近年來,山東能源新礦集團華豐煤礦工會把(ba)維護(hu)職工群(qun)(qun)眾的利益放在首位,始終把(ba)職工群(qun)(qun)眾放在心上(shang),關注(zhu)民生(sheng)(sheng)貼近生(sheng)(sheng)活,搭建了(le)(le)“四個平臺”,托起了(le)(le)職工幸福生(sheng)(sheng)活,實現了(le)(le)發展(zhan)成果(guo)共(gong)享,促進了(le)(le)礦井的和(he)諧(xie)發展(zhan)。
搭建生活平臺,加強生活文化建設。該礦(kuang)從關注職(zhi)工生活(huo)入手(shou),改擴建了(le)俱樂部廣場(chang)、和(he)諧廣場(chang)、文化(hua)(hua)夜市等大(da)型文化(hua)(hua)娛(yu)樂場(chang)所,成(cheng)為(wei)居(ju)民(min)休(xiu)閑娛(yu)樂、運動(dong)健(jian)(jian)(jian)身、增(zeng)長知(zhi)識的(de)(de)好去處。該礦(kuang)還投入大(da)量資(zi)金對礦(kuang)區進行綠(lv)化(hua)(hua),每(mei)天清(qing)晨在(zai)花(hua)園(yuan)的(de)(de)綠(lv)樹紅花(hua)中(zhong)迎(ying)著朝霞打太極、做廣播操的(de)(de)老年(nian)人精神矍(jue)鑠,幸福的(de)(de)感覺溢于言(yan)表,晨跑人們(men)的(de)(de)腳步在(zai)清(qing)脆的(de)(de)鳥鳴(ming)聲健(jian)(jian)(jian)步如飛(fei),職(zhi)工們(men)的(de)(de)生產生活(huo)環境的(de)(de)到了(le)較大(da)的(de)(de)改善。積極開展全民(min)健(jian)(jian)(jian)身活(huo)動(dong),該礦(kuang)工會(hui)成(cheng)立(li)了(le)籃球、乒(ping)乓球、棋類(lei)、健(jian)(jian)(jian)身排舞等各(ge)類(lei)協(xie)(xie)會(hui)12個,各(ge)車間工會(hui)和(he)社(she)區居(ju)民(min)也自發組(zu)建各(ge)種文體活(huo)動(dong)團隊(dui),形成(cheng)了(le)橫向到邊、縱向到底、上(shang)下(xia)相連(lian)、相互推進的(de)(de)運行機制(zhi),實現(xian)了(le)大(da)型活(huo)動(dong)工會(hui)辦、中(zhong)型活(huo)動(dong)協(xie)(xie)會(hui)辦、小型活(huo)動(dong)基層辦的(de)(de)模式(shi),豐富了(le)職(zhi)工業余(yu)文化(hua)(hua)生活(huo)。近年(nian)來(lai),該礦(kuang)先后榮(rong)(rong)獲“國家級(ji)綠(lv)色(se)礦(kuang)山(shan)單位”、“全國煤礦(kuang)全民(min)健(jian)(jian)(jian)身先進單位”、“山(shan)東省優秀(xiu)社(she)區”等榮(rong)(rong)譽稱號。
搭建發展平臺,加強素質文化建設。多年來(lai),該礦注(zhu)重強化職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)教育培訓,創(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)教育手(shou)段,努力提(ti)(ti)高職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)隊伍素質。對內通過開(kai)展(zhan)(zhan)“導師帶徒”、“技(ji)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)大(da)賽”以及(ji)開(kai)展(zhan)(zhan)“我(wo)為企業(ye)獻一計”等(deng)合理化建(jian)議征集活動(dong)(dong),對外積(ji)極開(kai)展(zhan)(zhan)培訓學(xue)習,制(zhi)定實(shi)施了(le)職(zhi)稱獎勵(li)政策。創(chuang)(chuang)建(jian)勞模創(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作室,激發職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)學(xue)習積(ji)極性,為職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)搭(da)建(jian)施展(zhan)(zhan)技(ji)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)的(de)(de)(de)平臺(tai),培養出了(le)一大(da)批高技(ji)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)人(ren)才(cai)。廣泛(fan)開(kai)展(zhan)(zhan)了(le)以“學(xue)業(ye)務(wu)、練技(ji)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)、提(ti)(ti)素質、爭(zheng)當高技(ji)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)人(ren)才(cai)”為主題的(de)(de)(de)“學(xue)練提(ti)(ti)爭(zheng)”活動(dong)(dong),選樹礦級專業(ye)技(ji)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)才(cai)364人(ren)、集團公司(si)(si)專業(ye)技(ji)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)人(ren)才(cai)51人(ren),連(lian)續四年榮獲集團公司(si)(si)“學(xue)練提(ti)(ti)爭(zheng)”活動(dong)(dong)優秀組織單位(wei)。廣泛(fan)開(kai)展(zhan)(zhan)以“比(bi)技(ji)術(shu)、亮絕(jue)活、爭(zheng)先(xian)進(jin)”為主題的(de)(de)(de)技(ji)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)大(da)賽活動(dong)(dong),比(bi)賽項(xiang)目(mu)由(you)起初的(de)(de)(de)31項(xiang)擴展(zhan)(zhan)到目(mu)前的(de)(de)(de)93項(xiang),連(lian)續2年取(qu)得了(le)集團公司(si)(si)技(ji)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)大(da)賽團體總(zong)分第(di)三(san)名的(de)(de)(de)好成(cheng)績。