把握“穩就是快、慢就是快”的辯證關系,必須精準、精心、精細聚焦安全管理重點。細(xi)節(jie)決(jue)定(ding)成敗,現實中暴(bao)露的(de)(de)問(wen)題,往(wang)往(wang)是因為(wei)細(xi)節(jie)沒有管(guan)到位(wei),最(zui)終釀成不(bu)(bu)(bu)可(ke)挽回(hui)的(de)(de)損失(shi)。許多(duo)安(an)(an)(an)全事故的(de)(de)發生,其主要(yao)(yao)根源就包括隱(yin)患(huan)排查(cha)治(zhi)理(li)不(bu)(bu)(bu)到位(wei)、規程措施(shi)(shi)落(luo)實不(bu)(bu)(bu)到位(wei),有規程措施(shi)(shi)不(bu)(bu)(bu)去執行,不(bu)(bu)(bu)去落(luo)實。抓(zhua)(zhua)(zhua)安(an)(an)(an)全工作99%不(bu)(bu)(bu)行,必(bi)須(xu)是100%。必(bi)須(xu)扎實開(kai)展安(an)(an)(an)全生產三年整治(zhi)行動,從嚴(yan)(yan)從細(xi)落(luo)實“兩個(ge)(ge)(ge)”清單管(guan)理(li),按(an)照“不(bu)(bu)(bu)放(fang)過(guo)任何一(yi)個(ge)(ge)(ge)漏洞、不(bu)(bu)(bu)忽(hu)略任何一(yi)個(ge)(ge)(ge)盲點(dian)(dian)、不(bu)(bu)(bu)留下任何一(yi)個(ge)(ge)(ge)隱(yin)患(huan)”的(de)(de)要(yao)(yao)求(qiu),深入開(kai)展安(an)(an)(an)全隱(yin)患(huan)排查(cha)整治(zhi),以嚴(yan)(yan)格標準、過(guo)硬(ying)作風(feng)(feng)、有力舉措,加強源頭管(guan)控。落(luo)實安(an)(an)(an)全“十(shi)個(ge)(ge)(ge)嚴(yan)(yan)禁”硬(ying)性措施(shi)(shi)、礦長“十(shi)條工作法”,開(kai)展安(an)(an)(an)全管(guan)理(li)“十(shi)問(wen)”,把自己擺(bai)進去,把崗位(wei)職責擺(bai)進去,把問(wen)題當隱(yin)患(huan)對(dui)待,把隱(yin)患(huan)當事故處理(li),真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)排查(cha)、真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)治(zhi)理(li)、真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)閉環(huan),把好安(an)(an)(an)全每道關口(kou)。始終保持重(zhong)典治(zhi)安(an)(an)(an)高壓(ya)態勢,拿出自我革(ge)命的(de)(de)精神、刮骨療毒的(de)(de)勇氣、雷厲風(feng)(feng)行的(de)(de)作風(feng)(feng),抓(zhua)(zhua)(zhua)重(zhong)點(dian)(dian)、重(zhong)點(dian)(dian)抓(zhua)(zhua)(zhua),抓(zhua)(zhua)(zhua)反復、反復抓(zhua)(zhua)(zhua),真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)正(zheng)做(zuo)到安(an)(an)(an)全管(guan)理(li)真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)管(guan)真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)嚴(yan)(yan)、長管(guan)長嚴(yan)(yan)。
