頂層設計全面建章立制。該礦按照(zhao)“全(quan)員(yuan)參與、全(quan)覆蓋運(yun)行(xing)、全(quan)要(yao)素(su)對接、全(quan)流程融入(ru)”目標(biao)要(yao)求,科(ke)學規劃,系統推進。充(chong)分融入(ru)精益(yi)成(cheng)本(ben)管控工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)意(yi)見(jian)、“大(da)回收整(zheng)治提(ti)升(sheng)、大(da)復(fu)用控本(ben)增效(xiao)”活動實(shi)施方案,全(quan)面細化梳理(li),建(jian)立完善的(de)“1+2”三化融合制度(du)管理(li)體系。制定“1+2”三化融合實(shi)施管理(li)規定、全(quan)員(yuan)精益(yi)化控本(ben)增效(xiao)管理(li)辦法、精益(yi)區(qu)隊(dui)班組試(shi)點建(jian)設等7個(ge)文件,明(ming)確95項子工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)目標(biao),規劃255項實(shi)施細則,壓(ya)實(shi)部門(men)責(ze)任,限期督導考(kao)核(he)。建(jian)立月度(du)分解(jie)、落實(shi)、總結、提(ti)升(sheng)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)機(ji)制,每旬召開工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)推進會議(yi),月度(du)驗(yan)收考(kao)核(he)通報,對工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)成(cheng)效(xiao)進行(xing)驗(yan)收、分析、改進、提(ti)升(sheng),壓(ya)力層層傳導,工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)層層落實(shi)。
智慧引領實現數字轉型。礦井(jing)(jing)應用大數(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)據(ju)(ju)、云計算(suan)、物聯(lian)網、工(gong)業(ye)互聯(lian)網等(deng)先(xian)進(jin)信(xin)息(xi)技(ji)術,加快(kuai)礦井(jing)(jing)數(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)字(zi)化(hua)(hua)轉(zhuan)型(xing)發(fa)展(zhan)。推(tui)進(jin)信(xin)息(xi)系統(tong)建設,依托已建成(cheng)(cheng)的萬兆(zhao)工(gong)業(ye)以太網、WiFi無線通(tong)訊網為信(xin)息(xi)高(gao)速公路提供數(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)據(ju)(ju)保障,實現井(jing)(jing)上井(jing)(jing)下APP功能(neng)全覆(fu)蓋。開發(fa)“三化(hua)(hua)融(rong)合(he)”智(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)管(guan)控系統(tong),實現系統(tong)與(yu)全面預(yu)算(suan)、全面對標、全員業(ye)績,精(jing)(jing)益(yi)安全、生產、成(cheng)(cheng)本、質(zhi)量、物資、設備、營(ying)銷等(deng)智(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)精(jing)(jing)益(yi)工(gong)具的互聯(lian)互通(tong)和數(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)據(ju)(ju)共享。打造數(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)據(ju)(ju)共享化(hua)(hua)、分析智(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)化(hua)(hua)、決策數(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)據(ju)(ju)化(hua)(hua)3個管(guan)理(li)模式;構建全方(fang)位(wei)智(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)、多(duo)業(ye)務集成(cheng)(cheng)、全流程標準3大功能(neng)數(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)據(ju)(ju)中樞大腦;開發(fa)基(ji)于工(gong)業(ye)互聯(lian)網、超融(rong)合(he)、大數(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)據(ju)(ju)3個平臺的RPA數(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)字(zi)員工(gong);全面推(tui)進(jin)企業(ye)經營(ying)預(yu)知、預(yu)測(ce)、預(yu)警(jing)3預(yu)管(guan)理(li);形成(cheng)(cheng)“終端(duan)、邊緣、云上”3位(wei)一體的融(rong)合(he)智(zhi)(zhi)慧(hui)中心;以“5個3”建設思路,讓礦井(jing)(jing)走進(jin)精(jing)(jing)細管(guan)理(li)、精(jing)(jing)益(yi)運營(ying)、精(jing)(jing)準決策的智(zhi)(zhi)慧(hui)化(hua)(hua)、數(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)字(zi)化(hua)(hua)發(fa)展(zhan)時代(dai)。
