肥礦集團(tuan)(tuan)(tuan)(tuan)曹(cao)莊煤(mei)礦機(ji)電(dian)(dian)科現(xian)有35周歲以(yi)下(xia)(xia)青(qing)(qing)工76名,占全科總人數(shu)的70%,其中團(tuan)(tuan)(tuan)(tuan)員(yuan)38名。近年(nian)(nian)(nian)來特(te)別(bie)是近兩(liang)年(nian)(nian)(nian)來,面(mian)對煤(mei)炭市(shi)(shi)場疲軟,煤(mei)價下(xia)(xia)滑的嚴峻(jun)形勢(shi),我們機(ji)電(dian)(dian)科團(tuan)(tuan)(tuan)(tuan)支(zhi)(zhi)部(bu)積極(ji)響(xiang)應(ying)上級黨(dang)團(tuan)(tuan)(tuan)(tuan)組織號(hao)召,注(zhu)重(zhong)煥發青(qing)(qing)年(nian)(nian)(nian)創(chuang)新創(chuang)效(xiao)(xiao)活(huo)動(dong)新活(huo)力,向(xiang)青(qing)(qing)年(nian)(nian)(nian)要才智,用(yong)才智創(chuang)效(xiao)(xiao)益,團(tuan)(tuan)(tuan)(tuan)結帶領團(tuan)(tuan)(tuan)(tuan)員(yuan)青(qing)(qing)年(nian)(nian)(nian)用(yong)小(xiao)智慧為(wei)企業降本提(ti)效(xiao)(xiao)爭做大貢(gong)獻。截至目(mu)前,團(tuan)(tuan)(tuan)(tuan)支(zhi)(zhi)部(bu)共(gong)推廣(guang)青(qing)(qing)年(nian)(nian)(nian)“五(wu)小(xiao)”創(chuang)新創(chuang)效(xiao)(xiao)成果28項,累計創(chuang)效(xiao)(xiao)167萬元(yuan)。機(ji)電(dian)(dian)科團(tuan)(tuan)(tuan)(tuan)支(zhi)(zhi)部(bu)先后被授(shou)予“山東省(sheng)五(wu)四紅(hong)旗團(tuan)(tuan)(tuan)(tuan)支(zhi)(zhi)部(bu)”、“山東省(sheng)青(qing)(qing)年(nian)(nian)(nian)文(wen)明號(hao)”、“泰(tai)安市(shi)(shi)五(wu)四紅(hong)旗團(tuan)(tuan)(tuan)(tuan)支(zhi)(zhi)部(bu)標兵”等(deng)榮譽稱號(hao)。
一、突出(chu)“三性”抓學習(xi),為(wei)青年創新創效活動開展積蓄能量
學(xue)習是(shi)創(chuang)新的基礎。機電(dian)科作為管理全礦機電(dian)設備的重要(yao)單位,要(yao)深化青(qing)年(nian)創(chuang)新創(chuang)效活(huo)動的開展,必須(xu)要(yao)有(you)一(yi)批善學(xue)習、高技能、能創(chuang)新的青(qing)年(nian)人才(cai)作支(zhi)撐。為此,團支(zhi)部突(tu)出“三(san)性”抓學(xue)習,積極為活(huo)動的開展積蓄能量。
一是抓(zhua)住重點(dian),提高(gao)學(xue)(xue)習(xi)的(de)(de)針對性(xing)。把青(qing)(qing)(qing)工(gong)(gong)崗位知識及創(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)能力的(de)(de)培養學(xue)(xue)習(xi)作為重點(dian),一方面精心制定(ding)了(le)周、月度(du)、季度(du)學(xue)(xue)習(xi)計劃,利用(yong)機電科(ke)青(qing)(qing)(qing)工(gong)(gong)崗位知識“多(duo)媒體學(xue)(xue)習(xi)課堂”,組織(zhi)廣大青(qing)(qing)(qing)工(gong)(gong)從最(zui)基(ji)本(ben)、最(zui)基(ji)礎的(de)(de)崗位業務知識學(xue)(xue)起,通(tong)過學(xue)(xue)習(xi)使每位青(qing)(qing)(qing)工(gong)(gong)較為熟練的(de)(de)掌握本(ben)職崗位的(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)作技能。