【尋找身邊的節約之星】“淘”出來的寶貝 “修”出來的效益——兗州煤業興隆莊煤礦生產服務中心黨支部

今年以來,面(mian)對(dui)當(dang)前安(an)全生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)形(xing)勢(shi)壓力(li)(li),兗州煤業興隆莊煤礦生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)服務(wu)(wu)中心黨(dang)支部(bu)全面(mian)落(luo)實黨(dang)管安(an)全責任,緊緊圍繞“服務(wu)(wu)生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)、創造價(jia)值”的目標任務(wu)(wu),聚(ju)焦全年各(ge)項任務(wu)(wu)指標,在抓創新(xin)中求突破,在抓細節中固防(fang)線,在抓落(luo)實中顯擔當(dang),為美好興隆高(gao)質量發展貢獻力(li)(li)量。

加強宣傳發動,深化厲行節約思想。抓住修(xiu)舊(jiu)利廢(fei)環節(jie)做(zuo)(zuo)文章,廣泛宣(xuan)傳發動(dong)從自(zi)(zi)身(shen)做(zuo)(zuo)起,深化班(ban)組市場管理(li),有效控制費用(yong)指標,運用(yong)完(wan)全市場考核(he)機制,激(ji)活內生動(dong)力,引導廣大職工樹牢(lao)過“緊日子”思想,同時(shi),動(dong)員職工結合(he)自(zi)(zi)身(shen)崗位(wei)實際,從內部(bu)挖(wa)潛做(zuo)(zuo)起,節(jie)約一滴水、一度(du)電(dian)、一張紙。嚴格執行廢(fei)舊(jiu)回收、修(xiu)復使用(yong)、拼接組合(he)使用(yong)等管理(li)辦(ban)法(fa),全流程全方位(wei)降低成本,創造效益(yi)。

