一、突(tu)出“三(san)性”抓(zhua)學習,為青(qing)年創新創效活(huo)動開(kai)展(zhan)積(ji)蓄能量
學習(xi)是創新的(de)基礎(chu)。機(ji)(ji)電科(ke)作(zuo)為(wei)管(guan)理全礦機(ji)(ji)電設備(bei)的(de)重(zhong)要(yao)單位(wei),要(yao)深(shen)化青(qing)年創新創效活動的(de)開展,必(bi)須要(yao)有一批善(shan)學習(xi)、高(gao)技能、能創新的(de)青(qing)年人才作(zuo)支撐。為(wei)此(ci),團支部突出“三(san)性”抓學習(xi),積(ji)極(ji)為(wei)活動的(de)開展積(ji)蓄能量(liang)。
一(yi)是抓住(zhu)重(zhong)點,提高(gao)學(xue)習(xi)的(de)(de)針對性(xing)(xing)。把青(qing)(qing)工(gong)(gong)崗(gang)(gang)(gang)位(wei)知識(shi)(shi)及創(chuang)新(xin)能力的(de)(de)培養學(xue)習(xi)作為重(zhong)點,一(yi)方(fang)面(mian)精(jing)心制定了(le)周、月度、季度學(xue)習(xi)計劃,利用機(ji)電科青(qing)(qing)工(gong)(gong)崗(gang)(gang)(gang)位(wei)知識(shi)(shi)“多媒體學(xue)習(xi)課堂”,組(zu)織(zhi)廣(guang)大青(qing)(qing)工(gong)(gong)從最基本、最基礎的(de)(de)崗(gang)(gang)(gang)位(wei)業(ye)務(wu)知識(shi)(shi)學(xue)起,通過學(xue)習(xi)使每位(wei)青(qing)(qing)工(gong)(gong)較為熟練(lian)的(de)(de)掌握(wo)本職崗(gang)(gang)(gang)位(wei)的(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)作技能。另一(yi)方(fang)面(mian),團支部在青(qing)(qing)年讀(du)書角內有意(yi)識(shi)(shi)地購買(mai)并(bing)擺放了(le)《創(chuang)新(xin)思(si)維(wei)(wei)的(de)(de)啟發(fa)(fa)與訓(xun)練(lian)》、《創(chuang)新(xin)啟示錄:超越性(xing)(xing)思(si)維(wei)(wei)》等啟發(fa)(fa)創(chuang)新(xin)思(si)維(wei)(wei)的(de)(de)書籍,方(fang)便青(qing)(qing)工(gong)(gong)自(zi)主(zhu)學(xue)習(xi),并(bing)不定期地組(zu)織(zhi)開(kai)(kai)展青(qing)(qing)年“創(chuang)新(xin)我(wo)來談”,讓他們談體會(hui)、談感想、談收(shou)獲(huo),以此來促進青(qing)(qing)工(gong)(gong)強化創(chuang)新(xin)意(yi)識(shi)(shi),開(kai)(kai)拓創(chuang)新(xin)思(si)維(wei)(wei),提高(gao)創(chuang)新(xin)能力,為活動的(de)(de)開(kai)(kai)展奠(dian)定堅實的(de)(de)基礎。
二是(shi)網(wang)聚青(qing)(qing)年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian),增(zeng)強學習的(de)(de)(de)創新(xin)性。我們大膽創新(xin),充分利用(yong)當前流行(xing)的(de)(de)(de)新(xin)媒體,讓(rang)枯躁乏味的(de)(de)(de)專業知識(shi)變得生動易學。開設(she)了(le)“空(kong)中(zhong)課堂”。以團(tuan)(tuan)(tuan)小(xiao)組(zu)為(wei)(wei)單位,針對不同工(gong)種的(de)(de)(de)團(tuan)(tuan)(tuan)員(yuan)青(qing)(qing)年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian),通(tong)過(guo)手機(ji)飛信的(de)(de)(de)形式(shi),每天發送一(yi)條(tiao)專業技(ji)術知識(shi),這(zhe)(zhe)種每日一(yi)題(ti),細水長流,日日積累(lei)的(de)(de)(de)方(fang)式(shi),受到(dao)了(le)青(qing)(qing)工(gong)的(de)(de)(de)普(pu)遍歡迎。建(jian)(jian)立了(le)“曹礦機(ji)電(dian)QQ群(qun)(qun)”。為(wei)(wei)方(fang)便團(tuan)(tuan)(tuan)員(yuan)青(qing)(qing)年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)交流學習心(xin)得和創新(xin)成果搭建(jian)(jian)了(le)平臺。工(gong)作(zuo)之余,大家在群(qun)(qun)里(li)切(qie)磋(cuo)技(ji)術、探討問題(ti)、暢所欲言。技(ji)術員(yuan)潘(pan)進(jin)是(shi)群(qun)(qun)里(li)的(de)(de)(de)活躍分子,前段時(shi)間,他剛完(wan)成一(yi)項關于繼(ji)電(dian)器保(bao)護(hu)裝置的(de)(de)(de)小(xiao)革新(xin),在群(qun)(qun)里(li)發表征求大家的(de)(de)(de)意(yi)見(jian),群(qun)(qun)友們建(jian)(jian)言獻策,這(zhe)(zhe)項革新(xin)不斷改(gai)進(jin),最終完(wan)美出爐。