本網泰安訊(xun) 今年以來,山東(dong)能源重裝集團新汶(wen)分公司(si)加快(kuai)智能化改造(zao)步伐,大力實施機器換人行動(dong),讓企業嘗(chang)到(dao)了甜頭。通過2個月的時間,該公司(si)設計并實施完成(cheng)了一(yi)套成(cheng)本低、可復制的“再制造(zao)生(sheng)產(chan)線升級(ji)改造(zao)”方案,該方案可進(jin)一(yi)步完善(shan)、提升再制造(zao)綜合實力,降低工人勞動(dong)強度,提高(gao)生(sheng)產(chan)效率,改善(shan)工人作業環境,實現清潔(jie)型、高(gao)端化、規范化、安全高(gao)效的再制造(zao)生(sheng)產(chan)流水線。
這套方案如何實施?簡單(dan)點說,針對再制造(zao)(zao)生產線和生產現狀,該公司設(she)立了再制造(zao)(zao)高壓水清洗線升級改造(zao)(zao)、標準化智能(neng)拆解工位(wei)的(de)優化升級、液壓支架翻轉機構(gou)的(de)設(she)計與應用等10項課(ke)題,通過這10項課(ke)題的(de)完(wan)成,可以(yi)實現從舊設(she)備(bei)(bei)入(ru)庫到(dao)設(she)備(bei)(bei)再出廠的(de)整個再制造(zao)(zao)流程。
“我們(men)(men)鋪設了(le)軌(gui)道,用平板車(che)經軌(gui)道將(jiang)露(lu)天(tian)跨支(zhi)架(jia)運(yun)(yun)(yun)至(zhi)清(qing)洗(xi)線,對支(zhi)架(jia)整架(jia)進(jin)(jin)行(xing)清(qing)洗(xi),然后(hou)(hou)運(yun)(yun)(yun)至(zhi)拆(chai)解(jie)區拆(chai)解(jie),拆(chai)解(jie)完(wan)(wan)成后(hou)(hou)進(jin)(jin)行(xing)二次清(qing)洗(xi)、拋丸(wan)(wan),拋丸(wan)(wan)后(hou)(hou)進(jin)(jin)行(xing)再(zai)制(zhi)造(zao),再(zai)制(zhi)造(zao)完(wan)(wan)畢(bi)后(hou)(hou),噴漆(qi)組(zu)裝(zhuang)。這(zhe)是我們(men)(men)升級(ji)完(wan)(wan)成后(hou)(hou)最終(zhong)生產流程。”采訪中,再(zai)制(zhi)造(zao)事業部(bu)經理劉鵬向記者介紹說,以前的生產流程是支(zhi)架(jia)回交后(hou)(hou)存放于(yu)露(lu)天(tian)跨,經貨車(che)轉(zhuan)運(yun)(yun)(yun)到(dao)北一(yi)跨西(xi)側,進(jin)(jin)行(xing)支(zhi)架(jia)拆(chai)解(jie),拆(chai)解(jie)完(wan)(wan)成后(hou)(hou)進(jin)(jin)行(xing)清(qing)洗(xi)、拋丸(wan)(wan),維修完(wan)(wan)畢(bi)后(hou)(hou),噴漆(qi)組(zu)裝(zhuang)。這(zhe)樣有很多弊端,一(yi)是支(zhi)架(jia)運(yun)(yun)(yun)到(dao)拆(chai)解(jie)區需(xu)要(yao)貨車(che)倒運(yun)(yun)(yun),費(fei)用支(zhi)出大(da),運(yun)(yun)(yun)輸不方便(bian);二是支(zhi)架(jia)運(yun)(yun)(yun)至(zhi)車(che)間后(hou)(hou)直接(jie)拆(chai)解(jie),造(zao)成拆(chai)解(jie)過程中煤(mei)塵飛濺,嚴重污染工作環境,危(wei)害(hai)職工身體健康(kang)。
進(jin)入清(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)洗(xi)(xi)區(qu),首先映入眼(yan)簾(lian)的就是(shi)一排排光潔整(zheng)齊的圍(wei)欄,這是(shi)該(gai)公司在(zai)此次升級(ji)改(gai)造方案中(zhong)的第(di)二(er)(er)項(xiang)課題。在(zai)支(zhi)(zhi)架拆(chai)解(jie)之前,對支(zhi)(zhi)架整(zheng)架進(jin)行清(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)洗(xi)(xi),并在(zai)清(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)洗(xi)(xi)區(qu)域四周設置圍(wei)欄,防(fang)止(zhi)清(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)洗(xi)(xi)過程(cheng)中(zhong)的煤泥飛濺(jian)造成(cheng)二(er)(er)次污染,保證拆(chai)解(jie)工序前支(zhi)(zhi)架清(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)洗(xi)(xi)度達到(dao)80%,拆(chai)解(jie)完成(cheng)后(hou)進(jin)行二(er)(er)次清(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)洗(xi)(xi),清(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)洗(xi)(xi)度達到(dao)100%。