龍(long)口(kou)礦(kuang)業集團(tuan)龍(long)福公司工會在抓安全教(jiao)育過程中,突出安全與(yu)生命的關系,引導教(jiao)育員工做到正規操作、按章作業、安全生產,讓“要(yao)我安全”轉化為“我要(yao)安全”,收到較好教(jiao)育效果。
他們通過“開講十分(fen)鐘”和“每(mei)日一題(ti)”等形(xing)式(shi),利用班(ban)前、班(ban)后會(hui)深(shen)入(ru)到(dao)各車間工(gong)(gong)會(hui)反復宣講安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)在企(qi)業(ye)(ye)中(zhong)所(suo)處的(de)(de)重(zhong)要(yao)地(di)位和作(zuo)(zuo)用,大(da)(da)講搞好(hao)安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)生產對促進企(qi)業(ye)(ye)改革發展的(de)(de)重(zhong)大(da)(da)意義,大(da)(da)講正(zheng)規操作(zuo)(zuo)、按章作(zuo)(zuo)業(ye)(ye)的(de)(de)重(zhong)要(yao)性。三(san)季度(du)以來,各車間工(gong)(gong)會(hui)就開展了50多(duo)次安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)形(xing)勢(shi)宣講,受(shou)教育職工(gong)(gong)達到(dao)500多(duo)人次,學習“每(mei)日一題(ti)”170多(duo)個。對嚴重(zhong)“三(san)違(wei)”人員、安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)意識淡薄人員和情(qing)緒不穩定(ding)(ding)(ding)的(de)(de)職工(gong)(gong),采取走訪談心(xin)、親情(qing)感(gan)化和舉辦培訓班(ban)等多(duo)種形(xing)式(shi),有針對性地(di)做好(hao)一人一事的(de)(de)思想教育工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo),增強(qiang)員工(gong)(gong)搞好(hao)安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)生產的(de)(de)信心(xin)。使(shi)員工(gong)(gong)不斷增強(qiang)“如履薄冰,如臨深(shen)淵”的(de)(de)安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)責(ze)(ze)任(ren)感(gan)、壓力(li)感(gan)和緊迫感(gan),牢(lao)固(gu)樹立起(qi)“安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)責(ze)(ze)任(ren)重(zhong)于泰山”、“安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)是最大(da)(da)的(de)(de)政治、最大(da)(da)的(de)(de)穩定(ding)(ding)(ding)、最大(da)(da)的(de)(de)效益”、“生命有多(duo)寶貴,安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)就有多(duo)重(zhong)要(yao)”的(de)(de)思想意識。公司工(gong)(gong)會(hui)還將(jiang)安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)教育工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)融入(ru)企(qi)業(ye)(ye)的(de)(de)整體(ti)發展規劃,根據不同時期的(de)(de)安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)重(zhong)點,確定(ding)(ding)(ding)安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)教育的(de)(de)目(mu)標(biao)和任(ren)務,明確責(ze)(ze)任(ren)分(fen)工(gong)(gong),并把責(ze)(ze)任(ren)目(mu)標(biao)層(ceng)(ceng)層(ceng)(ceng)分(fen)解落(luo)實到(dao)各單位、部門和人頭,做到(dao)“四定(ding)(ding)(ding)”即定(ding)(ding)(ding)標(biao)準、定(ding)(ding)(ding)責(ze)(ze)任(ren)、定(ding)(ding)(ding)考核、定(ding)(ding)(ding)獎懲。
