欲(yu)改(gai)《曠野》為賦,三日不(bu)成。審察再(zai)三,頓然有悟(wu):賦欲(yu)體(ti)(ti)物(wu),非惟(wei)隨感;賦欲(yu)鋪陳,非惟(wei)一端;賦欲(yu)儷駢,非惟(wei)體(ti)(ti)散;賦欲(yu)高遠(yuan),非惟(wei)齋撰。于是登山而周覽,閱山之(zhi)(zhi)莽莽水之(zhi)(zhi)渺渺,始知滄海(hai)之(zhi)(zhi)桑(sang)田,混(hun)沌之(zhi)(zhi)雞卵(luan)。而天地萬物(wu),紛述(shu)未考;春秋四(si)帝,縹緲難卜。是以(yi)不(bu)極目(mu)無以(yi)晤遠(yuan)哲,不(bu)登高無以(yi)啟機杼。憑高臨浦(pu),懷(huai)遠(yuan)思古;只(zhi)鱗片羽(yu),厥成斯(si)賦。

靈修之所鐘兮峨峨;心志之所馳兮天闕。天柱斷折兮地維絕;不周崩摧兮繼五岳。神之所眷兮,豈唯昆侖;道之所昧兮,豈唯村野?茍丘墳之可登,何徒勞之閶闔?溝洫之可悅,何遠涉之瓊閣?乾乾乎心向善兮,雖浮屠之渡何?

居于(yu)龍(long)山之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)阿,虎鳳山闋(que)。灌(guan)莽杳而(er)無際(ji),叢薄紛其糾葛。木非蘅杜而(er)莽蒼(cang),草非芷若而(er)斑駁(bo)。山蔥郁而(er)參差,徑盤紆(yu)而(er)婉折。且夫神泉(quan)汩汩,流上善之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)玉液(ye);梵(fan)音切(qie)切(qie),布慈悲于(yu)巒壑。翠廊凌虛(xu),紫氣貫乎(hu)長林;青煙橫空,香風熏乎(hu)曠野。是(shi)以(yi)近乎(hu)凈界,摒乎(hu)凡情,蕩以(yi)魂(hun)魄者(zhe)也(ye)。于(yu)是(shi)循(xun)曲溪之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)浦,過陂(po)陀(tuo)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)坡,經莽林之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)下(xia),入榴丘之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)闋(que),涉圣泉(quan)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)側,穿(chuan)快活林,探桃花洞,掬圣泉(quan)水,爾乃履幽(you)徑,穿(chuan)隙豁,臨危石,絕嵯峨。周而(er)舉目(mu),無以(yi)蔽遮。莽原廣澤,波(bo)詭(gui)云譎。上偎下(xia)浮(fu),廣宇(yu)四合。天地氤氳,曲水晏波(bo)。冥冥爍(shuo)爍(shuo),無以(yi)分割。心(xin)志之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)曠遠,造化之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)紛設,概瑤(yao)池之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)所出,仙闕之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)所訛?于(yu)是(shi)目(mu)極(ji)八荒之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)蒼(cang)茫(mang),思接千載以(yi)徜徉(yang)。

元氣升騰,上浮下降。上曰天(tian)乾,辰宿列(lie)張(zhang);下曰地(di)坤(kun),山川浩蕩。天(tian)行健以自強不息;地(di)勢(shi)坤(kun)而厚德無疆。鱗潛羽翔,人列(lie)三(san)皇;禮定法遂(sui),文昭穹蒼。

湯谷之(zhi)(zhi)既明兮(xi)(xi),乾坤(kun)爍(shuo)爍(shuo);日之(zhi)(zhi)將迫崦嵫兮(xi)(xi),萬象綽綽。乾坤(kun)之(zhi)(zhi)爍(shuo)爍(shuo)兮(xi)(xi),生(sheng)生(sheng)不息;萬象之(zhi)(zhi)綽綽兮(xi)(xi),繼之(zhi)(zhi)日月(yue)(yue)。日之(zhi)(zhi)使人以朝(chao)分兮(xi)(xi),月(yue)(yue)之(zhi)(zhi)使人以冥合。

