【“四新”形勢任務教育】東華水泥深化形勢任務教育促企業內涵提升

本網淄(zi)博訊 “我們要努(nu)力創造新機遇(yu),在崗位上(shang)積極探索創新,用自(zi)己的聰(cong)明(ming)才智努(nu)力提升崗位效益(yi),全力應對(dui)當前困難。”日(ri)前,山東能源淄(zi)礦集團(tuan)東華水泥公司發電車間主任張(zhang)振亮,帶領職工學習(xi)了《怎(zen)樣抓住新機遇(yu)》后,與(yu)職工們就學習(xi)內容展開了討(tao)論。

東(dong)華水泥公(gong)(gong)司堅持“三管(guan)齊(qi)下”,多層(ceng)次(ci)多方式的(de)組織(zhi)開展“四新(xin)”形(xing)(xing)勢任務(wu)教育宣(xuan)講(jiang)(jiang)活動(dong)。該(gai)公(gong)(gong)司班(ban)子(zi)成(cheng)員分工(gong)掛靠(kao)各基(ji)層(ceng)單(dan)位,向職工(gong)講(jiang)(jiang)形(xing)(xing)勢、講(jiang)(jiang)任務(wu)、講(jiang)(jiang)期(qi)望;選拔(ba)5名宣(xuan)傳骨干(gan),成(cheng)立(li)形(xing)(xing)勢任務(wu)宣(xuan)講(jiang)(jiang)團,圍(wei)繞愛崗敬業、產品(pin)質量(liang)、市(shi)場開拓、創新(xin)發(fa)展、安全管(guan)理等(deng)五個方面內(nei)容,分別到(dao)(dao)熟(shu)料生產部、萬華分公(gong)(gong)司、瀚森公(gong)(gong)司及(ji)公(gong)(gong)司機關進行巡(xun)回宣(xuan)講(jiang)(jiang);各基(ji)層(ceng)單(dan)位班(ban)子(zi)及(ji)管(guan)理人員也分工(gong)到(dao)(dao)車間(jian)和班(ban)組,向職工(gong)講(jiang)(jiang)單(dan)位落實工(gong)作計劃,講(jiang)(jiang)車間(jian)班(ban)組創新(xin)創效的(de)辦法,使(shi)干(gan)部職工(gong)進一(yi)步認清內(nei)外形(xing)(xing)勢、明確工(gong)作目標、堅定(ding)加(jia)快(kuai)發(fa)展的(de)信心。截至目前,該(gai)公(gong)(gong)司組織(zhi)開展各類宣(xuan)講(jiang)(jiang)活動(dong)30余(yu)場,參(can)加(jia)職工(gong)達700余(yu)人次(ci)。

圍繞“困難形(xing)勢面(mian)前,我們怎(zen)么辦”、“崗(gang)位增值(zhi)創效(xiao),應該(gai)(gai)怎(zen)么干”、“如何搞好降本(ben)提(ti)(ti)(ti)效(xiao)”等方面(mian),該(gai)(gai)公(gong)司組織(zhi)干部職工(gong)開(kai)展“深化內(nei)涵提(ti)(ti)(ti)升”大討論(lun),總結提(ti)(ti)(ti)煉(lian)了“工(gong)資(zi)=收(shou)入(ru)(ru)-支出”、“利潤=成本(ben)-浪費”、“收(shou)入(ru)(ru)靠(kao)貢獻,工(gong)資(zi)自己(ji)掙”等“內(nei)涵提(ti)(ti)(ti)升”理(li)念,并在干部職工(gong)工(gong)作中迅速貫徹。今(jin)年(nian)該(gai)(gai)公(gong)司熟料生產線冬季檢(jian)修,實現(xian)了以往外(wai)委為(wei)主到自主檢(jian)修的轉變,僅(jin)外(wai)委費一項同比減支近百萬元。

為進(jin)(jin)(jin)一步(bu)促進(jin)(jin)(jin)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)作(zuo)(zuo)風(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)轉(zhuan)變,該公司(si)提出(chu)了(le)“以(yi)身作(zuo)(zuo)則,率先(xian)垂范(fan);積極主動,團結協作(zuo)(zuo);實事(shi)求是,認(ren)真專業;抓鐵有痕,贏在執行”等公司(si)管(guan)理人(ren)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)32字(zi)作(zuo)(zuo)風(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)要求,先(xian)后(hou)開(kai)展了(le)個人(ren)思想擺查、行為自查及管(guan)理人(ren)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)作(zuo)(zuo)風(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)督查、勞動紀律檢查等活動。先(xian)后(hou)對(dui)2名中(zhong)午違規飲酒的(de)(de)中(zhong)層管(guan)理人(ren)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)進(jin)(jin)(jin)行了(le)處理,對(dui)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)職責(ze)不(bu)到位出(chu)現問題的(de)(de)7名管(guan)理人(ren)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)進(jin)(jin)(jin)行了(le)罰款。干部職工(gong)(gong)(gong)的(de)(de)思想作(zuo)(zuo)風(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)、工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)作(zuo)(zuo)風(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)發生(sheng)(sheng)較(jiao)大(da)轉(zhuan)變。在冬(dong)季檢修(xiu)中(zhong),黨員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)干部基本都沖在第一線,較(jiao)好地(di)發揮了(le)模范(fan)帶頭作(zuo)(zuo)用。每天早晨七點半之前,機關管(guan)理人(ren)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)都自覺(jue)到各(ge)自衛生(sheng)(sheng)區(qu)域整理衛生(sheng)(sheng)、清掃垃圾(ji)。

該公(gong)司黨(dang)(dang)政還按(an)照“管理流(liu)程化、落實(shi)網(wang)格化、考(kao)核(he)數字化”,“定性的具體化,定量的數字化”,“定標準、定責(ze)任(ren)人(ren)(ren)、定時限(xian)、定獎懲”等要求(qiu),對公(gong)司黨(dang)(dang)政重(zhong)點工作及生產經營指(zhi)標、安全(quan)生產責(ze)任(ren)進行了層層分解。先后簽(qian)訂責(ze)任(ren)書(shu)200余份,并上(shang)墻上(shang)榜。目前,在該公(gong)司生產區域(yu)“每一臺設(she)備都有(you)包機人(ren)(ren)”,后勤區域(yu)“每一棵(ke)花(hua)草樹木(mu)都有(you)管理者”,公(gong)司上(shang)下“每一平方厘米土地(di)都有(you)責(ze)任(ren)人(ren)(ren)”,“千(qian)斤(jin)重(zhong)擔眾人(ren)(ren)挑,人(ren)(ren)人(ren)(ren)肩上(shang)有(you)指(zhi)標”的局(ju)面。