另一方面,團支部(bu)在(zai)青(qing)(qing)(qing)年讀書(shu)角(jiao)內(nei)有意(yi)識地(di)購買(mai)并(bing)擺放(fang)了(le)《創(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)思維的(de)(de)啟發(fa)(fa)與訓練》、《創(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)啟示錄:超越性(xing)思維》等啟發(fa)(fa)創(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)思維的(de)(de)書(shu)籍,方便青(qing)(qing)(qing)工(gong)(gong)自主學(xue)(xue)習(xi),并(bing)不(bu)定(ding)期(qi)地(di)組織(zhi)開展青(qing)(qing)(qing)年“創(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)我(wo)來(lai)談(tan)”,讓他們談(tan)體會、談(tan)感想、談(tan)收獲,以此(ci)來(lai)促進青(qing)(qing)(qing)工(gong)(gong)強化創(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)意(yi)識,開拓(tuo)創(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)思維,提高(gao)創(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)能力,為活動的(de)(de)開展奠定(ding)堅(jian)實的(de)(de)基(ji)礎。
二(er)是網聚青(qing)(qing)年(nian)(nian),增強學(xue)習的(de)創(chuang)新(xin)性。我們(men)大膽(dan)創(chuang)新(xin),充(chong)分利用當前流(liu)行的(de)新(xin)媒體,讓枯躁乏(fa)味(wei)的(de)專(zhuan)業(ye)知識變得生動易學(xue)。開設了“空(kong)中課堂”。以團(tuan)小(xiao)組為單位(wei),針對(dui)不(bu)(bu)(bu)同工種的(de)團(tuan)員(yuan)(yuan)青(qing)(qing)年(nian)(nian),通過(guo)手機(ji)飛(fei)信的(de)形式,每天(tian)發送一條專(zhuan)業(ye)技(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)知識,這(zhe)種每日(ri)一題,細水(shui)長流(liu),日(ri)日(ri)積累的(de)方式,受到(dao)了青(qing)(qing)工的(de)普遍歡迎。建(jian)立了“曹(cao)礦機(ji)電QQ群(qun)”。為方便團(tuan)員(yuan)(yuan)青(qing)(qing)年(nian)(nian)交流(liu)學(xue)習心得和(he)創(chuang)新(xin)成(cheng)果(guo)搭(da)建(jian)了平臺。工作之余,大家(jia)在(zai)(zai)群(qun)里切磋技(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)、探討問題、暢所(suo)欲言(yan)。技(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)員(yuan)(yuan)潘(pan)進(jin)(jin)是群(qun)里的(de)活躍分子,前段時(shi)(shi)(shi)間,他剛完(wan)成(cheng)一項(xiang)關(guan)于繼電器保護裝置的(de)小(xiao)革新(xin),在(zai)(zai)群(qun)里發表征求大家(jia)的(de)意(yi)見(jian),群(qun)友(you)們(men)建(jian)言(yan)獻(xian)策,這(zhe)項(xiang)革新(xin)不(bu)(bu)(bu)斷改進(jin)(jin),最終完(wan)美出爐。目前,我們(men)的(de)“QQ群(qun)”不(bu)(bu)(bu)僅吸引青(qing)(qing)年(nian)(nian)人,還吸引了不(bu)(bu)(bu)少老師傅加入,人數達到(dao)了120余人,熱鬧的(de)“QQ群(qun)”已(yi)經成(cheng)為機(ji)電科團(tuan)員(yuan)(yuan)青(qing)(qing)年(nian)(nian)的(de)一塊“寶地”。同時(shi)(shi)(shi),我們(men)也通過(guo)網絡、專(zhuan)屬期刊(kan)雜志等途(tu)徑,搜索一些同行業(ye)先進(jin)(jin)的(de)專(zhuan)業(ye)技(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)、創(chuang)新(xin)成(cheng)果(guo),在(zai)(zai)群(qun)里與團(tuan)員(yuan)(yuan)青(qing)(qing)年(nian)(nian)共享(xiang),讓團(tuan)員(yuan)(yuan)青(qing)(qing)年(nian)(nian)及時(shi)(shi)(shi)接觸到(dao)頂尖的(de)、前沿的(de)技(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)信息,從而開闊(kuo)眼界(jie),拓寬視(shi)野,更(geng)好地指導工作實(shi)踐。