夫天地之氣普降,陰騭(zhi)下(xia)民,不擇高下(xia)而加;風(feng)雨潤澤,不唯好(hao)惡(e)而下(xia)。彝倫攸敘,厥居(ju)相(xiang)協。禍以(yi)罪降,福以(yi)善結(jie),何(he)定尊卑之秩禮(li),何(he)勘貴賤之分野,而以(yi)勞(lao)勞(lao)者處下(xia),以(yi)庸庸者登閣?人生之悃悃無(wu)忤兮(xi),何(he)運命(ming)之迥異;屋舍之儼儼參差兮(xi),何(he)門閥之懸隔(ge)?風(feng)物周旋,焉有富貴之種(zhong);際遇轉折,何(he)預(yu)祥瑞之測?

鴻靈幽紛,誕(dan)言無稽;本化(hua)所由(you),兩(liang)儀(yi)對(dui)立。萬物主宰,天地靈氣。陽密乃固,陰氣以繼。是(shi)故登高(gao)者,當懷騏驥之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)氣,鴻鵠之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)志。心(xin)無旁騖,而凌云際。輕塵御風,凜(lin)凜(lin)厲厲。淡乎(hu)(hu)若秋空排(pai)云,浩乎(hu)(hu)若春江撼波。目(mu)極八荒之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)縹緲,心(xin)游萬仞之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)清絕。據乎(hu)(hu)其高(gao)而致(zhi)乎(hu)(hu)其遠(yuan);怡(yi)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)于情(qing)而耽之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)于悅(yue)。所見(jian)焉,臺榭莫若山岳,沼(zhao)池莫若川澤;所懷焉,江芷不(bu)(bu)齒蕭艾(ai);鴻鵠不(bu)(bu)群燕雀。所去(qu)焉,陰郁之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)氣,塵俗之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)惡(e);所在焉,霄(xiao)漢之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)游,沂(yi)水(shui)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)歌。受而喜(xi)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi),忘而復之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)。寄(ji)天地之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)廣遠(yuan)兮,宇宙宏闊;托心(xin)志之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)曠達兮,神情(qing)愉悅(yue)。何心(xin)為形役,情(qing)為事惑(huo)?榮莫榮于不(bu)(bu)辱兮,樂莫樂于無憂。何冥冥漠漠,而生郁結?

日(ri)月經天(tian)(tian)(tian),江河行(xing)地(di)。大(da)道(dao)之(zhi)行(xing),廣恩博施。成廢非天(tian)(tian)(tian),榮辱自(zi)致。天(tian)(tian)(tian)地(di)與時,禹桀所同(tong),治(zhi)亂不(bu)一,私欲(yu)致也(ye);木鳴星墜,日(ri)月有(you)蝕,風雨(yu)不(bu)時,陰陽易也(ye)。恭乎(hu)神靈,惕乎(hu)怪異,謀(mou)龜(gui)謀(mou)筮(shi),治(zhi)民飾也(ye);三(san)王有(you)道(dao),桀紂(zhou)遭譏,褒貶何(he)稽,勝者(zhe)史也(ye)。或有(you)嘉時,或可濟世,庸懈(xie)而逝,責乎(hu)己(ji)(ji)也(ye)。順逆還(huan)周,乍沒乍起。何(he)懼志(zhi)行(xing)之(zhi)無(wu)聞,惕惕而責己(ji)(ji)?是以高下非天(tian)(tian)(tian),貴賤(jian)由己(ji)(ji);成則王道(dao),敗則賊逆。但為進(jin)者(zhe)歌,莫加隱者(zhe)疾。陟降窮(qiong)達,委之(zhi)自(zi)然,法(fa)乎(hu)天(tian)(tian)(tian)理,循乎(hu)一也(ye)。