目(mu)前,我們的(de)(de)(de)“QQ群(qun)(qun)”不僅吸(xi)引青(qing)(qing)年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)人,還吸(xi)引了(le)不少老(lao)師傅加入(ru),人數達(da)到(dao)了(le)120余人,熱鬧的(de)(de)(de)“QQ群(qun)(qun)”已經成為(wei)(wei)機(ji)電(dian)科團(tuan)(tuan)(tuan)員(yuan)青(qing)(qing)年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)的(de)(de)(de)一(yi)塊“寶地”。同時(shi),我們也通(tong)過(guo)網(wang)絡、專屬(shu)期刊(kan)雜志等途(tu)徑,搜索一(yi)些(xie)同行(xing)業先進(jin)的(de)(de)(de)專業技(ji)術、創新(xin)成果,在群(qun)(qun)里(li)與團(tuan)(tuan)(tuan)員(yuan)青(qing)(qing)年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)共(gong)享,讓(rang)團(tuan)(tuan)(tuan)員(yuan)青(qing)(qing)年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)及時(shi)接觸到(dao)頂尖的(de)(de)(de)、前沿的(de)(de)(de)技(ji)術信息,從而開闊眼界,拓(tuo)寬視(shi)野,更好地指導工(gong)作(zuo)實踐。
三是注(zhu)重效(xiao)(xiao)果,力求學習(xi)(xi)的(de)(de)(de)實效(xiao)(xiao)性。機(ji)電(dian)科崗位點(dian)多(duo)面廣,牽扯到的(de)(de)(de)知識點(dian)多(duo)、業務量(liang)大(da),為真正使團(tuan)(tuan)(tuan)員(yuan)(yuan)青(qing)年(nian)(nian)(nian)的(de)(de)(de)學習(xi)(xi)入腦入心,富有實效(xiao)(xiao),我(wo)們(men)定期舉辦“青(qing)工技(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)小(xiao)論(lun)壇”,針對(dui)(dui)團(tuan)(tuan)(tuan)員(yuan)(yuan)青(qing)年(nian)(nian)(nian)在(zai)實際(ji)工作(zuo)中(zhong)(zhong)遇到的(de)(de)(de)技(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)癥結,讓大(da)家聚在(zai)一(yi)(yi)起探討交流、集(ji)思廣益,遇到解決(jue)不了(le)(le)的(de)(de)(de)技(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)瓶頸問題,由團(tuan)(tuan)(tuan)支(zhi)部(bu)出面協(xie)調(diao),邀請(qing)專(zhuan)(zhuan)業技(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)人員(yuan)(yuan)幫助解疑(yi)釋(shi)惑。充分利(li)用(yong)專(zhuan)(zhuan)業技(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)人員(yuan)(yuan)和經驗豐富、技(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)精湛老師傅的(de)(de)(de)專(zhuan)(zhuan)業優(you)勢,發(fa)揮團(tuan)(tuan)(tuan)支(zhi)部(bu)“紅線”作(zuo)用(yong),開(kai)展了(le)(le)“導師帶徒(tu)”活(huo)動,讓47名(ming)“求技(ji)若渴”的(de)(de)(de)青(qing)工拜上了(le)(le)名(ming)師。去年(nian)(nian)(nian)初,新分入機(ji)電(dian)科的(de)(de)(de)8名(ming)大(da)學生,在(zai)師傅的(de)(de)(de)調(diao)教下,個個表(biao)現優(you)秀,成績(ji)突出,很快適(shi)應角色(se),熟練(lian)掌(zhang)握了(le)(le)本職(zhi)崗位的(de)(de)(de)專(zhuan)(zhuan)業技(ji)能(neng)。同(tong)時,積(ji)極開(kai)展“師徒(tu)一(yi)(yi)對(dui)(dui)一(yi)(yi)”技(ji)能(neng)擂臺賽(sai),培養了(le)(le)一(yi)(yi)批擁有“金剛鉆”、敢攬(lan)“瓷器活(huo)”的(de)(de)(de)優(you)秀青(qing)年(nian)(nian)(nian)技(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)人才。在(zai)肥礦集(ji)團(tuan)(tuan)(tuan)兩(liang)年(nian)(nian)(nian)一(yi)(yi)屆的(de)(de)(de)員(yuan)(yuan)工技(ji)能(neng)大(da)賽(sai)中(zhong)(zhong),曹莊礦機(ji)電(dian)科充電(dian)工專(zhuan)(zhuan)業、主提升專(zhuan)(zhuan)業等多(duo)次獲得一(yi)(yi)等獎,且獲獎選手(shou)中(zhong)(zhong),團(tuan)(tuan)(tuan)員(yuan)(yuan)青(qing)年(nian)(nian)(nian)占到了(le)(le)90%以上。
二(er)、規(gui)范程序重應用,打(da)造青年創(chuang)新創(chuang)效活動“助(zhu)推器”