堅持(chi)“技(ji)術(shu)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)手(shou)上講臺(tai)、能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)巧匠話創(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)”活動(dong)(dong),搭(da)起了(le)職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)傳技(ji)術(shu)的(de)(de)(de)講臺(tai)、亮技(ji)術(shu)的(de)(de)(de)舞臺(tai)、比(bi)技(ji)術(shu)的(de)(de)(de)擂臺(tai)。群眾性技(ji)術(shu)創(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)成(cheng)果層出不窮,多項(xiang)職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)創(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)成(cheng)果在集團公司(si)(si)、山(shan)東(dong)省總(zong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)會、山(shan)東(dong)省科(ke)技(ji)廳和中(zhong)國能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)源化學(xue)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)會舉辦(ban)的(de)(de)(de)比(bi)賽中(zhong)獲獎。
搭建參政平臺,加強民主文化建設。該礦(kuang)積極培養員工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)的主人翁精神,通(tong)過以礦(kuang)務(wu)公(gong)(gong)開(kai)、職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)代表大會、提合(he)(he)理化(hua)建議(yi)(yi)等渠道(dao),引導職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)參與企(qi)業管理。簽訂了(le)(le)《華豐煤(mei)(mei)礦(kuang)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)資集(ji)體(ti)協議(yi)(yi)》、《集(ji)體(ti)合(he)(he)同》和《華豐煤(mei)(mei)礦(kuang)女職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)特殊(shu)權益保護(hu)專項集(ji)體(ti)合(he)(he)同》,維護(hu)了(le)(le)職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)權益,榮獲并保持(chi)了(le)(le)全(quan)省“依靠(kao)職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)辦(ban)企(qi)業先進單位”稱(cheng)號。加(jia)強基(ji)層單位民主管理制度(du)化(hua)建設,將職(zhi)(zhi)代會、廠務(wu)公(gong)(gong)開(kai)、集(ji)體(ti)協商、工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)資專項集(ji)體(ti)合(he)(he)同等納入各級黨政考核體(ti)系,確保了(le)(le)會議(yi)(yi)定期召開(kai)、程序規范、內(nei)容充實、職(zhi)(zhi)權到(dao)位。發揮內(nei)部有線電視、區(qu)務(wu)公(gong)(gong)開(kai)大廳、辦(ban)公(gong)(gong)信息平臺的作用,大力推行經濟分配全(quan)程公(gong)(gong)開(kai),有效落實了(le)(le)職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)的知情權、參與權、監督權。強化(hua)日常民主管理,采取職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)代表煤(mei)(mei)場值班、三方(fang)代表巡視、區(qu)務(wu)公(gong)(gong)開(kai)監督檢(jian)查、召開(kai)廉潔聽(ting)證會等措施,將維護(hu)職(zhi)(zhi)能落到(dao)了(le)(le)實處。
搭建共享平臺,加強和諧文化建設。堅持讓職(zhi)工共享發(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)成果的(de)利益觀(guan),把簽(qian)訂集體(ti)(ti)合(he)(he)同、工資集體(ti)(ti)協商、化解(jie)(jie)(jie)勞資糾紛、督(du)導企(qi)業(ye)為職(zhi)工按時交(jiao)納社會保險金(jin)(jin)、幫扶困(kun)難職(zhi)工為工作重點(dian),每年按規定簽(qian)訂集體(ti)(ti)合(he)(he)同,切(qie)實(shi)維護了(le)(le)(le)職(zhi)工的(de)合(he)(he)法權益。多年來(lai),不(bu)斷強化困(kun)難職(zhi)工幫扶救助工作。兩節(jie)期間對(dui)礦(kuang)區(qu)困(kun)難家庭(ting)(ting)進行了(le)(le)(le)“結對(dui)子”幫扶,送去了(le)(le)(le)慰問金(jin)(jin)和(he)(he)食品,為重病特困(kun)職(zhi)工發(fa)放了(le)(le)(le)大(da)病救助金(jin)(jin)。健(jian)全完善了(le)(le)(le)外出創(chuang)業(ye)職(zhi)工家庭(ting)(ting)檔案,做到(dao)了(le)(le)(le)檔案齊備、人員(yuan)數據(ju)準(zhun)確、家庭(ting)(ting)信息詳實(shi)。發(fa)放了(le)(le)(le)“外出創(chuang)業(ye)職(zhi)工放心(xin)卡”,開通了(le)(le)(le)“44440”24小時服(fu)務熱線(xian)。開展(zhan)(zhan)了(le)(le)(le)女工家屬協管(guan)員(yuan)和(he)(he)外出創(chuang)業(ye)家庭(ting)(ting)“結親情(qing)對(dui)子”活動,提供長期接力式服(fu)務。定期組(zu)織青年志愿者、醫護人員(yuan)到(dao)外出創(chuang)業(ye)家庭(ting)(ting)開展(zhan)(zhan)愛心(xin)服(fu)務。每年籌(chou)措扶貧(pin)解(jie)(jie)(jie)困(kun)資金(jin)(jin)100余萬元,用于(yu)開展(zhan)(zhan)大(da)病救助、小額(e)救助、喪葬補助、減免(mian)水電費、發(fa)放低保金(jin)(jin)等扶貧(pin)解(jie)(jie)(jie)困(kun)項目(mu),促(cu)進了(le)(le)(le)礦(kuang)區(qu)的(de)和(he)(he)諧穩定。
