頂層設計全面建章立制。該礦按照(zhao)“全員參(can)與、全覆蓋運行、全要(yao)素對接(jie)、全流程融(rong)入”目標要(yao)求,科學規劃,系(xi)統推進(jin)。充分融(rong)入精益成本(ben)管控(kong)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)意見、“大回收(shou)整治提(ti)(ti)升、大復用控(kong)本(ben)增效(xiao)”活動實施方(fang)案(an),全面細化(hua)(hua)梳理,建(jian)立完善的“1+2”三化(hua)(hua)融(rong)合制度(du)(du)管理體系(xi)。制定“1+2”三化(hua)(hua)融(rong)合實施管理規定、全員精益化(hua)(hua)控(kong)本(ben)增效(xiao)管理辦(ban)法、精益區(qu)隊班組(zu)試點建(jian)設等7個(ge)文(wen)件,明確(que)95項子工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)目標,規劃255項實施細則,壓實部門(men)責任,限期督導考核。建(jian)立月度(du)(du)分解(jie)、落(luo)實、總(zong)結、提(ti)(ti)升工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)機制,每旬召開工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)推進(jin)會(hui)議(yi),月度(du)(du)驗收(shou)考核通報,對工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)成效(xiao)進(jin)行驗收(shou)、分析、改進(jin)、提(ti)(ti)升,壓力層(ceng)(ceng)層(ceng)(ceng)傳導,工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)層(ceng)(ceng)層(ceng)(ceng)落(luo)實。
智慧引領實現數字轉型。礦(kuang)井應用大(da)數(shu)(shu)(shu)據、云計(ji)算、物聯(lian)(lian)網、工業(ye)(ye)互(hu)聯(lian)(lian)網等先(xian)進(jin)信息技(ji)術,加快(kuai)礦(kuang)井數(shu)(shu)(shu)字(zi)(zi)化(hua)轉型發展。推進(jin)信息系統(tong)建(jian)(jian)設(she),依托已建(jian)(jian)成的(de)(de)萬兆工業(ye)(ye)以太(tai)網、WiFi無(wu)線通(tong)(tong)訊(xun)網為(wei)信息高速公路提(ti)供數(shu)(shu)(shu)據保障,實(shi)現井上井下APP功能全(quan)(quan)覆蓋。開發“三化(hua)融合(he)(he)”智(zhi)能管(guan)控系統(tong),實(shi)現系統(tong)與(yu)全(quan)(quan)面預(yu)算、全(quan)(quan)面對標、全(quan)(quan)員業(ye)(ye)績,精(jing)益(yi)安全(quan)(quan)、生(sheng)產、成本、質量、物資、設(she)備、營銷等智(zhi)能精(jing)益(yi)工具的(de)(de)互(hu)聯(lian)(lian)互(hu)通(tong)(tong)和數(shu)(shu)(shu)據共享(xiang)。打造數(shu)(shu)(shu)據共享(xiang)化(hua)、分析智(zhi)能化(hua)、決策數(shu)(shu)(shu)據化(hua)3個(ge)管(guan)理模式;構(gou)建(jian)(jian)全(quan)(quan)方位(wei)智(zhi)能、多(duo)業(ye)(ye)務集成、全(quan)(quan)流程標準(zhun)(zhun)3大(da)功能數(shu)(shu)(shu)據中樞大(da)腦;開發基于工業(ye)(ye)互(hu)聯(lian)(lian)網、超融合(he)(he)、大(da)數(shu)(shu)(shu)據3個(ge)平臺的(de)(de)RPA數(shu)(shu)(shu)字(zi)(zi)員工;全(quan)(quan)面推進(jin)企業(ye)(ye)經營預(yu)知、預(yu)測(ce)、預(yu)警3預(yu)管(guan)理;形成“終端、邊緣、云上”3位(wei)一體的(de)(de)融合(he)(he)智(zhi)慧中心(xin);以“5個(ge)3”建(jian)(jian)設(she)思路,讓礦(kuang)井走進(jin)精(jing)細管(guan)理、精(jing)益(yi)運營、精(jing)準(zhun)(zhun)決策的(de)(de)智(zhi)慧化(hua)、數(shu)(shu)(shu)字(zi)(zi)化(hua)發展時代。

自實(shi)施“1加2”三(san)化融(rong)合管理以(yi)來,該礦連續(xu)(xu)實(shi)現安(an)(an)全生產(chan)6700多(duo)天,保持了安(an)(an)全穩定、持續(xu)(xu)盈利良(liang)好(hao)發展局面。礦井(jing)先后榮獲“省級文明單位(wei)”“國家級安(an)(an)全質量標準化礦井(jing)”“首(shou)批國家級綠(lv)色礦山試(shi)點單位(wei)”“中國香蕉视频下(xia)载示(shi)范基(ji)地”等(deng)百余項省部級及(ji)以(yi)上(shang)榮譽(yu)。