三(san)是(shi)注(zhu)重效果,力求學(xue)習的(de)(de)(de)(de)實效性(xing)。機電科(ke)崗位點(dian)多面(mian)廣,牽扯到(dao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)知識點(dian)多、業(ye)務量大,為真正(zheng)使(shi)團員(yuan)(yuan)青(qing)年(nian)(nian)(nian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)學(xue)習入(ru)腦入(ru)心,富有實效,我們定期舉(ju)辦“青(qing)工技(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)小論壇”,針對團員(yuan)(yuan)青(qing)年(nian)(nian)(nian)在(zai)(zai)實際工作中(zhong)遇到(dao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)癥結,讓大家聚在(zai)(zai)一(yi)(yi)起(qi)探討交流、集思廣益(yi),遇到(dao)解決(jue)不了(le)(le)的(de)(de)(de)(de)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)瓶頸(jing)問題(ti),由團支部出面(mian)協調,邀請(qing)專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)人員(yuan)(yuan)幫助解疑釋惑。充分利用專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)人員(yuan)(yuan)和經驗豐富、技(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)精湛老師(shi)(shi)(shi)傅的(de)(de)(de)(de)專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)優勢,發揮團支部“紅線”作用,開展(zhan)了(le)(le)“導(dao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)帶徒(tu)”活(huo)動,讓47名(ming)“求技(ji)(ji)若渴”的(de)(de)(de)(de)青(qing)工拜上了(le)(le)名(ming)師(shi)(shi)(shi)。去年(nian)(nian)(nian)初(chu),新分入(ru)機電科(ke)的(de)(de)(de)(de)8名(ming)大學(xue)生,在(zai)(zai)師(shi)(shi)(shi)傅的(de)(de)(de)(de)調教下,個個表(biao)現優秀(xiu),成績突(tu)出,很快適應角色(se),熟練掌握(wo)了(le)(le)本職崗位的(de)(de)(de)(de)專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)技(ji)(ji)能。同(tong)時,積極開展(zhan)“師(shi)(shi)(shi)徒(tu)一(yi)(yi)對一(yi)(yi)”技(ji)(ji)能擂(lei)臺賽,培(pei)養了(le)(le)一(yi)(yi)批擁有“金剛鉆(zhan)”、敢攬“瓷器活(huo)”的(de)(de)(de)(de)優秀(xiu)青(qing)年(nian)(nian)(nian)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)人才。在(zai)(zai)肥礦集團兩年(nian)(nian)(nian)一(yi)(yi)屆的(de)(de)(de)(de)員(yuan)(yuan)工技(ji)(ji)能大賽中(zhong),曹莊礦機電科(ke)充電工專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)、主提(ti)升專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)等多次獲(huo)得一(yi)(yi)等獎(jiang),且獲(huo)獎(jiang)選手中(zhong),團員(yuan)(yuan)青(qing)年(nian)(nian)(nian)占到(dao)了(le)(le)90%以(yi)上。
二、規范程序重應(ying)用,打造青年創新創效(xiao)活動“助推器”
