新礦集團內蒙能源長城二礦構建和諧勞動關系促企業職工共贏

新(xin)礦(kuang)集團內蒙能源長(chang)城(cheng)二(er)礦(kuang)充(chong)分發揮(hui)工會組織維(wei)護、建設、參與、教育職能,著力構建和諧勞動關系,實現企(qi)業職工互(hu)利共(gong)贏(ying),為促(cu)進礦(kuang)井年度目標任務(wu)完成作出積極貢獻(xian)。

該礦工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)會引(yin)導廣(guang)大(da)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)在推(tui)進礦井跨(kua)越中建(jian)功(gong)立(li)業(ye)。要(yao)求各車(che)間(jian)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)會要(yao)組織開(kai)展(zhan)多(duo)層次、多(duo)類型(xing)、多(duo)形式的(de)競(jing)賽(sai)活(huo)動,發揮基層優勢(shi),搭建(jian)競(jing)技(ji)平(ping)臺(tai),形成學(xue)技(ji)術(shu)、鉆(zhan)業(ye)務、爭先(xian)進的(de)濃(nong)厚(hou)氛圍(wei)(wei)。該礦工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)會從維護職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)勞動安(an)全(quan)和(he)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)健康(kang)入(ru)手(shou),把(ba)深化安(an)全(quan)放心工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程與(yu)完善(shan)安(an)全(quan)生(sheng)產群眾監(jian)督責(ze)任(ren)體系、加強班組安(an)全(quan)管理、深入(ru)開(kai)展(zhan)“安(an)康(kang)杯”競(jing)賽(sai)、“雙先(xian)雙優”競(jing)賽(sai)、創(chuang)建(jian)有(you)機融(rong)合在一(yi)起,切實發揮群監(jian)員作用,維護職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)的(de)安(an)全(quan)健康(kang)權益。開(kai)展(zhan)深化女職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)建(jian)功(gong)立(li)業(ye)活(huo)動,圍(wei)(wei)繞“樹立(li)新(xin)理念、創(chuang)造新(xin)業(ye)績、爭做新(xin)女性”的(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作目標,大(da)力實施巾(jin)幗(guo)建(jian)功(gong)立(li)業(ye)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程,將女職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)建(jian)功(gong)立(li)業(ye)活(huo)動融(rong)入(ru)礦井生(sheng)產經營(ying)之中,采取(qu)多(duo)種(zhong)形式組織開(kai)展(zhan)技(ji)能比武(wu)、創(chuang)新(xin)競(jing)賽(sai)活(huo)動,激(ji)勵女職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)爭當“巾(jin)幗(guo)標兵”、創(chuang)建(jian)“巾(jin)幗(guo)標兵崗”。推(tui)廣(guang)女職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)特殊疾病互助保障,深化“關(guan)愛女職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)健康(kang)行”活(huo)動,讓“女職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)關(guan)愛行動”惠及更多(duo)女性職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)。

為了讓職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)更加(jia)體面(mian)、更有尊嚴(yan),該礦(kuang)工(gong)會(hui)(hui)加(jia)強(qiang)源(yuan)頭參與和(he)宏觀維護(hu),完(wan)(wan)善(shan)定期向黨(dang)委匯報制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)度、聯席會(hui)(hui)議(yi)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)度、平(ping)等協(xie)商簽(qian)訂集(ji)體合(he)同制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)度;完(wan)(wan)善(shan)和(he)規范職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)代會(hui)(hui)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)度,確(que)保車間層(ceng)面(mian)會(hui)(hui)議(yi)定期召(zhao)開、程序規范、內容充(chong)實、職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)權到位,確(que)保重大(da)問(wen)題(ti)集(ji)體研究、集(ji)體討論、集(ji)體表(biao)決(jue)(jue),對涉(she)及(ji)(ji)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)切身(shen)利益的(de)(de)重大(da)問(wen)題(ti)一律經職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)代會(hui)(hui)討論通(tong)過。進一步完(wan)(wan)善(shan)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)訴(su)求表(biao)達機(ji)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi),利用現(xian)有的(de)(de)傳播系統(tong)和(he)網(wang)絡(luo)資源(yuan),完(wan)(wan)善(shan)礦(kuang)政(zheng)策信(xin)息公開平(ping)臺,使職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)方便快捷(jie)、全面(mian)準確(que)地查詢相關(guan)規章制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)度以及(ji)(ji)個人業績利益,通(tong)過了解政(zheng)策、運用政(zheng)策來維護(hu)自身(shen)的(de)(de)合(he)法(fa)權益。設立“福城民生”服務微信(xin)群安排有關(guan)人員負責解答熱點問(wen)題(ti),引導職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)理(li)性合(he)法(fa)地表(biao)達利益訴(su)求,對需要礦(kuang)科室部門回答的(de)(de)專(zhuan)業問(wen)題(ti),及(ji)(ji)時轉(zhuan)達,并(bing)反饋給咨(zi)詢或提出問(wen)題(ti)的(de)(de)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)。完(wan)(wan)善(shan)勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)關(guan)系預警機(ji)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi),定期分(fen)析職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)隊(dui)伍狀況、勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)關(guan)系矛盾狀況,完(wan)(wan)善(shan)矛盾糾紛排查工(gong)作(zuo)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)度,增(zeng)強(qiang)調處(chu)的(de)(de)及(ji)(ji)時性和(he)有效性;發揮勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)爭議(yi)調解組織的(de)(de)作(zuo)用,及(ji)(ji)時發現(xian)并(bing)妥善(shan)解決(jue)(jue)侵害職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)合(he)法(fa)權益的(de)(de)突(tu)出問(wen)題(ti),推(tui)動(dong)(dong)礦(kuang)井與職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)的(de)(de)共同發展、和(he)諧發展。
