肥礦(kuang)集團(tuan)曹莊煤礦(kuang)機電(dian)科現有35周歲以下青(qing)工76名,占全科總人數的70%,其中團(tuan)員38名。近(jin)年(nian)來(lai)特(te)別是(shi)近(jin)兩年(nian)來(lai),面對煤炭(tan)市場(chang)疲(pi)軟,煤價下滑的嚴峻形勢,我(wo)們(men)機電(dian)科團(tuan)支(zhi)(zhi)部(bu)(bu)積極(ji)響(xiang)應上級黨(dang)團(tuan)組(zu)織號(hao)召(zhao),注重(zhong)煥發青(qing)年(nian)創(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)創(chuang)(chuang)效(xiao)活動新(xin)活力,向青(qing)年(nian)要(yao)才(cai)智(zhi),用(yong)才(cai)智(zhi)創(chuang)(chuang)效(xiao)益,團(tuan)結帶領團(tuan)員青(qing)年(nian)用(yong)小(xiao)智(zhi)慧為企業降本提效(xiao)爭做大貢獻。截至目前,團(tuan)支(zhi)(zhi)部(bu)(bu)共推(tui)廣青(qing)年(nian)“五小(xiao)”創(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)創(chuang)(chuang)效(xiao)成果28項,累計創(chuang)(chuang)效(xiao)167萬元。機電(dian)科團(tuan)支(zhi)(zhi)部(bu)(bu)先后被(bei)授予“山東(dong)省五四紅旗(qi)團(tuan)支(zhi)(zhi)部(bu)(bu)”、“山東(dong)省青(qing)年(nian)文明(ming)號(hao)”、“泰(tai)安市五四紅旗(qi)團(tuan)支(zhi)(zhi)部(bu)(bu)標兵”等榮譽稱號(hao)。
一、突出(chu)“三性(xing)”抓學(xue)習,為青年創新創效活動開展積(ji)蓄能量
學習是創(chuang)新(xin)(xin)的(de)基礎。機電(dian)(dian)科作為(wei)管(guan)理(li)全(quan)礦機電(dian)(dian)設備的(de)重要單(dan)位(wei),要深化青(qing)(qing)年(nian)(nian)創(chuang)新(xin)(xin)創(chuang)效活動的(de)開展,必須要有(you)一批善學習、高技能、能創(chuang)新(xin)(xin)的(de)青(qing)(qing)年(nian)(nian)人才(cai)作支(zhi)撐。為(wei)此(ci),團支(zhi)部突出“三性”抓學習,積(ji)極為(wei)活動的(de)開展積(ji)蓄能量。
一是抓住(zhu)重(zhong)點(dian)(dian),提高學(xue)習(xi)(xi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)針對性。把青(qing)(qing)(qing)工(gong)(gong)(gong)崗位(wei)(wei)知(zhi)識(shi)及創(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)能力(li)的(de)(de)(de)(de)培養學(xue)習(xi)(xi)作為(wei)重(zhong)點(dian)(dian),一方(fang)面精心制定了(le)(le)周、月度、季度學(xue)習(xi)(xi)計劃(hua),利用機電科青(qing)(qing)(qing)工(gong)(gong)(gong)崗位(wei)(wei)知(zhi)識(shi)“多(duo)媒體學(xue)習(xi)(xi)課堂”,組織廣(guang)大青(qing)(qing)(qing)工(gong)(gong)(gong)從最基(ji)本、最基(ji)礎的(de)(de)(de)(de)崗位(wei)(wei)業務知(zhi)識(shi)學(xue)起,通過學(xue)習(xi)(xi)使每位(wei)(wei)青(qing)(qing)(qing)工(gong)(gong)(gong)較為(wei)熟練(lian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)掌握本職崗位(wei)(wei)的(de)(de)(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作技能。