創(chuang)新創(chuang)效(xiao)活(huo)(huo)動(dong)(dong)是團組(zu)織服務青(qing)年成(cheng)(cheng)長(chang)(chang)成(cheng)(cheng)才的有力切入點,是新形勢下(xia)企業共青(qing)團工作增(zeng)加科(ke)技(ji)含量,體現(xian)作為(wei),求(qiu)得(de)作為(wei)的增(zeng)長(chang)(chang)點。我們團支部把(ba)青(qing)年“五小(xiao)”成(cheng)(cheng)果(guo)征集活(huo)(huo)動(dong)(dong)作為(wei)引導(dao)本(ben)(ben)科(ke)青(qing)年提高技(ji)能水(shui)平(ping)、實現(xian)降本(ben)(ben)增(zeng)效(xiao)、立足崗位(wei)成(cheng)(cheng)才的重要(yao)途(tu)徑(jing),并在完善(shan)征集程(cheng)序、嚴格規范運(yun)作上下(xia)功夫(fu),向青(qing)年智慧(hui)要(yao)效(xiao)益,確(que)保成(cheng)(cheng)果(guo)的轉化落地,打造起(qi)了(le)青(qing)年創(chuang)新創(chuang)效(xiao)活(huo)(huo)動(dong)(dong)的“助推器”
一(yi)(yi)是爭取支(zhi)(zhi)持(chi),健全組(zu)(zu)織。“五(wu)小”成(cheng)(cheng)果征集(ji)活(huo)(huo)動(dong)(dong)(dong)是我(wo)們機電科(ke)(ke)團(tuan)(tuan)支(zhi)(zhi)部(bu)日常性的(de)重要活(huo)(huo)動(dong)(dong)(dong)之(zhi)一(yi)(yi),每半年(nian)開展一(yi)(yi)次,至(zhi)今已堅持(chi)了(le)四(si)年(nian)之(zhi)久(jiu)。為(wei)(wei)推(tui)進活(huo)(huo)動(dong)(dong)(dong)的(de)正常運(yun)行(xing),我(wo)們積(ji)極爭取科(ke)(ke)領導(dao)(dao)的(de)支(zhi)(zhi)持(chi),成(cheng)(cheng)立(li)了(le)“五(wu)小”成(cheng)(cheng)果征集(ji)活(huo)(huo)動(dong)(dong)(dong)領導(dao)(dao)小組(zu)(zu),邀請科(ke)(ke)長、黨支(zhi)(zhi)部(bu)書記親自掛帥(shuai)任(ren)組(zu)(zu)長,副(fu)科(ke)(ke)長擔任(ren)副(fu)組(zu)(zu)長,各班組(zu)(zu)長為(wei)(wei)成(cheng)(cheng)員,團(tuan)(tuan)支(zhi)(zhi)部(bu)負責(ze)活(huo)(huo)動(dong)(dong)(dong)的(de)內外協調、上傳下達(da),并做好整(zheng)個活(huo)(huo)動(dong)(dong)(dong)的(de)監(jian)督和考核工(gong)作。為(wei)(wei)確保(bao)“五(wu)小”成(cheng)(cheng)果評(ping)(ping)審(shen)公平公正,我(wo)們還在(zai)單位領導(dao)(dao)和礦團(tuan)(tuan)委的(de)幫助下,成(cheng)(cheng)立(li)了(le)評(ping)(ping)審(shen)小組(zu)(zu),由機電副(fu)總任(ren)顧問,安(an)監(jian)處、生產技術科(ke)(ke)等部(bu)門有(you)關(guan)專(zhuan)業技術人員為(wei)(wei)評(ping)(ping)審(shen)員,負責(ze)每批成(cheng)(cheng)果的(de)審(shen)核、驗收、鑒定(ding)、評(ping)(ping)比(bi)等工(gong)作。
二(er)是明(ming)(ming)確(que)程(cheng)序,規范運(yun)作。我(wo)們把(ba)“五小(xiao)”成(cheng)果(guo)(guo)(guo)征(zheng)集(ji)程(cheng)序分為“五步(bu)走”。第(di)一(yi)(yi)步(bu)是選(xuan)(xuan)題(ti)(ti)立(li)(li)(li)項(xiang)(xiang)。活(huo)動初,我(wo)們采(cai)取集(ji)中命題(ti)(ti)的(de)(de)方(fang)式進(jin)(jin)行立(li)(li)(li)項(xiang)(xiang),即針對(dui)各崗點(dian)和工種,集(ji)中公布一(yi)(yi)批課題(ti)(ti),采(cai)取自(zi)由式聯合立(li)(li)(li)項(xiang)(xiang)的(de)(de)方(fang)法,由團(tuan)員(yuan)(yuan)青年(nian)自(zi)由選(xuan)(xuan)擇課題(ti)(ti)組(zu)(zu)成(cheng)員(yuan)(yuan),自(zi)己選(xuan)(xuan)定攻關項(xiang)(xiang)目。