山東能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)源棗礦(kuang)集團(tuan)新(xin)安煤業公司工(gong)會圍繞人才強企戰略(lve),充分發揮(hui)自身優勢(shi),確立了以技(ji)(ji)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)培(pei)訓(xun)為主線(xian)、以崗(gang)(gang)位競賽為載體、以搭建創(chuang)新(xin)平(ping)臺為抓手的(de)職工(gong)技(ji)(ji)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)提升計(ji)劃(hua),并(bing)通過開展職工(gong)崗(gang)(gang)位練(lian)兵、常態化技(ji)(ji)術比武、爭創(chuang)“工(gong)人先鋒號”、勞(lao)模(高技(ji)(ji)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)人才)創(chuang)新(xin)工(gong)作室和群眾性“五小”科(ke)技(ji)(ji)創(chuang)新(xin)等系(xi)列活(huo)動(dong),大力推動(dong)職工(gong)技(ji)(ji)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)素(su)質提升,為企業度危求進(jin)、逆(ni)勢(shi)發展提供技(ji)(ji)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)人才保障。
以技(ji)能培訓為(wei)(wei)主線,持(chi)續推進(jin)練兵比(bi)武(wu)(wu)常態化。把開(kai)(kai)展崗位(wei)練兵、技(ji)術比(bi)武(wu)(wu)作(zuo)為(wei)(wei)提升員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)素質、落(luo)實(shi)“人(ren)才強(qiang)企”戰略的一(yi)項(xiang)重(zhong)要載體,遵循(xun)“短小、動態、全員(yuan)、經常、特色、實(shi)效”12字原則,建立(li)了技(ji)術比(bi)武(wu)(wu)常態化機制。成立(li)了由黨(dang)政領(ling)導(dao)任(ren)組(zu)長(chang)的活(huo)動領(ling)導(dao)小組(zu),在(zai)工(gong)(gong)(gong)會設立(li)活(huo)動辦公室,按照采煤、掘進(jin)、機電、通防、地(di)(di)測、救(jiu)護等(deng)11個專業(ye),設立(li)具有實(shi)效性和代(dai)表性工(gong)(gong)(gong)種的練兵項(xiang)目46個,突出專業(ye)自(zi)設擂臺、自(zi)定項(xiang)目、自(zi)行(xing)組(zu)織,重(zhong)點(dian)以小練兵、小競賽為(wei)(wei)主,靈活(huo)開(kai)(kai)展小型多樣的練兵比(bi)武(wu)(wu)活(huo)動。廣大(da)職工(gong)(gong)(gong)堅持(chi)以“崗位(wei)”為(wei)(wei)陣地(di)(di),以本職工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)為(wei)(wei)中(zhong)心(xin),干(gan)中(zhong)練、練中(zhong)干(gan),做到工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)、練兵兩不誤(wu)。今年一(yi)季度就開(kai)(kai)展了44個工(gong)(gong)(gong)種的技(ji)術比(bi)武(wu)(wu),參與職工(gong)(gong)(gong)達(da)1280多人(ren)。
以崗(gang)位(wei)競(jing)(jing)賽(sai)(sai)為(wei)載體(ti),深入推進“崗(gang)號同(tong)(tong)創”不斷線。該公司工(gong)(gong)會以深化“工(gong)(gong)人先鋒(feng)號”和“工(gong)(gong)人先鋒(feng)崗(gang)”創建活(huo)動(dong)為(wei)載體(ti),圍繞采煤(mei)單產、掘(jue)進單進、原(yuan)煤(mei)提升、精煤(mei)洗選(xuan),堅(jian)持開(kai)展(zhan)安全(quan)質量競(jing)(jing)賽(sai)(sai)、生(sheng)產效(xiao)率競(jing)(jing)賽(sai)(sai)、降本(ben)增效(xiao)競(jing)(jing)賽(sai)(sai)、服(fu)務保障競(jing)(jing)賽(sai)(sai)活(huo)動(dong),扎實推進“個(ge)人集體(ti)同(tong)(tong)進、百組千員(yuan)同(tong)(tong)樹”活(huo)動(dong)。同(tong)(tong)時堅(jian)持月考季(ji)評(ping)、選(xuan)標樹優,以勞動(dong)競(jing)(jing)賽(sai)(sai)激發員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)的(de)工(gong)(gong)作熱(re)情(qing)和崗(gang)位(wei)創效(xiao)活(huo)力,充分發揮(hui)職工(gong)(gong)群眾在增盈減虧中的(de)主(zhu)力軍作用。
以搭建創(chuang)新(xin)(xin)平臺為(wei)抓手,做到素(su)質提(ti)升常抓不懈。充分(fen)發(fa)揮勞模(mo)(mo)創(chuang)新(xin)(xin)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)室(shi)(shi)引領作(zuo)(zuo)用(yong)(yong),廣泛開展勞動模(mo)(mo)范技(ji)能傳承、技(ji)能研習和(he)關(guan)(guan)鍵工(gong)藝創(chuang)新(xin)(xin)攻關(guan)(guan),創(chuang)建了2個勞模(mo)(mo)創(chuang)新(xin)(xin)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)室(shi)(shi),打造4個勞模(mo)(mo)創(chuang)新(xin)(xin)實踐(jian)基地,組建10支技(ji)能人(ren)才(勞模(mo)(mo))創(chuang)新(xin)(xin)團隊,增(zeng)強了勞模(mo)(mo)創(chuang)新(xin)(xin)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)室(shi)(shi)的創(chuang)新(xin)(xin)攻關(guan)(guan)能力、人(ren)才培養能力和(he)集(ji)(ji)成(cheng)(cheng)創(chuang)新(xin)(xin)能力。同(tong)時(shi),進(jin)一步拓展“五(wu)(wu)小(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)”群(qun)眾科技(ji)創(chuang)新(xin)(xin)內涵,大力推廣、應用(yong)(yong)新(xin)(xin)方法、新(xin)(xin)技(ji)術、新(xin)(xin)工(gong)藝、新(xin)(xin)材(cai)料、新(xin)(xin)裝備和(he)征(zheng)集(ji)(ji)小(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)發(fa)明(ming)、小(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)革新(xin)(xin)、小(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)創(chuang)造、小(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)設計、小(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)竅(qiao)門(men)、小(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)絕活、小(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)技(ji)術、小(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)點子、小(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)節約、小(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)建議(yi)“十小(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)成(cheng)(cheng)果”,切(qie)實將“五(wu)(wu)新(xin)(xin)十小(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)”群(qun)眾性創(chuang)新(xin)(xin)創(chuang)效(xiao)活動推向深入。
