建立困難職工幫扶救助基金會。圍(wei)繞“以人為(wei)本,讓(rang)職(zhi)工快樂工作(zuo)、輕松生(sheng)(sheng)活(huo)”的(de)總體(ti)目(mu)標,以“幫助(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)困(kun)(kun)難(nan)(nan)職(zhi)工解決(jue)生(sheng)(sheng)活(huo)、醫療、子女(nv)上(shang)學等方(fang)面遇到的(de)實(shi)際困(kun)(kun)難(nan)(nan)和問題”為(wei)工作(zuo)宗旨,按照依檔(dang)幫扶(fu)、因困(kun)(kun)施(shi)助(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)的(de)原則,建立了(le)貴(gui)州礦業(ye)公司困(kun)(kun)難(nan)(nan)職(zhi)工幫扶(fu)救(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)助(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)基金(jin)(jin)分會、礦處級幫扶(fu)救(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)助(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)工作(zuo)站“兩級”幫扶(fu)救(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)助(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)體(ti)系建設,制定了(le)《幫扶(fu)救(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)助(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)基金(jin)(jin)管(guan)理使用及(ji)監督辦法》,明(ming)確了(le)救(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)助(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)范圍(wei),規定了(le)救(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)出申請流程(cheng),實(shi)現了(le)幫扶(fu)救(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)助(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)工作(zuo)全覆(fu)蓋、常態化、長(chang)效化。他(ta)們(men)還建立了(le)困(kun)(kun)難(nan)(nan)職(zhi)工檔(dang)案,完(wan)善了(le)被救(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)助(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)人員及(ji)家庭成員信息、救(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)助(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)內容、標準及(ji)金(jin)(jin)額(e)等,確保條(tiao)目(mu)清晰、內容詳(xiang)實(shi)、準確無誤,確保救(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)助(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)基金(jin)(jin)使用公開透明(ming)。
開展礦井“兩堂一舍”競賽達標。從職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)最(zui)關(guan)(guan)心(xin)、最(zui)關(guan)(guan)注、最(zui)現實(shi)的問(wen)題入(ru)手,從工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)和生(sheng)活雙(shuang)向發(fa)力(li),立足員工(gong)(gong)“住的舒心(xin),吃(chi)的放心(xin),洗的開開心(xin)”,積極(ji)探索服(fu)務職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)的新舉措(cuo),開展了(le)“宿舍、食堂(tang)、澡(zao)堂(tang)”競(jing)賽達(da)標(biao)活動。每月不(bu)定期發(fa)放調查(cha)問(wen)卷對各單位對治安(an)保衛、職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)食堂(tang)飯菜質(zhi)量、職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)食堂(tang)服(fu)務態度、公寓樓管(guan)理(li)、澡(zao)堂(tang)管(guan)理(li)、礦區環境衛生(sheng)等相關(guan)(guan)內(nei)容進行調查(cha),并對調查(cha)結果進行梳理(li)匯總,進行評(ping)分達(da)標(biao),對不(bu)達(da)標(biao)的單位進行通報批評(ping),責(ze)(ze)令整改(gai)。每兩個月召集各單位職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)餐廳(ting)、公寓樓、澡(zao)堂(tang)的負責(ze)(ze)人(ren)進行座談,對職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)反饋的意(yi)見和建(jian)議(yi)以及存在的問(wen)題,切合實(shi)際加以整改(gai)落實(shi)。通過不(bu)斷開展各類服(fu)務項目,職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)生(sheng)活質(zhi)量有了(le)很(hen)大提高,促(cu)進職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)更加全心(xin)全意(yi)地投入(ru)到安(an)全生(sheng)產工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)中,保障了(le)企業又好又快向前發(fa)展。