第(di)二(er)步(bu)是組(zu)(zu)織實施(shi)。這是整個活(huo)動的(de)(de)核心部(bu)分,我(wo)們按(an)照項(xiang)(xiang)目完成(cheng)的(de)(de)時間節點(dian),團(tuan)支部(bu)隨時對(dui)進(jin)(jin)展(zhan)情(qing)況(kuang)進(jin)(jin)行監督提(ti)醒(xing),并(bing)(bing)填寫項(xiang)(xiang)目進(jin)(jin)度(du)表(biao),確(que)保各成(cheng)果(guo)(guo)(guo)在規定時間內(nei)完成(cheng)。第(di)三(san)步(bu)是質(zhi)(zhi)疑答辯(bian)。對(dui)征(zheng)集(ji)上來的(de)(de)“五小(xiao)”成(cheng)果(guo)(guo)(guo),活(huo)動領導小(xiao)組(zu)(zu)召集(ji)成(cheng)果(guo)(guo)(guo)發(fa)(fa)明(ming)(ming)者(zhe)(zhe),讓其(qi)(qi)闡述成(cheng)果(guo)(guo)(guo)的(de)(de)創(chuang)新(xin)背景、實施(shi)過程(cheng)、取得效果(guo)(guo)(guo),小(xiao)組(zu)(zu)成(cheng)員(yuan)(yuan)有針對(dui)性地(di)提(ti)出相關問題(ti)(ti)讓其(qi)(qi)解答,通過這種質(zhi)(zhi)疑答辯(bian)的(de)(de)方(fang)式,選(xuan)(xuan)優(you)祛(qu)劣,拿(na)出初步(bu)的(de)(de)評比結(jie)果(guo)(guo)(guo)。第(di)四步(bu)是驗收(shou)鑒定。我(wo)們把(ba)初選(xuan)(xuan)結(jie)果(guo)(guo)(guo)報(bao)送給評審組(zu)(zu),由他們從成(cheng)果(guo)(guo)(guo)的(de)(de)安全性、創(chuang)新(xin)性、經濟性、實用性等方(fang)面綜合評定,通過現場實地(di)查看,來進(jin)(jin)行驗收(shou)鑒定,證明(ming)(ming)成(cheng)果(guo)(guo)(guo)的(de)(de)可行性和真實性,并(bing)(bing)評出成(cheng)果(guo)(guo)(guo)等次(ci)。第(di)五步(bu)是實名(ming)(ming)(ming)命名(ming)(ming)(ming)。為鼓勵(li)團(tuan)員(yuan)(yuan)青年(nian)創(chuang)新(xin)的(de)(de)積極性,每年(nian)年(nian)中、年(nian)末,我(wo)們除(chu)對(dui)優(you)秀(xiu)成(cheng)果(guo)(guo)(guo)發(fa)(fa)明(ming)(ming)者(zhe)(zhe)進(jin)(jin)行表(biao)彰獎勵(li)外,還對(dui)創(chuang)新(xin)成(cheng)果(guo)(guo)(guo)進(jin)(jin)行實名(ming)(ming)(ming)制命名(ming)(ming)(ming),讓獲獎青工成(cheng)為名(ming)(ming)(ming)副其(qi)(qi)實的(de)(de)“草根(gen)明(ming)(ming)星”。到目前(qian),以員(yuan)(yuan)工名(ming)(ming)(ming)字命名(ming)(ming)(ming)的(de)(de)優(you)秀(xiu)成(cheng)果(guo)(guo)(guo)已達28項(xiang)(xiang)。
三是轉化應用(yong)(yong),彰顯成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)效。成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)果(guo)貴在(zai)(zai)發明(ming),重(zhong)在(zai)(zai)應用(yong)(yong)。活動中(zhong),我們通(tong)過舉(ju)辦成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)果(guo)推(tui)介會(hui),模(mo)型(xing)展(zhan)等形(xing)式(shi),狠抓成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)果(guo)的(de)(de)推(tui)廣應用(yong)(yong),讓成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)果(guo)最大(da)化地在(zai)(zai)現(xian)場發揮作(zuo)用(yong)(yong)。