山東能(neng)源棗礦(kuang)集團濱湖煤礦(kuang)工(gong)(gong)(gong)會積極發(fa)揮“三個作用(yong)”,從解決職工(gong)(gong)(gong)思想(xiang)認識(shi)和實際生(sheng)活困難入手(shou),切實做(zuo)好新(xin)常態下(xia)的職工(gong)(gong)(gong)群眾(zhong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作,積極構建(jian)和諧勞(lao)動關系。
一是發(fa)揮“調(diao)查員”作用。通過與(yu)職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)群眾真(zhen)心實意交(jiao)朋友,帶著感情、帶著任務、帶著措施,深(shen)入(ru)車間、深(shen)入(ru)班組(zu)、深(shen)入(ru)一線,面對面地和職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)溝通交(jiao)流(liu),了(le)解掌(zhang)握職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)的生產、生活和思想狀況,向職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)講(jiang)(jiang)透、講(jiang)(jiang)明(ming)企業應對困難的措施,讓每名(ming)職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)知形勢(shi)、明(ming)任務,把(ba)職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)思想和智慧統一到礦黨(dang)政度危求(qiu)進的工(gong)(gong)(gong)作思路(lu)上(shang)來。
二是發揮“宣傳員”作(zuo)用。結合當前職(zhi)(zhi)工群眾(zhong)關心的“熱點(dian)”問題,該(gai)礦(kuang)工會進(jin)一步暢(chang)通(tong)信(xin)息溝通(tong)渠道,依(yi)托(tuo)“礦(kuang)情民意直(zhi)通(tong)車(che)(che)”網上平臺、職(zhi)(zhi)工意見箱和(he)公開辦公電話等形(xing)式,對職(zhi)(zhi)工意見、建(jian)議和(he)反映的問題逐個予以(yi)回復或反饋,切(qie)實做到(dao)了答疑(yi)釋(shi)惑、政策宣傳,消除(chu)了影響礦(kuang)井(jing)穩定(ding)團結的“不和(he)諧因素”。同時(shi)還以(yi)車(che)(che)間工會為(wei)單位建(jian)立了“職(zhi)(zhi)工溝通(tong)室”,由各車(che)(che)間工會主(zhu)席負責(ze)向本單位職(zhi)(zhi)工講(jiang)形(xing)勢、講(jiang)任(ren)務、講(jiang)前景,進(jin)一步堅定(ding)信(xin)心、提振精神(shen),讓職(zhi)(zhi)工看到(dao)光明和(he)希望(wang)。
三(san)是發揮“服務員”作用。充分發揮工(gong)(gong)會組織關(guan)愛職(zhi)能,在健(jian)全完善慈(ci)善服務站建設(she)的(de)基礎(chu)上,積極落實困(kun)難職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)幫(bang)扶救助辦(ban)法,努(nu)力為(wei)職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)多做好(hao)事(shi)、多辦(ban)實事(shi)。今(jin)年以來(lai),對60戶(hu)困(kun)難職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)進行(xing)了(le)幫(bang)扶救助,發放(fang)救濟款40500元(yuan);對8戶(hu)特別(bie)困(kun)難家(jia)庭(ting)進行(xing)了(le)走訪慰問;分別(bie)為(wei)2戶(hu)困(kun)難職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)辦(ban)理(li)了(le)職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)子女殘疾救助。每月(yue)堅(jian)持對“兩堂一舍(she)”職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)滿意度(du)情(qing)況進行(xing)民(min)主測評,并及時(shi)公示測評結果,接受職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)的(de)監督,有力推動(dong)了(le)服務質量的(de)提升,努(nu)力當好(hao)職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)群眾的(de)“娘(niang)家(jia)人”。
