棗礦集團付煤公司工會“素質提升訓練營”打造學習型工會

為全面提(ti)升(sheng)工會(hui)(hui)干部的政治理論素(su)(su)質(zhi)和業務(wu)知識水(shui)平,進(jin)一步提(ti)高工會(hui)(hui)組織的服(fu)務(wu)能力(li)(li),近日,棗礦集(ji)團付煤公司工會(hui)(hui)以工會(hui)(hui)“大講(jiang)堂(tang)”活動為載體,策劃推出了主(zhu)題為“造就(jiu)專業隊(dui)伍,提(ti)升(sheng)服(fu)務(wu)能力(li)(li)”的工會(hui)(hui)干部素(su)(su)質(zhi)提(ti)升(sheng)訓練營,著力(li)(li)打造學(xue)習(xi)型工會(hui)(hui)。

嚴格學習紀律。為(wei)保(bao)證學(xue)(xue)習活動的經常化(hua)、制度化(hua),該(gai)公(gong)司工(gong)會(hui)制定(ding)了(le)《工(gong)會(hui)機關干(gan)部職(zhi)工(gong)學(xue)(xue)習制度》和(he)《工(gong)會(hui)周(zhou)例會(hui)制度》,將(jiang)每(mei)周(zhou)五定(ding)為(wei)工(gong)會(hui)機關“學(xue)(xue)習日”。要求(qiu)全(quan)體干(gan)部職(zhi)工(gong)準時到會(hui),不得無故缺席,嚴格了(le)學(xue)(xue)習紀律,推進了(le)學(xue)(xue)習型工(gong)會(hui)組織建(jian)設深(shen)入開展。

注重培訓實效。從分管副主席,到(dao)專業(ye)部(bu)室(shi)負責人(ren)(ren)(ren),再到(dao)機關工作人(ren)(ren)(ren)員,人(ren)(ren)(ren)人(ren)(ren)(ren)都是“講師”,人(ren)(ren)(ren)人(ren)(ren)(ren)都是“學(xue)生”。堅(jian)持(chi)“學(xue)習(xi)服務(wu)(wu)工作,學(xue)習(xi)促進工作”的原則,組織(zhi)干部(bu)職工系統學(xue)習(xi)工會理論、業(ye)務(wu)(wu)知(zhi)識、形勢任務(wu)(wu)和上級文件等,并設(she)置提(ti)問(wen)、解答環節,深入探討,廣泛交流,鞏固(gu)業(ye)務(wu)(wu)知(zhi)識,提(ti)高服務(wu)(wu)能(neng)力。

創新學習載體。在(zai)“學習日”中,公(gong)司(si)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)會要求每一工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)會干(gan)部匯(hui)報本周(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作完成情況和(he)下周(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作計劃,分管副(fu)主席(xi)(xi)講評本周(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作和(he)部署下周(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作,最后由工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)會主席(xi)(xi)總(zong)結(jie)并提出要求。讓干(gan)部職工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)在(zai)聽匯(hui)報中比(bi)(bi)干(gan)勁,在(zai)聽匯(hui)報中比(bi)(bi)成績,有效(xiao)地激發了全(quan)體干(gan)部職工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)的責任心(xin)、使命(ming)感(gan)和(he)執行(xing)力,推動了工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)會各項工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作新(xin)進展。
