山東(dong)能(neng)源棗礦集團蔣莊煤(mei)礦工會(hui)以“五(wu)(wu)個到位”和“六(liu)項(xiang)機制”為抓(zhua)手,緊密結合“四雙”暨“五(wu)(wu)型(xing)”工會(hui)創建深化提升(sheng)年的(de)活動內(nei)涵,在各級(ji)工會(hui)干(gan)部(bu)中樹立“紅(hong)線意(yi)識”,遠離(li)該礦“講形勢、轉作風、嚴(yan)管理、促提升(sheng)”教育(yu)實踐活動“十項(xiang)嚴(yan)禁”、集團公司(si) “五(wu)(wu)嚴(yan)格、六(liu)嚴(yan)禁”的(de)“高壓線”,進(jin)一步推(tui)進(jin)工作,維護了各級(ji)工會(hui)干(gan)部(bu)的(de)良好形象。
“五(wu)個到位(wei)(wei)”,即(ji)要(yao)求各級工(gong)(gong)會(hui)干(gan)(gan)部(bu)在(zai)(zai)推進工(gong)(gong)作中(zhong)確保安排到位(wei)(wei)、落實到位(wei)(wei)、檢查到位(wei)(wei)、監督到位(wei)(wei)、獎懲到位(wei)(wei)。“六(liu)項機(ji)(ji)制(zhi)”,即(ji)要(yao)求各級工(gong)(gong)會(hui)干(gan)(gan)部(bu)在(zai)(zai)日(ri)常工(gong)(gong)作尤其是在(zai)(zai)深入基(ji)層工(gong)(gong)作中(zhong)堅持分析研(yan)判機(ji)(ji)制(zhi),通過(guo)開展調查研(yan)究(jiu)、實地(di)走訪、會(hui)議座談(tan)等方式(shi),動(dong)態(tai)掌握(wo)職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)隊(dui)伍(wu)(wu)穩(wen)定情況;預(yu)防預(yu)警機(ji)(ji)制(zhi),動(dong)態(tai)開展隱患排查工(gong)(gong)作,及(ji)時發現影響(xiang)職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)隊(dui)伍(wu)(wu)穩(wen)定的(de)苗頭性(xing)(xing)、傾(qing)向性(xing)(xing)問(wen)題(ti),當好(hao)“第(di)(di)(di)一知情人”;協調處(chu)(chu)理機(ji)(ji)制(zhi),做好(hao)各類糾紛的(de)協調處(chu)(chu)理,當好(hao)“第(di)(di)(di)一協調人”;信(xin)息報送機(ji)(ji)制(zhi),及(ji)時準確上報涉及(ji)職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)隊(dui)伍(wu)(wu)穩(wen)定和(he)職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)群體性(xing)(xing)事件(jian)的(de)信(xin)息,當好(hao)“第(di)(di)(di)一報告人”;應(ying)急處(chu)(chu)置(zhi)機(ji)(ji)制(zhi),科學謀劃職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)群體性(xing)(xing)事件(jian)的(de)處(chu)(chu)置(zhi),建(jian)立健全職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)群體性(xing)(xing)事件(jian)應(ying)急處(chu)(chu)置(zhi)預(yu)案;組織(zhi)保障機(ji)(ji)制(zhi),切(qie)實加強(qiang)基(ji)層車間工(gong)(gong)會(hui)組織(zhi)建(jian)設,夯實維(wei)護職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)合(he)法權益和(he)隊(dui)伍(wu)(wu)穩(wen)定的(de)基(ji)礎。
