持(chi)續深(shen)化(hua)思想保障機制建設。面對今年產能下降、效益下滑的(de)嚴峻形勢,該礦(kuang)進一步識位定位,對標找差,主動加壓,正(zheng)確處理(li)好當前與(yu)長遠、創(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)與(yu)穩健(jian)的(de)關系,結合海(hai)域生產現場條件差、油頁巖采場頻繁接替和(he)“五(wu)安五(wu)撤一縮面”等實際(ji)困難(nan),選準(zhun)工作著力點與(yu)突(tu)破(po)點,積極探索礦(kuang)井內涵發展的(de)新(xin)(xin)模式、新(xin)(xin)思路,大(da)力推進管理(li)創(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)、技(ji)術創(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin),以(yi)自主創(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)力全面提升核心競爭(zheng)力,

持(chi)(chi)續深(shen)化正(zheng)規生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)機制(zhi)建設(she)。該礦(kuang)針(zhen)對受采場(chang)條件變(bian)差、安(an)撤工程頻繁(fan)、生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)接續緊(jin)張(zhang)和(he)對外開發支援(yuan)等因(yin)素影響,以“掘進接續攻堅年”活動為總抓手,牢牢把握正(zheng)規有序的(de)(de)(de)生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)主(zhu)基調,在保(bao)(bao)(bao)證采掘關系平(ping)衡的(de)(de)(de)基礎(chu)上,圍繞市(shi)場(chang)抓采場(chang),爭取多出“好煤(mei)”、“效(xiao)益(yi)煤(mei)”,最大(da)限度(du)的(de)(de)(de)回(hui)收資源,確保(bao)(bao)(bao)實現(xian)(xian)精采細采、應采盡采,提(ti)升礦(kuang)井綜(zong)合經濟(ji)效(xiao)益(yi)。在保(bao)(bao)(bao)持(chi)(chi)正(zheng)常生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)秩序的(de)(de)(de)前提(ti)下,堅持(chi)(chi)采掘單位(wei)員工輪休制(zhi)度(du),保(bao)(bao)(bao)證員工合理(li)休息。對“三長”人(ren)員和(he)管服人(ren)員進行分(fen)類(lei)清理(li)和(he)調整,充(chong)分(fen)盤活用(yong)好現(xian)(xian)有人(ren)員,為安(an)全生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)提(ti)供人(ren)力(li)保(bao)(bao)(bao)障。
