山能肥礦陳蠻莊礦:創新教育培訓模式力促安全發展

本(ben)網肥城(cheng)訊 在山東能(neng)源肥礦集(ji)團(tuan)陳蠻莊(zhuang)煤(mei)礦掘進(jin)(jin)(jin)一區,整(zheng)理近一年(nian)來(lai)的安(an)全(quan)質量管理清單(dan),有一組數據(ju)甚(shen)是(shi)“醒(xing)目”,自去年(nian)5月(yue)(yue)(yue)(yue)份(fen)以來(lai),該(gai)區隊違(wei)章人員(yuan)違(wei)章次數連續10個月(yue)(yue)(yue)(yue)實現遞減,違(wei)章人員(yuan)從當(dang)初每(mei)月(yue)(yue)(yue)(yue)35人次減少(shao)到(dao)(dao)如今(jin)每(mei)月(yue)(yue)(yue)(yue)8人次,而(er)且掘進(jin)(jin)(jin)進(jin)(jin)(jin)尺月(yue)(yue)(yue)(yue)月(yue)(yue)(yue)(yue)圓滿完(wan)成(cheng)任(ren)務指標。是(shi)什么原因讓這(zhe)個區隊安(an)全(quan)面貌日新(xin)月(yue)(yue)(yue)(yue)異(yi)?“通過創新(xin)教育模式,開(kai)展精準培(pei)訓,讓員(yuan)工們的安(an)全(quan)意識(shi)有效強化,安(an)全(quan)素質得到(dao)(dao)有力提升。”該(gai)礦掘進(jin)(jin)(jin)一區黨支(zhi)部(bu)書記傅振斌說。

隨著高新技術(shu)在煤(mei)炭行業的(de)(de)逐步應用,標準化、機械化、自動化、智能(neng)化已成(cheng)為(wei)煤(mei)礦(kuang)發展的(de)(de)大方向,如何打(da)造一支高素質(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)的(de)(de)員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)隊(dui)伍,成(cheng)為(wei)實(shi)現煤(mei)礦(kuang)“四化”建設的(de)(de)關鍵(jian)。肥礦(kuang)集團黨委把安全(quan)教育(yu)培訓(xun)、全(quan)員(yuan)素質(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)提升作為(wei)企業發展的(de)(de)戰略(lve)工(gong)(gong)程、全(quan)局工(gong)(gong)程、基(ji)礎工(gong)(gong)程抓(zhua)緊抓(zhua)好(hao),圍繞提質(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)提效(xiao)長效(xiao)機制建設,在全(quan)公司深入開展“全(quan)員(yuan)素質(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)提升年”活動,通過“文化塑(su)心、管理塑(su)能(neng)、作風塑(su)形”,著力培育(yu)業務精、能(neng)力強、素質(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)硬的(de)(de)員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)隊(dui)伍,為(wei)企業高質(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)量發展提供堅(jian)實(shi)的(de)(de)人才(cai)保障和(he)智力支持。

該礦(kuang)認真落實(shi)肥(fei)礦(kuang)集(ji)團“全(quan)(quan)員素(su)質提(ti)(ti)升(sheng)年”活(huo)動工作意見(jian)和“學理(li)念、用理(li)念、知敬畏(wei)、守(shou)(shou)紅線(xian)”主(zhu)題教育(yu),堅持(chi)需求(qiu)導(dao)向(xiang)、問題導(dao)向(xiang)、目標導(dao)向(xiang),以學用促(cu)知守(shou)(shou),以知守(shou)(shou)促(cu)安(an)全(quan)(quan),緊密結合安(an)全(quan)(quan)生(sheng)產實(shi)際,區分(fen)層次,突出(chu)重點,分(fen)類施教,強化全(quan)(quan)員“文(wen)化素(su)質+職(zhi)業技能(neng)”培(pei)(pei)訓(xun)(xun),進(jin)一步提(ti)(ti)升(sheng)員工安(an)全(quan)(quan)發展意識(shi),提(ti)(ti)高(gao)安(an)全(quan)(quan)質量標準化建設水平。“我們認為提(ti)(ti)高(gao)全(quan)(quan)員素(su)質,關鍵在(zai)培(pei)(pei)養,根子(zi)在(zai)培(pei)(pei)訓(xun)(xun),只有抓住素(su)質提(ti)(ti)升(sheng)關鍵,走精準培(pei)(pei)訓(xun)(xun)之路,全(quan)(quan)礦(kuang)安(an)全(quan)(quan)工作才(cai)能(neng)抓得(de)好”在(zai)3月中旬舉辦的山能(neng)肥(fei)礦(kuang)集(ji)團安(an)全(quan)(quan)教育(yu)培(pei)(pei)訓(xun)(xun)現場推進(jin)會(hui)上(shang),陳蠻莊煤(mei)礦(kuang)安(an)全(quan)(quan)礦(kuang)長袁新軍介紹說(shuo)。

