能源集團一(yi)屆(jie)三次職工代表大(da)會上(shang),集團黨委(wei)書記、董事(shi)長李(li)位民提出了(le)2018年(nian)要著力(li)辦好惠及(ji)民生(sheng)“十件(jian)實(shi)(shi)事(shi)”后,盛魯能化盛魯電廠積極響應(ying),真抓(zhua)實(shi)(shi)干,通過(guo)一(yi)系列(lie)措施(shi)辦好職工關(guan)心(xin)的(de)事(shi),解決職工身上(shang)的(de)難,實(shi)(shi)現了(le)在辦實(shi)(shi)事(shi)講真情上(shang)下功(gong)夫,在聚合(he)力(li)促發展上(shang)求實(shi)(shi)效。
物質需求,文化熏陶一樣不少。“我最(zui)喜歡這里的(de)讀書角,閑暇之余可以(yi)盡(jin)情的(de)看,隨意(yi)的(de)讀”、“我喜歡‘體(ti)驗中心’”,體(ti)驗過走獨木(mu)橋(qiao)、安全帽砸落等試驗后,大家(jia)的(de)安全意(yi)識(shi)真的(de)提(ti)高了”。近日,在盛魯電(dian)廠,員工(gong)們總(zong)是會(hui)樂滋滋的(de)討論(lun)著。
盛魯(lu)電(dian)廠于2017年5月開工(gong)(gong)(gong)建(jian)設,當前正處(chu)于基建(jian)期,生活、工(gong)(gong)(gong)作設施都不夠(gou)完善,職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)宿舍是臨時(shi)租用(yong),辦公室是臨時(shi)板房(fang)。為(wei)提(ti)升企業(ye)(ye)(ye)職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)的(de)幸福(fu)指數,讓外出創(chuang)業(ye)(ye)(ye)者感(gan)受(shou)企業(ye)(ye)(ye)的(de)溫度(du),盛魯(lu)電(dian)廠從物(wu)質需求、文化熏陶等多方面(mian)下(xia)實(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong),做(zuo)事實(shi)(shi)。前往多家發電(dian)企業(ye)(ye)(ye)調研,制定多種崗位工(gong)(gong)(gong)資方案,努力(li)提(ti)高(gao)外部開發區域職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)的(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)資待(dai)遇水平,提(ti)升員工(gong)(gong)(gong)歸(gui)屬感(gan)。創(chuang)建(jian)“四方一體(ti)”黨(dang)群共建(jian)機(ji)制,融四方之力(li),為(wei)一方合力(li),為(wei)職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)搭建(jian)青年義(yi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)服(fu)務站、讀(du)書角(jiao)、黨(dang)員活動室等,開展(zhan)聯誼(yi)賽、文藝匯(hui)演、廣(guang)場文化周等活動,豐富(fu)職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)業(ye)(ye)(ye)余文化生活。同時(shi),盛魯(lu)電(dian)廠還不忘內部抓實(shi)(shi)效,在提(ti)高(gao)職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)就餐質量,職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)生日(ri)當天送(song)去“雞蛋(dan)面(mian)”等多方面(mian)下(xia)功(gong)夫,想方設法盡最大(da)努力(li),讓職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)享受(shou)多方面(mian)‘福(fu)利’,切身感(gan)受(shou)盛魯(lu)電(dian)廠這個‘家’的(de)溫度(du),進一步激發廣(guang)大(da)干(gan)(gan)部職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)干(gan)(gan)事創(chuang)業(ye)(ye)(ye)熱情,提(ti)升企業(ye)(ye)(ye)凝聚力(li)和向(xiang)心力(li)。
把幫扶工作做到困難職工的心中。“群(qun)眾的利益(yi)無(wu)小事”,一直以來,盛(sheng)魯電(dian)廠(chang)把關(guan)心(xin)職(zhi)工生活(huo),解決(jue)職(zhi)工生活(huo)中的各種實際困難作為一項(xiang)重要(yao)任務(wu)始終抓,常態(tai)抓,在職(zhi)工面臨困難的時(shi)(shi)候,在職(zhi)工需要(yao)幫助的時(shi)(shi)候,及(ji)時(shi)(shi)伸出援助之(zhi)手,竭力相助。
建章立制,是形成(cheng)送(song)溫(wen)暖(nuan)活(huo)動常(chang)態化最直(zhi)接(jie)的(de)保障。為此,盛(sheng)魯電(dian)廠及時建立幫(bang)(bang)扶(fu)救助基(ji)金站,推行《困難職(zhi)工(gong)幫(bang)(bang)扶(fu)救助辦法》,使幫(bang)(bang)扶(fu)工(gong)作(zuo)形成(cheng)規范化、經常(chang)化。同(tong)時,盛(sheng)魯電(dian)廠在送(song)溫(wen)暖(nuan)活(huo)動中做到“橫向到底,縱向到邊(bian)”,仔(zi)細摸(mo)查(cha),并以(yi)“幫(bang)(bang)思想(xiang)”、“幫(bang)(bang)資金”、“幫(bang)(bang)就業”“幫(bang)(bang)就醫”四方面(mian)為抓手,不讓(rang)一名職(zhi)工(gong)家庭生活(huo)在貧困線(xian)以(yi)下(xia),讓(rang)困難職(zhi)工(gong)幫(bang)(bang)扶(fu)工(gong)作(zuo)成(cheng)為傳(chuan)遞關愛(ai),傳(chuan)遞真情,彰(zhang)顯企業形象(xiang)的(de)紐帶(dai)之一。
“只要可以做到,我們絕不含(han)糊,只要我們用心,無論我們的工(gong)作環境(jing)多么惡劣,職(zhi)工(gong)距離(li)家鄉多遠,都會把(ba)這里當(dang)成(cheng)自己的‘家’,與企業同呼(hu)吸、共命運(yun)。”該(gai)廠(chang)黨總支部副書記(ji)、工(gong)會主席(xi)于健說(shuo)。
據了解,十件實(shi)事中“社(she)會保險納入地方統籌”、“組織先進勞(lao)模開(kai)展健康療養(yang)”,兩(liang)件實(shi)事盛(sheng)魯電廠(chang)也全面落(luo)實(shi)并得(de)到的(de)員(yuan)工的(de)一直好評。
