
為(wei)全(quan)面提(ti)升(sheng)工會(hui)(hui)干部的(de)政治理論(lun)素質和業務(wu)知(zhi)識水平,進(jin)一步提(ti)高工會(hui)(hui)組織的(de)服務(wu)能力,近日,棗礦集團(tuan)付煤公司工會(hui)(hui)以工會(hui)(hui)“大(da)講堂”活動為(wei)載體,策劃推出了主(zhu)題(ti)為(wei)“造(zao)就(jiu)專業隊(dui)伍,提(ti)升(sheng)服務(wu)能力”的(de)工會(hui)(hui)干部素質提(ti)升(sheng)訓練營,著力打造(zao)學習型工會(hui)(hui)。
嚴格學習紀律。為(wei)保證學(xue)(xue)習(xi)活動(dong)的(de)經常化(hua)、制(zhi)度化(hua),該(gai)公司工(gong)(gong)會(hui)(hui)制(zhi)定了(le)(le)(le)《工(gong)(gong)會(hui)(hui)機關(guan)(guan)干部職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)學(xue)(xue)習(xi)制(zhi)度》和《工(gong)(gong)會(hui)(hui)周例會(hui)(hui)制(zhi)度》,將每周五定為(wei)工(gong)(gong)會(hui)(hui)機關(guan)(guan)“學(xue)(xue)習(xi)日”。要求全體(ti)干部職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)準時到會(hui)(hui),不得無故缺席,嚴格(ge)了(le)(le)(le)學(xue)(xue)習(xi)紀律,推進了(le)(le)(le)學(xue)(xue)習(xi)型工(gong)(gong)會(hui)(hui)組織建設深入開展。
注重培訓實效。從分管(guan)副主席,到專業(ye)部室負責人(ren),再到機關工(gong)(gong)作人(ren)員,人(ren)人(ren)都是“講師(shi)”,人(ren)人(ren)都是“學生”。堅(jian)持(chi)“學習服(fu)(fu)務工(gong)(gong)作,學習促進工(gong)(gong)作”的原則(ze),組織干部職工(gong)(gong)系統學習工(gong)(gong)會理(li)論、業(ye)務知(zhi)識(shi)、形勢任務和(he)上級文件等,并設置(zhi)提問、解(jie)答環節,深入探討,廣泛交流,鞏固業(ye)務知(zhi)識(shi),提高(gao)服(fu)(fu)務能力。
創新學習載體。在“學習日”中,公司工(gong)會要求(qiu)每(mei)一工(gong)會干部匯(hui)報(bao)本(ben)周(zhou)(zhou)工(gong)作完成(cheng)情況和下(xia)周(zhou)(zhou)工(gong)作計(ji)劃(hua),分(fen)管副(fu)主(zhu)席講評(ping)本(ben)周(zhou)(zhou)工(gong)作和部署下(xia)周(zhou)(zhou)工(gong)作,最后由(you)工(gong)會主(zhu)席總結并提出要求(qiu)。讓干部職工(gong)在聽匯(hui)報(bao)中比干勁,在聽匯(hui)報(bao)中比成(cheng)績(ji),有(you)效地激發(fa)了全體干部職工(gong)的(de)責任(ren)心、使命感和執(zhi)行力,推動了工(gong)會各項工(gong)作新進(jin)展。
