該(gai)礦大力推(tui)行“一線工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)法”,堅(jian)持(chi)領(ling)導干部(bu)包保(bao)區(qu)隊制度,要求(qiu)相關(guan)負責人每月(yue)至少(shao)參加所包保(bao)區(qu)隊班前會4次,傾聽職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)心聲,幫助解(jie)決(jue)疑難問題。綜采一區(qu)黨支(zhi)部(bu)還給(gei)職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)建(jian)立了信(xin)息檔案,無論工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)多忙,支(zhi)部(bu)書記(ji)楊家斌(bin)都會抽出(chu)時(shi)間到職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)家中走(zou)訪,在(zai)宣(xuan)傳(chuan)形式任務的(de)(de)同(tong)時(shi),了解(jie)職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)的(de)(de)實際需(xu)求(qiu),并盡可能提供幫助,讓職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)感受(shou)到了企業的(de)(de)關(guan)愛。
該礦(kuang)還開展了“爭創濱湖英(ying)雄(xiong)”和“我(wo)的(de)崗位我(wo)創效(xiao)”教育實踐活(huo)動,根據專(zhuan)業、工(gong)種(zhong)特點,評選安(an)全(quan)生產標(biao)(biao)兵、技能操作標(biao)(biao)兵、管(guan)理創新標(biao)(biao)兵、“六德、四愛(ai)”標(biao)(biao)兵等,設立英(ying)雄(xiong)榜,采取單位推(tui)薦、專(zhuan)業把關、點贊評選的(de)方式,最(zui)終評選出得到廣泛認可的(de)濱湖英(ying)雄(xiong),為干部職工(gong)精(jing)準定位學(xue)習的(de)標(biao)(biao)桿和趕超(chao)的(de)目標(biao)(biao)。
