發揮技術優勢,不斷增產增效
在工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)中(zhong),孫明(ming)新將(jiang)實現增(zeng)產增(zeng)效(xiao)(xiao)、節支降耗的(de)作(zuo)(zuo)為重點(dian)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)來抓。對(dui)掘(jue)進(jin)(jin)機(ji)的(de)安裝(zhuang)(zhuang)與調(diao)試(shi)(shi)進(jin)(jin)行了(le)(le)優化(hua),由原先48小(xiao)時安裝(zhuang)(zhuang)一部80皮(pi)(pi)(pi)帶(dai),現在可以在30小(xiao)時內完(wan)成(cheng)(cheng)試(shi)(shi)運(yun)轉,大大減(jian)少了(le)(le)安裝(zhuang)(zhuang)時間,效(xiao)(xiao)率提高了(le)(le)50%。在集(ji)(ji)團公(gong)司提出“減(jian)人(ren)提效(xiao)(xiao)”時,孫明(ming)新在工(gong)(gong)(gong)區擔負(fu)7302膠帶(dai)順(shun)槽牽頭負(fu)責安裝(zhuang)(zhuang)了(le)(le)膠帶(dai)輸(shu)送(song)機(ji)拐彎裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置和皮(pi)(pi)(pi)帶(dai)集(ji)(ji)控裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置,使后路煤流運(yun)輸(shu)環節中(zhong)的(de)3個工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)崗(gang)(gang)點(dian),減(jian)少為1個工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)崗(gang)(gang)點(dian)。在8302輔運(yun)順(shun)槽掘(jue)進(jin)(jin)時,帶(dai)領安裝(zhuang)(zhuang)使用了(le)(le)皮(pi)(pi)(pi)帶(dai)可視集(ji)(ji)控裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置和變頻一體機(ji),由原4個固定工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)崗(gang)(gang)點(dian)減(jian)少為1個流動巡視崗(gang)(gang)點(dian),并首次實現了(le)(le)一部皮(pi)(pi)(pi)帶(dai)1900米(mi)長距離運(yun)輸(shu),將(jiang)減(jian)人(ren)提效(xiao)(xiao)落實到實際工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)中(zhong)。特別是在今(jin)年(nian)智能化(hua)掘(jue)進(jin)(jin)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)面建設中(zhong),孫明(ming)新帶(dai)領工(gong)(gong)(gong)區機(ji)電人(ren)員,高效(xiao)(xiao)完(wan)成(cheng)(cheng)了(le)(le)掘(jue)錨一體機(ji)、自(zi)移機(ji)尾和皮(pi)(pi)(pi)帶(dai)運(yun)輸(shu)機(ji)集(ji)(ji)控裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置的(de)安裝(zhuang)(zhuang)、調(diao)試(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)。

深挖內潛,不斷創新創效
