本網濟南訊 1月(yue)15日,能(neng)源集(ji)團工會(hui)一(yi)屆(jie)四次全委(wei)(擴大)會(hui)議在山東能(neng)源大廈召開,總結(jie)2014年能(neng)源集(ji)團工會(hui)工作,安排部署(shu)2015年工會(hui)工作任(ren)務。能(neng)源集(ji)團黨委(wei)書記、董事(shi)長卜昌森(sen)出席會(hui)議并講話(hua),黨委(wei)委(wei)員、董事(shi)、工會(hui)主(zhu)席宿(su)洪濤作工作報告。
卜昌森在講話中(zhong)指出,過去的(de)2014年,面對困境,集(ji)團(tuan)上下堅(jian)定(ding)信心(xin),迎難(nan)而上,奮發努力,使各項工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)難(nan)中(zhong)有進(jin)、進(jin)中(zhong)有為(wei)。一年來(lai),各級(ji)工(gong)(gong)會(hui)組織在能源(yuan)集(ji)團(tuan)黨委的(de)領導(dao)下,緊(jin)緊(jin)圍繞企(qi)業(ye)中(zhong)心(xin)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo),自覺服(fu)從服(fu)務(wu)于全(quan)集(ji)團(tuan)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)大局(ju),開展(zhan)了(le)一系列(lie)建(jian)功立業(ye)競(jing)賽活動(dong),工(gong)(gong)會(hui)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)的(de)整(zheng)體水(shui)平(ping)顯(xian)著提高,為(wei)推進(jin)能源(yuan)集(ji)團(tuan)各項工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)在逆境中(zhong)穩步發展(zhan)、和諧穩定(ding),做出了(le)積極貢(gong)獻(xian)。實踐證明,能源(yuan)集(ji)團(tuan)各級(ji)工(gong)(gong)會(hui)組織是凝聚職工(gong)(gong)和衷共濟、度危求進(jin)不可或缺的(de)重要(yao)力量,是助推企(qi)業(ye)改革創新(xin)、轉型發展(zhan)無可替代的(de)重要(yao)力量。
卜昌(chang)森(sen)強(qiang)(qiang)調,今年(nian)(nian)是(shi)(shi)“十(shi)二五”規(gui)(gui)劃的(de)(de)收(shou)官之年(nian)(nian),也是(shi)(shi)各(ge)(ge)(ge)項任務(wu)更(geng)(geng)加繁重(zhong)、壓力更(geng)(geng)為(wei)(wei)巨大(da)的(de)(de)一(yi)年(nian)(nian)。完成全(quan)年(nian)(nian)指(zhi)標(biao),必(bi)須發(fa)(fa)動(dong)群(qun)(qun)(qun)眾、依(yi)靠(kao)群(qun)(qun)(qun)眾。希望各(ge)(ge)(ge)級(ji)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)會(hui)(hui)(hui)組織(zhi)認真學習貫徹能(neng)源(yuan)集團(tuan)(tuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)會(hui)(hui)(hui)議精神,牢固樹立憂患意識(shi)(shi)、危機意識(shi)(shi)和(he)(he)責任意識(shi)(shi),引導(dao)(dao)廣(guang)大(da)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)充(chong)分發(fa)(fa)揮主(zhu)人(ren)翁作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)用(yong)(yong);各(ge)(ge)(ge)級(ji)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)會(hui)(hui)(hui)干(gan)(gan)部(bu)(bu)要(yao)(yao)切實(shi)發(fa)(fa)揮“信息(xi)員(yuan)”、“宣(xuan)傳(chuan)員(yuan)”和(he)(he)“橋梁紐(niu)帶”作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)用(yong)(yong),為(wei)(wei)實(shi)現各(ge)(ge)(ge)項目(mu)標(biao)任務(wu)而不懈努(nu)力。他要(yao)(yao)求,一(yi)是(shi)(shi)要(yao)(yao)堅(jian)持(chi)融入中(zhong)(zhong)心(xin)服務(wu)發(fa)(fa)展。各(ge)(ge)(ge)級(ji)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)會(hui)(hui)(hui)組織(zhi)要(yao)(yao)緊緊圍繞(rao)能(neng)源(yuan)集團(tuan)(tuan)的(de)(de)中(zhong)(zhong)心(xin)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo),準確把握職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)定位,找準工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)切入點和(he)(he)著力點,因勢而謀(mou)、應(ying)勢而動(dong)、順(shun)勢而為(wei)(wei)。