深化全員共識創新創效再提升

翟鎮(zhen)煤礦(kuang)通(tong)過(guo)開展十(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)九(jiu)(jiu)大(da)報告(gao)(gao)主題宣(xuan)講活動、召開管理(li)人員(yuan)(yuan)座談(tan)會(hui)(hui)、組(zu)(zu)織政(zheng)工(gong)人員(yuan)(yuan)進(jin)(jin)基(ji)層宣(xuan)講、團員(yuan)(yuan)青年(nian)讀書學習(xi)會(hui)(hui)等多種形式,把宣(xuan)傳黨(dang)的(de)(de)(de)十(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)九(jiu)(jiu)大(da)精神(shen)作(zuo)為(wei)(wei)(wei)當(dang)前和(he)(he)今(jin)后一(yi)個時期的(de)(de)(de)首要(yao)(yao)(yao)政(zheng)治任務,使黨(dang)的(de)(de)(de)十(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)九(jiu)(jiu)大(da)精神(shen)成(cheng)(cheng)為(wei)(wei)(wei)深(shen)化改革發(fa)(fa)展的(de)(de)(de)根本遵循(xun)和(he)(he)方(fang)向。堅持(chi)組(zu)(zu)織全(quan)員(yuan)(yuan)學深(shen)學透,武裝頭腦,確保(bao)黨(dang)的(de)(de)(de)十(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)九(jiu)(jiu)大(da)精神(shen)進(jin)(jin)車間(jian)、進(jin)(jin)班組(zu)(zu)、到崗位、進(jin)(jin)社區、融入(ru)基(ji)層,融入(ru)職(zhi)工(gong)群(qun)眾(zhong),推動十(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)九(jiu)(jiu)大(da)精神(shen)入(ru)耳、入(ru)腦、入(ru)心,指(zhi)導企業(ye)發(fa)(fa)展實踐。該礦(kuang)結合十(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)九(jiu)(jiu)大(da)報告(gao)(gao)中提出“以經濟(ji)建設為(wei)(wei)(wei)中心,堅持(chi)改革開放,自(zi)力更生,艱苦創(chuang)業(ye),為(wei)(wei)(wei)把我國建設成(cheng)(cheng)為(wei)(wei)(wei)富強(qiang)民主文明和(he)(he)諧美麗(li)的(de)(de)(de)社會(hui)(hui)主義現代化強(qiang)國而(er)奮斗”的(de)(de)(de)要(yao)(yao)(yao)求(qiu)制定具(ju)體的(de)(de)(de)舉措(cuo)。組(zu)(zu)織召開了一(yi)至(zhi)(zhi)十(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)月份(fen)(fen)經濟(ji)運(yun)行(xing)(xing)(xing)分(fen)(fen)析(xi)會(hui)(hui)議,對一(yi)至(zhi)(zhi)十(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)月份(fen)(fen)以來的(de)(de)(de)經濟(ji)運(yun)行(xing)(xing)(xing)狀(zhuang)況進(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)了深(shen)入(ru)細(xi)致(zhi)的(de)(de)(de)分(fen)(fen)析(xi),通(tong)過(guo)分(fen)(fen)析(xi)典(dian)型經驗,取長補(bu)短(duan),相互(hu)學習(xi),相互(hu)借鑒。在(zai)具(ju)體工(gong)作(zuo)安排(pai)上(shang),該礦(kuang)重點加(jia)強(qiang)生產(chan)接續排(pai)定和(he)(he)計(ji)劃兌現,確保(bao)礦(kuang)井(jing)始終保(bao)持(chi)高產(chan)狀(zhuang)態。探索成(cheng)(cheng)立專門快速掘(jue)進(jin)(jin)隊伍,提高單進(jin)(jin)水(shui)平(ping),確保(bao)完(wan)成(cheng)(cheng)年(nian)度掘(jue)進(jin)(jin)目標。以開展“五小創(chuang)新(xin)(xin)(xin)”為(wei)(wei)(wei)抓手(shou),組(zu)(zu)織創(chuang)客產(chan)品模型制作(zuo)大(da)賽(sai),發(fa)(fa)動全(quan)員(yuan)(yuan)創(chuang)新(xin)(xin)(xin)創(chuang)效。提前加(jia)強(qiang)明年(nian)指(zhi)標分(fen)(fen)解(jie),列(lie)出項目菜單,指(zhi)標考核(he)不(bu)考核(he)收入(ru),只考核(he)利潤(run)完(wan)成(cheng)(cheng)情況。“十(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)九(jiu)(jiu)大(da)報告(gao)(gao)從(cong)宏觀(guan)方(fang)面對我們的(de)(de)(de)工(gong)作(zuo)提出了指(zhi)導性意(yi)見。而(er)我們礦(kuang)井(jing)實施的(de)(de)(de)內(nei)部市場化、崗位成(cheng)(cheng)本法管理(li)都(dou)契合了新(xin)(xin)(xin)舊動能(neng)轉換的(de)(de)(de)要(yao)(yao)(yao)求(qiu)。作(zuo)為(wei)(wei)(wei)部室管理(li)人員(yuan)(yuan)一(yi)定要(yao)(yao)(yao)仔細(xi)領會(hui)(hui)十(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)九(jiu)(jiu)大(da)報告(gao)(gao)內(nei)容,在(zai)自(zi)己的(de)(de)(de)崗位上(shang)堅持(chi)創(chuang)新(xin)(xin)(xin)創(chuang)效,為(wei)(wei)(wei)企業(ye)的(de)(de)(de)發(fa)(fa)展盡心盡力。”該礦(kuang)調(diao)度室管理(li)人員(yuan)(yuan)陳明宇這(zhe)樣表示(shi)。