“指(zhi)尖(jian)(jian)安(an)(an)(an)教(jiao)(jiao)”收獲(huo)安(an)(an)(an)全培(pei)(pei)訓(xun)實效(xiao)。在陳蠻莊煤礦(kuang),目前,員(yuan)工(gong)們的(de)安(an)(an)(an)全培(pei)(pei)訓(xun)主(zhu)陣(zhen)地已(yi)轉(zhuan)移(yi)到“指(zhi)尖(jian)(jian)安(an)(an)(an)教(jiao)(jiao)”系(xi)統(tong),這是一(yi)款安(an)(an)(an)全培(pei)(pei)訓(xun)功能軟件(jian)(jian),只(zhi)要下(xia)載到手機(ji)和電腦中,就方(fang)便使用,操作快捷(jie)、功能多(duo)、內(nei)容豐富。以(yi)往傳統(tong)培(pei)(pei)訓(xun)普(pu)遍(bian)存在著(zhu)“任務式(shi)”虛(xu)學(xue)(xue)、“兩張皮”空學(xue)(xue)的(de)問題,內(nei)容載體不新穎,方(fang)式(shi)方(fang)法生硬(ying),讓員(yuan)工(gong)感覺無(wu)趣乏(fa)味,培(pei)(pei)訓(xun)質量差、效(xiao)果不佳。而“指(zhi)尖(jian)(jian)安(an)(an)(an)教(jiao)(jiao)”系(xi)統(tong)融合了安(an)(an)(an)全管理(li)、培(pei)(pei)訓(xun)管理(li)、資源共(gong)享(xiang)、榮譽殿(dian)堂、資格證書、員(yuan)工(gong)論壇、警(jing)鐘長鳴、積(ji)分紅包八大版(ban)塊,培(pei)(pei)訓(xun)形式(shi)多(duo)樣,特別(bie)設(she)有培(pei)(pei)訓(xun)積(ji)分兌紅包激勵版(ban)塊,員(yuan)工(gong)在主(zhu)動參與中不斷強化培(pei)(pei)訓(xun)效(xiao)果,收獲(huo)學(xue)(xue)習快樂。今年疫(yi)情防控(kong)以(yi)來,為做(zuo)好(hao)員(yuan)工(gong)復工(gong)復產(chan)培(pei)(pei)訓(xun),該(gai)礦(kuang)利用“指(zhi)尖(jian)(jian)安(an)(an)(an)教(jiao)(jiao)”云課堂,共(gong)組織安(an)(an)(an)全培(pei)(pei)訓(xun)2576人(ren)次(ci),員(yuan)工(gong)觀看安(an)(an)(an)全培(pei)(pei)訓(xun)視頻和課件(jian)(jian)2300余人(ren)次(ci),參與率(lv)(lv)達(da)(da)98%,上線率(lv)(lv)一(yi)天最高達(da)(da)到1100多(duo)人(ren),收到良好(hao)效(xiao)果。