另一方(fang)面,團支部(bu)在青(qing)(qing)(qing)年讀書(shu)角內有意識(shi)地購買并(bing)擺(bai)放了(le)(le)《創(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)思維的(de)(de)(de)(de)啟發(fa)與訓練(lian)》、《創(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)啟示錄:超越性思維》等(deng)啟發(fa)創(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)思維的(de)(de)(de)(de)書(shu)籍,方(fang)便青(qing)(qing)(qing)工(gong)(gong)(gong)自(zi)主學(xue)習(xi)(xi),并(bing)不(bu)定期地組織開展青(qing)(qing)(qing)年“創(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)我來談(tan)”,讓他(ta)們談(tan)體會、談(tan)感想、談(tan)收獲,以此(ci)來促進青(qing)(qing)(qing)工(gong)(gong)(gong)強化創(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)意識(shi),開拓創(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)思維,提高創(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)能力(li),為(wei)活動的(de)(de)(de)(de)開展奠定堅實的(de)(de)(de)(de)基(ji)礎。
二是網聚青(qing)年(nian),增強學習(xi)的(de)(de)創新性(xing)。我(wo)們大膽創新,充分(fen)利用當前(qian)(qian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)行(xing)的(de)(de)新媒體,讓枯躁乏味的(de)(de)專(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)知識(shi)變得生動易(yi)學。開設了(le)(le)“空中課堂”。以(yi)團(tuan)小組(zu)為(wei)(wei)單位,針(zhen)對(dui)不同工(gong)種的(de)(de)團(tuan)員(yuan)(yuan)青(qing)年(nian),通過手(shou)機飛信(xin)的(de)(de)形式,每天發送一(yi)條專(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)技(ji)術知識(shi),這(zhe)種每日(ri)(ri)一(yi)題,細水長流(liu)(liu)(liu),日(ri)(ri)日(ri)(ri)積累的(de)(de)方式,受到(dao)了(le)(le)青(qing)工(gong)的(de)(de)普遍歡迎。建立了(le)(le)“曹礦機電(dian)QQ群(qun)”。為(wei)(wei)方便團(tuan)員(yuan)(yuan)青(qing)年(nian)交流(liu)(liu)(liu)學習(xi)心(xin)得和創新成果搭(da)建了(le)(le)平臺。工(gong)作之余(yu)(yu),大家在群(qun)里(li)切磋技(ji)術、探討(tao)問題、暢所(suo)欲言。技(ji)術員(yuan)(yuan)潘進(jin)(jin)是群(qun)里(li)的(de)(de)活躍分(fen)子,前(qian)(qian)段(duan)時間,他剛完成一(yi)項關于繼(ji)電(dian)器保護裝置的(de)(de)小革(ge)(ge)新,在群(qun)里(li)發表(biao)征(zheng)求大家的(de)(de)意見(jian),群(qun)友(you)們建言獻策,這(zhe)項革(ge)(ge)新不斷改(gai)進(jin)(jin),最終完美出(chu)爐。目前(qian)(qian),我(wo)們的(de)(de)“QQ群(qun)”不僅(jin)吸引青(qing)年(nian)人(ren),還吸引了(le)(le)不少老(lao)師傅加入,人(ren)數達(da)到(dao)了(le)(le)120余(yu)(yu)人(ren),熱鬧的(de)(de)“QQ群(qun)”已經(jing)成為(wei)(wei)機電(dian)科團(tuan)員(yuan)(yuan)青(qing)年(nian)的(de)(de)一(yi)塊“寶地”。同時,我(wo)們也(ye)通過網絡、專(zhuan)(zhuan)屬期(qi)刊雜志(zhi)等途(tu)徑(jing),搜索一(yi)些同行(xing)業(ye)先進(jin)(jin)的(de)(de)專(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)技(ji)術、創新成果,在群(qun)里(li)與團(tuan)員(yuan)(yuan)青(qing)年(nian)共享,讓團(tuan)員(yuan)(yuan)青(qing)年(nian)及時接觸到(dao)頂尖(jian)的(de)(de)、前(qian)(qian)沿的(de)(de)技(ji)術信(xin)息(xi),從而開闊眼(yan)界,拓寬(kuan)視野,更好地指(zhi)導(dao)工(gong)作實踐(jian)。
