“思想(xiang)上(shang)的(de)融合(he)是最為關(guan)鍵的(de),只有思想(xiang)統一(yi)了(le),心(xin)(xin)才(cai)會往(wang)一(yi)處(chu)想(xiang),勁才(cai)會往(wang)一(yi)處(chu)使。”為凝聚職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)思想(xiang),該(gai)礦領導班子成員(yuan)帶頭深入一(yi)線,與(yu)職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)促膝談(tan)心(xin)(xin),了(le)解職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)群(qun)眾最關(guan)心(xin)(xin)的(de)問題和現(xian)場工(gong)(gong)(gong)作實際,并(bing)形成解決方(fang)案。在每月召開的(de)政工(gong)(gong)(gong)例會上(shang),規定支部(bu)負(fu)責(ze)人需(xu)要匯報職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)思想(xiang)穩定情況(kuang),并(bing)負(fu)責(ze)與(yu)出(chu)現(xian)問題的(de)職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)談(tan)心(xin)(xin)交流,通過答(da)疑解惑,讓職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)了(le)解礦井發展(zhan)面(mian)臨的(de)嚴(yan)峻形勢,同時讓職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)了(le)解礦井發展(zhan)的(de)有力舉措,引導他們樹立(li)起(qi)與(yu)企業(ye)同呼吸(xi)共命運的(de)責(ze)任意(yi)識和擔(dan)當意(yi)識。
該礦(kuang)充(chong)分發揮“陽(yang)光(guang)家園”、“輕松驛(yi)站”、“員工(gong)話吧(ba)”陣地的作用(yong),暢通職工(gong)訴求渠道。并由(you)礦(kuang)工(gong)會(hui)定期組織開展(zhan)問卷(juan)調查進區隊活動,對(dui)出(chu)(chu)現經常缺勤、“三違(wei)”的職工(gong),及時進行約談,幫助他(ta)們(men)糾正思想認識上的偏差,緩解(jie)壓力,督促他(ta)們(men)把精力放在工(gong)作上。尤其(qi)是充(chong)分發揮“民(min)情話吧(ba)”民(min)生日記的作用(yong),了解(jie)職工(gong)所期所盼,并對(dui)職工(gong)反映的問題和提(ti)出(chu)(chu)的建議及時予(yu)以反饋。
