加強工會組織力量,建立工會兼職管理人員制度。面對(dui)工(gong)(gong)會(hui)(hui)(hui)人(ren)(ren)(ren)員不足(zu)(zu),機構(gou)不健全(quan)的現實問題(ti),該公(gong)司立(li)足(zu)(zu)企業(ye)實際,按(an)照一職(zhi)多能(neng)用人(ren)(ren)(ren)理念,立(li)足(zu)(zu)優(you)化人(ren)(ren)(ren)力(li)資(zi)源(yuan)配置,建立(li)了(le)(le)工(gong)(gong)會(hui)(hui)(hui)兼(jian)職(zhi)人(ren)(ren)(ren)員制(zhi)度,在生產(chan)勞(lao)動保護部、女工(gong)(gong)生活部、工(gong)(gong)會(hui)(hui)(hui)組(zu)織(zhi)部、工(gong)(gong)會(hui)(hui)(hui)宣教文(wen)體(ti)部和工(gong)(gong)會(hui)(hui)(hui)辦公(gong)室(shi)中補充兼(jian)職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)會(hui)(hui)(hui)管(guan)理人(ren)(ren)(ren)員,明確(que)(que)兼(jian)職(zhi)管(guan)理人(ren)(ren)(ren)員的定(ding)位,確(que)(que)定(ding)兼(jian)職(zhi)管(guan)理人(ren)(ren)(ren)員的職(zhi)責,進一步捋順各項工(gong)(gong)作流程,在提(ti)升管(guan)理人(ren)(ren)(ren)員綜合素質的同(tong)時,加強了(le)(le)公(gong)司工(gong)(gong)會(hui)(hui)(hui)組(zu)織(zhi)力(li)量(liang),不斷推動了(le)(le)工(gong)(gong)會(hui)(hui)(hui)工(gong)(gong)作的高質量(liang)發展。

打造“八件實事”惠民工程。他(ta)們在(zai)(zai)企(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)發(fa)展(zhan)中,始終堅持“以人為本”,結(jie)合企(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)發(fa)展(zhan)實際提出了2018年重點辦(ban)好惠及(ji)民生(sheng)和企(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)發(fa)展(zhan)的(de)(de)(de)“八(ba)件(jian)實事”。從提高職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)收(shou)入、逐步補齊欠繳職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)“五(wu)險一(yi)金”社保費用(yong)、建立職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)醫(yi)(yi)務室、組織(zhi)生(sheng)產(chan)一(yi)線優秀員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)和先模人物健康療休養等(deng)八(ba)個方(fang)面,積極解(jie)決員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)住房公(gong)積金貸款和老區就醫(yi)(yi)難的(de)(de)(de)問(wen)題,職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)應(ying)急看病等(deng)生(sheng)活中的(de)(de)(de)困難,用(yong)實實在(zai)(zai)在(zai)(zai)的(de)(de)(de)行動,真(zhen)真(zhen)切(qie)切(qie)的(de)(de)(de)感情服務廣大(da)員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong),不(bu)斷(duan)提高廣大(da)員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)的(de)(de)(de)幸(xing)福指數,近(jin)而(er)引導職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)樹立“把職(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)當(dang)事業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)、把企(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)當(dang)家業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)”,像對(dui)待(dai)自己(ji)的(de)(de)(de)家庭一(yi)樣(yang)(yang)對(dui)待(dai)企(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye),像維護自己(ji)的(de)(de)(de)眼(yan)睛一(yi)樣(yang)(yang)維護企(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)利益,像關心自己(ji)的(de)(de)(de)前途一(yi)樣(yang)(yang)關心企(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)發(fa)展(zhan)理念,為企(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)發(fa)展(zhan)凝聚了力(li)量(liang)。

建立困難職工幫扶救助基金會。圍繞“以人為(wei)本(ben),讓職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)快樂工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)、輕松(song)生(sheng)活”的總體(ti)目標(biao),以“幫助(zhu)(zhu)困難(nan)職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)解決生(sheng)活、醫療、子女上學(xue)等方(fang)面遇到的實際困難(nan)和問題”為(wei)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)宗旨,按照依檔幫扶、因困施助(zhu)(zhu)的原則(ze),建(jian)立了貴(gui)州礦業公司困難(nan)職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)幫扶救助(zhu)(zhu)基(ji)(ji)金分會、礦處級幫扶救助(zhu)(zhu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)站“兩級”幫扶救助(zhu)(zhu)體(ti)系(xi)建(jian)設,制定了《幫扶救助(zhu)(zhu)基(ji)(ji)金管(guan)理使(shi)用(yong)及(ji)監督辦法》,明確(que)(que)(que)了救助(zhu)(zhu)范(fan)圍,規定了救出(chu)申請流程(cheng),實現了幫扶救助(zhu)(zhu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)全(quan)覆(fu)蓋、常(chang)態化(hua)、長效化(hua)。他們還(huan)建(jian)立了困難(nan)職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)檔案,完善了被(bei)救助(zhu)(zhu)人員及(ji)家庭成員信息、救助(zhu)(zhu)內容、標(biao)準(zhun)及(ji)金額等,確(que)(que)(que)保條目清晰、內容詳實、準(zhun)確(que)(que)(que)無(wu)誤(wu),確(que)(que)(que)保救助(zhu)(zhu)基(ji)(ji)金使(shi)用(yong)公開透明。

開展礦井“兩堂一舍”競賽達標。從(cong)職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)最關(guan)心(xin)(xin)、最關(guan)注、最現實(shi)(shi)的(de)(de)問題(ti)入手,從(cong)工(gong)作和生(sheng)活(huo)雙向發力,立足(zu)員(yuan)工(gong)“住(zhu)的(de)(de)舒(shu)心(xin)(xin),吃的(de)(de)放(fang)(fang)心(xin)(xin),洗的(de)(de)開(kai)開(kai)心(xin)(xin)”,積(ji)極(ji)探索服務職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)的(de)(de)新舉措,開(kai)展(zhan)(zhan)了“宿(su)舍(she)、食堂(tang)(tang)、澡堂(tang)(tang)”競賽(sai)達標(biao)活(huo)動。每月(yue)(yue)不(bu)定期發放(fang)(fang)調(diao)查問卷(juan)對(dui)各單位(wei)對(dui)治安保衛、職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)食堂(tang)(tang)飯菜質(zhi)量(liang)、職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)食堂(tang)(tang)服務態度、公寓樓管(guan)理(li)(li)、澡堂(tang)(tang)管(guan)理(li)(li)、礦區(qu)環境(jing)衛生(sheng)等相關(guan)內(nei)容進行調(diao)查,并對(dui)調(diao)查結(jie)果進行梳理(li)(li)匯總,進行評(ping)(ping)分達標(biao),對(dui)不(bu)達標(biao)的(de)(de)單位(wei)進行通報批(pi)評(ping)(ping),責令整改。每兩個(ge)月(yue)(yue)召集各單位(wei)職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)餐廳(ting)、公寓樓、澡堂(tang)(tang)的(de)(de)負責人進行座(zuo)談,對(dui)職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)反饋的(de)(de)意見和建議以及存在的(de)(de)問題(ti),切合實(shi)(shi)際(ji)加以整改落實(shi)(shi)。通過不(bu)斷開(kai)展(zhan)(zhan)各類(lei)服務項目,職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)生(sheng)活(huo)質(zhi)量(liang)有(you)了很大(da)提高,促進職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)更加全(quan)心(xin)(xin)全(quan)意地投(tou)入到安全(quan)生(sheng)產工(gong)作中,保障了企業又好又快向前發展(zhan)(zhan)。