三是注重效果(guo),力(li)求學(xue)習的(de)實效性(xing)。機電(dian)科崗位點(dian)多(duo)面廣,牽(qian)扯(che)到的(de)知識點(dian)多(duo)、業務量大,為真正使團員(yuan)(yuan)青(qing)年(nian)的(de)學(xue)習入腦入心,富(fu)有(you)實效,我們定期舉辦(ban)“青(qing)工(gong)技(ji)術(shu)小論壇”,針對團員(yuan)(yuan)青(qing)年(nian)在實際工(gong)作中(zhong)遇到的(de)技(ji)術(shu)癥結,讓(rang)大家聚在一(yi)(yi)(yi)起(qi)探討(tao)交流、集思廣益,遇到解(jie)決不了(le)的(de)技(ji)術(shu)瓶頸(jing)問題,由團支部出(chu)面協調,邀(yao)請專(zhuan)業技(ji)術(shu)人(ren)員(yuan)(yuan)幫助(zhu)解(jie)疑釋惑。充分利用(yong)專(zhuan)業技(ji)術(shu)人(ren)員(yuan)(yuan)和經驗豐富(fu)、技(ji)術(shu)精湛老師(shi)傅(fu)的(de)專(zhuan)業優(you)(you)勢,發(fa)揮團支部“紅線”作用(yong),開(kai)展了(le)“導(dao)師(shi)帶(dai)徒”活動(dong),讓(rang)47名(ming)(ming)“求技(ji)若渴(ke)”的(de)青(qing)工(gong)拜(bai)上了(le)名(ming)(ming)師(shi)。去年(nian)初,新分入機電(dian)科的(de)8名(ming)(ming)大學(xue)生,在師(shi)傅(fu)的(de)調教下,個(ge)個(ge)表現優(you)(you)秀,成(cheng)績突出(chu),很快(kuai)適應角色,熟練掌(zhang)握了(le)本(ben)職崗位的(de)專(zhuan)業技(ji)能。同(tong)時,積極開(kai)展“師(shi)徒一(yi)(yi)(yi)對一(yi)(yi)(yi)”技(ji)能擂臺(tai)賽,培養了(le)一(yi)(yi)(yi)批(pi)擁有(you)“金剛鉆(zhan)”、敢攬“瓷(ci)器活”的(de)優(you)(you)秀青(qing)年(nian)技(ji)術(shu)人(ren)才(cai)。在肥礦集團兩年(nian)一(yi)(yi)(yi)屆的(de)員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)技(ji)能大賽中(zhong),曹莊礦機電(dian)科充電(dian)工(gong)專(zhuan)業、主提升專(zhuan)業等多(duo)次獲得一(yi)(yi)(yi)等獎,且獲獎選手中(zhong),團員(yuan)(yuan)青(qing)年(nian)占(zhan)到了(le)90%以上。
二、規范程序(xu)重應用,打造青年(nian)創(chuang)新創(chuang)效活動“助推器”
創新(xin)創效(xiao)活動(dong)是團組(zu)織服務(wu)青(qing)(qing)年(nian)成(cheng)長(chang)成(cheng)才的有力(li)切入點(dian),是新(xin)形勢下企業(ye)共青(qing)(qing)團工作增加(jia)科技(ji)(ji)含量,體現(xian)作為(wei),求得作為(wei)的增長(chang)點(dian)。我(wo)們團支部把青(qing)(qing)年(nian)“五小”成(cheng)果征(zheng)集活動(dong)作為(wei)引導(dao)本(ben)科青(qing)(qing)年(nian)提高技(ji)(ji)能水平、實現(xian)降本(ben)增效(xiao)、立(li)足崗位成(cheng)才的重要(yao)途徑(jing),并在完善征(zheng)集程(cheng)序、嚴格規(gui)范運(yun)作上(shang)下功夫,向青(qing)(qing)年(nian)智(zhi)慧要(yao)效(xiao)益,確保成(cheng)果的轉化落地,打(da)造起了青(qing)(qing)年(nian)創新(xin)創效(xiao)活動(dong)的“助推器”
一是(shi)爭(zheng)(zheng)取支(zhi)持,健全(quan)組(zu)織。“五小”成果(guo)征集活動(dong)(dong)是(shi)我們機電科(ke)(ke)團(tuan)支(zhi)部(bu)日常(chang)性的重要活動(dong)(dong)之一,每半年(nian)開展一次,至今已堅(jian)持了四年(nian)之久。為推進活動(dong)(dong)的正(zheng)常(chang)運(yun)行,我們積極(ji)爭(zheng)(zheng)取科(ke)(ke)領導的支(zhi)持,成立了“五小”成果(guo)征集活動(dong)(dong)領導小組(zu),邀請科(ke)(ke)長(chang)、黨(dang)支(zhi)部(bu)書(shu)記親自(zi)掛(gua)帥任組(zu)長(chang),副科(ke)(ke)長(chang)擔任副組(zu)長(chang),各班組(zu)長(chang)為成員(yuan)(yuan),團(tuan)支(zhi)部(bu)負責活動(dong)(dong)的內外協(xie)調、上傳下達,并(bing)做好整個活動(dong)(dong)的監(jian)(jian)督和(he)考核工(gong)作。