創(chuang)新創(chuang)效(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)活動(dong)是(shi)團組織服(fu)務青(qing)年(nian)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)長成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)才的(de)(de)有力切(qie)入(ru)點,是(shi)新形勢下企業共青(qing)團工(gong)作增(zeng)(zeng)加科技含(han)量,體現(xian)(xian)作為(wei)(wei),求得(de)作為(wei)(wei)的(de)(de)增(zeng)(zeng)長點。我們團支部把青(qing)年(nian)“五小”成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)果征集(ji)活動(dong)作為(wei)(wei)引導本科青(qing)年(nian)提高(gao)技能(neng)水(shui)平、實現(xian)(xian)降(jiang)本增(zeng)(zeng)效(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)、立足崗位成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)才的(de)(de)重要(yao)(yao)途徑,并在完(wan)善征集(ji)程(cheng)序、嚴格(ge)規范(fan)運作上下功夫,向青(qing)年(nian)智慧要(yao)(yao)效(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)益,確保(bao)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)果的(de)(de)轉化(hua)落地(di),打造起了青(qing)年(nian)創(chuang)新創(chuang)效(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)活動(dong)的(de)(de)“助推器(qi)”
一(yi)是爭(zheng)取支(zhi)(zhi)持(chi),健全組(zu)織。“五(wu)小”成果(guo)征集(ji)活(huo)動(dong)是我們機電(dian)科(ke)團支(zhi)(zhi)部日(ri)常性的(de)(de)重要活(huo)動(dong)之一(yi),每半年(nian)(nian)開(kai)展一(yi)次,至今已堅持(chi)了(le)(le)四年(nian)(nian)之久(jiu)。為(wei)(wei)推進(jin)活(huo)動(dong)的(de)(de)正(zheng)常運行,我們積(ji)極爭(zheng)取科(ke)領導(dao)的(de)(de)支(zhi)(zhi)持(chi),成立了(le)(le)“五(wu)小”成果(guo)征集(ji)活(huo)動(dong)領導(dao)小組(zu),邀請科(ke)長(chang)(chang)、黨支(zhi)(zhi)部書記親(qin)自掛帥任(ren)組(zu)長(chang)(chang),副科(ke)長(chang)(chang)擔任(ren)副組(zu)長(chang)(chang),各班(ban)組(zu)長(chang)(chang)為(wei)(wei)成員,團支(zhi)(zhi)部負責活(huo)動(dong)的(de)(de)內(nei)外協調、上(shang)傳下達,并做好整個活(huo)動(dong)的(de)(de)監督(du)和(he)考核工(gong)作。為(wei)(wei)確保(bao)“五(wu)小”成果(guo)評(ping)(ping)審(shen)(shen)公(gong)平(ping)公(gong)正(zheng),我們還在單位領導(dao)和(he)礦(kuang)團委的(de)(de)幫助下,成立了(le)(le)評(ping)(ping)審(shen)(shen)小組(zu),由(you)機電(dian)副總任(ren)顧問,安監處、生產技術(shu)科(ke)等部門有關專業技術(shu)人(ren)員為(wei)(wei)評(ping)(ping)審(shen)(shen)員,負責每批成果(guo)的(de)(de)審(shen)(shen)核、驗收、鑒定、評(ping)(ping)比等工(gong)作。
二是(shi)明(ming)(ming)確(que)程序,規(gui)范運作。我(wo)們(men)把(ba)“五小”成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)果(guo)(guo)(guo)征集(ji)程序分為(wei)“五步(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)走(zou)”。第(di)一(yi)步(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)是(shi)選(xuan)題(ti)立項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)。活動初(chu),我(wo)們(men)采取集(ji)中命(ming)題(ti)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)方式進行(xing)(xing)立項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang),即針對(dui)(dui)各崗(gang)點和工種(zhong),集(ji)中公布一(yi)批課(ke)題(ti),采取自(zi)由式聯合立項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)方法,由團(tuan)(tuan)員(yuan)(yuan)青年(nian)自(zi)由選(xuan)擇課(ke)題(ti)組成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)員(yuan)(yuan),自(zi)己選(xuan)定(ding)(ding)攻關(guan)項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)。第(di)二步(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)是(shi)組織實(shi)施。