該(gai)礦通過(guo)“進基層”、“送(song)(song)溫(wen)暖(nuan)、保安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)”、“平安(an)(an)(an)卡”、“慰問信”、“親(qin)情(qing)幫教(jiao)電話”、“安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)家(jia)(jia)(jia)書(shu)”等形(xing)式(shi)(shi),鼓勵一線職工(gong)(gong)爭(zheng)當無(wu)“三違”職工(gong)(gong)。對“三違”職工(gong)(gong)進行(xing)跟蹤幫教(jiao)、走訪(fang)談心(xin)、心(xin)理調適,一對一說服(fu)(fu)勸導(dao),曉之以情(qing),動之以理,剖析違章的(de)危害,闡明安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)的(de)關切。把井(jing)口作(zuo)為服(fu)(fu)務(wu)礦井(jing)安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)的(de)“基地”,每周五(wu)開展“送(song)(song)溫(wen)暖(nuan)、保安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)”井(jing)口服(fu)(fu)務(wu)特(te)色慰問活動,并且(qie)采用安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)知識問答(da)的(de)形(xing)式(shi)(shi),時(shi)時(shi)提醒職工(gong)(gong)遵守安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)法(fa)(fa)律(lv)法(fa)(fa)規,按章操(cao)作(zuo)。女工(gong)(gong)協管員跟班式(shi)(shi)深入(ru)區隊、班組(zu)、車間、廠房等生(sheng)產(chan)一線,針對不同崗位事先了(le)解(jie)安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)操(cao)作(zuo)標準流(liu)程,每到(dao)一個(ge)崗點發(fa)現(xian)的(de)問題和解(jie)決方法(fa)(fa),及時(shi)寫(xie)下“心(xin)情(qing)日記”,并且(qie)建立了(le)“‘三違’人(ren)員幫教(jiao)表”、“不放心(xin)人(ren)員訪(fang)談表”,對“家(jia)(jia)(jia)屬聯保公約(yue)協議書(shu)”和“個(ge)人(ren)安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)自律(lv)承諾書(shu)”履行(xing)情(qing)況進行(xing)回頭看(kan),創(chuang)新開展“平安(an)(an)(an)幸(xing)福家(jia)(jia)(jia)庭(ting)”、“安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)賢內(nei)助(zhu)”、“平安(an)(an)(an)幸(xing)福職工(gong)(gong)”活動,讓職工(gong)(gong)感(gan)受到(dao)親(qin)情(qing)的(de)關愛,在潛移(yi)默化中增強職工(gong)(gong)的(de)安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)生(sheng)產(chan)意識。
