王康是龍礦(kuang)集團山西(xi)忻州(zhou)神(shen)達望田(tian)煤業公(gong)司生(sheng)產準(zhun)備隊(dui)副隊(dui)長、生(sheng)產一隊(dui)隊(dui)長。參加工(gong)作(zuo)18年(nian)來,他真學真干真提(ti)高(gao),在采(cai)煤第一線奉獻著自(zi)己的青春和才(cai)智。
2011年,王康主動請(qing)纓(ying)奔赴位于晉陜蒙三省交界的(de)山西(xi)忻州神達望田煤(mei)業公司(si),開始了(le)人生的(de)開發創(chuang)業之路。一年來,在他的(de)帶領(ling)下(xia),全(quan)隊順利完成(cheng)“六(liu)安(an)六(liu)撤”和六(liu)個工作面的(de)回(hui)采(cai)(cai)工作,回(hui)采(cai)(cai)原煤(mei)210多(duo)萬噸,并創(chuang)造(zao)了(le)安(an)全(quan)、標準化、工程質量等多(duo)項好成(cheng)績,其(qi)中8005面安(an)裝工作僅用(yong)了(le)15天,比原計劃(hua)提(ti)前了(le)7天。
他所在(zai)的(de)(de)區隊(dui)員工(gong)(gong)(gong)90%是勞務(wu)派遣人員,為(wei)了(le)帶好這(zhe)支(zhi)復雜的(de)(de)員工(gong)(gong)(gong)隊(dui)伍,王康(kang)深入員工(gong)(gong)(gong)中,傾(qing)聽(ting)他們的(de)(de)呼聲(sheng)和(he)意見,解決(jue)員工(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作、生(sheng)活中的(de)(de)實(shi)際困難,對員工(gong)(gong)(gong)提出的(de)(de)問題釋疑解惑(huo),拉進了(le)雙方(fang)的(de)(de)心理距離,密切了(le)干群關系(xi),調動(dong)了(le)員工(gong)(gong)(gong)的(de)(de)積極(ji)性(xing)、主動(dong)性(xing)和(he)創造性(xing)。王康(kang)積極(ji)倡導“共(gong)(gong)創價值、共(gong)(gong)享成果”的(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)分配制度改革,實(shi)行全員工(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)公開,消除(chu)了(le)員工(gong)(gong)(gong)的(de)(de)疑慮。但(dan)對于安全工(gong)(gong)(gong)作,他卻嚴抓細管(guan),毫(hao)不留(liu)情(qing),消滅了(le)輕傷以上人身事(shi)故(gu)和(he)設備(bei)等級(ji)事(shi)故(gu)發生(sheng),持續(xu)實(shi)現了(le)安全生(sheng)產。
他堅持“用腦筋”工(gong)作(zuo)。2012年,8012工(gong)作(zuo)面左(zuo)鄰采(cai)(cai)(cai)空(kong)區,受(shou)地質條件(jian)(jian)和采(cai)(cai)(cai)空(kong)區影響,兩順(shun)幫頂(ding)壓力大,巷(xiang)道變形嚴重(zhong),隨著回采(cai)(cai)(cai)速度的(de)加(jia)快,給(gei)安全生(sheng)產帶來了(le)很大障礙(ai)。他果斷采(cai)(cai)(cai)取在兩順(shun)補打錨索,延(yan)長超前支護(hu),重(zhong)新翻修工(gong)字鋼棚等措(cuo)施,為回采(cai)(cai)(cai)創造(zao)條件(jian)(jian),保(bao)證了(le)正常(chang)的(de)生(sheng)產秩序,實現(xian)了(le)月產24萬噸原煤的(de)驕(jiao)人戰績。
他注(zhu)重節支降(jiang)耗。工(gong)作(zuo)中,他從材(cai)(cai)料管理使(shi)用(yong)、回收(shou)、修復再使(shi)用(yong)入手,加(jia)強材(cai)(cai)料閉(bi)合管理,建(jian)立區隊材(cai)(cai)料計劃,實(shi)(shi)行(xing)包機使(shi)用(yong)回收(shou)、分工(gong)落實(shi)(shi)制(zhi)度,制(zhi)訂井下材(cai)(cai)料回收(shou)協(xie)調使(shi)用(yong)規定,實(shi)(shi)行(xing)工(gong)具(ju)交舊領新(xin)、復新(xin)再用(yong)、損(sun)壞(huai)自賠制(zhi)度。在效益不景氣的大環境下,該區隊材(cai)(cai)料費卻同比(bi)降(jiang)低30%。
