本(ben)網兗(yan)州訊 以科技助力降耗,通過設計在源頭上實現效益提升,臨礦(kuang)集團新驛煤礦(kuang)根據(ju)自身實際念好(hao)“圖紙經”,實現相關(guan)費用節約數千(qian)萬元,在煤炭(tan)市場行情持(chi)續低(di)迷的形勢(shi)下交(jiao)出了(le)一份(fen)令人(ren)羨慕的答卷。
由于煤(mei)(mei)(mei)層受斷層切割(ge),新驛(yi)(yi)煤(mei)(mei)(mei)礦(kuang)(kuang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)1502工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)面(mian)(mian)若(ruo)按照常規(gui)開(kai)(kai)采工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi)無法布置成(cheng)正規(gui)回采工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)面(mian)(mian),其賦存的(de)(de)(de)(de)23萬噸(dun)煤(mei)(mei)(mei)炭(tan)資源也(ye)將白(bai)白(bai)浪費(fei)。一(yi)(yi)噸(dun)煤(mei)(mei)(mei)也(ye)是效益,為(wei)安全開(kai)(kai)采這(zhe)些煤(mei)(mei)(mei)炭(tan),新驛(yi)(yi)煤(mei)(mei)(mei)礦(kuang)(kuang)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程技術(shu)人員對照圖(tu)紙反復研究,發現這(zhe)一(yi)(yi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)面(mian)(mian)有兩條順(shun)(shun)(shun)槽可(ke)作(zuo)(zuo)回采使用,并(bing)且(qie)順(shun)(shun)(shun)槽連接相鄰的(de)(de)(de)(de)1112、1500、1508和1506工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)面(mian)(mian),可(ke)實(shi)現“以一(yi)(yi)帶四(si)”。于是他們創新實(shi)施(shi)了(le)“拖掛回采工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)面(mian)(mian)”開(kai)(kai)采工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi),利用1502工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)面(mian)(mian)兩條順(shun)(shun)(shun)槽做為(wei)4個工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)面(mian)(mian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)集中巷,進行通風、運輸。完(wan)成(cheng)4個工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)面(mian)(mian)開(kai)(kai)采后再繼續完(wan)成(cheng)對1502工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)面(mian)(mian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)開(kai)(kai)采。通過利用一(yi)(yi)個工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)面(mian)(mian)系統,連帶布置4個工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)面(mian)(mian),比常規(gui)設計節約(yue)了(le)6條、總長(chang)(chang)3600米的(de)(de)(de)(de)巷道,“僅是1502工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)面(mian)(mian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)‘一(yi)(yi)巷多用’就為(wei)新驛(yi)(yi)煤(mei)(mei)(mei)礦(kuang)(kuang)節約(yue)費(fei)用2160萬元。”該礦(kuang)(kuang)副礦(kuang)(kuang)長(chang)(chang)梁寶成(cheng)說。
新(xin)驛煤礦(kuang)斷層(ceng)多(duo)、煤層(ceng)薄,地質構造復雜,開(kai)采(cai)難度(du)大,采(cai)用常規開(kai)采(cai)方(fang)法產出(chu)(chu)率低,浪(lang)(lang)費量多(duo)。“市場形勢好時(shi),這種邊邊角(jiao)角(jiao)的(de)浪(lang)(lang)費似乎不起眼,如今(jin)煤炭企業生(sheng)存壓力加大,必須想方(fang)設(she)法提(ti)質提(ti)能,降本降耗。”該(gai)礦(kuang)礦(kuang)長李(li)連華對記者說,新(xin)驛煤礦(kuang)從實際出(chu)(chu)發,從研究圖紙入(ru)手,著力提(ti)升井下采(cai)掘設(she)計(ji)科技含量,將以往棄之不用的(de)資源加以充分利用,通過設(she)計(ji)優化(hua)實現(xian)效(xiao)益最(zui)優,把一本“圖紙經”念得有(you)聲有(you)色。“乍一看圖紙密(mi)密(mi)麻麻,但(dan)細看所(suo)有(you)的(de)設(she)計(ji)都在點子上(shang),”對此,臨(lin)礦(kuang)集團總(zong)經理張希誠給出(chu)(chu)了高度(du)評(ping)價。
技術(shu)上的(de)節約(yue)是最大(da)(da)的(de)節約(yue),技術(shu)上的(de)浪費是最大(da)(da)的(de)浪費。如今,新驛煤礦牽住技術(shu)這個“牛鼻子”在設計方面加大(da)(da)投入,利(li)用已有的(de)生產(chan)(chan)系統,靈活布(bu)置“拖掛面”、“對拉面”、“刀把面”,以“小技術(shu)”節約(yue)了“大(da)(da)成本(ben)”;通過推行(xing)“全煤化”布(bu)置巷道,減少全巖掘(jue)進量,大(da)(da)大(da)(da)提高了煤炭產(chan)(chan)出率(lv)。通過推行(xing)“掘(jue)進迎頭平行(xing)作業法”、“快速掘(jue)進工(gong)藝(yi)”、皮(pi)(pi)帶與耙裝機(ji)一(yi)體配置、運用皮(pi)(pi)帶運輸矸石等工(gong)藝(yi),使單進水(shui)平提高了25%,萬(wan)噸掘(jue)進率(lv)由(you)143米/萬(wan)噸降(jiang)低(di)到(dao)65米/萬(wan)噸,實現(xian)了低(di)掘(jue)進率(lv)、高回采率(lv)的(de)源頭降(jiang)本(ben)目標。
圖紙變(bian)一變(bian),效益(yi)滾滾來。新驛(yi)煤礦還對(dui)(dui)工作(zuo)面(mian)移動泵站、主(zhu)副井電機(ji)風(feng)機(ji)、扇風(feng)機(ji)、壓風(feng)機(ji)、洗煤廠等主(zhu)要能(neng)耗(hao)設(she)備進行變(bian)頻改造(zao),減少(shao)了設(she)備的電能(neng)損(sun)耗(hao),實現年節約電費96萬(wan)元;對(dui)(dui)八采區建設(she)礦井直(zhi)排水工程,將地下涌(yong)水直(zhi)接排到地面(mian)上(shang)來,年可節電175萬(wan)度。
通過(guo)技術引領,設(she)計優(you)化(hua),今年以來新(xin)驛煤(mei)礦(kuang)(kuang)井下開采實現(xian)了新(xin)的突(tu)破。該礦(kuang)(kuang)非生產性(xing)開支同(tong)比壓縮86萬元,同(tong)比降(jiang)低17%;噸煤(mei)完全成本控(kong)制到(dao)244元/噸,創國內同(tong)類型礦(kuang)(kuang)井先進水平。
