2018年以來,山東能源棗(zao)莊(zhuang)集團柴里煤礦(kuang)工(gong)(gong)會求真(zhen)務(wu)實,開拓創(chuang)新,精(jing)準服務(wu)大局、服務(wu)職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong),呈現出了整(zheng)體工(gong)(gong)作全面提升、典型工(gong)(gong)作亮點紛呈的良好態勢。去年該(gai)礦(kuang)被省(sheng)總工(gong)(gong)會授予“山東省(sheng)職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)創(chuang)新競賽示范企業”。
工匠培養新平臺展現新作為。礦工(gong)(gong)會(hui)堅持組織(zhi)“日學月練季賽年(nian)度大比武(wu)”,持續推(tui)行“831”師(shi)帶(dai)徒(tu)技(ji)能(neng)(neng)傳承模式,借助勞模創(chuang)新工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)室深化(hua)“五個一(yi)批”人才培(pei)(pei)育工(gong)(gong)程(cheng),協(xie)同有關部門實(shi)(shi)行ACME精準培(pei)(pei)訓(xun),研發(fa)并全(quan)員應用了(le)手(shou)機(ji)APP“柴煤(mei)e課堂”,構建(jian)了(le)“崗位練兵(bing)+技(ji)術比武(wu)”“全(quan)員培(pei)(pei)訓(xun)+師(shi)帶(dai)徒(tu)”“線(xian)上+線(xian)下”“理論+實(shi)(shi)操”相結合的提質提能(neng)(neng)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)機(ji)制,成效顯(xian)著(zhu)。組隊參加棗(zao)莊市第(di)(di)八屆職工(gong)(gong)職業(ye)技(ji)能(neng)(neng)大賽“棗(zao)礦杯”技(ji)能(neng)(neng)比賽,奪(duo)得了(le)9個比賽工(gong)(gong)種的4個第(di)(di)一(yi)名(ming)和(he)團(tuan)體總分第(di)(di)一(yi)名(ming),創(chuang)造了(le)參加市級技(ji)能(neng)(neng)大賽歷(li)史最好(hao)成績。
“五小”新(xin)制度開(kai)創新(xin)局面。建立了(le)職工(gong)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)扶持金、成果(guo)(guo)審核責任追究、指標化(hua)(hua)申(shen)報、多維(wei)度(du)量(liang)(liang)化(hua)(hua)評比(bi)、推廣應用連帶獎罰和(he)“五小”創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)評優找差競賽等(deng)9項(xiang)新(xin)(xin)制(zhi)度(du),構建了(le)獨具特色的(de)“五小”創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)運作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)模式,破解了(le)影響“五小”健康發展(zhan)和(he)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)實效的(de)諸(zhu)多難(nan)題,使該礦(kuang)“五小”創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)由“少數人創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)”轉(zhuan)(zhuan)變為(wei)(wei)“全員創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)”;由“要(yao)(yao)我創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)”轉(zhuan)(zhuan)變為(wei)(wei)“我要(yao)(yao)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)”;由“一陣風(feng)”轉(zhuan)(zhuan)變為(wei)(wei)“長流水不斷(duan)線”;由單兵作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)戰(zhan)(zhan)的(de)小打小鬧轉(zhuan)(zhuan)變為(wei)(wei)專業團隊(dui)協同(tong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)戰(zhan)(zhan)、聚智聚力實施重大技術(shu)(shu)攻關,參與創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)的(de)職工(gong)人數、完成成果(guo)(guo)數量(liang)(liang)、含金量(liang)(liang)以及(ji)所創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)效益等(deng)都創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)出了(le)歷史最好(hao)水平。