棗礦集團(tuan)(tuan)太岳煤礦認(ren)真(zhen)落實(shi)(shi)能源集團(tuan)(tuan)惠及民(min)(min)生“十件實(shi)(shi)事(shi)”要求(qiu),創新(xin)實(shi)(shi)施“聚心工程”,扎(zha)實(shi)(shi)做好(hao)順民(min)(min)心、解民(min)(min)憂、惠民(min)(min)生的實(shi)(shi)事(shi)、好(hao)事(shi),讓干部職工不斷增強(qiang)獲得感,打造溫馨、和(he)諧、團(tuan)(tuan)結、平(ping)安新(xin)太岳。
“連心”行動搭設和諧干群關系。堅持“井下(xia)、地(di)面(mian)一(yi)塊搞,生(sheng)產、生(sheng)活一(yi)塊抓(zhua)”,強(qiang)化了“兩堂(tang)一(yi)舍(she)(she)”管(guan)(guan)理,抓(zhua)好食堂(tang)管(guan)(guan)理,強(qiang)化食堂(tang)服務(wu)質量(liang)、飯菜質量(liang),結合(he)山東餐(can)飲習俗增加伙食花(hua)樣30余(yu)種,確保遠離家鄉(xiang)的職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)能夠(gou)吃到家鄉(xiang)菜;開展(zhan)了“宿(su)舍(she)(she)+黨建”品牌創(chuang)建,完善了職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)宿(su)舍(she)(she)建設,按照(zhao)標準化宿(su)舍(she)(she)建設的要(yao)求(qiu)配(pei)齊職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)生(sheng)活必需品,并在宿(su)舍(she)(she)樓實現(xian)了移(yi)動(dong)網絡全(quan)覆蓋(gai),實施職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)宿(su)舍(she)(she)“點線面(mian)”管(guan)(guan)理法(fa),保證職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)休息(xi);利(li)用好鍋爐和(he)余(yu)熱(re)利(li)用系統,保證職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)熱(re)水洗浴。利(li)用好礦(kuang)長、書記(ji)、紀委書記(ji)、工(gong)(gong)會主席(xi)信(xin)箱,開展(zhan)合(he)理化建議征集活動(dong),每季組織機關后勤(qin)服務(wu)滿意度測評,了解掌握職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)所(suo)思、所(suo)想、所(suo)需,真正解決職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)反映的問題,消除(chu)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)后顧之憂,全(quan)身心投(tou)入安(an)全(quan)生(sheng)產之中。
“暖心”行動構建溫馨礦井氛圍。開(kai)展(zhan)“職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)過生(sheng)(sheng)日(ri)、企(qi)(qi)業(ye)送(song)祝福”活(huo)動(dong),建立了(le)(le)職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)生(sheng)(sheng)日(ri)檔案(an),每月組(zu)織集(ji)體生(sheng)(sheng)日(ri)活(huo)動(dong),先(xian)后(hou)為(wei)708名職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)發放“生(sheng)(sheng)日(ri)賀卡”,送(song)上生(sheng)(sheng)日(ri)祝福,讓職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)遠在千里之(zhi)外感(gan)受大家庭的溫暖和企(qi)(qi)業(ye)的人文關懷;建立了(le)(le)愛(ai)心基金會,完善(shan)了(le)(le)困難職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)檔案(an),抓好了(le)(le)節日(ri)救(jiu)助、金秋(qiu)助學工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)開(kai)展(zhan),確保(bao)讓困難職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)共享(xiang)企(qi)(qi)業(ye)發展(zhan)成果,感(gan)受到企(qi)(qi)業(ye)關愛(ai)。開(kai)展(zhan)結(jie)對(dui)(dui)“連心”活(huo)動(dong),圍繞重點薄弱(ruo)人物(wu),明確專人結(jie)對(dui)(dui)監護(hu),建立《薄弱(ruo)人物(wu)排查及管控(kong)臺賬》,全過程監護(hu)薄弱(ruo)人物(wu)的精(jing)神狀態、工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)能力(li),確保(bao)安全。
“凝心”行動凝練團結實干隊伍。針對(dui)職工遠離家鄉,長時間不回家、業余文化生活(huo)單一的(de)(de)實際,結(jie)合季節特點,組織開(kai)展了開(kai)展迎(ying)新春(chun)民間藝術(shu)大聯歡、迎(ying)慶三八趣味(wei)運動(dong)(dong)(dong)會、消(xiao)夏廣場(chang)系(xi)列活(huo)動(dong)(dong)(dong)、職工籃球(qiu)賽、羽毛球(qiu)對(dui)抗賽等職工廣泛參與的(de)(de)文體活(huo)動(dong)(dong)(dong),全(quan)方位豐富職工的(de)(de)業余文化生活(huo)。開(kai)展安全(quan)宣講進區隊活(huo)動(dong)(dong)(dong),組織女(nv)工協管員(yuan)撰寫(xie)親(qin)情(qing)宣講稿,利用班前(qian)會、三違培訓班等時間進行(xing)宣講,提高職工安全(quan)意識。組織“安全(quan)家書”征集活(huo)動(dong)(dong)(dong),匯(hui)編成冊,讓親(qin)人的(de)(de)叮囑跨(kua)越千里(li),刻(ke)于心、見于行(xing)。
