肥礦集團工會積極推進“女職工心靈關愛工程”

面對企業經濟形(xing)勢(shi)異常嚴峻,女職工心理壓力普遍加大的(de)現狀,山東能源肥礦(kuang)集團公司工會緊(jin)密結合實(shi)際(ji),積極對女職工實(shi)施人文關(guan)懷(huai),加強心理疏導,推動“女職工心靈(ling)關(guan)愛工程”的(de)實(shi)施,維護了礦(kuang)區和諧穩(wen)定(ding)。

一是健全機制。成立(li)了(le)(le)以(yi)黨委副書記、工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)會(hui)(hui)主席(xi)任(ren)組(zu)長(chang),工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)會(hui)(hui)副主席(xi)任(ren)副組(zu)長(chang),工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)會(hui)(hui)各部室負(fu)責人(ren)為成員(yuan)的(de)“女(nv)(nv)職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)心(xin)(xin)靈(ling)關愛(ai)(ai)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)”領(ling)導小組(zu)。依托工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)會(hui)(hui)女(nv)(nv)職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)組(zu)織(zhi)網絡(luo),構建(jian)起(qi)了(le)(le)以(yi)集(ji)團公司女(nv)(nv)職(zhi)委為主導,礦(處)女(nv)(nv)職(zhi)委為骨干,女(nv)(nv)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)分會(hui)(hui)為基礎,形成了(le)(le)橫向到(dao)(dao)邊、縱向到(dao)(dao)底的(de)女(nv)(nv)職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)心(xin)(xin)靈(ling)關愛(ai)(ai)服(fu)務網絡(luo)。確立(li)了(le)(le)“以(yi)制(zhi)度推(tui)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo),以(yi)考核促落實”工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)思路,制(zhi)定下(xia)發了(le)(le)《關于(yu)“女(nv)(nv)職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)心(xin)(xin)靈(ling)關愛(ai)(ai)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)”的(de)實施方案》,將女(nv)(nv)職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)心(xin)(xin)靈(ling)關愛(ai)(ai)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)七項標(biao)準(zhun)納入女(nv)(nv)職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)目標(biao)管理(li)考核、“職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)之(zhi)家”建(jian)設綜合(he)考核和基層工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)會(hui)(hui)領(ling)導人(ren)員(yuan)誠信履職(zhi)考核。建(jian)立(li)健(jian)全(quan)了(le)(le)“心(xin)(xin)靈(ling)關愛(ai)(ai)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)”培訓、調研、建(jian)檔等一系列工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)制(zhi)度,規范(fan)了(le)(le)心(xin)(xin)理(li)咨詢與服(fu)務流(liu)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng),建(jian)立(li)起(qi)女(nv)(nv)職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)心(xin)(xin)理(li)調適、矛(mao)盾調解、權益(yi)維護于(yu)一體的(de)長(chang)效運行機制(zhi)。