開展節支降耗、降本增效活動。該黨支(zhi)(zhi)部從(cong)(cong)大處著(zhu)(zhu)眼(yan)(yan),小處著(zhu)(zhu)手,組(zu)織(zhi)(zhi)人員每天(tian)在(zai)各(ge)個工(gong)作地(di)(di)點(dian),對(dui)上(shang)井(jing)的(de)(de)廢(fei)(fei)舊物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)資進行(xing)回(hui)收(shou)(shou)(shou),通過篩選(xuan)維修(xiu)將(jiang)(jiang)能(neng)再次(ci)使用(yong)(yong)(yong)的(de)(de)物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)品登(deng)記分(fen)類,真正做(zuo)到(dao)了(le)能(neng)用(yong)(yong)(yong)盡用(yong)(yong)(yong)、應(ying)收(shou)(shou)(shou)盡收(shou)(shou)(shou)。針對(dui)申請領用(yong)(yong)(yong)的(de)(de)重(zhong)點(dian)材(cai)料,協(xie)調(diao)上(shang)井(jing)的(de)(de)物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)資及(ji)其(qi)它地(di)(di)點(dian)閑(xian)置(zhi)材(cai)料,給(gei)予調(diao)撥(bo)發放(fang),深挖循環復(fu)用(yong)(yong)(yong)潛能(neng),減少(shao)新材(cai)料的(de)(de)投入(ru)(ru)。例如(ru)風動(dong)工(gong)具,使用(yong)(yong)(yong)單(dan)位(wei)將(jiang)(jiang)損(sun)壞的(de)(de)上(shang)交(jiao),經班組(zu)維修(xiu)后給(gei)予發放(fang),循環使用(yong)(yong)(yong),根據報廢(fei)(fei)率投入(ru)(ru)新設備,最大限(xian)度降(jiang)低新材(cai)料投入(ru)(ru),解(jie)決了(le)廢(fei)(fei)舊80、100型皮(pi)帶(dai)再利用(yong)(yong)(yong)問題(ti),將(jiang)(jiang)淘汰下來的(de)(de)皮(pi)帶(dai)制作成防沖皮(pi)子、水管吊掛皮(pi)子,減少(shao)新材(cai)料的(de)(de)投入(ru)(ru)。建設固(gu)廢(fei)(fei)大棚(peng),將(jiang)(jiang)可(ke)回(hui)收(shou)(shou)(shou)的(de)(de)單(dan)軌吊鋼梁、管路、風筒、各(ge)類線纜等物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)資建檔立卡,時(shi)時(shi)掌(zhang)握回(hui)收(shou)(shou)(shou)數(shu)量,根據生產(chan)需要及(ji)時(shi)周轉(zhuan)使用(yong)(yong)(yong),減少(shao)新材(cai)料投入(ru)(ru)。組(zu)織(zhi)(zhi)全體黨員集中(zhong)(zhong)對(dui)回(hui)收(shou)(shou)(shou)物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)資進行(xing)“淘寶(bao)”,揀選(xuan)可(ke)復(fu)用(yong)(yong)(yong)物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)資,分(fen)別按標準分(fen)區存(cun)放(fang),建立回(hui)收(shou)(shou)(shou)臺賬,提高(gao)回(hui)收(shou)(shou)(shou)物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)資利用(yong)(yong)(yong)率,方便生產(chan)單(dan)位(wei)使用(yong)(yong)(yong)。以固(gu)廢(fei)(fei)大棚(peng)作為“淘寶(bao)實(shi)體店”,從(cong)(cong)廢(fei)(fei)舊物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)資中(zhong)(zhong)仔細挑選(xuan)可(ke)用(yong)(yong)(yong)之“材(cai)”。一些(xie)變形嚴(yan)重(zhong)、破損(sun)銹蝕、不起(qi)(qi)眼(yan)(yan)的(de)(de)舊料,在(zai)他們(men)眼(yan)(yan)里卻成了(le)礦井(jing)生產(chan)中(zhong)(zhong)不可(ke)或(huo)缺的(de)(de)“寶(bao)貝”。活(huo)動(dong)中(zhong)(zhong),支(zhi)(zhi)部書(shu)記賀克國說到(dao):“沒想到(dao)平常不起(qi)(qi)眼(yan)(yan)的(de)(de)廢(fei)(fei)料堆里還藏有這么多(duo)好東西,這次(ci)活(huo)動(dong)讓(rang)我體會到(dao),節支(zhi)(zhi)降(jiang)耗還是要從(cong)(cong)身邊(bian)的(de)(de)點(dian)滴小事做(zuo)起(qi)(qi)。”

開展創新創效行動,創造大效益。積極落實“修(xiu)舊(jiu)利(li)廢抓大也抓小(xiao)”工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作理念,通過(guo)“小(xiao)修(xiu)改”創(chuang)造(zao)(zao)“大效(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)益(yi)”。廣泛開(kai)展技術(shu)攻(gong)關、小(xiao)改小(xiao)革,持(chi)續提(ti)(ti)高系統運行(xing)效(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)率和(he)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)藝水平,促(cu)進安全(quan)生(sheng)產。新(xin)成立的(de)(de)(de)高升柱創(chuang)新(xin)創(chuang)效(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作室(shi)團隊,由1名技術(shu)主管(guan)、3名技術(shu)員、2名高級工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)組成。圍繞服(fu)務(wu)中心工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作,在技術(shu)攻(gong)關、生(sheng)產試驗、創(chuang)新(xin)創(chuang)效(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)及技術(shu)培(pei)訓等方(fang)面(mian),對各生(sheng)產區對中遇到的(de)(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)具維修(xiu)技術(shu)難題進行(xing)攻(gong)關,通過(guo)改裝設(she)備設(she)施(shi),達(da)到節(jie)能增效(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)、節(jie)約成本的(de)(de)(de)效(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)果:錨桿鉆機(ji)馬達(da)拆(chai)(chai)卸(xie)裝置,由傳(chuan)統的(de)(de)(de)全(quan)人工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)拆(chai)(chai)卸(xie)鉆機(ji)馬達(da),改為機(ji)械式拆(chai)(chai)卸(xie),操作方(fang)便,省(sheng)時(shi)省(sheng)力,安全(quan)系數高,效(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)率提(ti)(ti)高3倍;改造(zao)(zao)低(di)防開(kai)關檢(jian)修(xiu)平臺,實現開(kai)關本體(ti)安放零觸(chu)地(di),即減輕勞動(dong)強度、節(jie)約人工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong),又省(sheng)時(shi)省(sheng)力、方(fang)便快捷。經(jing)過(guo)改造(zao)(zao)的(de)(de)(de)液壓把子實現電機(ji)對輪、軸承等拆(chai)(chai)卸(xie)機(ji)械化,省(sheng)時(shi)省(sheng)力,方(fang)便快捷,安全(quan)系數高。

