為全(quan)力做(zuo)好困難職工(gong)幫扶救助工(gong)作,切實將(jiang)“精準”幫扶落在(zai)實處,近日(ri),棗礦集團高煤公司工(gong)會(hui)對34戶(hu)困難職工(gong)家庭開展(zhan)了(le)入戶(hu)調(diao)研工(gong)作。
高(gao)煤公司工(gong)會(hui)嚴格按(an)照上級(ji)工(gong)會(hui)調(diao)研(yan)工(gong)作要求,采取(qu)“看、問(wen)、聽、訪”等形(xing)式進行。調(diao)研(yan)組由公司工(gong)會(hui)與相(xiang)關(guan)基(ji)層車間工(gong)會(hui)主(zhu)席組成,入戶調(diao)研(yan)工(gong)作采取(qu)“三問(wen)三查(cha)三清”的工(gong)作原則,即問(wen)病情(qing)、問(wen)現狀、問(wen)需(xu)求,查(cha)收入、查(cha)人(ren)口(kou)、查(cha)資產,做到致困(kun)原因清、救助(zhu)政策清、幫扶措施清。所有調(diao)研(yan)結(jie)果形(xing)成檔案,由困(kun)難職工(gong)本人(ren)及基(ji)層車間工(gong)會(hui)主(zhu)席簽字確認,有效保證(zheng)了調(diao)研(yan)工(gong)作的真實性、可靠性、嚴肅性。
通過摸底調研,及時(shi)對(dui)困難職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)檔案(an)進(jin)行調整更(geng)新,實(shi)行動態管理(li)。對(dui)退休、病(bing)亡、脫困職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)予以注銷,對(dui)符合(he)條件應保未保的困難職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)及時(shi)申報,納入(ru)救助(zhu)。為進(jin)一步提高(gao)困難職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)檔案(an)管理(li)水平,更(geng)加全面(mian)、真實(shi)、及時(shi)地(di)掌握(wo)困難職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)家庭的生活狀況(kuang),做好困難職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)幫扶(fu)工(gong)(gong)作提供(gong)了第一手真實(shi)資料(liao)。