為確(que)保“五小”成果(guo)評審(shen)公(gong)平公(gong)正(zheng),我們還在單(dan)位領導和(he)礦團(tuan)委的幫助下,成立了評審(shen)小組(zu),由(you)機電副總任顧問,安(an)監(jian)(jian)處(chu)、生(sheng)產技(ji)術科(ke)(ke)等(deng)部(bu)門有關專業技(ji)術人員(yuan)(yuan)為評審(shen)員(yuan)(yuan),負責每批成果(guo)的審(shen)核、驗收、鑒定、評比等(deng)工(gong)作。
二是(shi)明(ming)(ming)確(que)程序,規范運作(zuo)。我(wo)們(men)把(ba)“五(wu)小(xiao)”成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)果(guo)(guo)(guo)征集(ji)程序分為(wei)“五(wu)步(bu)(bu)走(zou)”。第一(yi)步(bu)(bu)是(shi)選題(ti)(ti)(ti)立(li)項(xiang)(xiang)。活(huo)(huo)動(dong)初,我(wo)們(men)采(cai)取(qu)集(ji)中(zhong)命(ming)題(ti)(ti)(ti)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)方式(shi)進(jin)(jin)行立(li)項(xiang)(xiang),即針(zhen)對(dui)各崗點(dian)和(he)工種(zhong),集(ji)中(zhong)公布一(yi)批課題(ti)(ti)(ti),采(cai)取(qu)自(zi)由(you)式(shi)聯合(he)立(li)項(xiang)(xiang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)方法,由(you)團(tuan)員(yuan)青(qing)年(nian)(nian)(nian)自(zi)由(you)選擇(ze)課題(ti)(ti)(ti)組成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)員(yuan),自(zi)己選定(ding)攻關項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)。第二步(bu)(bu)是(shi)組織實(shi)(shi)施。這是(shi)整個活(huo)(huo)動(dong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)核(he)心部分,我(wo)們(men)按照項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)完成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)時(shi)間節點(dian),團(tuan)支部隨時(shi)對(dui)進(jin)(jin)展(zhan)情況(kuang)進(jin)(jin)行監(jian)督提醒,并(bing)填寫項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)進(jin)(jin)度表(biao)(biao),確(que)保各成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)果(guo)(guo)(guo)在規定(ding)時(shi)間內完成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)。第三步(bu)(bu)是(shi)質(zhi)疑答辯。對(dui)征集(ji)上來的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)“五(wu)小(xiao)”成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)果(guo)(guo)(guo),活(huo)(huo)動(dong)領導小(xiao)組召集(ji)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)果(guo)(guo)(guo)發明(ming)(ming)者,讓其闡述成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)果(guo)(guo)(guo)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)創(chuang)新(xin)(xin)(xin)背景、實(shi)(shi)施過程、取(qu)得效果(guo)(guo)(guo),小(xiao)組成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)員(yuan)有針(zhen)對(dui)性(xing)(xing)(xing)地提出相關問題(ti)(ti)(ti)讓其解答,通(tong)過這種(zhong)質(zhi)疑答辯的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)方式(shi),選優(you)祛劣,拿(na)出初步(bu)(bu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)評(ping)(ping)比結果(guo)(guo)(guo)。