2015年是深(shen)入學(xue)習貫徹(che)黨(dang)的十八屆三中(zhong)、四中(zhong)全會(hui)精神,全面推進(jin)(jin)(jin)深(shen)化改(gai)革(ge)、依法(fa)治企的重(zhong)要一(yi)年,是落(luo)實企業(ye)(ye)“十二五”規劃的收官之年,也是能源(yuan)集團(tuan)(tuan)應對危機(ji)、轉型發展(zhan)的關鍵(jian)一(yi)年。充分發揮(hui)(hui)好宣傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)思想工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)引領航向、凝聚人心、推動發展(zhan)的強(qiang)大支撐作(zuo)(zuo)用,責(ze)任重(zhong)大、使命光榮(rong)。根據(ju)能源(yuan)集團(tuan)(tuan)黨(dang)委《關于新形(xing)勢下(xia)充分發揮(hui)(hui)黨(dang)組織政(zheng)治核心作(zuo)(zuo)用進(jin)(jin)(jin)一(yi)步(bu)加強(qiang)改(gai)進(jin)(jin)(jin)企業(ye)(ye)黨(dang)建和(he)(he)思想政(zheng)治工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)的實施意見(jian)》要求,為進(jin)(jin)(jin)一(yi)步(bu)加強(qiang)和(he)(he)改(gai)進(jin)(jin)(jin)新形(xing)勢下(xia)的宣傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)思想工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo),為能源(yuan)集團(tuan)(tuan)各項工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)的順利開展(zhan)提供強(qiang)有力的思想保障和(he)(he)精神動力,經研究,對2015年宣傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)思想工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)提出以下(xia)意見(jian)。

2015年(nian)宣傳(chuan)思想(xiang)工(gong)作的總體要(yao)求是:堅(jian)持以鄧小(xiao)平(ping)理論、“三個代(dai)表”重(zhong)(zhong)要(yao)思想(xiang)、科(ke)學(xue)發展觀(guan)和習近平(ping)總書記一系列重(zhong)(zhong)要(yao)講話為指導(dao)(dao),以黨的十八屆(jie)三中、四中全會精神為指針,牢牢把握正確輿論導(dao)(dao)向(xiang),突(tu)出(chu)實(shi)際實(shi)用實(shi)效,突(tu)出(chu)規范(fan)化(hua)制度化(hua),突(tu)出(chu)特(te)色化(hua)品牌化(hua),切(qie)實(shi)履(lv)行好圍繞中心、服務大局職(zhi)責,著力(li)提高(gao)輿論引(yin)導(dao)(dao)能力(li),為促進企業改(gai)革(ge)創新、轉型發展提供理論指導(dao)(dao)、輿論力(li)量、精神支(zhi)持和文化(hua)條(tiao)件。

