3月(yue)20日,山東能源龍(long)礦(kuang)集(ji)團(tuan)北(bei)皂煤(mei)礦(kuang)掘進三區209隊正在對海域-350皮帶巷道(dao)進行返(fan)修,所用的(de)鋼筋(jin)網(wang)卻不是新購買的(de),而是復新加工的(de)。現在,該(gai)礦(kuang)對返(fan)修巷道(dao)全部(bu)使(shi)用復新鋼筋(jin)網(wang),節省了企(qi)業生(sheng)產成(cheng)本。而這項(xiang)(xiang)“鋼筋(jin)網(wang)復新循環利(li)用技術(shu)”來源于(yu)北(bei)皂礦(kuang)職(zhi)工的(de)一項(xiang)(xiang)合理化建議。據(ju)了解,去年(nian)至今,龍(long)礦(kuang)集(ji)團(tuan)通過職(zhi)工獻策節約價值30萬元(yuan)以上(shang)的(de)成(cheng)果就有9項(xiang)(xiang)。
面(mian)對(dui)煤炭市場(chang)的(de)(de)(de)嚴峻形勢(shi),龍礦集團緊(jin)緊(jin)圍(wei)繞“全(quan)(quan)員(yuan)增效創(chuang)利,全(quan)(quan)員(yuan)節支降(jiang)耗”主題,在全(quan)(quan)體干部職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)中(zhong)(zhong)開展“百(bai)千萬”合(he)(he)(he)理(li)(li)化建(jian)議活動(dong),團結(jie)動(dong)員(yuan)每一名職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)為推動(dong)企業(ye)改革創(chuang)新(xin)、逆境突(tu)圍(wei)注入(ru)活力(li)(li)。他們發(fa)(fa)動(dong)全(quan)(quan)體職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)提(ti)(ti)一萬條(tiao)合(he)(he)(he)理(li)(li)化建(jian)議,發(fa)(fa)動(dong)科級(ji)(ji)管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)人(ren)(ren)員(yuan)和中(zhong)(zhong)高級(ji)(ji)技術人(ren)(ren)員(yuan)貢獻一千個(ge)“金點(dian)子(zi)”,在礦處級(ji)(ji)管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)人(ren)(ren)員(yuan)中(zhong)(zhong)開展百(bai)人(ren)(ren)管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)診斷活動(dong),發(fa)(fa)揮廣(guang)大干部員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)當(dang)家(jia)做(zuo)主的(de)(de)(de)“主人(ren)(ren)翁”作(zuo)用,依(yi)靠大家(jia)的(de)(de)(de)力(li)(li)量合(he)(he)(he)力(li)(li)渡危解困(kun)。據了解,去年至今,龍礦全(quan)(quan)體職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)提(ti)(ti)出合(he)(he)(he)理(li)(li)化建(jian)議11320條(tiao),一般管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)人(ren)(ren)員(yuan)提(ti)(ti)出金點(dian)子(zi)2316條(tiao),處級(ji)(ji)以上管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)干部提(ti)(ti)出管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)診斷方(fang)案175個(ge),涉及(ji)經營、管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)、安(an)全(quan)(quan)、節能(neng)降(jiang)本、人(ren)(ren)才培養(yang)等方(fang)面(mian)。僅(jin)在職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)提(ti)(ti)供的(de)(de)(de)上萬條(tiao)合(he)(he)(he)理(li)(li)化建(jian)議中(zhong)(zhong)就采納實施2117條(tiao),為企業(ye)逆境突(tu)圍(wei)、轉型(xing)發(fa)(fa)展提(ti)(ti)供了助力(li)(li),其中(zhong)(zhong)5項職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)合(he)(he)(he)理(li)(li)化建(jian)議榮獲煙(yan)臺市總工(gong)(gong)會(hui)優秀創(chuang)新(xin)成果(guo),4項職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)技術創(chuang)新(xin)成果(guo)和先進(jin)操(cao)作(zuo)法受(shou)到省煤礦工(gong)(gong)會(hui)和全(quan)(quan)國能(neng)源化工(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)表(biao)彰。
“我通過總(zong)經理郵箱提的‘職工(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)瓶車(che)需要(yao)充電(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)源’建議,不(bu)(bu)到半個月就(jiu)得到了解決,一百多工(gong)友(you)都因此受益。”龍泰熱電(dian)(dian)(dian)運行車(che)間職工(gong)劉(liu)剛(gang)說起此事(shi)便不(bu)(bu)由得翹(qiao)起嘴角,心里(li)美滋滋的。他們(men)駐(zhu)外職工(gong)一個周才能(neng)回家(jia)一回,平時(shi)都使用(yong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)動車(che)作為(wei)交通工(gong)具,但(dan)是(shi)每次充電(dian)(dian)(dian)時(shi)都要(yao)取下電(dian)(dian)(dian)池提到宿(su)舍里(li)充電(dian)(dian)(dian),很不(bu)(bu)方便。沒想到他給(gei)總(zong)經理“牢騷”幾(ji)句,企業便在(zai)職工(gong)車(che)棚(peng)安(an)裝了18個電(dian)(dian)(dian)源插(cha)排,每個插(cha)排能(neng)滿足6到8人充電(dian)(dian)(dian)。
今年以來,龍礦還在內(nei)部網站(zhan)上開(kai)辟了“合(he)理化建議”欄目,答(da)復(fu)落(luo)實職工(gong)提(ti)出的社區安(an)全、證件辦理等民生問(wen)(wen)題41條。各個基層(ceng)廠礦在干部下基層(ceng)詢問(wen)(wen)、每月職工(gong)調查(cha)問(wen)(wen)卷(juan)、定(ding)期征集(ji)(ji)金(jin)點(dian)子、合(he)理化建議的基礎(chu)上,公開(kai)領導班子成員(yuan)的電話和郵箱,隨時(shi)募集(ji)(ji)職工(gong)的“好點(dian)子”。
“大(da)(da)家(jia)(jia)的(de)企業(ye)大(da)(da)家(jia)(jia)辦(ban),聚集大(da)(da)家(jia)(jia)的(de)智慧來辦(ban)咱們的(de)企業(ye)。”龍礦(kuang)集團(tuan)工(gong)會(hui)副主席、機關黨(dang)委副書記孫世國說,合理化建(jian)議不僅能傾聽職(zhi)工(gong)心聲(sheng),而且及時解決了(le)(le)職(zhi)工(gong)遇到(dao)的(de)難(nan)題,今年初集團(tuan)職(zhi)代(dai)會(hui)征集的(de)14家(jia)(jia)單位共73條(tiao)(tiao)職(zhi)工(gong)提案,經過(guo)審查(cha)、核實(shi)、分類(lei)研究后立案4條(tiao)(tiao),除了(le)(le)不符合政策、要求和(he)正推進(jin)落實(shi)中的(de)提案不予立案外(wai),其(qi)余均對(dui)口進(jin)行了(le)(le)分類(lei)處理。