二是搭建平臺。建立了女(nv)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)心(xin)(xin)(xin)靈關(guan)愛工(gong)作(zuo)室,對(dui)來訪女(nv)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)提供心(xin)(xin)(xin)理(li)(li)咨(zi)(zi)詢(xun)與疏導、情緒宣泄、矛盾(dun)調(diao)解(jie)和權益維護等(deng)方面服(fu)務(wu)。定期與基層(ceng)工(gong)會(hui)女(nv)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)委溝(gou)通(tong)(tong)(tong),及時了解(jie)女(nv)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)最關(guan)心(xin)(xin)(xin)的焦(jiao)點(dian)和熱點(dian)問(wen)題以及當前女(nv)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)心(xin)(xin)(xin)理(li)(li)方面存在的主(zhu)要問(wen)題等(deng),共商(shang)“女(nv)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)心(xin)(xin)(xin)靈關(guan)愛工(gong)程(cheng)”的重點(dian)、亟需解(jie)決的問(wen)題和采取的措施。除組織基層(ceng)工(gong)會(hui)積極參加上級工(gong)會(hui)組織的國家心(xin)(xin)(xin)理(li)(li)咨(zi)(zi)詢(xun)師(shi)執(zhi)業資(zi)格培訓(xun)外,鼓勵女(nv)工(gong)干(gan)部(bu)(bu)或女(nv)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)通(tong)(tong)(tong)過自學、培訓(xun)等(deng)方式(shi)取得(de)(de)國家心(xin)(xin)(xin)理(li)(li)咨(zi)(zi)詢(xun)師(shi)執(zhi)業資(zi)格,對(dui)取得(de)(de)國家二級、三級心(xin)(xin)(xin)理(li)(li)咨(zi)(zi)詢(xun)師(shi)資(zi)格的女(nv)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong),集團公司工(gong)會(hui)全部(bu)(bu)納入心(xin)(xin)(xin)理(li)(li)志愿服(fu)務(wu)隊成員(yuan)。將女(nv)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)心(xin)(xin)(xin)理(li)(li)健康培訓(xun)作(zuo)為(wei)女(nv)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)培訓(xun)學校的主(zhu)打科目,舉(ju)辦女(nv)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)心(xin)(xin)(xin)理(li)(li)健康講座,邀請心(xin)(xin)(xin)理(li)(li)專業人(ren)士進車間、進班組、進家庭。開通(tong)(tong)(tong)了礦區女(nv)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)心(xin)(xin)(xin)理(li)(li)服(fu)務(wu)熱線,開設了女(nv)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)心(xin)(xin)(xin)靈關(guan)愛QQ群,指定專業人(ren)員(yuan)進行(xing)管理(li)(li)。

三是載體推動。積極開展女(nv)職(zhi)工心(xin)(xin)理(li)(li)(li)健康狀況(kuang)調查,及時掌握女(nv)職(zhi)工工作(zuo)狀態、職(zhi)業(ye)壓力(li)、人際關系、個人生活的(de)(de)心(xin)(xin)理(li)(li)(li)狀況(kuang)等方(fang)(fang)(fang)面的(de)(de)情況(kuang),制定心(xin)(xin)理(li)(li)(li)救助方(fang)(fang)(fang)案。堅持重心(xin)(xin)下沉,深入(ru)基層、深入(ru)女(nv)職(zhi)工,有(you)的(de)(de)放矢(shi)地幫助女(nv)職(zhi)工緩(huan)解、消除心(xin)(xin)理(li)(li)(li)壓力(li)。根(gen)據女(nv)職(zhi)工的(de)(de)愛好(hao)和(he)意愿,組(zu)織女(nv)職(zhi)工及家(jia)庭(ting)參加心(xin)(xin)理(li)(li)(li)沙龍,開展女(nv)性(xing)健康、家(jia)政管(guan)理(li)(li)(li)、體育健身(shen)、技(ji)能提升、興趣培養等活動,增(zeng)強女(nv)職(zhi)工的(de)(de)社會適(shi)應能力(li)和(he)人際交往能力(li)。創新女(nv)職(zhi)工心(xin)(xin)理(li)(li)(li)健康宣(xuan)傳教(jiao)育方(fang)(fang)(fang)式,層層組(zu)織開展女(nv)職(zhi)工心(xin)(xin)理(li)(li)(li)疏導講課(ke)比(bi)賽,從(cong)情緒管(guan)理(li)(li)(li)、親子關系、壓力(li)與健康、安(an)全幫教(jiao)等角度,充分(fen)運用心(xin)(xin)理(li)(li)(li)學的(de)(de)理(li)(li)(li)論和(he)方(fang)(fang)(fang)法,結合(he)案例、數據、分(fen)析(xi)等進(jin)行闡述,讓(rang)女(nv)職(zhi)工的(de)(de)心(xin)(xin)理(li)(li)(li)得(de)到撫慰(wei)。
