“我(wo)們的(de)(de)(de)井(jing)下(xia)工(gong)人(ren)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)非常艱苦,每班(ban)采(cai)煤(mei)上千噸,采(cai)煤(mei)機(ji)轟鳴而過,灑下(xia)工(gong)人(ren)一(yi)串汗水;掘進迎頭(tou)每班(ban)打幾十支錨桿(gan),一(yi)個班(ban)下(xia)來風煤(mei)鉆的(de)(de)(de)振動就能把人(ren)的(de)(de)(de)胳膊振散了(le)……”近日(ri),龍礦(kuang)集團梁家煤(mei)礦(kuang)工(gong)會深入開展(zhan)了(le)以“尊重勞動、關愛員(yuan)工(gong)、向一(yi)線員(yuan)工(gong)學習(xi)、為(wei)一(yi)線員(yuan)工(gong)服務” 的(de)(de)(de)主題討(tao)論活動,全(quan)礦(kuang)上下(xia)各單位、部門紛(fen)(fen)紛(fen)(fen)亮(liang)出服務“承(cheng)諾+”系列舉措,將尊重關愛員(yuan)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)為(wei)當下(xia)做好一(yi)切工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)的(de)(de)(de)出發點和落腳點,凝聚起全(quan)員(yuan)攻(gong)堅(jian)克難,全(quan)面完成任(ren)務指標(biao)的(de)(de)(de)強(qiang)大正能量。
姜維棟是該(gai)礦(kuang)(kuang)機電(dian)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)區礦(kuang)(kuang)燈(deng)房(fang)的(de)(de)一名班組(zu)長,他認為(wei)燈(deng)房(fang)是為(wei)礦(kuang)(kuang)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)服務(wu)的(de)(de)第(di)一道“關卡”,為(wei)了(le)讓(rang)(rang)活動(dong)開展得有(you)聲、有(you)色、有(you)效果,他親自帶領了(le)礦(kuang)(kuang)燈(deng)房(fang)的(de)(de)10多“女兵(bing)”下井,到1105工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)面現場(chang)(chang)體(ti)(ti)驗一線(xian)職工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)的(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)辛苦(ku)。“通過(guo)‘體(ti)(ti)驗式’讓(rang)(rang)我(wo)(wo)們(men)(men)真正感覺到一線(xian)職工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)的(de)(de)不容易,他們(men)(men)才是煤礦(kuang)(kuang)企業生存發展的(de)(de)脊梁,是我(wo)(wo)們(men)(men)賴以生存、突破發展的(de)(de)源動(dong)力和(he)財富(fu),我(wo)(wo)們(men)(men)一定要(yao)向一線(xian)職工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)學(xue)習,提高工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)責任心,做好礦(kuang)(kuang)燈(deng)、自救器、瓦檢儀的(de)(de)維護、發放工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)。”參(can)觀完一線(xian)員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)的(de)(de)勞動(dong)現場(chang)(chang)后,礦(kuang)(kuang)燈(deng)房(fang)充(chong)電(dian)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)解麗(li)麗(li)說(shuo),通過(guo)參(can)觀讓(rang)(rang)她們(men)(men)對井下工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)人有(you)了(le)更(geng)多關切和(he)敬意,并表示在(zai)今后工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)中(zhong)要(yao)切實(shi)做到“六項”公開承諾,為(wei)一線(xian)員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)服好務(wu)。