全年完成“安全所需、生產所急(ji)、發展(zhan)所要(yao)(yao) ”技術(shu)(shu)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)、管理(li)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)成果(guo)(guo)283項(xiang),年創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)效益兩千多萬(wan)元,為(wei)(wei)促(cu)進礦(kuang)井(jing)新(xin)(xin)舊動能轉(zhuan)(zhuan)換、高(gao)質(zhi)量(liang)(liang)發展(zhan)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)出了(le)積極的(de)貢獻。
“六化(hua)”新(xin)機制取得新(xin)業(ye)績。堅持職工需求導向,殫精竭慮服務職工,維權服務做到了制度化、規范化、具體化、精準化、常態化和全員化。義工“十百千”工程和幸福周末“大篷車”行動覆蓋了六大社區、幫扶230戶、惠及職工家屬1460人次,全年發放扶貧濟困、助學金105萬元;協調解決各類民生問題350條,建議實施了職工宿舍修繕、職工澡堂改造、職工膠靴烘干室建設、定制公交等18項民心工程。夏送清涼、冬送溫暖、節日送祝福、日常送平安、重點工程送慰問合計達244場次,惠及職工1.4萬人次;為365名“四期”女職工協調了工種班次,對341名重體力崗位女工進行了心理測試和疏導減壓;持續投入,加強“四大主題文化公園”建設,職工家屬強身健體、休閑娛樂環境得到了進一步美化、亮化;舉辦“百姓大舞臺”等文體活動28場次,參與職工群眾達1.2萬人次;分批組織208名優秀職工到外地進行了帶薪療休養;建議購置并全員發放了中秋春節福利及冬夏兩季工裝;嚴格執行工資集體協商制度,煤炭主業人均年收入(ru)同(tong)比增(zeng)幅14.6%,職工(gong)工(gong)資收入(ru)再創歷(li)史新高。
民(min)主管理新模式作出新貢(gong)獻。對職(zhi)代會通過(guo)的(de)決議決定逐(zhu)一(yi)落(luo)實(shi)責任(ren)單位、責任(ren)人和完(wan)成期限(xian),對落(luo)實(shi)情況進行了跟(gen)蹤(zong)督導(dao)問效,維護了職(zhi)代會權威的(de)持續性;每旬(xun)組(zu)(zu)織(zhi)(zhi)一(yi)次職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)代表巡(xun)(xun)視(shi),建立(li)了巡(xun)(xun)視(shi)發現問題剛(gang)性化(hua)督辦機制,答復率滿意(yi)率達到了100%;緊(jin)扣職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)思(si)想脈搏組(zu)(zu)織(zhi)(zhi)主(zhu)席對話(hua)會、班組(zu)(zu)長溝通交流會,使其成為(wei)了干(gan)部職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)的(de)交心會、集思(si)廣(guang)益的(de)諸葛亮會和創水(shui)平(ping)爭(zheng)一(yi)流的(de)加油會;每季堅(jian)持組(zu)(zu)織(zhi)(zhi)廠(chang)務(wu)公(gong)(gong)(gong)開(kai)檢(jian)查(cha)考核(he),獎優罰差,廠(chang)務(wu)公(gong)(gong)(gong)開(kai)做到了真(zhen)公(gong)(gong)(gong)開(kai)、常公(gong)(gong)(gong)開(kai)和廣(guang)公(gong)(gong)(gong)開(kai);優化(hua)群監(jian)員(yuan)管(guan)理“五(wu)提五(wu)保”工(gong)(gong)作法,在礦井上下編織(zhi)(zhi)了經緯有(you)力(li)的(de)群眾安全監(jian)督網絡;實(shi)施(shi)女(nv)工(gong)(gong)協管(guan)“平(ping)安365工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)”,廣(guang)大女(nv)工(gong)(gong)、家屬用(yong)真(zhen)心真(zhen)情鑄就了安全生產瑰麗(li)多彩的(de)防線;采取“高(gao)度融合、簡化(hua)考核(he)、聚焦績效”的(de)辦法,讓傳(chuan)統的(de)勞(lao)動競賽(sai)煥發出了新活(huo)力(li),充分發揮了廣(guang)大職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)主(zhu)力(li)軍作用(yong)。
