孫明新現為兗(yan)州(zhou)煤業(ye)鮑店煤礦綜掘二區機電隊(dui)長(chang),他在(zai)抓好(hao)設備(bei)檢維修(xiu)和(he)開(kai)機率的同(tong)時(shi),高度重視“增產(chan)節(jie)約、增收節(jie)支”工(gong)作,長(chang)期以來孫明新立足現場(chang)實際,不(bu)斷強化(hua)機電配件和(he)材(cai)料控制,加大修(xiu)舊利(li)廢回收復用力度,節(jie)能減排工(gong)作取得了(le)良(liang)好(hao)效果。
發揮技術優勢,不斷增產增效
在工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)中,孫明(ming)(ming)新將實(shi)現增(zeng)產(chan)增(zeng)效、節支降(jiang)耗的作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)為(wei)重點(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)來抓。對(dui)掘(jue)進(jin)(jin)機(ji)的安(an)(an)裝與調(diao)試(shi)進(jin)(jin)行了(le)優化,由原(yuan)先48小時(shi)(shi)安(an)(an)裝一部80皮帶(dai),現在可以在30小時(shi)(shi)內完成試(shi)運(yun)轉,大大減少了(le)安(an)(an)裝時(shi)(shi)間,效率提高(gao)了(le)50%。在集團(tuan)公司(si)提出“減人(ren)(ren)提效”時(shi)(shi),孫明(ming)(ming)新在工(gong)(gong)區(qu)擔負(fu)(fu)7302膠帶(dai)順槽牽(qian)頭負(fu)(fu)責安(an)(an)裝了(le)膠帶(dai)輸(shu)(shu)送機(ji)拐(guai)彎裝置和(he)(he)皮帶(dai)集控裝置,使(shi)(shi)后路煤流運(yun)輸(shu)(shu)環節中的3個(ge)(ge)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)崗(gang)(gang)點(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),減少為(wei)1個(ge)(ge)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)崗(gang)(gang)點(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)。在8302輔運(yun)順槽掘(jue)進(jin)(jin)時(shi)(shi),帶(dai)領(ling)安(an)(an)裝使(shi)(shi)用了(le)皮帶(dai)可視(shi)集控裝置和(he)(he)變頻一體機(ji),由原(yuan)4個(ge)(ge)固定(ding)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)崗(gang)(gang)點(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)減少為(wei)1個(ge)(ge)流動巡(xun)視(shi)崗(gang)(gang)點(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),并首次實(shi)現了(le)一部皮帶(dai)1900米長(chang)距離運(yun)輸(shu)(shu),將減人(ren)(ren)提效落實(shi)到實(shi)際(ji)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)中。特別是在今年智能化掘(jue)進(jin)(jin)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)面建設中,孫明(ming)(ming)新帶(dai)領(ling)工(gong)(gong)區(qu)機(ji)電人(ren)(ren)員,高(gao)效完成了(le)掘(jue)錨一體機(ji)、自移(yi)機(ji)尾和(he)(he)皮帶(dai)運(yun)輸(shu)(shu)機(ji)集控裝置的安(an)(an)裝、調(diao)試(shi)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)。
深挖內潛,不斷創新創效
為進一步(bu)規范和提高設(she)(she)備(bei)配(pei)件(jian)的(de)(de)(de)使用和管理(li),孫(sun)明(ming)(ming)新(xin)在保(bao)證(zheng)安全施(shi)(shi)工的(de)(de)(de)前提下,將設(she)(she)備(bei)材料消耗壓(ya)縮到最低值(zhi)(zhi),并根據實際(ji)施(shi)(shi)工情況進行合理(li)調整(zheng),保(bao)證(zheng)了機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)電(dian)設(she)(she)備(bei)的(de)(de)(de)正(zheng)常運(yun)(yun)轉(zhuan)。在現(xian)場工作中(zhong),孫(sun)明(ming)(ming)新(xin)堅持將對機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)械設(she)(she)備(bei)、設(she)(she)施(shi)(shi)的(de)(de)(de)創(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)改(gai)造(zao)。在原(yuan)來使用EBZ160懸臂式(shi)掘(jue)(jue)進機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)施(shi)(shi)工時,從(cong)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)電(dian)故(gu)障(zhang)影響生產的(de)(de)(de)時間(jian)統(tong)(tong)計中(zhong)得出數(shu)據,掘(jue)(jue)進過(guo)程中(zhong)影響和制(zhi)(zhi)約(yue)生產80%以上(shang)的(de)(de)(de)原(yuan)因就是(shi)掘(jue)(jue)進機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)電(dian)氣方面出現(xian)的(de)(de)(de)故(gu)障(zhang)。而掘(jue)(jue)進機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)控(kong)(kong)系統(tong)(tong)主要(yao)是(shi)以PLC(主控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)器(qi))為控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)中(zhong)心(xin),直(zhi)接或間(jian)接地控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)著電(dian)氣系統(tong)(tong)各個元(yuan)件(jian)的(de)(de)(de)運(yun)(yun)行。結合掘(jue)(jue)進機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)PLC控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)器(qi)出現(xian)故(gu)障(zhang)的(de)(de)(de)類型(xing)、原(yuan)因等(deng)因素,逐步(bu)總結、形(xing)成(cheng)、應用了一套準確判(pan)斷(duan)和快(kuai)速處(chu)理(li)掘(jue)(jue)進機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)PLC故(gu)障(zhang)的(de)(de)(de)經驗方法。通過(guo)該方法的(de)(de)(de)應用,累(lei)(lei)計節約(yue)PLC控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)器(qi)材料費(fei)用10多(duo)萬(wan)元(yuan)。近年來,先后研(yan)制(zhi)(zhi)完成(cheng)了“滑(hua)靴式(shi)強(qiang)效機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)尾清掃器(qi)”、“膠帶(dai)輸送機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)集控(kong)(kong)系統(tong)(tong)改(gai)造(zao)”、“掘(jue)(jue)進機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)副(fu)司機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)防墜護欄的(de)(de)(de)設(she)(she)計與(yu)應用”、“創(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)型(xing)低洼地上(shang)皮帶(dai)壓(ya)帶(dai)裝置設(she)(she)計與(yu)應用”、“掘(jue)(jue)進機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)跟(gen)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)‘L’型(xing)電(dian)纜槽(cao)”、“氣控(kong)(kong)式(shi)轉(zhuan)載點推煤裝置改(gai)造(zao)”、“氣控(kong)(kong)臨時支護搖輪(lun)改(gai)造(zao)”、“綜掘(jue)(jue)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)轉(zhuan)載防滑(hua)皮帶(dai)”等(deng)10多(duo)項技(ji)術(shu)革(ge)新(xin)項目(mu),節約(yue)費(fei)用和創(chuang)(chuang)造(zao)價值(zhi)(zhi)累(lei)(lei)計200余萬(wan)元(yuan)。
