今年來,臨礦集團田莊(zhuang)煤礦圍繞礦井中心任務及職(zhi)(zhi)工關心的(de)熱點(dian)(dian)難(nan)點(dian)(dian)問題,以建設和諧(xie)(xie)文明(ming)礦區為(wei)根(gen)本,以暢通(tong)職(zhi)(zhi)工訴(su)求渠道(dao)、穩定(ding)職(zhi)(zhi)工隊(dui)伍、豐富(fu)職(zhi)(zhi)工文化生活、提(ti)升職(zhi)(zhi)工綜合素質為(wei)重(zhong)點(dian)(dian),抓履職(zhi)(zhi)、提(ti)境界、強(qiang)基(ji)礎、促和諧(xie)(xie),努力(li)促進(jin)礦井和諧(xie)(xie)穩定(ding)發展;尤其是在今年上半年礦井經營極(ji)端(duan)困難(nan)的(de)情(qing)況下,千方百計(ji)保證職(zhi)(zhi)工工資發放(fang),收到了內(nei)聚人心的(de)良好效果。
聚焦人(ren)(ren)文(wen)關懷促進和諧(xie)穩定(ding)。該礦(kuang)堅持實際困難(nan)幫扶長效機制(zhi),通過(guo)構建職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)之(zhi)家,深化落實“四必(bi)談四必(bi)訪(fang)制(zhi)度”,暢通礦(kuang)長信箱(xiang)、田莊在線QQ、田莊微(wei)博等豐富(fu)職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)合(he)理訴(su)求(qiu)渠(qu)道,及時為職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)群(qun)眾排憂解難(nan)。上半年看望大病、住院職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)及親屬(shu)22人(ren)(ren)次(ci),走(zou)訪(fang)慰問病故職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)家庭19戶(hu),接(jie)待(dai)職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)來(lai)訪(fang)20余人(ren)(ren)次(ci),持續開(kai)展“雙節(jie)”送(song)溫暖(nuan)和季度困難(nan)救(jiu)助(zhu)排查申(shen)報工(gong)(gong)(gong)作,及時解決了(le)職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)的合(he)理訴(su)求(qiu)和實際困難(nan)。今(jin)年上半年共(gong)對(dui)60余名困難(nan)職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)進行了(le)救(jiu)助(zhu),發放(fang)救(jiu)濟金(jin)6萬(wan)余元(yuan)。其中為一名大病職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)家屬(shu)募集捐款(kuan)1萬(wan)元(yuan),送(song)去救(jiu)助(zhu)金(jin)34000元(yuan),解了(le)他們的燃眉之(zhi)急,為礦(kuang)區和諧(xie)穩定(ding)發揮了(le)作用。
聚焦文(wen)(wen)娛競(jing)(jing)賽(sai)提高(gao)職工素(su)質。該(gai)礦以豐富(fu)文(wen)(wen)娛活動(dong)(dong)(dong)和開展勞動(dong)(dong)(dong)競(jing)(jing)賽(sai)作為(wei)提高(gao)職工素(su)質的(de)抓手。積極參加集(ji)(ji)團公司組織的(de)各種(zhong)文(wen)(wen)體活動(dong)(dong)(dong),并取得(de)了(le)優異的(de)成(cheng)(cheng)績。5月份在全礦開展了(le)青(qing)工創(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)法征集(ji)(ji)活動(dong)(dong)(dong),共征集(ji)(ji)各類創(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)創(chuang)(chuang)效成(cheng)(cheng)果17個,并在臨礦集(ji)(ji)團第七(qi)屆青(qing)工創(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)評(ping)選(xuan)活動(dong)(dong)(dong),取得(de)1名(ming)正式獎、2名(ming)提名(ming)獎的(de)好成(cheng)(cheng)績。
