【棗礦集團】柴里煤礦召開主席對話會當好職工“貼心人”

本網滕州訊 近日,在(zai)棗礦集團柴里(li)煤礦綜機大修廠召開了一次(ci)貼心(xin)的“工(gong)(gong)會(hui)主(zhu)席(xi)(xi)對話會(hui)”。地點設在(zai)工(gong)(gong)作崗點,參會(hui)的都是一線職(zhi)工(gong)(gong),工(gong)(gong)會(hui)主(zhu)席(xi)(xi)靳家(jia)偉與職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)“環形”而坐,展(zhan)開了一次(ci)近距離、掏心(xin)底的座談交(jiao)流(liu)。

對話會上(shang)(shang),大家不僅對群眾監督工(gong)作在安(an)全生產上(shang)(shang)的作用發(fa)揮展開座談討論,還為一(yi)線區隊送去了“文明(ming)包”。在聽到(dao)職工(gong)提出一(yi)些(xie)工(gong)作、生活方面(mian)的建(jian)議和訴求時,靳家偉認(ren)認(ren)真(zhen)真(zhen)地(di)在記錄本上(shang)(shang)記了下(xia)來,并安(an)排相(xiang)關人(ren)員立(li)即著手落實(shi)。

“工會是(shi)職工群眾的“娘家人(ren)”,就(jiu)應該多深入現(xian)場,為職工群眾解難題,不(bu)僅維護好(hao)(hao)企業利益,更要維護好(hao)(hao)職工權益,對(dui)話會活動要堅持好(hao)(hao)、辦好(hao)(hao),真正(zheng)為職工解決好(hao)(hao)實際問題。”靳家偉說到。

主席對(dui)話會(hui)(hui)不(bu)分職(zhi)(zhi)務(wu)區別,不(bu)搞特殊待(dai)遇,職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)群眾(zhong)談體會(hui)(hui)、談認識、談需求,工(gong)會(hui)(hui)主席做職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)訴求的“傾聽者”,群眾(zhong)利益(yi)的“維護者”。經過多年的實踐,工(gong)會(hui)(hui)主席對(dui)話會(hui)(hui)活(huo)動已成為柴里(li)煤礦(kuang)聽名聲(sheng)、解民意的重(zhong)要渠(qu)道,每年幫(bang)助職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)解決工(gong)作(zuo)、生(sheng)活(huo)困難問題100余條。

不僅如此(ci),柴里(li)煤礦積(ji)極落(luo)實(shi)(shi)(shi)共享發(fa)展(zhan)理(li)念,切(qie)實(shi)(shi)(shi)轉變(bian)干(gan)部工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)作(zuo)(zuo)風,力所能(neng)及(ji)地(di)為職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)群(qun)(qun)眾(zhong)辦(ban)實(shi)(shi)(shi)事、解難題。通過礦長直通電話、礦長信箱、班組長溝通交(jiao)流會等途徑,廣開言路,了解群(qun)(qun)眾(zhong)意(yi)愿(yuan);每旬組織一次職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)代表專項巡視(shi),重點對現場安(an)全隱患排查治理(li)、職(zhi)(zhi)業健(jian)(jian)康防范措施落(luo)實(shi)(shi)(shi)、職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)宿舍服務(wu)(wu)效率、職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)食堂飯(fan)菜質量以(yi)及(ji)社區民(min)生基礎(chu)建(jian)設等內容進行督導巡查,發(fa)揮職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)代表參與管理(li)監(jian)督職(zhi)(zhi)能(neng),切(qie)實(shi)(shi)(shi)維(wei)護職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)安(an)全和身心(xin)健(jian)(jian)康;設置工(gong)(gong)會職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)“去向牌”,做(zuo)好職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)群(qun)(qun)眾(zhong)的接待來訪工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)、日常救濟救助以(yi)及(ji)解疑釋惑和政策解讀等工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo),讓(rang)職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)群(qun)(qun)眾(zhong)帶著問題來,帶著笑臉去;開通群(qun)(qun)眾(zhong)安(an)全服務(wu)(wu)熱(re)線(xian)和女職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)維(wei)權服務(wu)(wu)熱(re)線(xian),及(ji)時做(zuo)好職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)合理(li)訴(su)求、意(yi)見建(jian)議的收集整理(li)和回復解答工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)。

與此同時,該礦不(bu)斷(duan)加大(da)民(min)生(sheng)服務力(li)度,積極(ji)推進(jin)職工(gong)公(gong)寓修(xiu)繕(shan)、綜(zong)合體育(yu)廣場升級改造等民(min)生(sheng)工(gong)程(cheng);冬(dong)送溫暖、夏(xia)送清涼、金秋助學,增強職工(gong)家屬歸屬感;加快推進(jin)“三供一(yi)業”移(yi)交、天(tian)然氣改造工(gong)程(cheng);在(zai)井下西大(da)巷(xiang)安(an)置(zhi)“共享單車(che)”,方便職工(gong)上下班(ban),切實以(yi)面(mian)(mian)對面(mian)(mian)地交流(liu),心(xin)連(lian)心(xin)地溝通,實打(da)實地服務,做好(hao)職工(gong)的(de)知(zhi)心(xin)人、貼心(xin)人、暖心(xin)人。