井(jing)(jing)筒維修工(gong)張超(chao)研制的(de)(de)罐(guan)籠滾動灌(guan)耳更換專用(yong)(yong)機,是節省(sheng)人(ren)力(li)、提高工(gong)作(zuo)效率的(de)(de)“精(jing)妙(miao)之作(zuo)”,原需4人(ren)2個(ge)小(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)時(shi)的(de)(de)工(gong)作(zuo)量現(xian)只需用(yong)(yong)兩(liang)人(ren)45分鐘,且施(shi)工(gong)人(ren)員(yuan)無(wu)須再進入罐(guan)籠底(di)操(cao)作(zuo),大(da)大(da)提高了勞動效率和安全系數。“徐道厚主井(jing)(jing)電動機主軸與軸編碼器(qi)連(lian)接裝置改造”有(you)效解決了軸同心不易找(zhao)正(zheng)和塑料管易老(lao)化斷裂的(de)(de)問(wen)題(ti),按未改造前出現(xian)此類故障(zhang)每次處(chu)理需半(ban)小(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)時(shi),每提升一勾50秒計算,按照當前的(de)(de)煤(mei)炭市(shi)場價格,僅此一項成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)果(guo)一年(nian)可為企業挽回經(jing)濟損失近9萬元。五小(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)果(guo)在(zai)(zai)現(xian)場被推(tui)廣應用(yong)(yong)是對發明(ming)者最好的(de)(de)鼓勵,如今,機電科團員(yuan)青年(nian)中(zhong)競(jing)相“多出成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)果(guo)、快出成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)果(guo)、出好成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)果(guo)”的(de)(de)生動局(ju)面(mian)已蔚然形(xing)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)。
三(san)、優化(hua)環境促激勵,夯實青(qing)年創新創效活(huo)動(dong)根基
為確保活(huo)動(dong)長流水、不斷線,持續激(ji)發團(tuan)員青(qing)年的創(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)活(huo)力和(he)創(chuang)(chuang)造激(ji)情,我們注重在(zai)優化環境、強化激(ji)勵、擴(kuo)大(da)影響上下(xia)功夫,真正把青(qing)年創(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)創(chuang)(chuang)效(xiao)活(huo)動(dong)打造成(cheng)了團(tuan)員青(qing)年成(cheng)長成(cheng)才的搖籃(lan)。
一是優化成才環(huan)境。對(dui)在創新(xin)創效活(huo)動(dong)中表現突出的優秀(xiu)青年(nian)(nian),我(wo)們本著為(wei)他(ta)們“多架扶梯”的思想,及時(shi)向單(dan)位(wei)領導推薦(jian),讓(rang)(rang)他(ta)們在入(ru)(ru)黨(dang)、到重(zhong)要崗位(wei)任(ren)職等方面得到優先權。2011年(nian)(nian)4月份分配(pei)到機(ji)電科(ke)工作的大學(xue)生周(zhou)長青,善于研究新(xin)技(ji)(ji)術,發(fa)明新(xin)成果,在全礦(kuang)舉辦的“金牌員(yuan)工”評選活(huo)動(dong)中,他(ta)靠實(shi)力(li)躋身于前三名(ming),成為(wei)倍受關(guan)注的青年(nian)(nian)新(xin)秀(xiu)。在年(nian)(nian)度雙(shuang)推工作中,我(wo)們把(ba)其作為(wei)了(le)重(zhong)點推薦(jian)對(dui)象(xiang),積極向黨(dang)支部匯報,納入(ru)(ru)了(le)黨(dang)組織(zhi)重(zhong)點培養(yang)對(dui)象(xiang),現在,他(ta)不(bu)僅已(yi)加入(ru)(ru)了(le)黨(dang)組織(zhi),而(er)且科(ke)里還讓(rang)(rang)他(ta)協助大泵組技(ji)(ji)術員(yuan)負責技(ji)(ji)術管(guan)理(li)。近年(nian)(nian)來(lai),在團(tuan)支部的推薦(jian)下,先后有9名(ming)團(tuan)員(yuan)入(ru)(ru)黨(dang),5人從普通員(yuan)工提升為(wei)見(jian)習技(ji)(ji)術員(yuan)或(huo)班組長。
