該集團(tuan)充分(fen)發揮(hui)各專門工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作委(wei)員(yuan)會(hui)(hui)的作用(yong),積極做好職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)代表提(ti)(ti)案(an)(an)的征集、整理(li)、評(ping)審、立案(an)(an)和(he)落(luo)實督辦(ban)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作。堅持開(kai)展(zhan)調查研(yan)究,經常深入基層(ceng)了(le)(le)解情況(kuang),注重收集和(he)反(fan)映員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)群眾的意見(jian)和(he)建議,為領導班子正確(que)決策(ce)提(ti)(ti)供(gong)科學依(yi)據。該集團(tuan)根據各專門工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作委(wei)員(yuan)會(hui)(hui)的工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作職(zhi)(zhi)責(ze)進(jin)行了(le)(le)明確(que)分(fen)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong),將(jiang)立案(an)(an)提(ti)(ti)案(an)(an)的督辦(ban)落(luo)實細化分(fen)解,進(jin)一步明確(que)責(ze)任,要求各專門工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作委(wei)員(yuan)會(hui)(hui)和(he)集團(tuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)會(hui)(hui)各職(zhi)(zhi)能部室(shi)嚴格(ge)按照落(luo)實、再審、督察(cha)、反(fan)饋的工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作程(cheng)序,加強與承辦(ban)部門的溝通協調和(he)密切聯系(xi),跟蹤督辦(ban)立案(an)(an)提(ti)(ti)案(an)(an)的落(luo)實辦(ban)理(li)情況(kuang)。去年(nian)以來,共對上(shang)次職(zhi)(zhi)代會(hui)(hui)征集的137件(jian)(jian)提(ti)(ti)案(an)(an)進(jin)行了(le)(le)歸納整理(li),對批準立案(an)(an)的提(ti)(ti)案(an)(an)做到了(le)(le)條條有回(hui)音,件(jian)(jian)件(jian)(jian)有著(zhu)落(luo),較(jiao)好地落(luo)實了(le)(le)職(zhi)(zhi)代會(hui)(hui)的各項職(zhi)(zhi)權。
該集團充分發揮職(zhi)工代表大會(hui)(hui)對企(qi)(qi)業領導干部的(de)(de)監督(du)作(zuo)用,不(bu)斷強化企(qi)(qi)業自我(wo)監督(du)約(yue)束機制(zhi),促進企(qi)(qi)業持續健康(kang)穩步發展(zhan)。評(ping)議監督(du)干部工作(zuo)委員(yuan)會(hui)(hui)堅持做到會(hui)(hui)前提(ti)出評(ping)議范圍、內容、方法和要求(qiu),會(hui)(hui)中組(zu)織好評(ping)議工作(zuo),會(hui)(hui)后做好評(ping)議票的(de)(de)整理、匯總、反饋。經常深(shen)入員(yuan)工群眾開展(zhan)調研,了(le)解掌握被(bei)評(ping)議干部的(de)(de)情況和對被(bei)評(ping)議干部的(de)(de)意見、建議,并做到及時反映,不(bu)斷提(ti)高職(zhi)代會(hui)(hui)評(ping)議干部工作(zuo)的(de)(de)質量,密切了(le)干群關系,促進了(le)企(qi)(qi)業廉政建設。
該集(ji)(ji)團(tuan)積(ji)極做(zuo)好對(dui)企業(ye)執行(xing)(xing)(xing)勞動(dong)法律(lv)法規(gui)(gui)的(de)監督檢查(cha)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo),堅持每(mei)年至少一(yi)次對(dui)企業(ye)執行(xing)(xing)(xing)有關法律(lv)法規(gui)(gui)的(de)情(qing)(qing)況(kuang)(kuang)、廠務公開(kai)情(qing)(qing)況(kuang)(kuang)、集(ji)(ji)體(ti)(ti)合(he)同(tong)履約(yue)(yue)情(qing)(qing)況(kuang)(kuang)、女職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)專項集(ji)(ji)體(ti)(ti)合(he)同(tong)履約(yue)(yue)情(qing)(qing)況(kuang)(kuang)等進(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)綜合(he)檢查(cha)。組織開(kai)展了(le)職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)代表巡(xun)視活(huo)動(dong),巡(xun)視內(nei)容聚焦(jiao)員工(gong)(gong)職(zhi)業(ye)健(jian)康(kang)(kang)和生命安全,重(zhong)點(dian)檢查(cha)法規(gui)(gui)制度貫徹落(luo)實(shi)執行(xing)(xing)(xing)情(qing)(qing)況(kuang)(kuang)、企業(ye)職(zhi)業(ye)健(jian)康(kang)(kang)監護管理工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)中(zhong)存在(zai)的(de)問題等內(nei)容。對(dui)查(cha)出的(de)問題逐一(yi)進(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)了(le)誠信履職(zhi)聯(lian)責考核(he),并提出了(le)具體(ti)(ti)的(de)整改標準、整改要(yao)求(qiu)、建議(yi)(yi)措施和時間節點(dian)要(yao)求(qiu)。對(dui)員工(gong)(gong)群眾(zhong)反映強烈的(de)問題,定期召開(kai)集(ji)(ji)團(tuan)平等協商會議(yi)(yi)進(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)協商解決,對(dui)集(ji)(ji)體(ti)(ti)合(he)同(tong)落(luo)實(shi)履約(yue)(yue)的(de)檢查(cha)情(qing)(qing)況(kuang)(kuang)形(xing)成書面報告(gao)后提交職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)代表大會審議(yi)(yi)。
各(ge)專(zhuan)門(men)工作(zuo)委員(yuan)會(hui)還根據企(qi)業深化改革新(xin)形勢的(de)需要,不斷健全和拓寬(kuan)了與員(yuan)工群眾聯(lian)系的(de)渠道(dao)。建立完善了定(ding)點聯(lian)系制度(du)(du)、職(zhi)代(dai)會(hui)預審匯報制度(du)(du)、來(lai)信來(lai)訪制度(du)(du)、職(zhi)工代(dai)表培(pei)訓制度(du)(du)、集(ji)體合同檢查報告制度(du)(du)等,通過“民主(zhu)接待日”、“民主(zhu)質(zhi)詢會(hui)”、“民主(zhu)懇談會(hui)”、“群眾舉報電話”、“廠務(wu)公開欄”等形式,廣泛(fan)聽取職(zhi)工群眾的(de)反映與要求,及(ji)時掌握職(zhi)工的(de)思想脈搏,從而化解矛盾、理(li)(li)順情緒,發揮了橋(qiao)梁和紐帶作(zuo)用(yong),提高(gao)了企(qi)業民主(zhu)管理(li)(li)和監督檢查工作(zuo)的(de)實(shi)效。
