本網滕州訊 近(jin)日,在棗礦集團柴里(li)煤礦綜機大修廠召開(kai)了一(yi)(yi)次(ci)貼心的“工會(hui)(hui)主席(xi)對話會(hui)(hui)”。地點設在工作崗點,參會(hui)(hui)的都是一(yi)(yi)線(xian)職工,工會(hui)(hui)主席(xi)靳家偉(wei)與職工“環形”而(er)坐,展開(kai)了一(yi)(yi)次(ci)近(jin)距離、掏心底的座(zuo)談交(jiao)流。
對話會上,大家(jia)不僅對群眾(zhong)監督工作在安全生(sheng)產上的(de)作用(yong)發(fa)揮展開座談討論,還為一線區(qu)隊送去了(le)“文明包”。在聽到(dao)職工提(ti)出一些工作、生(sheng)活(huo)方面的(de)建(jian)議和訴求時,靳家(jia)偉(wei)認認真真地在記錄本上記了(le)下來(lai),并安排相關人員立即著手落實。
“工(gong)(gong)(gong)會是(shi)職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)群眾的“娘家人”,就應該多深入現(xian)場,為職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)群眾解難(nan)題,不僅維護好(hao)企(qi)業(ye)利益(yi),更要(yao)維護好(hao)職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)權(quan)益(yi),對話會活動要(yao)堅持好(hao)、辦好(hao),真正為職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)解決好(hao)實際問題。”靳家偉說到。
主席(xi)對話(hua)會(hui)不分職(zhi)務區別,不搞特殊待遇,職(zhi)工(gong)群(qun)眾(zhong)談(tan)體會(hui)、談(tan)認識、談(tan)需求(qiu),工(gong)會(hui)主席(xi)做職(zhi)工(gong)訴求(qiu)的“傾聽者”,群(qun)眾(zhong)利益的“維護者”。經過多年(nian)的實踐,工(gong)會(hui)主席(xi)對話(hua)會(hui)活動(dong)已(yi)成為柴(chai)里煤(mei)礦聽名聲、解民(min)意的重(zhong)要渠道(dao),每年(nian)幫(bang)助(zhu)職(zhi)工(gong)解決工(gong)作、生活困(kun)難問題100余條。
不僅如此,柴里煤礦積(ji)極落實(shi)(shi)共享發展理(li)(li)念(nian),切(qie)(qie)實(shi)(shi)轉(zhuan)變干部工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)作(zuo)風,力(li)所(suo)能及(ji)地為職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)群(qun)眾辦(ban)實(shi)(shi)事、解(jie)難題。通(tong)過礦長直通(tong)電話、礦長信箱、班組長溝通(tong)交流會(hui)等(deng)途(tu)徑(jing),廣開(kai)(kai)言(yan)路,了(le)解(jie)群(qun)眾意愿(yuan);每(mei)旬(xun)組織一次(ci)職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)代表(biao)(biao)專項(xiang)巡視,重點(dian)對現(xian)場安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)隱患(huan)排(pai)查治理(li)(li)、職(zhi)(zhi)業健康防范措施落實(shi)(shi)、職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)宿(su)舍服務效率、職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)食堂飯菜質(zhi)量以及(ji)社(she)區(qu)民(min)生(sheng)基(ji)礎建(jian)設等(deng)內容進行督導(dao)巡查,發揮職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)代表(biao)(biao)參與(yu)管理(li)(li)監督職(zhi)(zhi)能,切(qie)(qie)實(shi)(shi)維護職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)和(he)身心健康;設置(zhi)工(gong)(gong)會(hui)職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)“去向牌”,做(zuo)好職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)群(qun)眾的接待來訪工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)、日(ri)常救濟救助(zhu)以及(ji)解(jie)疑釋惑和(he)政(zheng)策解(jie)讀(du)等(deng)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo),讓職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)群(qun)眾帶著(zhu)問題來,帶著(zhu)笑(xiao)臉去;開(kai)(kai)通(tong)群(qun)眾安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)服務熱線和(he)女(nv)職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)維權服務熱線,及(ji)時做(zuo)好職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)合理(li)(li)訴求、意見建(jian)議的收集整理(li)(li)和(he)回(hui)復解(jie)答工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)。
與此同時,該礦不斷加(jia)大民(min)生服務(wu)(wu)力度,積極(ji)推(tui)進職工公寓修繕、綜合體育廣場升級改造等(deng)民(min)生工程(cheng);冬送溫暖(nuan)、夏(xia)送清涼、金秋助學,增強職工家(jia)屬歸屬感;加(jia)快(kuai)推(tui)進“三供一業(ye)”移交(jiao)、天然氣改造工程(cheng);在井(jing)下西大巷安置“共享單車”,方(fang)便職工上(shang)下班,切實(shi)以面(mian)對(dui)面(mian)地(di)交(jiao)流,心(xin)連(lian)心(xin)地(di)溝通,實(shi)打實(shi)地(di)服務(wu)(wu),做好職工的知心(xin)人(ren)(ren)、貼心(xin)人(ren)(ren)、暖(nuan)心(xin)人(ren)(ren)。
