以(yi)(yi)技能培訓為(wei)主線,持(chi)續推進(jin)(jin)練(lian)(lian)兵(bing)比武(wu)常態化。把開展(zhan)崗位練(lian)(lian)兵(bing)、技術比武(wu)作為(wei)提升員工(gong)(gong)素質、落實“人才強企(qi)”戰略(lve)的(de)一(yi)項(xiang)重要載(zai)體,遵循“短小、動態、全員、經常、特色、實效”12字原(yuan)則,建(jian)立(li)了(le)技術比武(wu)常態化機制。成立(li)了(le)由黨政領導任組長(chang)的(de)活(huo)動領導小組,在工(gong)(gong)會設立(li)活(huo)動辦公室,按照采煤、掘(jue)進(jin)(jin)、機電、通防、地測、救護等11個(ge)(ge)專(zhuan)業,設立(li)具有實效性和代(dai)表性工(gong)(gong)種的(de)練(lian)(lian)兵(bing)項(xiang)目46個(ge)(ge),突出專(zhuan)業自(zi)(zi)設擂(lei)臺(tai)、自(zi)(zi)定(ding)項(xiang)目、自(zi)(zi)行組織,重點以(yi)(yi)小練(lian)(lian)兵(bing)、小競(jing)賽為(wei)主,靈(ling)活(huo)開展(zhan)小型多(duo)樣的(de)練(lian)(lian)兵(bing)比武(wu)活(huo)動。廣大職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)堅持(chi)以(yi)(yi)“崗位”為(wei)陣地,以(yi)(yi)本職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)作為(wei)中心(xin),干(gan)中練(lian)(lian)、練(lian)(lian)中干(gan),做(zuo)到工(gong)(gong)作、練(lian)(lian)兵(bing)兩不誤(wu)。今年一(yi)季度(du)就開展(zhan)了(le)44個(ge)(ge)工(gong)(gong)種的(de)技術比武(wu),參(can)與職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)達1280多(duo)人。
以(yi)崗(gang)位競(jing)(jing)(jing)賽為(wei)載體(ti),深入推(tui)進(jin)“崗(gang)號(hao)同(tong)創(chuang)”不(bu)斷線。該公司工會(hui)以(yi)深化“工人先鋒號(hao)”和“工人先鋒崗(gang)”創(chuang)建活動為(wei)載體(ti),圍繞采煤單(dan)產(chan)、掘(jue)進(jin)單(dan)進(jin)、原煤提升、精煤洗選,堅持開(kai)展安(an)全質量競(jing)(jing)(jing)賽、生產(chan)效(xiao)率競(jing)(jing)(jing)賽、降本增效(xiao)競(jing)(jing)(jing)賽、服(fu)務(wu)保(bao)障競(jing)(jing)(jing)賽活動,扎實推(tui)進(jin)“個人集體(ti)同(tong)進(jin)、百組千員同(tong)樹”活動。同(tong)時(shi)堅持月考季評(ping)、選標(biao)樹優,以(yi)勞動競(jing)(jing)(jing)賽激發員工的(de)工作熱情和崗(gang)位創(chuang)效(xiao)活力,充分發揮(hui)職(zhi)工群眾在增盈減虧(kui)中的(de)主力軍(jun)作用。