搭建平臺職工唱戲,破解生產難題。廣(guang)泛調動(dong)職(zhi)工積極性(xing),堅持大處著眼、小處著手,在支(zhi)部(bu)設置《金點子征集(ji)本》,開展(zhan)“小點子”征集(ji)活(huo)動(dong),收(shou)集(ji)職(zhi)工的(de)合理化建(jian)(jian)議,深(shen)入組(zu)織(zhi)開展(zhan)小改小革(ge)、“金點子”合理化建(jian)(jian)議征集(ji)等活(huo)動(dong),并將(jiang)(jiang)職(zhi)工的(de)合理化建(jian)(jian)議落實于安全(quan)生產當中:設計(ji)制(zhi)(zhi)作(zuo)的(de)“車(che)皮(pi)(pi)整形機”將(jiang)(jiang)礦車(che)修(xiu)復效率(lv)(lv)提高(gao)5倍以(yi)上;新研發(fa)的(de)強(qiang)力(li)皮(pi)(pi)帶(dai)(dai)(dai)(dai)切割(ge)(ge)機不(bu)但可(ke)以(yi)割(ge)(ge)帶(dai)(dai)(dai)(dai)、斷(duan)帶(dai)(dai)(dai)(dai),還可(ke)以(yi)對皮(pi)(pi)帶(dai)(dai)(dai)(dai)條進行(xing)沖孔,解決了廢舊強(qiang)力(li)皮(pi)(pi)帶(dai)(dai)(dai)(dai)回收(shou)再利(li)用問題;新制(zhi)(zhi)作(zuo)成橡膠鋼帶(dai)(dai)(dai)(dai)可(ke)替換現(xian)有鋼制(zhi)(zhi)鋼帶(dai)(dai)(dai)(dai)和鋼筋梯,減(jian)少(shao)新材料的(de)投入,每年(nian)實現(xian)節(jie)支(zhi)降耗(hao)提高(gao)經(jing)濟(ji)效益近200萬元;設計(ji)制(zhi)(zhi)作(zuo)的(de)皮(pi)(pi)帶(dai)(dai)(dai)(dai)切割(ge)(ge)收(shou)卷(juan)裝置——多功(gong)能割(ge)(ge)帶(dai)(dai)(dai)(dai)機,即可(ke)以(yi)卷(juan)帶(dai)(dai)(dai)(dai),還可(ke)以(yi)同時(shi)割(ge)(ge)帶(dai)(dai)(dai)(dai)、邊卷(juan),將(jiang)(jiang)皮(pi)(pi)帶(dai)(dai)(dai)(dai)切割(ge)(ge)收(shou)卷(juan)由原本的(de)10余人(ren)操作(zuo)減(jian)少(shao)到4人(ren)即可(ke)完成,操作(zuo)簡單、工作(zuo)效率(lv)(lv)高(gao),減(jian)少(shao)人(ren)員占用,僅節(jie)約人(ren)工支(zhi)出一項(xiang)每年(nian)就達30余萬元,獲國家(jia)實用新型專利(li)、集(ji)團公(gong)司科技項(xiang)目(mu)三等獎(jiang)和礦小改小革(ge)創新成果二等獎(jiang)。