要(yao)(yao)充(chong)分發(fa)(fa)揮工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)會(hui)(hui)(hui)組織(zhi)的(de)(de)優勢和(he)(he)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)用(yong)(yong),教育和(he)(he)引導(dao)(dao)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)發(fa)(fa)揚先進性(xing)、增強(qiang)(qiang)主(zhu)動(dong)性(xing)、發(fa)(fa)揮創造(zao)性(xing),努(nu)力營造(zao)“心(xin)齊(qi)、氣順(shun)、風(feng)正、勁足”的(de)(de)良好局面。二是(shi)(shi)要(yao)(yao)堅(jian)持(chi)服務(wu)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)維護穩定。繼續健全(quan)以(yi)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)代表大(da)會(hui)(hui)(hui)、廠(chang)務(wu)公開為(wei)(wei)基本(ben)形(xing)式的(de)(de)民主(zhu)管理制(zhi)度(du),更(geng)(geng)好地維護職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)的(de)(de)民主(zhu)政治(zhi)權益(yi)(yi)。要(yao)(yao)從職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)最(zui)關心(xin)、最(zui)直接、最(zui)現實(shi)的(de)(de)利(li)益(yi)(yi)入手,及(ji)時掌(zhang)握、反映和(he)(he)解(jie)決職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)生活(huo)中(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)實(shi)際(ji)困難,當好職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)的(de)(de)“娘家人(ren)”和(he)(he)“貼心(xin)人(ren)”。三是(shi)(shi)要(yao)(yao)堅(jian)持(chi)依(yi)法(fa)治(zhi)會(hui)(hui)(hui)規(gui)(gui)范發(fa)(fa)展。要(yao)(yao)注重(zhong)運用(yong)(yong)法(fa)治(zhi)思維和(he)(he)法(fa)治(zhi)方式推進工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)會(hui)(hui)(hui)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)。要(yao)(yao)通過多種方式,加大(da)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)會(hui)(hui)(hui)干(gan)(gan)部(bu)(bu)法(fa)律知識(shi)(shi)培訓(xun)力度(du)。要(yao)(yao)通過舉(ju)辦培訓(xun)班、開設專題講座等途(tu)徑(jing),使相關法(fa)律法(fa)規(gui)(gui)在各(ge)(ge)(ge)級(ji)領導(dao)(dao)干(gan)(gan)部(bu)(bu)和(he)(he)廣(guang)大(da)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)中(zhong)(zhong)入腦入心(xin)。四(si)是(shi)(shi)要(yao)(yao)加強(qiang)(qiang)對工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)會(hui)(hui)(hui)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)的(de)(de)領導(dao)(dao)和(he)(he)支持(chi)。能(neng)源(yuan)集團(tuan)(tuan)各(ge)(ge)(ge)級(ji)黨(dang)委要(yao)(yao)更(geng)(geng)加重(zhong)視(shi)和(he)(he)支持(chi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)會(hui)(hui)(hui)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo),切實(shi)加強(qiang)(qiang)對工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)會(hui)(hui)(hui)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)的(de)(de)領導(dao)(dao),研究和(he)(he)解(jie)決工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)會(hui)(hui)(hui)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)中(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)實(shi)際(ji)困難,按(an)照有(you)關規(gui)(gui)定配(pei)齊(qi)配(pei)強(qiang)(qiang)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)會(hui)(hui)(hui)干(gan)(gan)部(bu)(bu)。