一、以宣(xuan)貫十八屆(jie)四中全會精(jing)神為(wei)切入(ru)點,強化形勢政策教育

1.多種形式抓好(hao)(hao)十(shi)八(ba)屆四(si)中(zhong)(zhong)全(quan)會(hui)(hui)精神和(he)(he)習(xi)近(jin)平總(zong)書記(ji)一(yi)系(xi)(xi)列(lie)重要(yao)講話的(de)(de)(de)學(xue)習(xi)宣(xuan)貫。按照能(neng)源集團黨委關于認真學(xue)習(xi)貫徹黨的(de)(de)(de)十(shi)八(ba)屆四(si)中(zhong)(zhong)全(quan)會(hui)(hui)精神的(de)(de)(de)總(zong)體(ti)部(bu)署,制訂學(xue)習(xi)計劃,采取中(zhong)(zhong)心組(zu)(zu)學(xue)習(xi)、“三會(hui)(hui)一(yi)課”等形式,加(jia)強(qiang)(qiang)對十(shi)八(ba)屆四(si)中(zhong)(zhong)全(quan)會(hui)(hui)精神和(he)(he)習(xi)近(jin)平總(zong)書記(ji)一(yi)系(xi)(xi)列(lie)重要(yao)講話的(de)(de)(de)集中(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)習(xi)。嚴格執行好(hao)(hao)能(neng)源集團黨委新(xin)修訂的(de)(de)(de)《黨委中(zhong)(zhong)心組(zu)(zu)理論學(xue)習(xi)制度(du)(du)》,采取月度(du)(du)集中(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)習(xi)、季度(du)(du)專(zhuan)題研討、年度(du)(du)讀書會(hui)(hui)、自(zi)學(xue)等形式,學(xue)理論、議大事、轉觀念、出思路(lu)(lu),不斷增強(qiang)(qiang)各(ge)級班(ban)子領導發展的(de)(de)(de)能(neng)力、駕馭市(shi)場的(de)(de)(de)能(neng)力、構建和(he)(he)諧(xie)的(de)(de)(de)能(neng)力和(he)(he)依(yi)法辦事的(de)(de)(de)能(neng)力。內部(bu)媒體(ti)開(kai)設專(zhuan)題專(zhuan)欄(lan),大力宣(xuan)傳(chuan)四(si)中(zhong)(zhong)全(quan)會(hui)(hui)的(de)(de)(de)重大意義、全(quan)面推進(jin)依(yi)法治(zhi)國的(de)(de)(de)思路(lu)(lu)目標和(he)(he)部(bu)署要(yao)求,宣(xuan)傳(chuan)各(ge)級貫徹全(quan)會(hui)(hui)精神的(de)(de)(de)新(xin)舉措、新(xin)進(jin)展,為全(quan)面推進(jin)依(yi)法治(zhi)國、依(yi)法治(zhi)企營造良好(hao)(hao)的(de)(de)(de)輿論環(huan)境。

2.大力(li)(li)開展(zhan)(zhan)好“新(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)常態(tai)、新(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)挑戰、新(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)機遇、新(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)作(zuo)為(wei)(wei)(wei)”形(xing)(xing)(xing)勢(shi)(shi)任務教(jiao)(jiao)育。把強(qiang)(qiang)化形(xing)(xing)(xing)勢(shi)(shi)任務教(jiao)(jiao)育作(zuo)為(wei)(wei)(wei)企業(ye)(ye)保(bao)(bao)(bao)生存、保(bao)(bao)(bao)發展(zhan)(zhan)的(de)(de)(de)“第(di)一(yi)措(cuo)施”,堅持“形(xing)(xing)(xing)勢(shi)(shi)變到哪(na)里教(jiao)(jiao)育就跟(gen)到哪(na)里,人在哪(na)里教(jiao)(jiao)育就做到哪(na)里,企業(ye)(ye)發展(zhan)(zhan)到哪(na)里教(jiao)(jiao)育就深到哪(na)里”,采取多種形(xing)(xing)(xing)式(shi),堅持不懈地向(xiang)干部職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)講(jiang)(jiang)形(xing)(xing)(xing)勢(shi)(shi)、講(jiang)(jiang)任務、講(jiang)(jiang)目標、講(jiang)(jiang)前景、講(jiang)(jiang)責(ze)任、講(jiang)(jiang)措(cuo)施,引(yin)導干部職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)認清國(guo)際國(guo)內(nei)經濟發展(zhan)(zhan)新(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)常態(tai)、國(guo)有企業(ye)(ye)和(he)(he)煤炭(tan)行業(ye)(ye)發展(zhan)(zhan)新(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)常態(tai)以及能源集團和(he)(he)各單(dan)位發展(zhan)(zhan)的(de)(de)(de)新(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)常態(tai),堅定戰勝危(wei)機的(de)(de)(de)信心和(he)(he)決心,凝聚(ju)共克時艱(jian)、度危(wei)求進的(de)(de)(de)動力(li)(li)和(he)(he)合力(li)(li)。圍(wei)繞(rao)搶抓新(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)機遇應對(dui)新(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)挑戰,持續強(qiang)(qiang)化解放(fang)思想(xiang)教(jiao)(jiao)育、改革創新(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)教(jiao)(jiao)育、法治意(yi)識教(jiao)(jiao)育,引(yin)導干部職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)牢固(gu)樹立不進則退的(de)(de)(de)危(wei)機意(yi)識、恪盡職(zhi)(zhi)守的(de)(de)(de)責(ze)任意(yi)識、敢為(wei)(wei)(wei)天下先(xian)的(de)(de)(de)改革意(yi)識和(he)(he)時不我待的(de)(de)(de)發展(zhan)(zhan)意(yi)識,為(wei)(wei)(wei)深化改革、轉型發展(zhan)(zhan)、依法治企營(ying)造(zao)良好氛圍(wei)。圍(wei)繞(rao)展(zhan)(zhan)現新(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)作(zuo)為(wei)(wei)(wei),把通過(guo)教(jiao)(jiao)育凝聚(ju)的(de)(de)(de)動力(li)(li)合力(li)(li)、激發的(de)(de)(de)熱情(qing)激情(qing)引(yin)導到日常工(gong)作(zuo)中(zhong),讓干部職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)在保(bao)(bao)(bao)安全、保(bao)(bao)(bao)生存、促(cu)(cu)發展(zhan)(zhan)、促(cu)(cu)和(he)(he)諧中(zhong)充分釋放(fang)新(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)活(huo)力(li)(li)、多做新(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)貢(gong)獻(xian),不斷開創能源集團科(ke)學穩(wen)健發展(zhan)(zhan)的(de)(de)(de)新(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)局面。