二(er)是完善激勵(li)機(ji)(ji)制。為激發團(tuan)(tuan)員青(qing)年(nian)的創新創效(xiao)熱情(qing),經團(tuan)(tuan)支部積(ji)極匯報和協調,機(ji)(ji)電科(ke)對(dui)在(zai)(zai)礦(kuang)(kuang)五小成(cheng)(cheng)果、技術比(bi)武(wu)等活(huo)動(dong)(dong)中(zhong)的獲(huo)獎(jiang)(jiang)者,除得到(dao)(dao)活(huo)動(dong)(dong)應(ying)有獎(jiang)(jiang)勵(li)的同時(shi),再對(dui)他們(men)進(jin)行二(er)次獎(jiang)(jiang)勵(li),讓其(qi)在(zai)(zai)經濟(ji)上得到(dao)(dao)最大(da)(da)(da)的實惠。我們(men)還積(ji)極與礦(kuang)(kuang)團(tuan)(tuan)委(wei)溝通(tong)協調,爭(zheng)取各類(lei)評先(xian)樹優的傾斜政策(ce),讓優秀青(qing)年(nian)在(zai)(zai)精(jing)神上得到(dao)(dao)最大(da)(da)(da)的鼓(gu)勵(li)。近兩年(nian)來,在(zai)(zai)集(ji)團(tuan)(tuan)公司及礦(kuang)(kuang)級(ji)的各類(lei)技能(neng)大(da)(da)(da)賽活(huo)動(dong)(dong)中(zhong),機(ji)(ji)電科(ke)派出的參賽青(qing)工均獲(huo)得了不俗的成(cheng)(cheng)績,肥礦(kuang)(kuang)集(ji)團(tuan)(tuan)第四屆(jie)職工技能(neng)大(da)(da)(da)賽礦(kuang)(kuang)燈維修狀(zhuang)元郭慶不僅獲(huo)得了上級(ji)一次性獎(jiang)(jiang)勵(li)3000元和機(ji)(ji)電科(ke)1000元的獎(jiang)(jiang)金,而且經礦(kuang)(kuang)團(tuan)(tuan)委(wei)推(tui)薦,還榮獲(huo)了首屆(jie)山(shan)東(dong)能(neng)源集(ji)團(tuan)(tuan)“十大(da)(da)(da)優秀青(qing)年(nian)”榮譽(yu)稱(cheng)號。
三是擴(kuo)大(da)活動(dong)影響。抓典(dian)型(xing)選(xuan)樹(shu)、加大(da)宣傳(chuan)力度是擴(kuo)大(da)團(tuan)(tuan)組(zu)織(zhi)影響力的(de)有力抓手。在礦團(tuan)(tuan)委2012年(nian)(nian)(nian)五四期間舉辦的(de)“青(qing)(qing)年(nian)(nian)(nian)創(chuang)新創(chuang)效成(cheng)果征集(ji)”活動(dong)中(zhong),機(ji)電(dian)科(ke)團(tuan)(tuan)支部推報(bao)的(de)6項成(cheng)果進入前20名(ming),成(cheng)為基層單位中(zhong)入選(xuan)數量最多的(de)。礦宣傳(chuan)科(ke)以(yi)《小改革換來(lai)大(da)效益》為題,對我(wo)們(men)開展活動(dong)的(de)情況(kuang)進行了專(zhuan)題采訪(fang)報(bao)道,韓玉國(guo)、馬(ma)坤等(deng)6名(ming)青(qing)(qing)年(nian)(nian)(nian)在電(dian)視(shi)上(shang)一露(lu)臉(lian),立即成(cheng)了全礦青(qing)(qing)工(gong)的(de)追捧對象(xiang)。大(da)家爭相當典(dian)型(xing),人(ren)人(ren)爭相創(chuang)精品,全礦呈(cheng)現出了如(ru)(ru)火如(ru)(ru)荼(tu)的(de)創(chuang)新創(chuang)效新高潮。據(ju)統計,我(wo)們(men)機(ji)電(dian)科(ke)團(tuan)(tuan)員青(qing)(qing)年(nian)(nian)(nian)中(zhong),有19人(ren)在集(ji)團(tuan)(tuan)公司及(ji)以(yi)上(shang)的(de)技能大(da)賽中(zhong)獲(huo)得(de)前三名(ming)的(de)好成(cheng)績,有3人(ren)取(qu)得(de)了中(zhong)、高級技師資格,2人(ren)分別(bie)榮獲(huo)山東能源“十大(da)優秀(xiu)青(qing)(qing)年(nian)(nian)(nian)”及(ji)肥礦集(ji)團(tuan)(tuan)“十大(da)杰(jie)出青(qing)(qing)年(nian)(nian)(nian)”榮譽稱號。