聚(ju)(ju)焦形(xing)勢任務(wu)凝聚(ju)(ju)發展(zhan)合力。該礦針對礦生(sheng)產經營(ying)困(kun)難(nan)、人員(yuan)流動性(xing)大、職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)思想(xiang)不(bu)穩定(ding)的(de)(de)實際,先(xian)后開展(zhan)了2次形(xing)勢任務(wu)教育宣講活動,引導職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)堅定(ding)企業發展(zhan)信心(xin),達到了典型(xing)引路(lu)、凝心(xin)聚(ju)(ju)力、增(zeng)添(tian)動力的(de)(de)目(mu)的(de)(de);并設立了“黑板報(bao)長廊”,開辟(pi)“職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)心(xin)聲”“回(hui)音壁”等欄目(mu),強化先(xian)進事跡、先(xian)模人物宣傳,積極傳播正能量。女工(gong)(gong)(gong)協(xie)管(guan)部門注重親(qin)情(qing)感化,通過(guo)照全(quan)(quan)家福、錄(lu)制(zhi)親(qin)情(qing)視頻(pin)的(de)(de)形(xing)式傳遞親(qin)人的(de)(de)安全(quan)(quan)囑托,提高安全(quan)(quan)協(xie)管(guan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作效(xiao)果(guo)。持(chi)續(xu)開展(zhan)井口(kou)送(song)溫暖(nuan)(nuan)活動,為職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)送(song)各(ge)類(lei)食(shi)品、縫補工(gong)(gong)(gong)作服,上半年共(gong)組織送(song)溫暖(nuan)(nuan)活動150余次,送(song)各(ge)類(lei)食(shi)品1000余斤,暖(nuan)(nuan)心(xin)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程,系統推進。
聚焦關(guan)鍵領(ling)域突出(chu)監察效(xiao)能。該(gai)(gai)礦(kuang)紀(ji)委(wei)按照“三(san)轉(zhuan)”要(yao)求,逐步退出(chu)議事(shi)(shi)協(xie)調小組,將不(bu)該(gai)(gai)牽頭、不(bu)該(gai)(gai)參與(yu)的事(shi)(shi)項交(jiao)還(huan)給了主責(ze)部(bu)(bu)(bu)門,由過去牽頭參與(yu)督查、常規(gui)性檢(jian)查,轉(zhuan)為專案檢(jian)查和部(bu)(bu)(bu)門上(shang)報(bao)情(qing)況后依(yi)紀(ji)處(chu)(chu)(chu)理,自身角色定位從“先鋒”轉(zhuan)向“監軍”。同(tong)時立足(zu)于抓早抓小抓苗(miao)頭,進一步完善以來(lai)信來(lai)訪、電話、網(wang)絡(luo)相結合的舉報(bao)體系(xi),拓寬案件線(xian)索(suo)來(lai)源渠道,先后曝光了一起(qi)(qi)機(ji)關(guan)人員(yuan)(yuan)班中飲(yin)酒、一起(qi)(qi)管(guan)理人員(yuan)(yuan)在煤質(zhi)取樣化驗過程中弄虛作(zuo)(zuo)假、一起(qi)(qi)違規(gui)發(fa)放工資的典型案例(li),對8名機(ji)關(guan)人員(yuan)(yuan)進行了處(chu)(chu)(chu)罰,并給予兩(liang)名管(guan)理人員(yuan)(yuan)警告處(chu)(chu)(chu)分(fen)(fen),起(qi)(qi)到了良好的震懾作(zuo)(zuo)用(yong)。此外(wai),組織全礦(kuang)黨員(yuan)(yuan)干部(bu)(bu)(bu)認真學習了《中國共產(chan)黨廉潔(jie)自律準(zhun)則》、《中國共產(chan)黨紀(ji)律處(chu)(chu)(chu)分(fen)(fen)條例(li)》,并在6月份分(fen)(fen)兩(liang)批(pi)組織全礦(kuang)黨員(yuan)(yuan)領(ling)導(dao)干部(bu)(bu)(bu)進行考試,引(yin)導(dao)了各級黨員(yuan)(yuan)干部(bu)(bu)(bu)切實加強紀(ji)律意識(shi)和規(gui)矩意識(shi) 。
