面對(dui)企業經濟形勢異常嚴峻,女職工(gong)心理壓力普(pu)遍加(jia)大的(de)現狀,山東能源(yuan)肥礦集團(tuan)公司工(gong)會緊密結合(he)實際(ji),積極對(dui)女職工(gong)實施(shi)人文關懷,加(jia)強心理疏(shu)導,推(tui)動“女職工(gong)心靈(ling)關愛工(gong)程”的(de)實施(shi),維護了礦區和諧(xie)穩定。
一是健全機制。成(cheng)(cheng)立了(le)(le)以(yi)黨委副(fu)書記、工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)會(hui)主席(xi)(xi)任(ren)組(zu)長(chang)(chang),工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)會(hui)副(fu)主席(xi)(xi)任(ren)副(fu)組(zu)長(chang)(chang),工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)會(hui)各部室負責人(ren)為成(cheng)(cheng)員的(de)(de)“女(nv)(nv)職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)心(xin)靈(ling)(ling)關(guan)(guan)(guan)愛(ai)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)”領導(dao)小(xiao)組(zu)。依托工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)會(hui)女(nv)(nv)職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)組(zu)織網絡,構建起了(le)(le)以(yi)集團公司女(nv)(nv)職(zhi)(zhi)委為主導(dao),礦(處)女(nv)(nv)職(zhi)(zhi)委為骨(gu)干,女(nv)(nv)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)分會(hui)為基礎,形成(cheng)(cheng)了(le)(le)橫向(xiang)(xiang)到邊、縱向(xiang)(xiang)到底的(de)(de)女(nv)(nv)職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)心(xin)靈(ling)(ling)關(guan)(guan)(guan)愛(ai)服務網絡。確立了(le)(le)“以(yi)制(zhi)(zhi)度(du)推(tui)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作,以(yi)考(kao)(kao)核(he)促落實(shi)”工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作思路,制(zhi)(zhi)定下發了(le)(le)《關(guan)(guan)(guan)于“女(nv)(nv)職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)心(xin)靈(ling)(ling)關(guan)(guan)(guan)愛(ai)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)”的(de)(de)實(shi)施方案》,將女(nv)(nv)職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)心(xin)靈(ling)(ling)關(guan)(guan)(guan)愛(ai)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)七項標(biao)準納(na)入(ru)女(nv)(nv)職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作目標(biao)管理(li)考(kao)(kao)核(he)、“職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)之家”建設(she)綜合(he)考(kao)(kao)核(he)和(he)基層(ceng)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)會(hui)領導(dao)人(ren)員誠信(xin)履職(zhi)(zhi)考(kao)(kao)核(he)。建立健全了(le)(le)“心(xin)靈(ling)(ling)關(guan)(guan)(guan)愛(ai)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)”培(pei)訓、調研、建檔等一系列工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作制(zhi)(zhi)度(du),規(gui)范了(le)(le)心(xin)理(li)咨詢與服務流程(cheng),建立起女(nv)(nv)職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)心(xin)理(li)調適、矛盾(dun)調解、權益維護于一體的(de)(de)長(chang)(chang)效運行機(ji)制(zhi)(zhi)。