3.強(qiang)化人文(wen)關懷(huai)和心(xin)(xin)(xin)理(li)疏(shu)(shu)導(dao)(dao)。積極引(yin)導(dao)(dao)基(ji)層(ceng)(ceng)推(tui)(tui)行“員工(gong)(gong)(gong)幫助計劃”,“五小工(gong)(gong)(gong)作法”,扎實做(zuo)好(hao)一人一事的(de)思想政(zheng)治(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作,解決(jue)好(hao)職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)群眾在(zai)生(sheng)產經營、工(gong)(gong)(gong)作生(sheng)活(huo)中遇到的(de)各種實際問題和訴求。鼓勵(li)有(you)條件的(de)企業設(she)立心(xin)(xin)(xin)理(li)咨詢室、心(xin)(xin)(xin)理(li)減壓室,配備心(xin)(xin)(xin)理(li)咨詢師、心(xin)(xin)(xin)理(li)輔導(dao)(dao)員,定期(qi)開展心(xin)(xin)(xin)理(li)健(jian)康知識普及,提高(gao)心(xin)(xin)(xin)理(li)保(bao)健(jian)意識。積極引(yin)導(dao)(dao)基(ji)層(ceng)(ceng)做(zuo)好(hao)對省外(wai)(wai)創(chuang)業者、海外(wai)(wai)創(chuang)業者、困難職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)、留(liu)守(shou)老(lao)人等群體的(de)人文(wen)關懷(huai)和心(xin)(xin)(xin)理(li)疏(shu)(shu)導(dao)(dao)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作,鼓勵(li)在(zai)外(wai)(wai)三級(ji)企業推(tui)(tui)廣“虛擬(ni)社區”、“暖心(xin)(xin)(xin)服務站(zhan)”等做(zuo)法,讓(rang)外(wai)(wai)出創(chuang)業職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)話有(you)處說(shuo),難有(you)處講,事有(you)人辦。大力推(tui)(tui)廣“代(dai)理(li)兒女、愛心(xin)(xin)(xin)傳遞”情暖空巢老(lao)人活(huo)動,向留(liu)守(shou)的(de)空巢老(lao)人提供優質志愿服務。