黨(dang)(dang)(dang)管(guan)安(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)鑄就安(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)紅(hong)色引擎。在(zai)(zai)陳蠻(man)莊煤礦一(yi)(yi)線區隊,建有(you)2個集教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)平臺(tai)(tai)(tai)(tai)(tai)(tai)、培訓平臺(tai)(tai)(tai)(tai)(tai)(tai)、論(lun)壇平臺(tai)(tai)(tai)(tai)(tai)(tai)為一(yi)(yi)體的(de)(de)多(duo)功能黨(dang)(dang)(dang)員(yuan)(yuan)活(huo)(huo)動(dong)室(shi),發(fa)揮著(zhu)安(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)講(jiang)(jiang)臺(tai)(tai)(tai)(tai)(tai)(tai)和技術課(ke)堂(tang)等多(duo)項(xiang)職能作(zuo)用(yong)(yong)。該礦黨(dang)(dang)(dang)委堅持把黨(dang)(dang)(dang)管(guan)安(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)作(zuo)為黨(dang)(dang)(dang)建工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)中的(de)(de)重要(yao)一(yi)(yi)環,充分發(fa)揮基(ji)層黨(dang)(dang)(dang)組(zu)(zu)(zu)織(zhi)和廣大黨(dang)(dang)(dang)員(yuan)(yuan)在(zai)(zai)安(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)培訓中的(de)(de)重要(yao)作(zuo)用(yong)(yong),以(yi)共(gong)(gong)享黨(dang)(dang)(dang)員(yuan)(yuan)活(huo)(huo)動(dong)室(shi)為依托,利(li)用(yong)(yong)紅(hong)色陣地(di),搭建起紅(hong)色安(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)“培訓平臺(tai)(tai)(tai)(tai)(tai)(tai)、教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)平臺(tai)(tai)(tai)(tai)(tai)(tai)、論(lun)壇平臺(tai)(tai)(tai)(tai)(tai)(tai)”三(san)個共(gong)(gong)享平臺(tai)(tai)(tai)(tai)(tai)(tai),鑄就安(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)紅(hong)色引擎。每(mei)(mei)季度(du)組(zu)(zu)(zu)織(zhi)不(bu)少(shao)于2次專(zhuan)家、公(gong)司領導、“安(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)之星”上(shang)講(jiang)(jiang)臺(tai)(tai)(tai)(tai)(tai)(tai)和總工(gong)(gong)程師、專(zhuan)業(ye)人員(yuan)(yuan)、技術員(yuan)(yuan)講(jiang)(jiang)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)課(ke),并錄(lu)制成(cheng)視頻(pin)上(shang)傳到“指尖安(an)(an)(an)(an)教(jiao)”系(xi)統“云(yun)課(ke)堂(tang)”形成(cheng)全(quan)員(yuan)(yuan)共(gong)(gong)享。每(mei)(mei)月(yue)(yue)組(zu)(zu)(zu)織(zhi)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)員(yuan)(yuan)對月(yue)(yue)度(du)出現(xian)嚴(yan)重違(wei)(wei)(wei)章(zhang)和典(dian)型違(wei)(wei)(wei)章(zhang)代表,采取(qu)集中幫教(jiao)和一(yi)(yi)對一(yi)(yi)個體幫教(jiao),強化黨(dang)(dang)(dang)性教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)引導,增強受教(jiao)人員(yuan)(yuan)對違(wei)(wei)(wei)章(zhang)作(zuo)業(ye)危害性的(de)(de)認識,目(mu)前,已對50余名員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)進(jin)行了違(wei)(wei)(wei)章(zhang)幫教(jiao),收到較好(hao)(hao)效(xiao)果(guo)。采煤一(yi)(yi)區、掘進(jin)一(yi)(yi)區等5個黨(dang)(dang)(dang)支部(bu)每(mei)(mei)周輪流(liu)組(zu)(zu)(zu)織(zhi)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)員(yuan)(yuan)帶頭走上(shang)講(jiang)(jiang)臺(tai)(tai)(tai)(tai)(tai)(tai)講(jiang)(jiang)述安(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)“嚇(xia)一(yi)(yi)跳”故事,將身邊(bian)的(de)(de)人身邊(bian)的(de)(de)事,通過(guo)簡短(duan)、樸(pu)實的(de)(de)語言對親身經歷的(de)(de)危險,進(jin)行情景再(zai)現(xian),也讓聽眾感(gan)同身受,產生(sheng)共(gong)(gong)鳴,警醒、警示(shi)作(zuo)用(yong)(yong)深入人心。圍(wei)繞“提(ti)升安(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)管(guan)理”為主題,組(zu)(zu)(zu)織(zhi)科區長(chang)(chang)、班組(zu)(zu)(zu)長(chang)(chang)、員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)等,每(mei)(mei)月(yue)(yue)開展一(yi)(yi)次論(lun)壇活(huo)(huo)動(dong),交流(liu)分享、討論(lun)借鑒經驗做(zuo)法,促進(jin)安(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)管(guan)理素質(zhi)共(gong)(gong)同提(ti)升。現(xian)已經形成(cheng)論(lun)壇成(cheng)果(guo)文章(zhang)30篇(pian),上(shang)傳“指尖安(an)(an)(an)(an)教(jiao)”系(xi)統“員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)論(lun)壇”供全(quan)員(yuan)(yuan)學(xue)習(xi)。“掘進(jin)四五六(liu)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)法”“五五工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)法”“三(san)先工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)法”等典(dian)型管(guan)理經驗在(zai)(zai)論(lun)壇中獲(huo)得員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)好(hao)(hao)評。