第四步(bu)(bu)是(shi)驗收鑒(jian)定(ding)。我(wo)們(men)把(ba)初選結果(guo)(guo)(guo)報送(song)給評(ping)(ping)審組,由(you)他們(men)從成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)果(guo)(guo)(guo)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)安全性(xing)(xing)(xing)、創(chuang)新(xin)(xin)(xin)性(xing)(xing)(xing)、經(jing)濟性(xing)(xing)(xing)、實(shi)(shi)用性(xing)(xing)(xing)等方面綜(zong)合(he)評(ping)(ping)定(ding),通(tong)過現場(chang)實(shi)(shi)地查(cha)看,來進(jin)(jin)行驗收鑒(jian)定(ding),證(zheng)明(ming)(ming)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)果(guo)(guo)(guo)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)可(ke)行性(xing)(xing)(xing)和(he)真實(shi)(shi)性(xing)(xing)(xing),并(bing)評(ping)(ping)出成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)果(guo)(guo)(guo)等次。第五(wu)步(bu)(bu)是(shi)實(shi)(shi)名(ming)(ming)命(ming)名(ming)(ming)。為(wei)鼓勵團(tuan)員(yuan)青(qing)年(nian)(nian)(nian)創(chuang)新(xin)(xin)(xin)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)積極性(xing)(xing)(xing),每年(nian)(nian)(nian)年(nian)(nian)(nian)中(zhong)、年(nian)(nian)(nian)末(mo),我(wo)們(men)除對(dui)優(you)秀(xiu)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)果(guo)(guo)(guo)發明(ming)(ming)者進(jin)(jin)行表(biao)(biao)彰獎(jiang)(jiang)勵外,還對(dui)創(chuang)新(xin)(xin)(xin)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)果(guo)(guo)(guo)進(jin)(jin)行實(shi)(shi)名(ming)(ming)制命(ming)名(ming)(ming),讓獲獎(jiang)(jiang)青(qing)工成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)為(wei)名(ming)(ming)副其實(shi)(shi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)“草根明(ming)(ming)星”。到目(mu)前,以員(yuan)工名(ming)(ming)字(zi)命(ming)名(ming)(ming)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)優(you)秀(xiu)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)果(guo)(guo)(guo)已達28項(xiang)(xiang)。
