當山東能源龍礦(kuang)集團龍福公司(si)工會(hui)安監(jian)站(zhan)57歲的(de)老工人鄭(zheng)建亮(liang)接到公司(si)送來的(de)兩千慰問金時,激動地(di)對(dui)工會(hui)主席(xi)趙忠剛表示:“老伴住院,家(jia)里經(jing)濟出現了困難,是你們想著我、惦記著我,真心地(di)謝(xie)謝(xie)呀!”
傾心(xin)當好職(zhi)(zhi)工的“貼心(xin)人、代言人、娘家人”,把關心(xin)職(zhi)(zhi)工利(li)益放在(zai)第一要務上,查民情、解民憂,全方(fang)位為(wei)職(zhi)(zhi)工做好貼心(xin)、維(wei)權服務,這(zhe)是龍福公司工會一直倡(chang)導的工作作風。
當(dang)好(hao)“貼(tie)心人”,抓好(hao)救(jiu)助幫扶工(gong)(gong)作。該公司工(gong)(gong)會不斷創(chuang)新幫扶機(ji)制,圍繞改善民生(sheng)、促進(jin)和諧這一(yi)主線,對困(kun)難職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)逐(zhu)戶進(jin)行了走訪調查,建立了“金(jin)秋助學”檔案(an)、困(kun)難職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)幫扶“綠(lv)色通道(dao)(dao)”和老弱病殘及單親女工(gong)(gong)檔案(an)等(deng)。積極開展了“春送技能、夏送清涼、金(jin)秋助學、冬送溫暖(nuan)”系列幫扶活動。前不久(jiu),機(ji)電維修中心工(gong)(gong)人高濤的(de)妻子在煙臺做手(shou)術,妻子又沒有醫保,當(dang)工(gong)(gong)會知道(dao)(dao)這一(yi)事情后,立即送去了兩千元(yuan)的(de)慰問金(jin)。2014年以來,為各(ge)類困(kun)難職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)家庭提供(gong)救(jiu)濟款和慰問物資20余萬元(yuan),真正把組織的(de)溫暖(nuan)送到了困(kun)難職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)群眾心中。
當好(hao)“代言人(ren)”,抓(zhua)好(hao)維權措施落(luo)實。公司工(gong)(gong)會為暢通(tong)職工(gong)(gong)利益(yi)訴求渠道(dao),把職工(gong)(gong)群眾(zhong)反映(ying)的(de)(de)(de)熱點、難點、疑點問題(ti)仔細梳理、認真(zhen)排(pai)查。當職工(gong)(gong)對政策不(bu)明白、對問題(ti)不(bu)清(qing)楚時(shi),他們(men)就主動上門,讓(rang)職工(gong)(gong)訴委屈、道(dao)煩惱、發牢(lao)騷后再耐心講解(jie)。前不(bu)久,煉油分公司一(yi)名職工(gong)(gong)因違章受到(dao)安(an)監部門的(de)(de)(de)處罰,他個人(ren)對罰款數(shu)額不(bu)理解(jie),工(gong)(gong)會知道(dao)后,進(jin)行了(le)(le)(le)詳(xiang)細了(le)(le)(le)解(jie),妥善解(jie)決了(le)(le)(le)此事(shi)。既(ji)消除了(le)(le)(le)不(bu)穩(wen)定因素,又密切了(le)(le)(le)干(gan)群關系,維護(hu)了(le)(le)(le)職工(gong)(gong)的(de)(de)(de)合法權益(yi),用(yong)真(zhen)情為職工(gong)(gong)撐起了(le)(le)(le)一(yi)把保護(hu)傘。
當(dang)好(hao)“娘家(jia)(jia)人”,抓好(hao)職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)建(jian)家(jia)(jia)活動。該公(gong)司工(gong)(gong)(gong)會(hui)樹立“發展為(wei)先、職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)為(wei)本”理(li)念,努(nu)力(li)把(ba)建(jian)家(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作抓在(zai)(zai)點(dian)子上(shang)、干在(zai)(zai)關(guan)(guan)鍵(jian)處、站在(zai)(zai)最前列,讓職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)在(zai)(zai)企業(ye)有“家(jia)(jia)”可歸。今(jin)年,針對職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)反映的(de)上(shang)班時(shi)間調整(zheng)的(de)問(wen)題,協調相關(guan)(guan)部門,調整(zheng)了(le)(le)時(shi)間,受到職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)的(de)歡迎。今(jin)年五月(yue)初,組織了(le)(le)全(quan)(quan)(quan)體(ti)女工(gong)(gong)(gong)進(jin)(jin)行(xing)健康(kang)查體(ti),又對特殊(shu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)種進(jin)(jin)行(xing)了(le)(le)職(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)病查體(ti)。四(si)月(yue)份檢(jian)修時(shi),工(gong)(gong)(gong)會(hui)還(huan)組織人員為(wei)一(yi)線職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)送去(qu)了(le)(le)溫暖。前不久(jiu),又組織了(le)(le)群(qun)眾安(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)組織和女工(gong)(gong)(gong)委到生產一(yi)線開展職(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)健康(kang)檢(jian)查和群(qun)眾安(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)檢(jian)查,把(ba)關(guan)(guan)愛職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)落(luo)實(shi)到具體(ti)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作中。工(gong)(gong)(gong)會(hui)還(huan)全(quan)(quan)(quan)面開展了(le)(le)“工(gong)(gong)(gong)人先鋒號”創建(jian)活動,組織了(le)(le)“度危求進(jin)(jin)”合(he)理(li)化建(jian)議(yi)征集(ji)活動,對評選(xuan)出的(de)38條優(you)秀(xiu)建(jian)議(yi)給(gei)予了(le)(le)物資獎勵(li),動態(tai)在(zai)(zai)分公(gong)司、車間開展評選(xuan)出“優(you)秀(xiu)班組長(chang)”,及時(shi)總(zong)結(jie)優(you)秀(xiu)班組的(de)安(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)管理(li)經驗,從而(er)促進(jin)(jin)了(le)(le)公(gong)司的(de)安(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)生產。
