今年來(lai),臨礦(kuang)集團田莊煤(mei)礦(kuang)圍繞礦(kuang)井(jing)(jing)中心任務(wu)及(ji)職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)關心的(de)熱點(dian)難點(dian)問題(ti),以建(jian)設和諧(xie)文明(ming)礦(kuang)區為(wei)根本,以暢(chang)通(tong)職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)訴求渠道、穩定職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)隊伍、豐(feng)富職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)文化生(sheng)活(huo)、提(ti)升(sheng)職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)綜合素質(zhi)為(wei)重點(dian),抓履職(zhi)(zhi)、提(ti)境界(jie)、強(qiang)基礎、促和諧(xie),努力促進礦(kuang)井(jing)(jing)和諧(xie)穩定發(fa)展;尤其是在今年上半年礦(kuang)井(jing)(jing)經營(ying)極(ji)端(duan)困(kun)難的(de)情況下,千(qian)方(fang)百計保證職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)資發(fa)放,收(shou)到了內聚(ju)人心的(de)良好(hao)效果。
聚焦人(ren)文關懷促(cu)進和(he)(he)諧(xie)穩定。該礦(kuang)(kuang)堅持(chi)(chi)實(shi)際困難幫(bang)扶長效機制(zhi),通(tong)過(guo)構建職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)之家,深化落實(shi)“四必談四必訪(fang)制(zhi)度(du)(du)”,暢通(tong)礦(kuang)(kuang)長信(xin)箱、田莊在線QQ、田莊微(wei)博等豐(feng)富職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)合(he)理訴求渠道,及(ji)時為職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)群眾排憂解難。上半年看(kan)望大病(bing)(bing)、住(zhu)院(yuan)職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)及(ji)親屬22人(ren)次(ci),走訪(fang)慰(wei)問病(bing)(bing)故職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)家庭(ting)19戶,接(jie)待職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)來訪(fang)20余(yu)人(ren)次(ci),持(chi)(chi)續開展(zhan)“雙節”送溫(wen)暖和(he)(he)季度(du)(du)困難救(jiu)助(zhu)排查申報工(gong)(gong)作,及(ji)時解決了(le)(le)職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)的合(he)理訴求和(he)(he)實(shi)際困難。今年上半年共對60余(yu)名困難職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)進行了(le)(le)救(jiu)助(zhu),發放(fang)救(jiu)濟金(jin)6萬余(yu)元。其中為一(yi)名大病(bing)(bing)職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)家屬募集捐款(kuan)1萬元,送去救(jiu)助(zhu)金(jin)34000元,解了(le)(le)他們(men)的燃眉之急,為礦(kuang)(kuang)區(qu)和(he)(he)諧(xie)穩定發揮了(le)(le)作用。
聚焦文娛競賽(sai)提高職工(gong)(gong)素質。該礦以(yi)豐富文娛活動(dong)(dong)和開展勞動(dong)(dong)競賽(sai)作為提高職工(gong)(gong)素質的(de)抓手。積極(ji)參(can)加集(ji)團公司組織的(de)各種文體(ti)活動(dong)(dong),并(bing)取得(de)了優異的(de)成績(ji)(ji)。5月份在全礦開展了青工(gong)(gong)創(chuang)新(xin)法(fa)征(zheng)集(ji)活動(dong)(dong),共(gong)征(zheng)集(ji)各類(lei)創(chuang)新(xin)創(chuang)效成果17個,并(bing)在臨礦集(ji)團第七(qi)屆青工(gong)(gong)創(chuang)新(xin)評選活動(dong)(dong),取得(de)1名(ming)正式獎、2名(ming)提名(ming)獎的(de)好成績(ji)(ji)。
聚(ju)焦形勢任(ren)務凝聚(ju)發展(zhan)合力(li)。該礦(kuang)針對(dui)礦(kuang)生產經(jing)營困難、人(ren)員流動性(xing)大(da)、職工(gong)思想不穩定(ding)的實(shi)際,先(xian)(xian)后開(kai)展(zhan)了(le)2次(ci)形勢任(ren)務教育(yu)宣講活(huo)(huo)(huo)動,引(yin)導職工(gong)堅(jian)定(ding)企業發展(zhan)信心(xin),達到了(le)典(dian)型引(yin)路、凝心(xin)聚(ju)力(li)、增添(tian)動力(li)的目的;并設立了(le)“黑(hei)板報長廊”,開(kai)辟“職工(gong)心(xin)聲”“回音壁”等欄目,強化先(xian)(xian)進事跡、先(xian)(xian)模人(ren)物宣傳(chuan),積極傳(chuan)播正(zheng)能(neng)量。女工(gong)協(xie)管部(bu)門注重親情感化,通過照全家福、錄制親情視(shi)頻的形式傳(chuan)遞親人(ren)的安全囑托,提(ti)高安全協(xie)管工(gong)作(zuo)效(xiao)果。持續開(kai)展(zhan)井口送(song)(song)溫(wen)暖活(huo)(huo)(huo)動,為職工(gong)送(song)(song)各(ge)類(lei)食品、縫(feng)補工(gong)作(zuo)服,上半年共組織送(song)(song)溫(wen)暖活(huo)(huo)(huo)動150余次(ci),送(song)(song)各(ge)類(lei)食品1000余斤,暖心(xin)工(gong)程(cheng),系統推(tui)進。
聚焦(jiao)關鍵領(ling)域突出監察效能。該(gai)礦紀(ji)委按(an)照“三轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)”要求(qiu),逐(zhu)步(bu)退出議事協調小組,將不該(gai)牽頭、不該(gai)參與(yu)的事項交還給了(le)主責部(bu)(bu)門,由過去牽頭參與(yu)督查、常規性(xing)檢查,轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)為專案(an)(an)(an)檢查和部(bu)(bu)門上(shang)報情況后(hou)依紀(ji)處(chu)理(li),自(zi)身角色定位從“先(xian)鋒”轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)向“監軍”。同(tong)時(shi)立足于抓早(zao)抓小抓苗頭,進一(yi)(yi)步(bu)完善以來(lai)信(xin)來(lai)訪、電話、網絡相(xiang)結合的舉報體(ti)系,拓寬案(an)(an)(an)件線索來(lai)源(yuan)渠道,先(xian)后(hou)曝(pu)光了(le)一(yi)(yi)起機關人員(yuan)(yuan)班中飲酒、一(yi)(yi)起管理(li)人員(yuan)(yuan)在(zai)煤(mei)質取樣化驗過程中弄虛作假、一(yi)(yi)起違規發放工資的典(dian)型案(an)(an)(an)例,對8名(ming)機關人員(yuan)(yuan)進行了(le)處(chu)罰,并給予兩名(ming)管理(li)人員(yuan)(yuan)警告處(chu)分(fen),起到了(le)良好(hao)的震懾作用。此(ci)外,組織全礦黨員(yuan)(yuan)干部(bu)(bu)認(ren)真學習了(le)《中國(guo)(guo)共產黨廉潔自(zi)律(lv)準則》、《中國(guo)(guo)共產黨紀(ji)律(lv)處(chu)分(fen)條例》,并在(zai)6月份(fen)分(fen)兩批組織全礦黨員(yuan)(yuan)領(ling)導(dao)(dao)干部(bu)(bu)進行考試,引導(dao)(dao)了(le)各級黨員(yuan)(yuan)干部(bu)(bu)切實加強紀(ji)律(lv)意識和規矩意識 。