三是(shi)轉化(hua)(hua)應(ying)用,彰顯(xian)成效。成果(guo)(guo)(guo)貴在發明,重在應(ying)用。活動(dong)中,我們通過舉辦成果(guo)(guo)(guo)推介會,模(mo)型(xing)展等形式(shi),狠抓成果(guo)(guo)(guo)的推廣應(ying)用,讓成果(guo)(guo)(guo)最(zui)大(da)(da)化(hua)(hua)地在現(xian)場(chang)(chang)發揮作(zuo)用。井(jing)筒(tong)維修工(gong)(gong)張超研制的罐籠(long)滾(gun)動(dong)灌耳更換(huan)專用機,是(shi)節省人力、提(ti)高工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)效率(lv)的“精(jing)妙之作(zuo)”,原需(xu)4人2個(ge)小時的工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)量現(xian)只需(xu)用兩人45分鐘,且(qie)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)人員(yuan)無須再進入罐籠(long)底操作(zuo),大(da)(da)大(da)(da)提(ti)高了(le)勞動(dong)效率(lv)和安全系數。“徐道(dao)厚主井(jing)電(dian)動(dong)機主軸與軸編碼器(qi)連接裝置改(gai)(gai)造”有效解決了(le)軸同心(xin)不易(yi)找正(zheng)和塑料管易(yi)老化(hua)(hua)斷裂的問題(ti),按(an)未改(gai)(gai)造前(qian)出(chu)現(xian)此類故障(zhang)每次處理(li)需(xu)半(ban)小時,每提(ti)升一勾50秒計算,按(an)照當前(qian)的煤炭市場(chang)(chang)價格(ge),僅此一項成果(guo)(guo)(guo)一年可為企業挽回經濟損失近9萬元。五小成果(guo)(guo)(guo)在現(xian)場(chang)(chang)被推廣應(ying)用是(shi)對發明者最(zui)好(hao)的鼓勵(li),如今,機電(dian)科團員(yuan)青(qing)年中競相“多出(chu)成果(guo)(guo)(guo)、快(kuai)出(chu)成果(guo)(guo)(guo)、出(chu)好(hao)成果(guo)(guo)(guo)”的生動(dong)局面(mian)已蔚然形成。
三、優化(hua)環境促激(ji)勵,夯實青年創新創效活動根(gen)基
為(wei)確保活動(dong)長(chang)流水、不(bu)斷(duan)線,持續(xu)激(ji)(ji)(ji)發團員青年的創(chuang)新(xin)活力(li)和創(chuang)造(zao)激(ji)(ji)(ji)情(qing),我們注(zhu)重在優化(hua)環境、強化(hua)激(ji)(ji)(ji)勵、擴大影響(xiang)上下功(gong)夫,真(zhen)正(zheng)把青年創(chuang)新(xin)創(chuang)效活動(dong)打造(zao)成(cheng)了團員青年成(cheng)長(chang)成(cheng)才(cai)的搖籃。
一是優(you)化成(cheng)才環境。對(dui)在(zai)創(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)創(chuang)(chuang)效活動(dong)中表現(xian)突出的優(you)秀青年(nian)(nian),我們(men)本(ben)著為(wei)他們(men)“多(duo)架扶(fu)梯”的思想,及時向單位領導推(tui)薦(jian)(jian),讓他們(men)在(zai)入黨、到(dao)重要崗位任職等(deng)方面得到(dao)優(you)先權。2011年(nian)(nian)4月份分(fen)配(pei)到(dao)機電科工作的大學生(sheng)周長(chang)青,善于(yu)研究新(xin)技(ji)術,發明(ming)新(xin)成(cheng)果(guo),在(zai)全(quan)礦舉辦的“金牌員(yuan)工”評選(xuan)活動(dong)中,他靠(kao)實力躋身于(yu)前三名,成(cheng)為(wei)倍受關注的青年(nian)(nian)新(xin)秀。在(zai)年(nian)(nian)度雙推(tui)工作中,我們(men)把其(qi)作為(wei)了重點(dian)(dian)推(tui)薦(jian)(jian)對(dui)象(xiang),積極(ji)向黨支部匯報(bao),納入了黨組織(zhi)重點(dian)(dian)培養對(dui)象(xiang),現(xian)在(zai),他不僅已加入了黨組織(zhi),而(er)且科里(li)還讓他協助大泵組技(ji)術員(yuan)負責技(ji)術管理。近年(nian)(nian)來,在(zai)團(tuan)支部的推(tui)薦(jian)(jian)下,先后有9名團(tuan)員(yuan)入黨,5人從普通員(yuan)工提升為(wei)見習技(ji)術員(yuan)或班組長(chang)。