對清(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)洗(xi)(xi)泵進(jin)行升級(ji)改(gai)造,高(gao)壓水清(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)洗(xi)(xi)線壓力由原有的16MPa提高(gao)到(dao)50MPa,更加(jia)有效的去(qu)除結(jie)構表面的污垢及(ji)氧化皮。設計制作了(le)樓梯式平(ping)臺(tai)和清(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)洗(xi)(xi)槍固(gu)定(ding)(ding)架,清(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)洗(xi)(xi)時可根據清(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)洗(xi)(xi)工件的高(gao)度和位置采取不同的站位,簡單、靈(ling)活,可實(shi)現多方位清(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)洗(xi)(xi);清(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)洗(xi)(xi)槍固(gu)定(ding)(ding)在(zai)萬向節固(gu)定(ding)(ding)架上,既安全(quan)又降低了(le)勞動強度。
在(zai)支(zhi)架(jia)拆(chai)(chai)(chai)解(jie)(jie)區,建立了5個標準拆(chai)(chai)(chai)解(jie)(jie)工(gong)位(wei),統一(yi)(yi)(yi)配備(bei)(bei)支(zhi)架(jia)專用(yong)(yong)拆(chai)(chai)(chai)裝工(gong)具(ju)(ju)(ju)所需的電(dian)(dian)(dian)、氣接(jie)口,配備(bei)(bei)拆(chai)(chai)(chai)解(jie)(jie)工(gong)具(ju)(ju)(ju)所需的電(dian)(dian)(dian)鼓、氣鼓,并制作(zuo)統一(yi)(yi)(yi)的固定架(jia),便(bian)于(yu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(氣)動(dong)(dong)(dong)工(gong)具(ju)(ju)(ju)的使用(yong)(yong)。設計制作(zuo)了多(duo)功能懸(xuan)臂吊。懸(xuan)掛電(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)(dong)、氣動(dong)(dong)(dong)工(gong)具(ju)(ju)(ju),可實現電(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)(dong)工(gong)具(ju)(ju)(ju)、氣動(dong)(dong)(dong)工(gong)具(ju)(ju)(ju)的便(bian)捷應用(yong)(yong),減輕(qing)了工(gong)人(ren)的勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)強度,提高(gao)作(zuo)業效率(lv);懸(xuan)臂吊增設調高(gao)油缸(gang),高(gao)度可從2米變(bian)化(hua)到2.6米,適應液壓支(zhi)架(jia)不同架(jia)型的不同高(gao)度;在(zai)懸(xuan)臂吊一(yi)(yi)(yi)側預留(liu)操作(zuo)閥,為液壓工(gong)具(ju)(ju)(ju)和支(zhi)架(jia)動(dong)(dong)(dong)作(zuo)提供動(dong)(dong)(dong)力來(lai)源。
針對裝(zhuang)配區打(da)壓試驗情況鋪設了液壓管路(lu)系統(tong),規范(fan)進(jin)(jin)回(hui)(hui)液使用,每兩跨(kua)一個(ge)工(gong)(gong)位(wei),在每個(ge)工(gong)(gong)位(wei)安裝(zhuang)進(jin)(jin)回(hui)(hui)液膠管卷管器(qi)和操縱閥(fa)組,操縱閥(fa)組根(gen)據生產(chan)實(shi)際需(xu)要配置(zhi)各種接口,方便(bian)了現場(chang)液壓支架的安裝(zhuang),改(gai)(gai)變了之(zhi)前(qian)膠管雜亂(luan)的現象,改(gai)(gai)善了現場(chang)作業(ye)環(huan)(huan)境,也使整(zheng)個(ge)液壓系統(tong)形(xing)成循環(huan)(huan),乳化液最終都回(hui)(hui)到乳化液泵站(zhan),從根(gen)本上杜絕(jue)了乳化液的浪費。
上(shang)述一(yi)項(xiang)項(xiang)課題的順(shun)利實施(shi),讓新汶分公司走向智(zhi)能(neng)化的發展道路,在未(wei)來,該公司將將牢牢把握“創新、提(ti)質(zhi)、提(ti)效”的工作總基調,通過利用新的智(zhi)能(neng)技術,提(ti)高車間(jian)生產效率,縮短產品(pin)交(jiao)付(fu)周期,提(ti)高產品(pin)質(zhi)量,進一(yi)步增強企業的競爭優勢和(he)持續(xu)發展能(neng)力。
