【棗礦集團】柴里煤礦召開主席對話會當好職工“貼心人”

本網滕州訊 近(jin)日,在棗礦(kuang)集團柴里煤礦(kuang)綜機大修廠召開了(le)一(yi)次(ci)(ci)貼心的(de)“工會(hui)主席對話會(hui)”。地(di)點(dian)設在工作崗點(dian),參會(hui)的(de)都是一(yi)線職(zhi)工,工會(hui)主席靳家偉與職(zhi)工“環形”而坐,展開了(le)一(yi)次(ci)(ci)近(jin)距離、掏心底的(de)座談交(jiao)流。

對話會上(shang),大家不僅對群眾(zhong)監督工作在(zai)(zai)安(an)全生產上(shang)的作用(yong)發揮(hui)展開(kai)座談討論,還為一(yi)線區(qu)隊送去了“文明包”。在(zai)(zai)聽到職(zhi)工提出一(yi)些(xie)工作、生活方面的建(jian)議和訴求時,靳家偉(wei)認(ren)認(ren)真(zhen)(zhen)真(zhen)(zhen)地在(zai)(zai)記(ji)錄本上(shang)記(ji)了下來,并安(an)排相(xiang)關人(ren)員立即著手落實。

“工(gong)會(hui)是(shi)職(zhi)工(gong)群眾的“娘家人(ren)”,就應該(gai)多深入現場,為職(zhi)工(gong)群眾解難題,不僅維護(hu)(hu)好(hao)企業利益,更要維護(hu)(hu)好(hao)職(zhi)工(gong)權益,對話(hua)會(hui)活動(dong)要堅持好(hao)、辦好(hao),真(zhen)正為職(zhi)工(gong)解決好(hao)實際問(wen)題。”靳家偉說到。

主(zhu)席對話(hua)會(hui)(hui)不分職務(wu)區(qu)別,不搞特(te)殊待遇,職工(gong)(gong)(gong)群眾談(tan)體會(hui)(hui)、談(tan)認(ren)識、談(tan)需(xu)求,工(gong)(gong)(gong)會(hui)(hui)主(zhu)席做職工(gong)(gong)(gong)訴求的“傾聽(ting)者”,群眾利益的“維護者”。經過多年的實踐,工(gong)(gong)(gong)會(hui)(hui)主(zhu)席對話(hua)會(hui)(hui)活(huo)(huo)動已成為柴里煤礦聽(ting)名聲(sheng)、解民意的重要渠道,每年幫助(zhu)職工(gong)(gong)(gong)解決工(gong)(gong)(gong)作、生活(huo)(huo)困難問題(ti)100余(yu)條。

不僅如此,柴里煤礦積極(ji)落實共享(xiang)發(fa)展理(li)念,切實轉變(bian)干(gan)部工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)作(zuo)風,力所能及(ji)地為職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)群眾辦實事(shi)、解難(nan)題。通(tong)(tong)過礦長(chang)直通(tong)(tong)電話(hua)、礦長(chang)信(xin)箱、班組(zu)長(chang)溝通(tong)(tong)交流(liu)會等途徑,廣開言路,了解群眾意(yi)愿;每旬組(zu)織一次職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)代表專項巡視(shi),重點對(dui)現場安(an)全隱患排查治理(li)、職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業健(jian)康防范措施(shi)落實、職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)宿舍服務(wu)效率、職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)食堂飯菜質量以(yi)及(ji)社(she)區民生(sheng)基(ji)礎(chu)建(jian)設等內(nei)容進行督(du)導巡查,發(fa)揮職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)代表參與(yu)管理(li)監(jian)督(du)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)能,切實維護(hu)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)安(an)全和身心(xin)健(jian)康;設置工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)會職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)“去向牌”,做(zuo)好(hao)(hao)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)群眾的接待來訪工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)、日(ri)常救(jiu)濟救(jiu)助以(yi)及(ji)解疑釋惑和政(zheng)策解讀等工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo),讓(rang)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)群眾帶著(zhu)問題來,帶著(zhu)笑臉去;開通(tong)(tong)群眾安(an)全服務(wu)熱線和女職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)維權(quan)服務(wu)熱線,及(ji)時(shi)做(zuo)好(hao)(hao)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)合理(li)訴求、意(yi)見(jian)建(jian)議的收集(ji)整理(li)和回復解答工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)。

與此同時(shi),該礦(kuang)不斷(duan)加大民(min)(min)生服(fu)務力(li)度(du),積極(ji)推(tui)進職工(gong)(gong)公寓(yu)修(xiu)繕、綜(zong)合體育廣場升級(ji)改造等民(min)(min)生工(gong)(gong)程;冬送溫暖(nuan)、夏送清涼、金秋助學,增(zeng)強職工(gong)(gong)家屬(shu)(shu)歸屬(shu)(shu)感(gan);加快推(tui)進“三(san)供一業”移交、天然(ran)氣改造工(gong)(gong)程;在井下西大巷安(an)置“共(gong)享單車”,方便(bian)職工(gong)(gong)上下班(ban),切實(shi)以面對面地(di)交流(liu),心(xin)連心(xin)地(di)溝(gou)通,實(shi)打實(shi)地(di)服(fu)務,做(zuo)好職工(gong)(gong)的(de)知心(xin)人、貼心(xin)人、暖(nuan)心(xin)人。