這是(shi)整個活動的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)核心部分,我(wo)們(men)按照項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)完成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)時(shi)間節點,團(tuan)(tuan)支部隨時(shi)對(dui)(dui)進展情況進行(xing)(xing)監督提(ti)醒(xing),并填寫項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)進度表,確(que)保(bao)各成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)果(guo)(guo)(guo)在規(gui)定(ding)(ding)時(shi)間內完成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)。第(di)三步(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)是(shi)質疑(yi)答(da)(da)辯。對(dui)(dui)征集(ji)上(shang)來的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)“五小”成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)果(guo)(guo)(guo),活動領導小組召集(ji)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)果(guo)(guo)(guo)發明(ming)(ming)者,讓(rang)其(qi)(qi)闡述成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)果(guo)(guo)(guo)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)創(chuang)新(xin)背景(jing)、實(shi)施過程、取得效果(guo)(guo)(guo),小組成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)員(yuan)(yuan)有針對(dui)(dui)性地提(ti)出(chu)相關(guan)問題(ti)讓(rang)其(qi)(qi)解答(da)(da),通過這種(zhong)質疑(yi)答(da)(da)辯的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)方式,選(xuan)優(you)祛(qu)劣,拿出(chu)初(chu)步(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)評比結果(guo)(guo)(guo)。第(di)四步(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)是(shi)驗收鑒(jian)定(ding)(ding)。我(wo)們(men)把(ba)初(chu)選(xuan)結果(guo)(guo)(guo)報(bao)送給評審組,由他們(men)從(cong)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)果(guo)(guo)(guo)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)安全性、創(chuang)新(xin)性、經濟性、實(shi)用性等(deng)方面綜(zong)合評定(ding)(ding),通過現場實(shi)地查看(kan),來進行(xing)(xing)驗收鑒(jian)定(ding)(ding),證明(ming)(ming)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)果(guo)(guo)(guo)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)可行(xing)(xing)性和真實(shi)性,并評出(chu)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)果(guo)(guo)(guo)等(deng)次。第(di)五步(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)是(shi)實(shi)名(ming)(ming)命(ming)名(ming)(ming)。為(wei)鼓(gu)勵團(tuan)(tuan)員(yuan)(yuan)青年(nian)創(chuang)新(xin)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)積極性,每年(nian)年(nian)中、年(nian)末,我(wo)們(men)除對(dui)(dui)優(you)秀(xiu)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)果(guo)(guo)(guo)發明(ming)(ming)者進行(xing)(xing)表彰獎勵外,還對(dui)(dui)創(chuang)新(xin)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)果(guo)(guo)(guo)進行(xing)(xing)實(shi)名(ming)(ming)制(zhi)命(ming)名(ming)(ming),讓(rang)獲(huo)獎青工成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)為(wei)名(ming)(ming)副其(qi)(qi)實(shi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)“草根明(ming)(ming)星”。到(dao)目(mu)前,以員(yuan)(yuan)工名(ming)(ming)字命(ming)名(ming)(ming)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)優(you)秀(xiu)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)果(guo)(guo)(guo)已(yi)達28項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)。
