該公(gong)(gong)司投資千(qian)萬余元,修建公(gong)(gong)園(yuan)、廣場(chang)、假山、噴泉(quan)、竹(zhu)林,建設職(zhi)工(gong)身(shen)(shen)心調適中(zhong)心、職(zhi)工(gong)乒羽活動中(zhong)心、健身(shen)(shen)房、籃球場(chang),美化煤場(chang)矸(gan)石山圍墻、礦(kuang)區道路(lu),建成高標準職(zhi)工(gong)公(gong)(gong)寓、澡堂(tang)、食堂(tang)、洗衣(yi)房等,讓(rang)職(zhi)工(gong)時刻感(gan)受(shou)到如家(jia)般的舒適和溫馨。該公(gong)(gong)司還千(qian)方百計改善職(zhi)工(gong)安全生產(chan)環境(jing),想(xiang)方設法(fa)減輕職(zhi)工(gong)的勞(lao)動強度,使煤礦(kuang)工(gong)人由體(ti)能型(xing)向技(ji)能型(xing)、由操(cao)作型(xing)向學習(xi)型(xing)轉變,實現員工(gong)與企業的同頻共振(zhen)。日前(qian),礦(kuang)井已實現無塵化開采,并逐漸向裝備大型(xing)化、數字化、智能化方向整體(ti)推(tui)進。