二是搭建平臺。建立了(le)(le)女(nv)(nv)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)心靈(ling)關(guan)愛(ai)(ai)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作室(shi),對來訪女(nv)(nv)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)提(ti)供(gong)心理(li)咨詢與(yu)疏導(dao)、情(qing)緒宣泄、矛(mao)盾調解(jie)和權益(yi)維護(hu)等(deng)方面(mian)服(fu)(fu)務。定期與(yu)基(ji)層(ceng)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)會(hui)女(nv)(nv)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)委溝通(tong)(tong),及(ji)時了(le)(le)解(jie)女(nv)(nv)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)最關(guan)心的(de)(de)焦點和熱點問題以及(ji)當(dang)前女(nv)(nv)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)心理(li)方面(mian)存在的(de)(de)主(zhu)要問題等(deng),共商“女(nv)(nv)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)心靈(ling)關(guan)愛(ai)(ai)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程”的(de)(de)重點、亟需解(jie)決的(de)(de)問題和采取(qu)的(de)(de)措施。除組(zu)織(zhi)基(ji)層(ceng)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)會(hui)積極(ji)參加(jia)上級(ji)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)會(hui)組(zu)織(zhi)的(de)(de)國家(jia)心理(li)咨詢師執業(ye)資格(ge)培(pei)訓外,鼓勵女(nv)(nv)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)干部(bu)或女(nv)(nv)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)通(tong)(tong)過自(zi)學、培(pei)訓等(deng)方式取(qu)得國家(jia)心理(li)咨詢師執業(ye)資格(ge),對取(qu)得國家(jia)二級(ji)、三級(ji)心理(li)咨詢師資格(ge)的(de)(de)女(nv)(nv)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong),集團公司工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)會(hui)全(quan)部(bu)納(na)入心理(li)志愿服(fu)(fu)務隊成員(yuan)。將女(nv)(nv)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)心理(li)健(jian)康培(pei)訓作為(wei)女(nv)(nv)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)培(pei)訓學校的(de)(de)主(zhu)打科目(mu),舉(ju)辦女(nv)(nv)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)心理(li)健(jian)康講座,邀請心理(li)專業(ye)人(ren)士進(jin)車間、進(jin)班(ban)組(zu)、進(jin)家(jia)庭。開(kai)通(tong)(tong)了(le)(le)礦區女(nv)(nv)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)心理(li)服(fu)(fu)務熱線(xian),開(kai)設了(le)(le)女(nv)(nv)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)心靈(ling)關(guan)愛(ai)(ai)QQ群,指(zhi)定專業(ye)人(ren)員(yuan)進(jin)行管理(li)。
三是載體推動。積極開(kai)展女(nv)(nv)職(zhi)工(gong)心理(li)(li)(li)(li)健康狀(zhuang)況(kuang)(kuang)調查,及時(shi)掌握(wo)女(nv)(nv)職(zhi)工(gong)工(gong)作狀(zhuang)態、職(zhi)業壓(ya)(ya)力、人際關系、個人生活的(de)心理(li)(li)(li)(li)狀(zhuang)況(kuang)(kuang)等方面的(de)情況(kuang)(kuang),制定(ding)心理(li)(li)(li)(li)救助方案。堅持重(zhong)心下沉,深(shen)入(ru)基層、深(shen)入(ru)女(nv)(nv)職(zhi)工(gong),有(you)的(de)放矢地幫助女(nv)(nv)職(zhi)工(gong)緩解、消除心理(li)(li)(li)(li)壓(ya)(ya)力。根(gen)據(ju)女(nv)(nv)職(zhi)工(gong)的(de)愛好和意(yi)愿(yuan),組織女(nv)(nv)職(zhi)工(gong)及家(jia)庭參加(jia)心理(li)(li)(li)(li)沙龍(long),開(kai)展女(nv)(nv)性(xing)健康、家(jia)政管理(li)(li)(li)(li)、體育健身、技能提升、興(xing)趣培養等活動,增強(qiang)女(nv)(nv)職(zhi)工(gong)的(de)社(she)會適應能力和人際交往能力。創(chuang)新女(nv)(nv)職(zhi)工(gong)心理(li)(li)(li)(li)健康宣傳教育方式(shi),層層組織開(kai)展女(nv)(nv)職(zhi)工(gong)心理(li)(li)(li)(li)疏導講課比(bi)賽,從情緒管理(li)(li)(li)(li)、親子關系、壓(ya)(ya)力與健康、安全幫教等角度,充(chong)分運用心理(li)(li)(li)(li)學的(de)理(li)(li)(li)(li)論(lun)和方法,結(jie)合案例、數據(ju)、分析(xi)等進行(xing)闡述(shu),讓女(nv)(nv)職(zhi)工(gong)的(de)心理(li)(li)(li)(li)得到撫慰。