三是轉化(hua)(hua)應(ying)用,彰顯成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)效(xiao)。成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)果(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)貴在發(fa)明(ming),重在應(ying)用。活動(dong)中,我們通過舉(ju)辦(ban)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)果(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)推(tui)介(jie)會,模(mo)型展等(deng)形式,狠抓成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)果(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)的(de)推(tui)廣(guang)應(ying)用,讓成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)果(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)最(zui)大化(hua)(hua)地在現(xian)(xian)(xian)場(chang)發(fa)揮作(zuo)用。井(jing)筒維修工張(zhang)超研制的(de)罐籠(long)滾動(dong)灌(guan)耳更換專用機(ji)(ji),是節省(sheng)人(ren)力、提高(gao)工作(zuo)效(xiao)率的(de)“精妙(miao)之作(zuo)”,原需(xu)4人(ren)2個小(xiao)時(shi)的(de)工作(zuo)量(liang)現(xian)(xian)(xian)只需(xu)用兩(liang)人(ren)45分鐘,且(qie)施(shi)工人(ren)員無須再進入罐籠(long)底操(cao)作(zuo),大大提高(gao)了勞動(dong)效(xiao)率和(he)安全系數。“徐道厚主(zhu)井(jing)電動(dong)機(ji)(ji)主(zhu)軸與軸編碼器連(lian)接裝置改造(zao)”有效(xiao)解(jie)決了軸同(tong)心(xin)不易(yi)找正(zheng)和(he)塑(su)料管易(yi)老化(hua)(hua)斷裂(lie)的(de)問題,按未改造(zao)前(qian)出現(xian)(xian)(xian)此類(lei)故(gu)障每次處理需(xu)半小(xiao)時(shi),每提升一(yi)勾50秒計算,按照當(dang)前(qian)的(de)煤炭市場(chang)價格,僅此一(yi)項成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)果(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)一(yi)年可為企(qi)業挽回經(jing)濟損失近(jin)9萬元。五(wu)小(xiao)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)果(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)在現(xian)(xian)(xian)場(chang)被推(tui)廣(guang)應(ying)用是對發(fa)明(ming)者最(zui)好的(de)鼓勵,如今,機(ji)(ji)電科團員青年中競相“多出成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)果(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)、快(kuai)出成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)果(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)、出好成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)果(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)”的(de)生動(dong)局面(mian)已蔚然(ran)形成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)。

為確保活(huo)動(dong)長流水、不斷線(xian),持續(xu)激(ji)發團員(yuan)青(qing)年(nian)(nian)的(de)(de)創(chuang)新(xin)活(huo)力和創(chuang)造激(ji)情,我(wo)們(men)注重(zhong)在優化(hua)環(huan)境、強(qiang)化(hua)激(ji)勵、擴大影響上下功夫,真正把青(qing)年(nian)(nian)創(chuang)新(xin)創(chuang)效活(huo)動(dong)打(da)造成了團員(yuan)青(qing)年(nian)(nian)成長成才的(de)(de)搖(yao)籃。