“困難(nan)形勢下(xia)井(jing)(jing)下(xia)一(yi)(yi)(yi)線職(zhi)工與(yu)企業共(gong)榮辱、同患難(nan),我們后(hou)(hou)勤服務(wu)部門(men)也(ye)不(bu)能拉在(zai)后(hou)(hou)面(mian)。”該(gai)礦(kuang)后(hou)(hou)勤服務(wu)中心(xin)(xin)主(zhu)任田廣富說,該(gai)中心(xin)(xin)近日也(ye)涌現出崗(gang)位工“微笑服務(wu)”的先進典型:礦(kuang)后(hou)(hou)勤洗(xi)浴中心(xin)(xin)的澡堂崗(gang)位工肖(xiao)鎖寧,在(zai)上夜班(ban)(ban)(ban)打掃衛生的時候,撿到一(yi)(yi)(yi)把轎車(che)(che)(che)遙(yao)控(kong)(kong)鑰(yao)匙(chi)(chi),通過(guo)多次詢問也(ye)沒找(zhao)(zhao)到失主(zhu),心(xin)(xin)想失主(zhu)肯(ken)定(ding)下(xia)井(jing)(jing)了(le)(le),上井(jing)(jing)回家找(zhao)(zhao)不(bu)到鑰(yao)匙(chi)(chi)肯(ken)定(ding)著(zhu)急,于是將鑰(yao)匙(chi)(chi)交(jiao)給(gei)了(le)(le)班(ban)(ban)(ban)組長;后(hou)(hou)經過(guo)班(ban)(ban)(ban)組也(ye)無法找(zhao)(zhao)到失主(zhu),最后(hou)(hou)肖(xiao)鎖寧利用下(xia)班(ban)(ban)(ban)休息時間通過(guo)遙(yao)控(kong)(kong)鑰(yao)匙(chi)(chi)的車(che)(che)(che)型標志,在(zai)礦(kuang)院內找(zhao)(zhao)到了(le)(le)車(che)(che)(che)并在(zai)車(che)(che)(che)上留了(le)(le)聯系方式(shi),讓失主(zhu)第(di)一(yi)(yi)(yi)時間找(zhao)(zhao)到鑰(yao)匙(chi)(chi)。“一(yi)(yi)(yi)件小事可以(yi)(yi)暖心(xin)(xin),一(yi)(yi)(yi)件小事也(ye)可以(yi)(yi)堵(du)心(xin)(xin)。”該(gai)礦(kuang)員工肖(xiao)鎖寧說,作為服務(wu)部門(men)的崗(gang)位職(zhi)工,就要(yao)對井(jing)(jing)下(xia)工人要(yao)多些(xie)尊重、多些(xie)理解和多些(xie)關愛。
據了(le)解,該礦在(zai)礦網站(zhan)開辟專欄進行(xing)輿論(lun)氛圍營造(zao),組織(zhi)撰(zhuan)寫(xie)(xie)了(le)《請善待我們的井下工(gong)(gong)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)》一文全礦認(ren)(ren)真討論(lun),要求各單位、部(bu)門(men)圍繞為(wei)一線員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)服(fu)務承(cheng)(cheng)諾重(zhong)點,認(ren)(ren)真反思各自(zi)在(zai)思想認(ren)(ren)識方面(mian)存(cun)在(zai)哪(na)(na)些(xie)不(bu)足,服(fu)務態度還有哪(na)(na)些(xie)不(bu)妥,服(fu)務標準還有哪(na)(na)些(xie)差(cha)距(ju),單位管(guan)理(li)還有哪(na)(na)些(xie)問題,管(guan)理(li)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)員(yuan)作出個人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)承(cheng)(cheng)諾,單位制(zhi)定(ding)詳實整改措施。截止(zhi)目(mu)前,各單位200名管(guan)理(li)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)員(yuan)都制(zhi)定(ding)了(le)個人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)承(cheng)(cheng)諾書(shu),承(cheng)(cheng)諾事項達到400多條,管(guan)理(li)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)員(yuan)撰(zhuan)寫(xie)(xie)個人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)體會80余篇;礦工(gong)(gong)會組織(zhi)管(guan)理(li)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)員(yuan)上一線義務勞動達20余次,極(ji)大拉近(jin)了(le)與員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)的距(ju)離(li)。
“在當前(qian)的困(kun)難(nan)形勢下,為工人(ren)服(fu)務好了,工人(ren)的心情(qing)才(cai)會更舒暢,才(cai)會安心上班,積(ji)極(ji)工作,保證(zheng)安全生產。”該礦礦長王德超(chao)說(shuo),如(ru)何企(qi)業服(fu)務不好,就很難(nan)凝聚起員工的信心士氣(qi),因(yin)此(ci)說(shuo)服(fu)務更是一種無形的攻堅克難(nan)硬實力。
