“安(an)監(jian)(jian)員(yuan)根據現場(chang)情況一月一排(pai)崗、一定(ding)薪、一考(kao)核(he),每(mei)個月工(gong)(gong)作地點不同,現場(chang)條(tiao)件(jian)、安(an)全管(guan)理(li)難(nan)度也不同,安(an)全績效(xiao)工(gong)(gong)資到月底(di)就會(hui)有(you)差距。”該公司(si)安(an)監(jian)(jian)處(chu)處(chu)長(chang)程富海(hai)介紹(shao)。

此項(xiang)辦法(fa)的實施,形成了(le)安監(jian)員內部競爭激勵(li)機制,提升了(le)安監(jian)員現場安全(quan)監(jian)管水平,確保了(le)礦井安全(quan)生產(chan)。據統計,二(er)季度以來,該公司“三違”比率同比降低13%,杜絕了(le)輕(qing)傷以上人身(shen)事故,安全(quan)形勢(shi)平穩。