一(yi)是優(you)化成才環境(jing)。對在(zai)創(chuang)新創(chuang)效(xiao)活(huo)動(dong)(dong)中(zhong)表現(xian)突出的優(you)秀青年(nian),我們(men)本(ben)著為(wei)他們(men)“多架扶梯”的思想,及時向(xiang)單(dan)位領導推薦(jian),讓他們(men)在(zai)入(ru)(ru)黨(dang)、到(dao)重(zhong)(zhong)要崗位任職等(deng)方(fang)面得到(dao)優(you)先權(quan)。2011年(nian)4月(yue)份(fen)分配到(dao)機電(dian)科(ke)工(gong)(gong)作的大(da)學生周長青,善于(yu)研究(jiu)新技(ji)術(shu),發(fa)明新成果,在(zai)全礦舉(ju)辦的“金牌員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)”評選活(huo)動(dong)(dong)中(zhong),他靠實力躋身于(yu)前三名,成為(wei)倍(bei)受關注的青年(nian)新秀。在(zai)年(nian)度(du)雙推工(gong)(gong)作中(zhong),我們(men)把其作為(wei)了(le)重(zhong)(zhong)點(dian)推薦(jian)對象,積極向(xiang)黨(dang)支部匯報,納入(ru)(ru)了(le)黨(dang)組(zu)(zu)織重(zhong)(zhong)點(dian)培養對象,現(xian)在(zai),他不僅(jin)已加入(ru)(ru)了(le)黨(dang)組(zu)(zu)織,而(er)且(qie)科(ke)里還讓他協助大(da)泵組(zu)(zu)技(ji)術(shu)員(yuan)負責技(ji)術(shu)管理。近(jin)年(nian)來,在(zai)團(tuan)支部的推薦(jian)下(xia),先后有9名團(tuan)員(yuan)入(ru)(ru)黨(dang),5人從(cong)普通(tong)員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)提升(sheng)為(wei)見習技(ji)術(shu)員(yuan)或班組(zu)(zu)長。
二(er)是完(wan)善激勵(li)(li)機制(zhi)。為激發團(tuan)員青(qing)年的(de)(de)創(chuang)(chuang)新創(chuang)(chuang)效熱(re)情,經團(tuan)支部(bu)積極匯報和(he)協調,機電(dian)科對在礦(kuang)(kuang)五小成(cheng)果、技(ji)術比武等(deng)活動(dong)中的(de)(de)獲(huo)獎(jiang)(jiang)者,除得到(dao)活動(dong)應有獎(jiang)(jiang)勵(li)(li)的(de)(de)同時(shi),再對他們進行(xing)二(er)次獎(jiang)(jiang)勵(li)(li),讓其在經濟上得到(dao)最(zui)大的(de)(de)實惠。我(wo)們還積極與礦(kuang)(kuang)團(tuan)委溝通協調,爭取各類評先樹(shu)優的(de)(de)傾斜政策,讓優秀青(qing)年在精神上得到(dao)最(zui)大的(de)(de)鼓(gu)勵(li)(li)。近兩年來,在集團(tuan)公(gong)司及礦(kuang)(kuang)級的(de)(de)各類技(ji)能大賽(sai)活動(dong)中,機電(dian)科派出的(de)(de)參賽(sai)青(qing)工(gong)均獲(huo)得了不俗的(de)(de)成(cheng)績,肥(fei)礦(kuang)(kuang)集團(tuan)第(di)四屆職工(gong)技(ji)能大賽(sai)礦(kuang)(kuang)燈維修狀元郭慶不僅(jin)獲(huo)得了上級一(yi)次性獎(jiang)(jiang)勵(li)(li)3000元和(he)機電(dian)科1000元的(de)(de)獎(jiang)(jiang)金,而且(qie)經礦(kuang)(kuang)團(tuan)委推薦,還榮獲(huo)了首屆山東能源集團(tuan)“十大優秀青(qing)年”榮譽稱號。
三是擴大(da)活動(dong)(dong)影響。抓典型選樹、加(jia)大(da)宣傳(chuan)力(li)度(du)是擴大(da)團(tuan)(tuan)(tuan)組織影響力(li)的(de)(de)有(you)力(li)抓手(shou)。在礦團(tuan)(tuan)(tuan)委2012年(nian)五四期間舉辦(ban)的(de)(de)“青(qing)年(nian)創(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)創(chuang)(chuang)效(xiao)成果征集”活動(dong)(dong)中(zhong),機電(dian)科團(tuan)(tuan)(tuan)支部(bu)推報(bao)的(de)(de)6項成果進入前20名,成為(wei)基層單(dan)位(wei)中(zhong)入選數量最多的(de)(de)。礦宣傳(chuan)科以《小改革換來大(da)效(xiao)益》為(wei)題,對我們開(kai)展活動(dong)(dong)的(de)(de)情況進行了(le)(le)專(zhuan)題采訪報(bao)道,韓玉國、馬(ma)坤(kun)等6名青(qing)年(nian)在電(dian)視上(shang)一露(lu)臉,立即(ji)成了(le)(le)全礦青(qing)工的(de)(de)追捧對象。大(da)家爭相(xiang)當典型,人(ren)人(ren)爭相(xiang)創(chuang)(chuang)精品(pin),全礦呈(cheng)現出了(le)(le)如(ru)火如(ru)荼(tu)的(de)(de)創(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)創(chuang)(chuang)效(xiao)新(xin)高潮。據統計,我們機電(dian)科團(tuan)(tuan)(tuan)員青(qing)年(nian)中(zhong),有(you)19人(ren)在集團(tuan)(tuan)(tuan)公司及(ji)以上(shang)的(de)(de)技能大(da)賽中(zhong)獲得(de)(de)前三名的(de)(de)好成績(ji),有(you)3人(ren)取(qu)得(de)(de)了(le)(le)中(zhong)、高級技師(shi)資(zi)格,2人(ren)分(fen)別榮獲山東能源(yuan)“十大(da)優秀青(qing)年(nian)”及(ji)肥礦集團(tuan)(tuan)(tuan)“十大(da)杰出青(qing)年(nian)”榮譽稱號。
