針對(dui)公(gong)(gong)司一(yi)小部分(fen)因(yin)病(bing)返貧的(de)(de)(de)困(kun)(kun)難(nan)職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong),該公(gong)(gong)司建立(li)完善“工(gong)(gong)會+車間工(gong)(gong)會”兩(liang)級(ji)困(kun)(kun)難(nan)職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)動態管(guan)理機制,健全困(kun)(kun)難(nan)職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)幫(bang)(bang)扶救助(zhu)(zhu)檔案(an)。對(dui)困(kun)(kun)難(nan)職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)情(qing)況(kuang)做(zuo)到“六知(zhi)(zhi)一(yi)定”,即知(zhi)(zhi)家庭住址、知(zhi)(zhi)生活狀況(kuang)、知(zhi)(zhi)致困(kun)(kun)原因(yin)、知(zhi)(zhi)患病(bing)情(qing)況(kuang)、知(zhi)(zhi)進低(di)保(bao)情(qing)況(kuang)、知(zhi)(zhi)子女(nv)就學(xue)就業(ye)情(qing)況(kuang)、定救助(zhu)(zhu)措施。明確規定幫(bang)(bang)扶重點,及時(shi)掌握幫(bang)(bang)扶對(dui)象的(de)(de)(de)動態變化情(qing)況(kuang),把(ba)符合條件的(de)(de)(de)對(dui)象及時(shi)納入(ru)幫(bang)(bang)扶救助(zhu)(zhu)范圍,做(zuo)到“出(chu)現一(yi)個(ge)(ge)發現一(yi)個(ge)(ge)救助(zhu)(zhu)一(yi)個(ge)(ge)”。同時(shi)搭(da)建日(ri)常救助(zhu)(zhu)、節(jie)日(ri)送(song)暖、最(zui)低(di)保(bao)障、金秋助(zhu)(zhu)學(xue)、愛心(xin)認領五(wu)項幫(bang)(bang)扶救助(zhu)(zhu)平(ping)臺,不(bu)僅讓職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)吃(chi)飽飯,而且吃(chi)好(hao)飯。今年共救助(zhu)(zhu)困(kun)(kun)難(nan)職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)185人次,發放救助(zhu)(zhu)金25.7萬元。“我感覺,我們公(gong)(gong)司對(dui)職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)的(de)(de)(de)關心(xin)是內(nei)外(wai)兼顧的(de)(de)(de)。不(bu)僅讓職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)吃(chi)飽吃(chi)好(hao),而且注重讓職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)體(ti)面的(de)(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)作。”皮帶(dai)一(yi)區(qu)職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)張奇說。

該公(gong)(gong)司投資千(qian)萬余元(yuan),修建公(gong)(gong)園、廣(guang)場、假山、噴泉、竹林,建設職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)身心(xin)調適(shi)中心(xin)、職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)乒羽活動中心(xin)、健(jian)身房、籃球場,美化(hua)(hua)(hua)煤場矸石山圍墻、礦區(qu)道路,建成高標(biao)準職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)公(gong)(gong)寓、澡堂、食(shi)堂、洗衣(yi)房等,讓職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)時刻感受到(dao)如家般的(de)舒(shu)適(shi)和(he)溫馨(xin)。該公(gong)(gong)司還千(qian)方(fang)百計改(gai)善職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)安全生產環境,想方(fang)設法減輕職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)的(de)勞動強度,使煤礦工(gong)(gong)人由體能(neng)型(xing)向(xiang)技能(neng)型(xing)、由操作型(xing)向(xiang)學習型(xing)轉變,實現(xian)員工(gong)(gong)與企業的(de)同頻共振。日前,礦井已(yi)實現(xian)無(wu)塵化(hua)(hua)(hua)開采,并逐漸向(xiang)裝備(bei)大(da)型(xing)化(hua)(hua)(hua)、數(shu)字化(hua)(hua)(hua)、智能(neng)化(hua)(hua)(hua)方(fang)向(xiang)整體推進。

“授人(ren)(ren)以魚,不(bu)如授之以漁”。為滿足(zu)職工(gong)不(bu)同(tong)時期、不(bu)同(tong)特點(dian)的(de)(de)(de)價(jia)值(zhi)需求,該公司先后建(jian)(jian)立5個勞模創(chuang)新(xin)工(gong)作(zuo)室、3個技(ji)能(neng)大(da)師工(gong)作(zuo)室和(he)1個大(da)學生(sheng)創(chuang)業(ye)聯合會(hui),并為他(ta)們提(ti)供創(chuang)新(xin)創(chuang)效資金和(he)場所(suo),帶動更(geng)多青(qing)年立足(zu)崗(gang)位創(chuang)造(zao)價(jia)值(zhi)。另外,創(chuang)建(jian)(jian)青(qing)年后備人(ren)(ren)才(cai)庫(ku),建(jian)(jian)立“能(neng)者上、平者讓、庸者下(xia)”的(de)(de)(de)人(ren)(ren)才(cai)流(liu)動機(ji)制,為職工(gong)搭建(jian)(jian)廣(guang)闊的(de)(de)(de)發展平臺,極大(da)滿足(zu)職工(gong)的(de)(de)(de)價(jia)值(zhi)需求,激(ji)發職工(gong)學知練技(ji)的(de)(de)(de)積極性(xing),營造(zao)干事創(chuang)業(ye)的(de)(de)(de)濃厚氛圍(wei)。
