為進一(yi)步做好困難員工(gong)幫扶(fu)工(gong)作,山東能源肥礦工(gong)會集中一(yi)百多(duo)天的(de)時間,在(zai)全礦區開(kai)展“百名(ming)工(gong)會干(gan)部進千家送溫暖活動”。
活(huo)動(dong)(dong)以礦區專職工(gong)會(hui)干部為(wei)主(zhu)體,依托愛心(xin)救助超市、大病(bing)救助、金秋(qiu)助學等(deng)平(ping)臺,通過開展“愛心(xin)救助進家(jia)行動(dong)(dong)”“大病(bing)救助暖心(xin)行動(dong)(dong)”“金秋(qiu)助學圓夢行動(dong)(dong)”“中(zhong)秋(qiu)國慶(qing)關(guan)愛行動(dong)(dong)”等(deng)四個主(zhu)題(ti)活(huo)動(dong)(dong),進一步(bu)加大對困難(nan)員(yuan)工(gong)的幫扶力度,兜(dou)牢民生底線(xian),確保困難(nan)員(yuan)工(gong)維(wei)持基本生活(huo)。通過密集(ji)、持續、不(bu)間斷地進家(jia)入(ru)戶(hu)送溫暖活(huo)動(dong)(dong),幫助困難(nan)員(yuan)工(gong)解決實際問題(ti),堅定戰勝困難(nan)的信心(xin),營造一家(jia)人、一條心(xin)、齊心(xin)協力度難(nan)關(guan)的濃厚氛圍。
為(wei)確保活(huo)動不走(zou)過場,要求(qiu)各(ge)單(dan)位(wei)工會(hui)主(zhu)席為(wei)第一責任者,分管副主(zhu)席具體抓,生活(huo)保障(zhang)部牽頭組(zu)織。要求(qiu)調(diao)查摸底要準(zhun),切實(shi)做到(dao)陽光(guang)救助;籌(chou)備(bei)(bei)資金和(he)物品(pin)要到(dao)位(wei),按照集團公司(si)(si)撥付(fu)專項(xiang)資金1:1的比例籌(chou)備(bei)(bei)好(hao)配套資金,準(zhun)備(bei)(bei)好(hao)米(mi)面油等生活(huo)必需品(pin);考核(he)統計(ji)要嚴,認真落實(shi)包(bao)保或走(zou)訪對象(xiang),每名工會(hui)干部至少進10戶困難員工家(jia)庭,確保責任到(dao)人頭、溫暖送到(dao)家(jia)。集團公司(si)(si)工會(hui)將對各(ge)個階段的活(huo)動開展(zhan)情況進行調(diao)度、匯總和(he)通報。
活動堅(jian)持(chi)精準扶貧(pin),把(ba)生活必需品送到最需要幫助(zhu)的員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)手(shou)中(zhong);堅(jian)持(chi)精神(shen)扶貧(pin),在進家入(ru)戶(hu)過程(cheng)中(zhong)關注困難員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)的憂慮、苦悶和(he)迷(mi)茫(mang)情緒,及(ji)時進行(xing)心理(li)疏(shu)導(dao),傳(chuan)遞戰勝困難的正能量;要堅(jian)持(chi)精當(dang)扶貧(pin),通過這次活動進一(yi)步落(luo)實好《肥礦集(ji)團困難員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)幫扶工(gong)(gong)(gong)作管(guan)理(li)辦法》,促(cu)進困難員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)幫扶工(gong)(gong)(gong)作制度化、規范化、長(chang)效化。
