山東能(neng)源(yuan)棗礦集(ji)團(tuan)(tuan)蔣莊煤礦工(gong)(gong)會以“五(wu)個到(dao)位”和“六項機制”為抓手,緊(jin)密(mi)結合“四雙(shuang)”暨“五(wu)型”工(gong)(gong)會創(chuang)建深化(hua)提升年的活動(dong)內涵,在各(ge)級(ji)工(gong)(gong)會干部中樹立(li)“紅線(xian)意(yi)識”,遠離該礦“講(jiang)形勢、轉(zhuan)作(zuo)風、嚴管理、促(cu)提升”教育實踐活動(dong)“十(shi)項嚴禁”、集(ji)團(tuan)(tuan)公(gong)司 “五(wu)嚴格(ge)、六嚴禁”的“高壓線(xian)”,進(jin)一步推(tui)進(jin)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo),維護了各(ge)級(ji)工(gong)(gong)會干部的良(liang)好形象。
“五個到位(wei)”,即要求各級工(gong)會(hui)干部在(zai)(zai)推進工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)中確(que)保(bao)安排到位(wei)、落實到位(wei)、檢查(cha)(cha)到位(wei)、監督到位(wei)、獎懲(cheng)到位(wei)。“六(liu)項機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)制(zhi)”,即要求各級工(gong)會(hui)干部在(zai)(zai)日常(chang)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)尤其(qi)是在(zai)(zai)深入基層工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)中堅(jian)持分(fen)析研(yan)判機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)制(zhi),通過(guo)開展調查(cha)(cha)研(yan)究、實地走訪、會(hui)議座(zuo)談等方式,動(dong)態掌握職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)隊(dui)伍穩(wen)(wen)定(ding)情況;預防預警機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)制(zhi),動(dong)態開展隱(yin)患排查(cha)(cha)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo),及(ji)時發現影響職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)隊(dui)伍穩(wen)(wen)定(ding)的(de)苗頭(tou)性(xing)、傾向性(xing)問題,當好“第(di)一知(zhi)情人”;協(xie)調處(chu)理(li)(li)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)制(zhi),做好各類糾紛的(de)協(xie)調處(chu)理(li)(li),當好“第(di)一協(xie)調人”;信(xin)息報送(song)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)制(zhi),及(ji)時準(zhun)確(que)上報涉(she)及(ji)職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)隊(dui)伍穩(wen)(wen)定(ding)和(he)職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)群(qun)體(ti)性(xing)事件(jian)(jian)的(de)信(xin)息,當好“第(di)一報告人”;應急處(chu)置機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)制(zhi),科學謀劃(hua)職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)群(qun)體(ti)性(xing)事件(jian)(jian)的(de)處(chu)置,建立健全職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)群(qun)體(ti)性(xing)事件(jian)(jian)應急處(chu)置預案;組織保(bao)障機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)制(zhi),切實加(jia)強基層車(che)間工(gong)會(hui)組織建設,夯實維護職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)合(he)法權益和(he)隊(dui)伍穩(wen)(wen)定(ding)的(de)基礎(chu)。