各(ge)(ge)(ge)級(ji)行政要(yao)(yao)加強(qiang)(qiang)同工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)會(hui)(hui)(hui)組織(zhi)的(de)(de)聯系,在涉及(ji)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)切身利(li)益(yi)(yi)的(de)(de)改(gai)革方案(an)出臺前,要(yao)(yao)廣(guang)泛征(zheng)求職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)群(qun)(qun)(qun)眾的(de)(de)意見,為(wei)(wei)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)會(hui)(hui)(hui)開展工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)創造(zao)良好的(de)(de)條件。
會(hui)(hui)上,宿洪濤作(zuo)了《適應新(xin)常態,匯聚(ju)正能(neng)量,為推進能(neng)源集(ji)團逆勢突(tu)圍轉型發展建功立(li)業》的工(gong)作(zuo)報告(gao)(gao)。報告(gao)(gao)全面總結了2014年工(gong)會(hui)(hui)工(gong)作(zuo),提(ti)出了2015年工(gong)會(hui)(hui)“12345”的工(gong)作(zuo)思(si)路和主(zhu)要任務。
2015年能源集團(tuan)工會“12345”的(de)工作(zuo)思路和主要(yao)任(ren)務(wu)(wu)是:圍繞和融(rong)入(ru)“一個中心”,即:圍繞和融(rong)入(ru)企業黨政中心工作(zuo);突出“兩(liang)大(da)職能”,即:民(min)主管理和職工維權;扎實開展“三大(da)活動(dong)(dong)”,即:以“新常態、新挑戰、新機遇、新作(zuo)為(wei)”為(wei)主題的(de)職工思想教育活動(dong)(dong),以“安康杯(bei)”競賽(sai)為(wei)抓(zhua)手的(de)群眾安全競賽(sai)活動(dong)(dong),以勞動(dong)(dong)競賽(sai)、科技(ji)攻關、群眾性“五小創(chuang)(chuang)新”為(wei)載體的(de)職工創(chuang)(chuang)新創(chuang)(chuang)效活動(dong)(dong);重(zhong)點抓(zhua)好“四大(da)幫扶”,即:職工再(zai)就業、職工大(da)病(bing)大(da)災救助(zhu)、職工弱(ruo)勢群體送溫(wen)暖、困(kun)難職工子女上學(xue);積極創(chuang)(chuang)建(jian)“五型(xing)工會”,即:創(chuang)(chuang)建(jian)學(xue)習(xi)型(xing)、服務(wu)(wu)型(xing)、務(wu)(wu)實型(xing)、創(chuang)(chuang)新型(xing)、溫(wen)馨(xin)型(xing)工會。
宿洪濤要(yao)求(qiu)各(ge)級工(gong)會組織(zhi)(zhi)要(yao)順應新(xin)(xin)(xin)常態,在(zai)推動能源集團逆(ni)勢突圍(wei)、轉型發(fa)展(zhan)上(shang)樹(shu)立新(xin)(xin)(xin)導(dao)向;融入(ru)(ru)新(xin)(xin)(xin)任(ren)務,在(zai)組織(zhi)(zhi)引導(dao)職工(gong)凝心聚力融入(ru)(ru)企業(ye)中心上(shang)作出新(xin)(xin)(xin)貢獻(xian);立足新(xin)(xin)(xin)訴求(qiu),在(zai)切實有效維護保障職工(gong)合法(fa)權益(yi)上(shang)實現新(xin)(xin)(xin)突破(po);面(mian)對新(xin)(xin)(xin)情(qing)況,在(zai)強(qiang)化(hua)幫扶救助(zhu)推進(jin)和諧建設上(shang)體現新(xin)(xin)(xin)作為;滿(man)足新(xin)(xin)(xin)需求(qiu),在(zai)活躍職工(gong)文化(hua)提升職工(gong)精氣(qi)神上(shang)取得新(xin)(xin)(xin)進(jin)展(zhan);適應新(xin)(xin)(xin)形勢,在(zai)系統(tong)推進(jin)工(gong)會自身建設上(shang)開創新(xin)(xin)(xin)局面(mian)。
會(hui)上,表彰了(le)(le)2014年(nian)度工(gong)(gong)會(hui)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)先進(jin)集體和(he)(he)先進(jin)個(ge)人、能(neng)(neng)源集團首批(pi)勞(lao)模(mo)(高技能(neng)(neng)人才(cai))創(chuang)新(xin)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)室;安排部(bu)署了(le)(le)關(guan)于深入開展(zhan)創(chuang)建(jian)“勞(lao)模(mo)(高技能(neng)(neng)人才(cai))創(chuang)新(xin)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)室”的實(shi)(shi)施意見(jian)和(he)(he)“五型”工(gong)(gong)會(hui)創(chuang)建(jian)考核的實(shi)(shi)施意見(jian);替補、增補了(le)(le)能(neng)(neng)源集團工(gong)(gong)會(hui)委員會(hui)委員和(he)(he)經費審查委員會(hui)委員。
