本網棗莊訊(xun) 今年(nian)以來,山東(dong)能源棗礦(kuang)集(ji)團物流中心緊緊圍繞內(nei)部物資供應(ying)和外部物流貿易“兩條(tiao)主線”開展工作,實現了(le)物流貿易規(gui)模、效益的(de)跨越式發展,分(fen)別提前三(san)個月、五個月完成全年(nian)收入(ru)、利潤考核指標。
該公(gong)(gong)(gong)司嚴格(ge)按照(zhao)制度化、規(gui)范化、標(biao)準化的要(yao)求,多(duo)措并舉,大力加強內(nei)部(bu)供(gong)(gong)應。完(wan)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)了(le)供(gong)(gong)應機構整合工作(zuo),把西部(bu)七礦(kuang)供(gong)(gong)應機構劃歸(gui)物流中心(xin)管理(li),建立了(le)垂直管理(li)模式,實現(xian)了(le)業(ye)務(wu)(wu)(wu)人員的平穩過渡。大力推進ERP系統建設,制定了(le)科學(xue)的業(ye)務(wu)(wu)(wu)考核(he)辦法(fa),由以前考核(he)收(shou)入、利(li)潤(run)(run)為主,轉(zhuan)變為考核(he)計劃準確率,既保證了(le)物資的及時供(gong)(gong)應,又避免(mian)了(le)因物資超儲而造成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)的積壓浪費。加大采(cai)購(gou)價(jia)格(ge)比(bi)質比(bi)價(jia)力度,按照(zhao)規(gui)定組織了(le)多(duo)次采(cai)購(gou)招標(biao)活動,對(dui)28類(lei)物資進行了(le)價(jia)格(ge)調整,為礦(kuang)區節約生(sheng)產(chan)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)本3100余萬(wan)(wan)元。同時,在保障(zhang)礦(kuang)區供(gong)(gong)應的基礎上,充分(fen)發揮“品牌(pai)、資金、產(chan)業(ye)深度、價(jia)值創(chuang)新(xin)”四大優勢,積極調整產(chan)業(ye)結構,大力開(kai)展(zhan)商(shang)業(ye)模式創(chuang)新(xin),不斷開(kai)拓(tuo)貿易市(shi)場,有效地促進了(le)全年各項目標(biao)任務(wu)(wu)(wu)的完(wan)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)。截止到9月底(di),該公(gong)(gong)(gong)司實現(xian)收(shou)入40.04億元,同比(bi)增(zeng)加20.6億元,完(wan)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)集團公(gong)(gong)(gong)司年度考核(he)指標(biao)的100.1%,預計全年能達到50億元,力爭55億元。前三季度,該公(gong)(gong)(gong)司完(wan)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)利(li)潤(run)(run)2600多(duo)萬(wan)(wan)元,同比(bi)增(zeng)加1100多(duo)萬(wan)(wan)元,完(wan)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)集團公(gong)(gong)(gong)司年度考核(he)指標(biao)的155%。
