今年(nian)以來(lai),肥礦集(ji)(ji)(ji)團白莊(zhuang)煤礦把簽(qian)訂、落實女(nv)(nv)(nv)(nv)職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)權(quan)益保護(hu)(hu)專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)項集(ji)(ji)(ji)體(ti)(ti)合(he)(he)同(tong)(tong)作(zuo)為依法(fa)維護(hu)(hu)女(nv)(nv)(nv)(nv)職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)特殊(shu)利益的(de)(de)一(yi)項重(zhong)要舉(ju)措,制定(ding)了女(nv)(nv)(nv)(nv)職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)項合(he)(he)同(tong)(tong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)規范化目標任務和工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)措施,建立(li)健(jian)全女(nv)(nv)(nv)(nv)職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)項合(he)(he)同(tong)(tong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)檔案,女(nv)(nv)(nv)(nv)職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)項合(he)(he)同(tong)(tong)簽(qian)訂工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)持續(xu)開(kai)展,合(he)(he)同(tong)(tong)有效(xiao)期(qi)(qi)實現無縫銜接(jie)。積極(ji)協調、參(can)與涉及女(nv)(nv)(nv)(nv)職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)切身(shen)利益的(de)(de)相關政策、規章制度(du)的(de)(de)制定(ding)和修改(gai)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)。通過職(zhi)(zhi)代(dai)會(hui)(hui)、平(ping)等協商(shang)會(hui)(hui)、集(ji)(ji)(ji)體(ti)(ti)合(he)(he)同(tong)(tong)、工(gong)(gong)(gong)資集(ji)(ji)(ji)體(ti)(ti)協商(shang)等形式,集(ji)(ji)(ji)中反映女(nv)(nv)(nv)(nv)職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)的(de)(de)合(he)(he)理意見和正當要求,從源頭上維護(hu)(hu)了女(nv)(nv)(nv)(nv)職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)的(de)(de)權(quan)益。每年(nian)將專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)項合(he)(he)同(tong)(tong)履行情況(kuang)(kuang)與集(ji)(ji)(ji)體(ti)(ti)合(he)(he)同(tong)(tong)履行情況(kuang)(kuang)同(tong)(tong)時向職(zhi)(zhi)代(dai)會(hui)(hui)報告,接(jie)受職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)代(dai)表的(de)(de)監(jian)督(du),確(que)保了女(nv)(nv)(nv)(nv)職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)的(de)(de)合(he)(he)法(fa)權(quan)益得(de)到落實。肥礦集(ji)(ji)(ji)團白莊(zhuang)煤礦高度(du)重(zhong)視(shi)女(nv)(nv)(nv)(nv)職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)身(shen)心健(jian)康(kang)(kang),堅持每年(nian)定(ding)期(qi)(qi)免費為女(nv)(nv)(nv)(nv)職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)健(jian)康(kang)(kang)體(ti)(ti)檢,使一(yi)些女(nv)(nv)(nv)(nv)工(gong)(gong)(gong)的(de)(de)病情能夠早(zao)發現、早(zao)診斷、早(zao)治療(liao),為女(nv)(nv)(nv)(nv)職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)撐(cheng)起(qi)健(jian)康(kang)(kang)“保護傘”,使白莊煤礦女職工切實感受到企業大家庭的溫暖,進一步提高了女職工的責任感和歸屬感。近年來,企業和職工之間從未在女職工權益保護方面發生勞動爭議和糾紛,從未發生過侵害女職工權益的行為。女職工專項合同履約率達到100%。女職工滿意度達到100%。礦工會女工委多次被山東能源工會、省煤礦工會、泰安市總工會、肥礦集團工會授予“先進女職工工作集體”;礦女工協管會先后榮獲“全國煤炭系統協管安全工作競賽先進協管會”、“山東能源十佳協管會”“全省煤炭系統先進女工協管會”“山東能源工會協管工作先進單位”“山東能源安全生產監管工作先進集體”“山東能源井口溫馨服務站”;多次在集團公司組織的協管競賽中榮獲“優勝協管會”榮譽稱號。