二、以培育和踐行(xing)社會主義核心價值(zhi)觀為引(yin)領(ling),提升企業(ye)文(wen)明水平(ping)

1.廣(guang)泛開展社(she)(she)會(hui)(hui)主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)義核心(xin)價(jia)值觀(guan)宣(xuan)傳教育。把社(she)(she)會(hui)(hui)主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)義核心(xin)價(jia)值觀(guan)學習(xi)教育納入各(ge)級黨委中(zhong)心(xin)組學習(xi)計劃,并(bing)作為(wei)職(zhi)工(gong)日(ri)常思想教育的(de)(de)重要(yao)內容。開展好(hao)以培育和(he)踐行社(she)(she)會(hui)(hui)主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)義核心(xin)價(jia)值觀(guan)為(wei)主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)題的(de)(de)征文比賽、優秀電(dian)視片展播等活動(dong)。報紙、電(dian)視、網(wang)站(zhan)等內部媒體要(yao)開設專題專欄,堅(jian)持不(bu)懈地傳播社(she)(she)會(hui)(hui)主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)義核心(xin)價(jia)值觀(guan),營造(zao)濃(nong)厚氛圍,使社(she)(she)會(hui)(hui)主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)義核心(xin)價(jia)值觀(guan)逐(zhu)步內化(hua)為(wei)企業職(zhi)工(gong)的(de)(de)精神追求,外(wai)化(hua)為(wei)企業職(zhi)工(gong)的(de)(de)自覺行動(dong),為(wei)企業生產經營和(he)改革(ge)發(fa)展提供強(qiang)大的(de)(de)精神動(dong)力。

2.廣泛開展(zhan)道(dao)(dao)德(de)實踐活動(dong)(dong)(dong)。開展(zhan)“新常態新標兵”評選活動(dong)(dong)(dong),以此為平(ping)臺積極推薦“山東(dong)好人(ren)(ren)”、“中(zhong)國好人(ren)(ren)”。各基(ji)層企(qi)業(ye)要廣泛開展(zhan)“感動(dong)(dong)(dong)系(xi)列、最美系(xi)列、十(shi)佳系(xi)列”等人(ren)(ren)物評選活動(dong)(dong)(dong),推出(chu)一批可親、可敬、可學的典型群(qun)體和先鋒(feng)模范(fan)人(ren)(ren)物。廣泛組織開展(zhan)“道(dao)(dao)德(de)講堂”、“道(dao)(dao)德(de)論壇”、“善行(xing)義舉榜”、“道(dao)(dao)德(de)銀行(xing)”、“道(dao)(dao)德(de)積分制”等活動(dong)(dong)(dong),實現道(dao)(dao)德(de)建(jian)設(she)的全員化(hua)、常態化(hua)、長效化(hua)。按照省國資委要求,積極推進(jin)誠信(xin)建(jian)設(she),倡(chang)樹(shu)“厚道(dao)(dao)魯商”行(xing)動(dong)(dong)(dong),營(ying)造(zao)“守(shou)信(xin)光榮(rong)、失信(xin)可恥”的濃厚氛(fen)圍。

3.廣泛開展(zhan)(zhan)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)明(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)創建活動。以創建全(quan)國文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)明(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)單(dan)位(wei)(wei)為引領,帶動和(he)(he)促(cu)進各(ge)級(ji)各(ge)單(dan)位(wei)(wei)扎(zha)實開展(zhan)(zhan)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)明(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)單(dan)位(wei)(wei)創建活動,力爭有更多的企業躋身全(quan)國全(quan)省文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)明(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)單(dan)位(wei)(wei)行列(lie)。引導基(ji)層廣泛開展(zhan)(zhan)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)明(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)區隊、文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)明(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)班組、文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)明(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)窗口及文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)明(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)社區、文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)明(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)家庭(ting)等創建活動和(he)(he)“學雷鋒”活動。加強職工禮儀教育,強化文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)明(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)言行養成(cheng)。加強礦(廠(chang)(chang))區面(mian)貌治理,廣泛開展(zhan)(zhan)美化綠(lv)化活動,改善作業和(he)(he)生(sheng)活環境,不斷提升礦(廠(chang)(chang))區文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)明(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)程度。

