翟鎮煤礦通過(guo)開(kai)(kai)展十(shi)(shi)(shi)九(jiu)大(da)報(bao)告(gao)主題(ti)宣講活動(dong)、召開(kai)(kai)管理(li)(li)(li)人員(yuan)座談會(hui)、組織(zhi)政工人員(yuan)進(jin)(jin)基(ji)層(ceng)宣講、團(tuan)員(yuan)青年(nian)讀書學(xue)習(xi)會(hui)等多(duo)種形式(shi),把宣傳黨(dang)(dang)(dang)的(de)(de)十(shi)(shi)(shi)九(jiu)大(da)精神作為(wei)(wei)當前和(he)今后一(yi)個(ge)時期的(de)(de)首要政治(zhi)任務,使黨(dang)(dang)(dang)的(de)(de)十(shi)(shi)(shi)九(jiu)大(da)精神成為(wei)(wei)深化改革發展的(de)(de)根(gen)本遵循和(he)方(fang)向。堅(jian)(jian)持(chi)組織(zhi)全員(yuan)學(xue)深學(xue)透,武(wu)裝頭(tou)腦,確(que)(que)保(bao)(bao)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)的(de)(de)十(shi)(shi)(shi)九(jiu)大(da)精神進(jin)(jin)車間(jian)、進(jin)(jin)班(ban)組、到(dao)崗(gang)位、進(jin)(jin)社區、融入(ru)(ru)(ru)基(ji)層(ceng),融入(ru)(ru)(ru)職工群眾,推動(dong)十(shi)(shi)(shi)九(jiu)大(da)精神入(ru)(ru)(ru)耳、入(ru)(ru)(ru)腦、入(ru)(ru)(ru)心(xin),指(zhi)導企業發展實(shi)踐。該礦結合十(shi)(shi)(shi)九(jiu)大(da)報(bao)告(gao)中提(ti)出(chu)“以經濟建設為(wei)(wei)中心(xin),堅(jian)(jian)持(chi)改革開(kai)(kai)放,自(zi)力更生,艱苦創(chuang)(chuang)業,為(wei)(wei)把我國(guo)(guo)建設成為(wei)(wei)富強(qiang)民主文(wen)明(ming)和(he)諧(xie)美麗的(de)(de)社會(hui)主義現(xian)代化強(qiang)國(guo)(guo)而(er)奮斗”的(de)(de)要求制(zhi)定(ding)具(ju)體的(de)(de)舉措。組織(zhi)召開(kai)(kai)了一(yi)至十(shi)(shi)(shi)月份經濟運(yun)行分(fen)(fen)析會(hui)議,對一(yi)至十(shi)(shi)(shi)月份以來的(de)(de)經濟運(yun)行狀況(kuang)進(jin)(jin)行了深入(ru)(ru)(ru)細致的(de)(de)分(fen)(fen)析,通過(guo)分(fen)(fen)析典型經驗,取長補短,相互學(xue)習(xi),相互借鑒。在具(ju)體工作安排(pai)上,該礦重點加強(qiang)生產(chan)接續排(pai)定(ding)和(he)計劃(hua)兌現(xian),確(que)(que)保(bao)(bao)礦井始終保(bao)(bao)持(chi)高產(chan)狀態。探索成立專門快速掘(jue)進(jin)(jin)隊伍,提(ti)高單(dan)進(jin)(jin)水平,確(que)(que)保(bao)(bao)完(wan)成年(nian)度掘(jue)進(jin)(jin)目標。以開(kai)(kai)展“五小創(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)”為(wei)(wei)抓手,組織(zhi)創(chuang)(chuang)客(ke)產(chan)品(pin)模(mo)型制(zhi)作大(da)賽,發動(dong)全員(yuan)創(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)創(chuang)(chuang)效。提(ti)前加強(qiang)明(ming)年(nian)指(zhi)標分(fen)(fen)解,列出(chu)項目菜單(dan),指(zhi)標考核(he)不考核(he)收(shou)入(ru)(ru)(ru),只考核(he)利潤完(wan)成情況(kuang)。“十(shi)(shi)(shi)九(jiu)大(da)報(bao)告(gao)從宏觀方(fang)面對我們(men)的(de)(de)工作提(ti)出(chu)了指(zhi)導性意(yi)見。而(er)我們(men)礦井實(shi)施的(de)(de)內部市場化、崗(gang)位成本法管理(li)(li)(li)都契合了新(xin)舊動(dong)能轉換的(de)(de)要求。作為(wei)(wei)部室管理(li)(li)(li)人員(yuan)一(yi)定(ding)要仔細領會(hui)十(shi)(shi)(shi)九(jiu)大(da)報(bao)告(gao)內容,在自(zi)己(ji)的(de)(de)崗(gang)位上堅(jian)(jian)持(chi)創(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)創(chuang)(chuang)效,為(wei)(wei)企業的(de)(de)發展盡(jin)心(xin)盡(jin)力。”該礦調度室管理(li)(li)(li)人員(yuan)陳(chen)明(ming)宇(yu)這(zhe)樣表示(shi)。