二是完(wan)善激勵(li)(li)機(ji)(ji)制。為激發團(tuan)(tuan)(tuan)員青(qing)(qing)年(nian)的(de)(de)(de)創新創效熱情,經(jing)團(tuan)(tuan)(tuan)支部積極匯(hui)報和(he)協調,機(ji)(ji)電(dian)科對(dui)(dui)在礦(kuang)(kuang)(kuang)五小成果(guo)、技(ji)術比武(wu)等活(huo)動中(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)獲(huo)(huo)獎(jiang)者,除得(de)到(dao)活(huo)動應有(you)獎(jiang)勵(li)(li)的(de)(de)(de)同時,再對(dui)(dui)他們(men)進(jin)行二次獎(jiang)勵(li)(li),讓其在經(jing)濟(ji)上(shang)(shang)得(de)到(dao)最大的(de)(de)(de)實惠。我們(men)還(huan)積極與礦(kuang)(kuang)(kuang)團(tuan)(tuan)(tuan)委(wei)溝通協調,爭(zheng)取各(ge)類(lei)評先樹優(you)的(de)(de)(de)傾斜政策,讓優(you)秀青(qing)(qing)年(nian)在精神上(shang)(shang)得(de)到(dao)最大的(de)(de)(de)鼓勵(li)(li)。近兩年(nian)來,在集團(tuan)(tuan)(tuan)公司及礦(kuang)(kuang)(kuang)級(ji)(ji)的(de)(de)(de)各(ge)類(lei)技(ji)能(neng)大賽(sai)活(huo)動中(zhong),機(ji)(ji)電(dian)科派出的(de)(de)(de)參賽(sai)青(qing)(qing)工均獲(huo)(huo)得(de)了(le)不(bu)俗的(de)(de)(de)成績,肥礦(kuang)(kuang)(kuang)集團(tuan)(tuan)(tuan)第四屆職工技(ji)能(neng)大賽(sai)礦(kuang)(kuang)(kuang)燈維修(xiu)狀元郭慶不(bu)僅獲(huo)(huo)得(de)了(le)上(shang)(shang)級(ji)(ji)一次性(xing)獎(jiang)勵(li)(li)3000元和(he)機(ji)(ji)電(dian)科1000元的(de)(de)(de)獎(jiang)金,而且經(jing)礦(kuang)(kuang)(kuang)團(tuan)(tuan)(tuan)委(wei)推薦(jian),還(huan)榮獲(huo)(huo)了(le)首屆山(shan)東(dong)能(neng)源(yuan)集團(tuan)(tuan)(tuan)“十大優(you)秀青(qing)(qing)年(nian)”榮譽稱號。
三是(shi)擴大(da)(da)(da)活(huo)動影響(xiang)。抓典型選(xuan)樹、加大(da)(da)(da)宣(xuan)傳(chuan)力(li)(li)度是(shi)擴大(da)(da)(da)團(tuan)組織影響(xiang)力(li)(li)的(de)有力(li)(li)抓手。在礦團(tuan)委2012年(nian)五四(si)期間(jian)舉辦的(de)“青(qing)年(nian)創(chuang)新(xin)創(chuang)效(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)成(cheng)果(guo)征(zheng)集”活(huo)動中,機(ji)電(dian)科(ke)團(tuan)支部推報的(de)6項成(cheng)果(guo)進入前20名(ming),成(cheng)為基層單位中入選(xuan)數量最多(duo)的(de)。礦宣(xuan)傳(chuan)科(ke)以《小(xiao)改革(ge)換來大(da)(da)(da)效(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)益》為題,對(dui)我們(men)(men)開展活(huo)動的(de)情(qing)況進行了專題采訪(fang)報道,韓(han)玉(yu)國、馬(ma)坤等(deng)6名(ming)青(qing)年(nian)在電(dian)視上一露臉,立即成(cheng)了全(quan)礦青(qing)工的(de)追(zhui)捧對(dui)象。大(da)(da)(da)家爭相當(dang)典型,人(ren)人(ren)爭相創(chuang)精品,全(quan)礦呈(cheng)現出了如(ru)火如(ru)荼的(de)創(chuang)新(xin)創(chuang)效(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)新(xin)高(gao)潮(chao)。據統計,我們(men)(men)機(ji)電(dian)科(ke)團(tuan)員青(qing)年(nian)中,有19人(ren)在集團(tuan)公(gong)司及以上的(de)技能大(da)(da)(da)賽中獲得前三名(ming)的(de)好成(cheng)績,有3人(ren)取得了中、高(gao)級技師資(zi)格,2人(ren)分別榮獲山(shan)東(dong)能源“十大(da)(da)(da)優秀青(qing)年(nian)”及肥礦集團(tuan)“十大(da)(da)(da)杰出青(qing)年(nian)”榮譽稱號(hao)。