三、以編制《“十三五”香蕉视频下(xia)载建(jian)設綱要》為(wei)契機(ji),深度推進(jin)“超越文(wen)化”建(jian)設

1.編制(zhi)好(hao)能(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)集(ji)團(tuan)(tuan)《“十三(san)(san)五”香蕉(jiao)(jiao)视频(pin)下(xia)(xia)载(zai)(zai)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)設綱要》。系統總結近(jin)年來香蕉(jiao)(jiao)视频(pin)下(xia)(xia)载(zai)(zai)經驗(yan)和(he)成果,學習先(xian)(xian)進單位(wei)香蕉(jiao)(jiao)视频(pin)下(xia)(xia)载(zai)(zai)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)設經驗(yan),融(rong)合(he)先(xian)(xian)進的思(si)想、理(li)念,堅持“一主多元、百(bai)花齊放”的香蕉(jiao)(jiao)视频(pin)下(xia)(xia)载(zai)(zai)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)設方針,編制(zhi)好(hao)能(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)集(ji)團(tuan)(tuan)《“十三(san)(san)五”香蕉(jiao)(jiao)视频(pin)下(xia)(xia)载(zai)(zai)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)設綱要》,厘清邊界(jie),明確深度融(rong)合(he)標(biao)準(zhun)、目標(biao),作為今后五年能(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)集(ji)團(tuan)(tuan)香蕉(jiao)(jiao)视频(pin)下(xia)(xia)载(zai)(zai)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)設的綱領性文件。各權屬企業(ye)制(zhi)定香蕉(jiao)(jiao)视频(pin)下(xia)(xia)载(zai)(zai)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)設計劃,系統推進香蕉(jiao)(jiao)视频(pin)下(xia)(xia)载(zai)(zai)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)設。

2.推(tui)進(jin)(jin)(jin)香蕉(jiao)(jiao)视(shi)频(pin)下载(zai)落地。著眼推(tui)進(jin)(jin)(jin)香蕉(jiao)(jiao)视(shi)频(pin)下载(zai)深度(du)融合(he)(he),大力(li)(li)開(kai)(kai)展(zhan)形式(shi)多(duo)樣的香蕉(jiao)(jiao)视(shi)频(pin)下载(zai)宣貫活動,促使香蕉(jiao)(jiao)视(shi)频(pin)下载(zai)由職工認(ren)知認(ren)同向(xiang)實(shi)踐體驗推(tui)進(jin)(jin)(jin)。利用企(qi)業(ye)自辦媒體,開(kai)(kai)設(she)《老照片背(bei)后(hou)的故事》等專題專欄(lan),進(jin)(jin)(jin)一(yi)步提(ti)升(sheng)對“超越文(wen)化(hua)(hua)”的歸屬感和認(ren)同感。堅持“企(qi)業(ye)轉型、文(wen)化(hua)(hua)升(sheng)級(ji)”,以引(yin)領企(qi)業(ye)的價值創(chuang)造(zao)能力(li)(li)、持續發展(zhan)能力(li)(li)為(wei)目標,大力(li)(li)深化(hua)(hua)管理(li)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)建設(she)。堅持課題式(shi)立項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)、項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)目化(hua)(hua)管理(li)、工程(cheng)式(shi)推(tui)進(jin)(jin)(jin),一(yi)項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)一(yi)項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)地推(tui)動安(an)(an)全(quan)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)、廉潔文(wen)化(hua)(hua)、班(ban)組文(wen)化(hua)(hua)等子文(wen)化(hua)(hua)的融合(he)(he)與(yu)落地,使香蕉(jiao)(jiao)视(shi)频(pin)下载(zai)理(li)念真正轉化(hua)(hua)為(wei)管理(li)規范(fan)、員工行為(wei)、發展(zhan)動力(li)(li),擇機組織一(yi)次安(an)(an)全(quan)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)建設(she)現場推(tui)進(jin)(jin)(jin)會(hui)。

