本網(wang)濟寧訊(xun) 形勢斷崖跳,思想(xiang)不滑坡。在煤炭行情持(chi)(chi)續低迷的狀態(tai)下,山東能(neng)源(yuan)臨礦集(ji)團古城煤礦以(yi)開展(zhan)“新常態(tai)、新挑(tiao)戰(zhan)、新機遇、新作為(wei)(wei)”形勢任務教育為(wei)(wei)契機,把創建“活(huo)力幸(xing)福”礦區(qu)、培養員(yuan)工(gong)“八(ba)種感覺(jue)”作為(wei)(wei)抓(zhua)手,凝聚員(yuan)工(gong)力量,營造和(he)諧(xie)發(fa)展(zhan)氛圍,促(cu)進礦井健康穩定可持(chi)(chi)續發(fa)展(zhan)。

該礦(kuang)圍繞讓員工(gong)(gong)有安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)感(gan)(gan)(gan)、認同感(gan)(gan)(gan)、安(an)(an)穩感(gan)(gan)(gan)、歸屬感(gan)(gan)(gan)、成(cheng)(cheng)就感(gan)(gan)(gan)、愉悅感(gan)(gan)(gan)、自(zi)豪感(gan)(gan)(gan)、信(xin)任(ren)感(gan)(gan)(gan)“八種感(gan)(gan)(gan)覺”目標,完(wan)善(shan)(shan)各(ge)(ge)類(lei)安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)制度(du)措施,發(fa)揮群監、協(xie)管(guan)安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)活動(dong)特殊作(zuo)用(yong);強化(hua)各(ge)(ge)類(lei)安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)教育培(pei)訓,提(ti)高全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)員安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)意識,規(gui)范行為(wei)(wei)(wei);重(zhong)視(shi)員工(gong)(gong)行為(wei)(wei)(wei)規(gui)范教育,實現“法(fa)制礦(kuang)區”建(jian)設目標。不斷健全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)礦(kuang)井(jing)規(gui)章制度(du),進一步完(wan)善(shan)(shan)民主(zhu)決(jue)策機制,使(shi)內(nei)部(bu)管(guan)理變得(de)更為(wei)(wei)(wei)科(ke)學;提(ti)高資源(yuan)綜合(he)利用(yong)效(xiao)率,節(jie)能降(jiang)耗工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)成(cheng)(cheng)效(xiao)凸顯(xian);強化(hua)自(zi)主(zhu)創(chuang)新能力,高度(du)重(zhong)視(shi)技(ji)術(shu)(shu)改造(zao)(zao)、技(ji)術(shu)(shu)引(yin)進及技(ji)術(shu)(shu)推廣等科(ke)技(ji)創(chuang)新活動(dong),不斷加(jia)強人才(cai)(cai)(cai)隊伍(wu)建(jian)設,著力鍛造(zao)(zao)高素質的人才(cai)(cai)(cai)隊伍(wu),實現安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)目標。在(zai)對外(wai)托管(guan)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)上取得(de)切實成(cheng)(cheng)效(xiao),提(ti)升礦(kuang)井(jing)品牌形(xing)(xing)象,彰(zhang)顯(xian)競(jing)爭優(you)勢(shi),使(shi)礦(kuang)井(jing)保(bao)持(chi)“穩中(zhong)(zhong)有為(wei)(wei)(wei)”“穩中(zhong)(zhong)有進”良好態勢(shi),員工(gong)(gong)收入持(chi)續穩定。突出工(gong)(gong)會組織作(zuo)用(yong),到(dao)位落實員工(gong)(gong)薪酬、勞動(dong)保(bao)護,不斷改善(shan)(shan)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)、生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)活條件,維(wei)護合(he)法(fa)權益(yi)(yi),并圍繞關(guan)心關(guan)懷關(guan)愛主(zhu)題(ti),做好思想政治(zhi)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo),杜絕各(ge)(ge)類(lei)群體性事件發(fa)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng),打造(zao)(zao)幸(xing)福礦(kuang)區。健全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)完(wan)善(shan)(shan)人才(cai)(cai)(cai)選拔和培(pei)訓機制,重(zhong)視(shi)人才(cai)(cai)(cai)培(pei)養,建(jian)立系統(tong)有效(xiao)的人才(cai)(cai)(cai)培(pei)育規(gui)劃(hua),經常性開(kai)展員工(gong)(gong)培(pei)訓教育和職(zhi)業生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)涯規(gui)劃(hua)指導活動(dong),注重(zhong)發(fa)揮黨(dang)管(guan)人才(cai)(cai)(cai)、黨(dang)育人才(cai)(cai)(cai)、黨(dang)聚(ju)人才(cai)(cai)(cai)的積(ji)極(ji)作(zuo)用(yong)。創(chuang)新工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)方式、方法(fa),開(kai)展多樣化(hua)形(xing)(xing)勢(shi)任(ren)務(wu)教育和健康(kang)有益(yi)(yi)文體活動(dong),積(ji)極(ji)向上;注重(zhong)新知識、新技(ji)術(shu)(shu)、新工(gong)(gong)藝的學習(xi)培(pei)訓,提(ti)高員工(gong)(gong)隊伍(wu)綜合(he)素質不水(shui)平(ping),攻(gong)堅(jian)破(po)難。
