)線(xian)(xian)易損(sun)壞短路的難題,而且每月可(ke)降(jiang)低維修材料投入費用達1萬多元。”說(shuo)起一(yi)線(xian)(xian)職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)的“小改(gai)小革(ge)”成果(guo),龍礦集團梁家(jia)(jia)煤礦機選(xuan)工(gong)(gong)區黨支部書記于躍喜上眉梢,他(ta)說(shuo),目(mu)前(qian)基層一(yi)線(xian)(xian)職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)的“革(ge)新(xin)”勁(jing)頭特(te)別足,這得益于礦井提(ti)出的“大(da)眾創(chuang)業(ye)、萬眾創(chuang)新(xin)、全(quan)員創(chuang)效”理(li)念滲透和號召力,在(zai)他(ta)們(men)工(gong)(gong)區,象張慶(qing)海一(yi)樣普通職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)搞革(ge)新(xin)的事(shi)例,不勝枚舉。
馬更陽是(shi)該工(gong)區的(de)(de)(de)皮帶(dai)(dai)工(gong),他認(ren)為目前工(gong)區在(zai)(zai)膠(jiao)(jiao)帶(dai)(dai)膠(jiao)(jiao)結(jie)過(guo)程中,所采(cai)用的(de)(de)(de)烘烤(kao)(kao)工(gong)具不(bu)僅增加了烘烤(kao)(kao)時間,而且(qie)對膠(jiao)(jiao)帶(dai)(dai)的(de)(de)(de)膠(jiao)(jiao)接(jie)質量無法保證;為此他在(zai)(zai)膠(jiao)(jiao)帶(dai)(dai)烘烤(kao)(kao)器(qi)的(de)(de)(de)工(gong)藝改進(jin)上(shang)反復(fu)琢(zhuo)磨,進(jin)行(xing)改革(ge)試(shi)驗達(da)20多次,終于自(zi)行(xing)設計(ji)完成(cheng)了新式膠(jiao)(jiao)帶(dai)(dai)烘烤(kao)(kao)器(qi)。“現在(zai)(zai)職工(gong)使(shi)用改進(jin)后的(de)(de)(de)膠(jiao)(jiao)帶(dai)(dai)烘烤(kao)(kao)器(qi)后,膠(jiao)(jiao)帶(dai)(dai)膠(jiao)(jiao)接(jie)過(guo)程工(gong)作效率(lv)提高一倍以上(shang),而且(qie)減(jian)輕作業人員勞(lao)動強度五成(cheng)以上(shang)。”該工(gong)區皮帶(dai)(dai)崗位司(si)機張公波(bo)對同事的(de)(de)(de)革(ge)新成(cheng)果贊不(bu)絕口,表示(shi)自(zi)己(ji)也要學習(xi)榜樣,結(jie)合(he)崗位多出“作品(pin)”。
僅(jin)今年以來,梁家煤(mei)礦(kuang)機選(xuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)區就(jiu)相繼(ji)涌現出(chu)膠帶煤(mei)烤(kao)機的(de)設計(ji)應用(yong)、主提(ti)閘間隙傳(chuan)感器的(de)改(gai)進等職工(gong)(gong)(gong)小改(gai)小革達30多項,其中維修工(gong)(gong)(gong)孫(sun)為成研制(zhi)的(de)毛(mao)煤(mei)破(po)碎機大(da)塊抓(zhua)取(qu)器,克(ke)服了以往機內有破(po)碎不了的(de)大(da)塊砂巖或結核石(shi),造成的(de)人(ren)工(gong)(gong)(gong)搬運、極易(yi)發(fa)生人(ren)生事(shi)故的(de)弊端;崗位司機王(wang)勇提(ti)出(chu)的(de)風選(xuan)床側部(bu)伸縮板改(gai)進工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝,達到(dao)減勁(jing)職工(gong)(gong)(gong)勞(lao)力、提(ti)升(sheng)效(xiao)率及節約材料(liao)費用(yong)目的(de),被評為一線職工(gong)(gong)(gong)革新的(de)“新人(ren)創效(xiao)獎”,由原來的(de)普(pu)通職工(gong)(gong)(gong)變成工(gong)(gong)(gong)區人(ren)人(ren)爭先學習的(de)模范“標兵”。
“創(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)是(shi)(shi)最(zui)大的增(zeng)效(xiao),智(zhi)(zhi)慧是(shi)(shi)最(zui)大的潛力。”該(gai)礦黨委書記(ji)劉(liu)惠傲介紹說,自“三轉一(yi)強化”形(xing)(xing)勢任務(wu)主題(ti)教育(yu)活動開展(zhan)以(yi)來,該(gai)礦充(chong)分發動職工思想引擎,突(tu)出智(zhi)(zhi)慧創(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)激發活力,一(yi)線(xian)職工科技革(ge)新(xin)(xin)的熱潮空前;今年以(yi)來,該(gai)礦僅一(yi)線(xian)職工小(xiao)(xiao)改小(xiao)(xiao)革(ge)項目已達到50多項,礦井圍繞“全(quan)員(yuan)創(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)創(chuang)(chuang)效(xiao)、系統降(jiang)本(ben)增(zeng)效(xiao)”的思路,逐級(ji)完善了平(ping)臺、課(ke)題(ti)、責(ze)任人、創(chuang)(chuang)效(xiao)、獎勵“五位一(yi)體(ti)(ti)”全(quan)員(yuan)創(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)增(zeng)效(xiao)工作體(ti)(ti)系,一(yi)線(xian)職工依靠智(zhi)(zhi)慧“創(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)+”體(ti)(ti)系的形(xing)(xing)成,真正激發了全(quan)員(yuan)的降(jiang)本(ben)增(zeng)效(xiao)潛能。