3.加強(qiang)香蕉视频下载(zai)考(kao)核評(ping)價。根據能源集團黨委工作考(kao)評(ping)辦法(fa),修訂(ding)完善《香蕉视频下载(zai)建(jian)(jian)設考(kao)核評(ping)價辦法(fa)》,形成系(xi)統、科學、可操作的(de)量化評(ping)價體(ti)系(xi),采取“量化考(kao)核與抽樣檢查”相結(jie)合的(de)方式,對各(ge)單位香蕉视频下载(zai)建(jian)(jian)設情(qing)況進(jin)行(xing)評(ping)價考(kao)核。及時總結(jie)推廣各(ge)單位香蕉视频下载(zai)建(jian)(jian)設中的(de)先進(jin)經驗(yan)和優(you)秀(xiu)做法(fa),百花齊放,和諧推進(jin),不斷提升香蕉视频下载(zai)軟實力。

四、以凝心聚力為著(zhu)力點,提(ti)升新聞宣傳水平和效果

1.加強和(he)改進新聞宣傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)工作。對外宣傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)按照低調(diao)務實的原(yuan)則,重(zhong)點加強對基(ji)層、一線先(xian)進經驗(yan)、先(xian)模(mo)人(ren)物的宣傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan),加強精神(shen)層面的宣傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan);利用(yong)全國和(he)省“兩會”等重(zhong)要(yao)(yao)時(shi)(shi)點,宣傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)好(hao)企(qi)業(ye)的成(cheng)功(gong)經驗(yan)和(he)典(dian)型做法,為能源(yuan)集團改革(ge)發(fa)展爭(zheng)取輿論主動。內部宣傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)重(zhong)點在(zai)接(jie)地氣、鼓(gu)士(shi)氣、聚(ju)人(ren)心上下功(gong)夫。《山東(dong)能源(yuan)》報和(he)各企(qi)業(ye)報要(yao)(yao)組織好(hao)成(cheng)規模(mo)成(cheng)體系(xi)的集中重(zhong)點宣傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)。電(dian)(dian)視、網站等媒體要(yao)(yao)圍(wei)繞各個時(shi)(shi)期的工作重(zhong)點,發(fa)揮各自優勢,統(tong)籌策劃(hua),整體聯動,宣傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)好(hao)企(qi)業(ye)改革(ge)發(fa)展的新進展、新經驗(yan)、新成(cheng)果(guo)。積極(ji)開(kai)展好(hao)新聞大賽(sai)、微電(dian)(dian)影大賽(sai)、主題征文等活動,增(zeng)強宣傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)深度和(he)效果(guo)。加強微博、微信、手機(ji)報等新媒體建設和(he)管理。

2.強(qiang)化宣傳(chuan)思想工作隊伍建設。繼續推進以大培(pei)訓、大練(lian)兵為主(zhu)要內(nei)容的(de)宣傳(chuan)思想工作隊伍素(su)質提(ti)升(sheng)工程,辦(ban)好(hao)骨干培(pei)訓班(ban),采取輸送骨干到上(shang)級新聞單位學習(xi)、抽調基(ji)層人員到能源集團輪訓等方式(shi),培(pei)訓業(ye)務骨干,提(ti)升(sheng)隊伍專業(ye)化素(su)養。積(ji)極(ji)參(can)加(jia)上(shang)級組織的(de)各類會議和(he)培(pei)訓活動(dong),適時組織外出(chu)學習(xi)活動(dong),開闊視野,不(bu)斷提(ti)升(sheng)宣傳(chuan)思想工作隊伍綜合(he)素(su)質。
