本(ben)網訊 今年以來,面對當(dang)前嚴峻的(de)煤炭市(shi)場(chang)形勢,員工思(si)想有落差(cha),加之首次面對大傾角(jiao)采煤,部分員工有畏難情(qing)緒的(de)實際,山(shan)東(dong)能(neng)源肥礦集團陳蠻莊(zhuang)煤礦因(yin)(yin)地因(yin)(yin)時制(zhi)宜,不斷(duan)加強員工思(si)想教育,持續開(kai)展形勢任務教育活(huo)動,為礦井(jing)竣工投產(chan)、平穩過渡提供了有力(li)的(de)思(si)想保證和精(jing)神動力(li)。
針對施工人(ren)員來(lai)自各地(di)、背景不(bu)同、素質參差不(bu)齊的(de)(de)特點,陳蠻(man)莊煤礦(kuang)因地(di)施教(jiao),超越地(di)域差異,開(kai)展“凝心聚(ju)力(li),建(jian)設新(xin)礦(kuang)井(jing)”形(xing)勢任務教(jiao)育(yu)(yu),增強全(quan)員緊迫(po)感和使命(ming)感,形(xing)成建(jian)設合(he)力(li),加快礦(kuang)井(jing)建(jian)設步伐。該礦(kuang)制定(ding)下發(fa)了(le)《關(guan)于(yu)集中(zhong)開(kai)展形(xing)勢任務教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)活(huo)動(dong)的(de)(de)意(yi)見》和《關(guan)于(yu)開(kai)展“四(si)項教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)”活(huo)動(dong)的(de)(de)實施意(yi)見》,突出“創業爭先(xian)(xian),使命(ming)光榮”這(zhe)一主題,緊緊圍繞“我與企業共命(ming)運(yun)”、“企業有困難我該怎么辦”、“節約(yue)材料就是(shi)保工資”等(deng)議題進行大討論,統一思(si)想,凝聚(ju)力(li)量,形(xing)成了(le)奮勇爭先(xian)(xian)、干事創業的(de)(de)強大合(he)力(li)。
在(zai)(zai)形勢(shi)任務(wu)(wu)教(jiao)育中(zhong),該礦堅(jian)持靈活多樣(yang)地抓宣(xuan)貫,營造(zao)了濃厚氛圍。充分發揮廣(guang)播、宣(xuan)傳欄、網(wang)絡、LED電子屏等輿論陣地作用,加(jia)大(da)對(dui)(dui)黨的十八大(da)和(he)(he)(he)十八屆三(san)中(zhong)全(quan)(quan)會(hui)精(jing)(jing)神、煤炭市場形勢(shi)、能源集團(tuan)超越(yue)文化、企(qi)(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)面臨的困難、挑戰和(he)(he)(he)機遇的宣(xuan)講(jiang)宣(xuan)貫,讓員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)了解宏(hong)觀大(da)勢(shi)和(he)(he)(he)企(qi)(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)現狀。抽調生產、經營、政工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)人員(yuan)(yuan)組成(cheng)宣(xuan)講(jiang)隊(dui),制定宣(xuan)講(jiang)配檔表,進(jin)區隊(dui)、入班(ban)組,面對(dui)(dui)面向員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)講(jiang)形勢(shi)、擺任務(wu)(wu)、談機遇、繪前(qian)景,和(he)(he)(he)員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)互(hu)動交(jiao)流,教(jiao)育員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)立(li)足本職,積(ji)極投身企(qi)(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)建設(she)(she)發展的洪(hong)流中(zhong),在(zai)(zai)企(qi)(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)建設(she)(she)發展的實踐(jian)中(zhong)成(cheng)長(chang)成(cheng)才,建功(gong)立(li)業(ye)(ye)。堅(jian)持每(mei)月召(zhao)開(kai)一次全(quan)(quan)礦性的三(san)班(ban)大(da)課堂,定期舉辦法制教(jiao)育報告(gao)會(hui),向員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)群眾講(jiang)形勢(shi)、講(jiang)任務(wu)(wu)、講(jiang)法制、講(jiang)前(qian)景,分析不(bu)利(li)因素(su)和(he)(he)(he)有利(li)條件,增強大(da)家克難制勝(sheng),化危為機的信心和(he)(he)(he)決心,使員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)在(zai)(zai)困境中(zhong)看(kan)到(dao)希望(wang)和(he)(he)(he)未來。為提升全(quan)(quan)員(yuan)(yuan)責(ze)任意識和(he)(he)(he)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作執(zhi)行力,他們還組織(zhi)全(quan)(quan)員(yuan)(yuan)學習《責(ze)任勝(sheng)于能力》一書,觀看(kan)視頻講(jiang)座,開(kai)展《責(ze)任勝(sheng)于能力》讀書交(jiao)流會(hui)和(he)(he)(he)演(yan)講(jiang)比(bi)賽。通過(guo)交(jiao)流,碰撞思想火花,凝聚共識,為各項工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作順利(li)推(tui)進(jin)、高效落實提供了精(jing)(jing)神動力。
陳(chen)蠻莊(zhuang)煤(mei)礦(kuang)堅(jian)持把形(xing)勢任務教育與(yu)(yu)安全生(sheng)產、企業發(fa)(fa)(fa)展難(nan)(nan)題相結合(he),解放思想,更新(xin)觀念(nian),突(tu)破發(fa)(fa)(fa)展瓶頸。針(zhen)對3206大(da)傾(qing)角工(gong)作面,最大(da)傾(qing)角近40度,垂高(gao)105米(mi),工(gong)作面地(di)溫(wen)高(gao)、頂(ding)板(ban)破碎、支(zhi)護(hu)難(nan)(nan)度大(da)、采(cai)煤(mei)艱(jian)苦的(de)作業環境,該礦(kuang)牢固樹立(li)(li)“采(cai)掘(jue)(jue)員工(gong)是老大(da)哥”的(de)思想,尊(zun)重采(cai)掘(jue)(jue)工(gong)、愛護(hu)采(cai)掘(jue)(jue)工(gong),建(jian)立(li)(li)了(le)(le)(le)《為采(cai)掘(jue)(jue)一線員工(gong)過生(sheng)日(ri)(ri)》制度,礦(kuang)工(gong)會每月為采(cai)掘(jue)(jue)員工(gong)集體過生(sheng)日(ri)(ri)。出臺了(le)(le)(le)禁止采(cai)掘(jue)(jue)員工(gong)加班延點的(de)規定,保障(zhang)他們(men)的(de)休息權益,激發(fa)(fa)(fa)了(le)(le)(le)員工(gong)工(gong)作熱情,成功(gong)挑戰大(da)傾(qing)角采(cai)煤(mei),產量屢(lv)創新(xin)高(gao)。同時,勇于(yu)擔當(dang),加快手續辦理(li),盯(ding)上靠上協調關系跑手續,經過多方攻堅(jian),手續辦理(li)逐項突(tu)破,順利取(qu)得了(le)(le)(le)國家發(fa)(fa)(fa)改委(wei)批(pi)文。探(tan)索實踐壓(ya)煤(mei)村(cun)莊(zhuang)搬遷與(yu)(yu)新(xin)農(nong)村(cun)建(jian)設相結合(he)的(de)新(xin)路子,解決了(le)(le)(le)制約采(cai)場接續的(de)老大(da)難(nan)(nan)問(wen)題,杜絕(jue)了(le)(le)(le)條帶開采(cai),實現了(le)(le)(le)資源利用率最大(da)化,榮獲山東(dong)省壓(ya)煤(mei)村(cun)莊(zhuang)搬遷先進單位稱號。
