【龍礦集團】讓員工體面勞動更有尊嚴

在煤炭市場持續(xu)下(xia)行、企業(ye)經營困(kun)難(nan)的不利形勢下(xia),龍(long)礦集團加強對員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)的人文(wen)關懷,解決好員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)關心的熱點(dian)、難(nan)點(dian)、焦點(dian)問(wen)題,著(zhu)力推動尊(zun)嚴文(wen)化形成,持續(xu)鞏固(gu)員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)在企業(ye)的主人翁的地(di)位,確保員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)應享有的政治待遇,尊(zun)重員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)的勞動,尊(zun)重員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)的付出,尊(zun)重員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)的創造(zao)。

“這副(fu)手套(tao)(tao)(tao)雖然值不(bu)了多少錢,但礦(kuang)(kuang)上對我們員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)的細微關心(xin),讓人心(xin)里很溫(wen)暖(nuan)。”4月8日上午,北(bei)皂煤(mei)礦(kuang)(kuang)掘進(jin)二區(qu)員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)欒文江領到礦(kuang)(kuang)上剛剛發放的防滑手套(tao)(tao)(tao)非(fei)常高興。該礦(kuang)(kuang)通過月度員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)思想動態反映,得知正(zheng)常發放的勞保手套(tao)(tao)(tao)現場使(shi)用(yong)損耗(hao)大(da)、不(bu)夠(gou)(gou)用(yong),便及時進(jin)行增補。今年以來,他們為2名員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)進(jin)行了困難救助,發放救助金1500元,幫助9名員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)辦理了意外傷害理賠,并為采、掘一線(xian)員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)發放防滑手套(tao)(tao)(tao)2135副(fu),解(jie)決(jue)了大(da)家現場使(shi)用(yong)手套(tao)(tao)(tao)磨(mo)損快、不(bu)夠(gou)(gou)用(yong)的問題,把關心(xin)送到員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)身邊。

尤其(qi)在涉及(ji)企業發展大計的問題上,龍礦(kuang)集(ji)(ji)團通(tong)過(guo)各種(zhong)形(xing)(xing)式(shi)廣泛(fan)征(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)求員(yuan)工意見,讓員(yuan)工積(ji)極參與到企業改(gai)革(ge)發展中去(qu),讓員(yuan)工切實增強歸屬感、自(zi)豪感,形(xing)(xing)成(cheng)忠誠度。龍泰熱(re)電公司開展“一(yi)句話、一(yi)件事、一(yi)條心”主(zhu)題活動,“五(wu)小”創新成(cheng)果(guo)征(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)集(ji)(ji)和“人(ren)(ren)人(ren)(ren)建言(yan)獻策(ce)、點(dian)滴(di)挖潛增效”合(he)(he)(he)理化(hua)建議征(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)集(ji)(ji)活動,對(dui)員(yuan)工提(ti)出的合(he)(he)(he)理化(hua)建議進行逐條研究,對(dui)具(ju)有可行性的建議落實責任人(ren)(ren),并對(dui)具(ju)有價(jia)值的合(he)(he)(he)理化(hua)建議進行獎勵(li)。活動開展以(yi)來,共征(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)集(ji)(ji)各類建議400條,完成(cheng)“五(wu)小”創新14項,其(qi)中4項受到龍礦(kuang)集(ji)(ji)團的表彰,開展技術改(gai)造11項,創效330多萬元。今年以(yi)來,對(dui)員(yuan)工提(ti)出的18條合(he)(he)(he)理化(hua)建議進行了獎勵(li)。
